Delicious Indian cuisine, fast service and reasonable prices.

I forgot my phone there while paying, we mostly pay in the beginning directly. I sat there with my company constantly looking on staff and trying to remember if i had my phone with me or left it in the office. We were sitting there at least for 45 minutes and no one from the staff informed me tgat i left my phone there. I mean it could be that they didn't know whose phone is it but at that moment we were only group of four and other group of two inside (not that much options whose phone it can be) And then i left, found out that my phone is not it office, remembered that i had it with me and put on the desk ehile paying and left it there. Then i came back and said i left my phone here on the desk i need it back. The guy told me: " i was wondering why you didn't ask for your phone while you were here and left." If your staff really knows whose phone it is, which you can clearly understand from the response, why don't you give it back directly? My phone wozld be gone if i didn't reacted in next 15 minutes after we left. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The best food in all of Frankfurt. So Yummy!!!! Every single thing on the menu is so tasty and fresh, also super affordable.

I live the curry and the portion is big for the set meal and price is affordable.

Disgraceful customer service - never again! I ordered via Uber Eats and requested extra cutlery - but none came. The driver directed me to the restaurant, where I was brushed off over the phone and ultimately just pushed away. No help, no solution, just excuses. Customer service is zero. Respect nil. Responsibility is pushed aside. That's not how you treat customers. Never again Mahal Express!

The food was really delicious, better than any other Indian restaurant we've tried so far. Service was friendly, and everything was great.

We ordered six dishes via Lieferando – four of them arrived. Particularly impressive: Of the three Chicken Tikka Masalas we ordered, only one arrived. The problem was reported by phone. The solution offered? Placing an additional order so that the missing dishes would be brought "incidentally." So, with gritted teeth, we ordered an iced tea for €2.25 plus a €2.99 delivery fee – a total of just under €6, just so our colleagues could finally get their food. After another half hour, the food actually arrived. The iced tea? Of course not. So we called again. The restaurant's response was even more customer-friendly this time: They immediately interrupted me and explained that they had done everything correctly and that there was no mistake. Instead of even listening to the problem, they claimed that the Lieferando driver had picked up the missing items on their own. Complete nonsense. Several attempts to clarify the situation were cut off – with statements like: "Bro, we did everything right, we can't talk like that." Such disrespectful behavior toward customers is simply unacceptable. Conclusion: The food was fine. The service, however? Unfriendly, incompetent, and rude. Spent a total of almost €6 on a second order – and still didn't receive the item. An experience you'd rather not have.

I can only recommend it to everyone; great selection, very tasty. I'll be back again and again.

The naan was so hard it even broke your tooth.

Very tasty food, one of our favorite sources for Indian food. We drive from Offenbach to Neu-Isenburg to get take-away food from Mahal :D

I was there with my wife, we ordered dishes, waited a long time for a second one and nothing came, I complained, after a while it was there but the boss didn't apologize. Simply inconsiderate.

Food is tasty, the portion size is good and the service is quick. Prices are reasonable. The only problem I felt was the excess use of food colour. The chicken tikka, the rice, everything seemed loaded with food colour.

For a restaurant located in a shopping center, surprisingly good Indian food, beautifully presented and very large portions. Sensational value for money. Friendly and fast service, ambience naturally limited.

Absolute Empfehlung! Was uns aufgefallen ist, dass sehr sauber gearbeitet und zubereitet wird. Salate werden zb. gründlich gewaschen und das Essen wird frisch gekocht ! Man hat einfach ein gutes Gewissen und das auch als Schwangere ! Freundliches Team (wir wurden auch sehr nett beraten) , super Preisleistungsverhältnis und sehr sehr leckeres Essen! Wir werden auf jeden Fall öfters kommen :-) Dankeee

Sehr leckeres Essen. Alle vegetarischen Gerichte werden auf Wunsch auch vegan zubereit. Die Betreiber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Komme öfters und wurde bislang noch nicht enttäuscht!
