I had gyro (chicken) but the meat was very dry! I couldn't finish the whole meal. My friend had the chicken skewer! It was delicious. The fries were good. The Greek-style lemonade was especially good! I can recommend it. 3 stars because my food wasn't great! Otherwise, the ambiance, etc., was good.

Finally made it out to FOTIS in Würzburg. It was great. Food was delish and the prices are more than fair. I love the modern Greek Street Food concept. Not your traditional, stereotypical, dusty Greek restaurant. Had the pork meat gyros with interesting fries and feta cream and an adorable baby Greek salat that was almost too cute to eat. I’ll be back and recommend others try it. MALAKA 🤗

Very good food, service is friendly but seems a bit bored. The ambience is spacious and more designed for a fast food restaurant. The pitas are well seasoned. The cheese croquettes (Tirokroketes) reminded us strongly of our vacation in Greece.

Nice staff. For us, super authentic Greek cuisine/street food. 1x Pita Classic with chicken gyros super delicious. But the highlight was the Pita German (with chicken gyros) with super tasty, apparently homemade coleslaw. The range of drinks also impresses with Paulaner Spezi.

I really have to say: Fotis Greek Kitchen has once again developed enormously in terms of quality and taste. I was already thrilled as a guest at the opening - but my current visit after a long time has really blown me away. Absolutely nothing to complain about: first class food, attentive service and excellent quality. Clear 5 stars!

It is served like a doner kebab for pita bread, you can choose your meat with different filling options. We tried two different pitas, meat and chicken, and I liked both of them very much. It is quite large and filling for the price. The service was fast and the interior was spacious.

The food and the service were ok, not so special as I thought and a bit expensive... The gyros and the salad were normal and without salt. I can only give 3 stars because the only thing I would like to try again was the Greek cheese bc it was delicious. A great concept in itself. Only the chicken meat was a bit too dry and therefore difficult to eat. The Ttzaziki was super tasty (creamy/fresh) and the fries were great. The hummus on the mezze platter was a little too bland... there was just something missing.... Still with room for improvement ↗️

But it offers enough comfortable seating that invites you to linger and enjoy the place. The eclectic, Mediterranean-inspired furnishing style as well as the Greek music on a continuous loop also create an authentic and relaxed atmosphere. Since it opened, I have been visiting Fotis regularly, at least 1-2 times a month, and have been able to see the menu develop from just selling gyros to Greek meze/tapas to today's variety including grilled platters and daily specials. Do you need something quick for your lunch break? -> A filled pita with meat of your choice fulfills your wish. A romantic date? -> A mixed grill platter to share with extra Loukaniko and Tirokafteri as well as cheese croquettes ensures memorable moments of enjoyment. I'm certainly not the only one who is bored by the now mostly rustic-looking establishments and overloaded menus of most restaurants in this genre. So overall it's a fantastic thing that someone is trying to modernize the concept of "Greek". Some may miss the free ouzo, calamari and thirst-inducing garlic flavor, but by now any Greek food fan should be satisfied here. Fotis offers specialties such as farmer's sausage (Loukaniko) and feta cream (Tirokafteri) as well as a select selection of meze dishes. And have I mentioned how damn delicious Tirokafteri is? I always found the pricing to be fair because you get really quickly prepared and high-quality food here. The pitas, in particular, offer an affordable and filling lunch option. Finally, it should be mentioned that since the opening, the owner has almost always been behind the counter with passion and graciously accepts any feedback from the guests. Always my pleasure!
