Greek Restaurant Feggrube in Würzburg

Great food, very friendly, and it's been that way for many, many years. Now they've even expanded their outdoor area. Absolutely top-notch. We're extremely satisfied, or the highest Franconian praise, that's fine. Keep up the good work, we'll be happy to come back again.

Drinks weren't served for a good half hour. We waited almost two hours for the food. Two meals were still missing. The excuse was that 200 meals had been sent... Metaxa sauce was more like a tomato sauce. The restrooms were super gross. Edit I pointed this out to your staff twice, but nothing was done...

The food is delicious and the price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. Regular inspection of the sanitary facilities would be desirable.

The Feggrube is a great restaurant. The service is impeccable and very good. The food is good! Vegetarians will also find something to eat. The ambiance is nice. I should mention, however, that I only went out on the terrace, and the whole place is part of a sports facility.

Good food and friendly service.

We were there for lunch. We were warmly welcomed and sat down at a table outside on a beautiful summer day. The servers were prompt and friendly. For starters, there was a small salad, unfortunately, none of it freshly prepared, and a ready-made mustard and honey dressing. The food arrived at my table less than five minutes after ordering, which was a bit surprising. I had the Olympic plate with gyros, calamari, tzatziki, and garlic potatoes. As expected, none of it was fresh; everything was straight from a bag into the fryer. The gyro was mushy and certainly not freshly cut from a skewer, but had been sitting for a while. Three rings of calamari without lemon were very tough, and the garlic potatoes with fries seasoning, also straight from a bag, were served with a tiny pinch of fresh garlic, and, well, a small dollop of tzatziki. I didn't even eat half the plate. The price of 18.90 in no way reflects what I was offered. In total we paid €49 for two meals and two drinks.

We were here for the first time today, even though it's actually the closest restaurant to us. And we were absolutely thrilled: friendly and fast service, short waits for the food, and absolutely fantastic: super-delicious and very large salads, delicious gyros, and tasty appetizers. The prices are absolutely reasonable, even somewhat inexpensive. We'll definitely be back soon.

We eat here regularly. The service is excellent and very, very friendly, which is something we can't take for granted anymore. The value for money is very good. Above all, you can sit outside in the summer without being bothered by street noise. We highly recommend it!

Unfortunately, I can only give limited information about the food, as all main courses contain flavor enhancers. This is even the case with salads. Our companion, however, was satisfied with the food. Service is very prompt and friendly. The ambiance is really OK for a sports club. However, anyone allergic to flavor enhancers should look elsewhere.

The service was excellent. Very attentive and courteous. The food was also okay. However, some of us ordered dishes with Metaxa sauce. It tasted more like a tomato sauce, though. So, it really wasn't what we were expecting. But that's the only reason we lose a point. We'll definitely go back, though. Because otherwise, it was a really nice evening.

It's nice here on the terrace. The beer is good, and so are the garlic potatoes. It was fun.

Kosta & Team – the best Greek restaurant in all of Würzburg – for decades, whether previously at the Akropolis or now at the Feggrube. When so-called "regulars" give a star because they can't get a table at 6 p.m. on Saturdays without a reservation, I really have to chuckle – you're not serious, are you??? 😂😂 then they should go to their favorite Asian restaurant instead.

After a desperate search for a parking space (basketball in the tectake Arena), we had a lovely evening there with colleagues and friends! The restaurant was already very busy around 5:30 p.m., but since we had reserved that wasn't a problem for us: Food = I really enjoyed it, the portion was generous Price = great value for money for Würzburg Staff = very friendly, quick, attentive Ambience = despite the size, beautifully furnished!

Went as a group and had a fish platter. 4 squid rings, like rubber, breaded fish, breading very hard, 2 scampi, fried to death. More than half of the plate with potatoes. Price performance a laughing stock.

Lovely Greek restaurant in Würzburg We visited this restaurant early Sunday evening and quickly got a nice table even without a reservation. The ambiance is very nice, clean, and inviting. The food was served quickly and hot, and it tasted delicious. If we're ever in the area again, we'd be happy to come back.

Best Greek in Würzburg. The food is very tasty. The two owners and the team show true Greek hospitality. Children are very welcome. This is how you imagine a visit to a restaurant.

Food typically Greek. On Saturday evening there was a full house and corresponding volume. We were a larger group and had already announced our food requests in advance, so that the food was delivered in unison. Upon request there was also a farewell round of ouzo ;-) Price-performance okay. Card payment possible. A nice warm-up before a basketball game next door.

A Greek restaurant with typical Greek dishes. The food is very good, portion sizes are plentiful, one of the few restaurants where there is a side salad with the meal. Prices are okay, drinks are still okay compared to other restaurants. Service is very good with an ouzo to welcome you and another one at the end. Plenty of free parking spaces in front of the front door. Definitely recommended.

Since the price/performance ratio is very good and the staff is always very friendly, you always feel very welcome here. That's why I've been a regular customer at Feggrube for years. I can only recommend the restaurant to everyone.

Delicious. Even if you sometimes wait longer because all the tables come or change at the same time. The team does its best, even if I think they sometimes lack staff.

Definitely overrated with over 4 stars. Price performance ratio doesn't fit. Meat dry. Nobody needs garlic potatoes. Tzatziki, well. Squid like rubber. If you don't have any special requirements for Greek food, this is the place for you.

I can highly recommend the restaurant. I liked that you can find different dishes in different variations, which I miss in many Greek restaurants. The prices are okay. The condition is very good. Reservations are recommended. However, we arrived spontaneously and still got a table with two seats for 1.5 hours, which was enough to fill us up.

Beautiful, cozy TGW club restaurant. The food is really good, the service is great and I think it's great value for money. Of course you can see that it's a club restaurant, but I don't find that really unpleasant.

Favorite Greek! Great selection and good portions. Taste and freshness excellent. On repeated visits we were recognized and always greeted very friendly. Reservation is advantageous. The ambience is very successful for a sports hall restaurant. Many tables are good for spontaneous visits. Nice seating outside too. Better reserve here.

The food was of the usual solid quality that you get at most Greek restaurants. You can't complain here. The range of food on offer is also large, so everyone, especially meat lovers, should get their money's worth here. Unfortunately, our draft beer was warm and therefore not very refreshing. The atmosphere goes like this. You just sit right next to the sports field. It's not particularly nice, but it doesn't really bother you either. The food was prepared quickly and the waiters were consistently friendly. You can go out to eat here.

Went to the Feggrube with a group of 12 people and had reserved. The food was very tasty. There are points because other tables who came significantly later and ordered later received their food earlier than us. The facility is functional. The room acoustics could definitely be better as it is very loud with many guests.

Very tasty food and absolutely courteous and attentive service. The atmosphere corresponds to a sports restaurant, only the screens and Sky Sports are missing. There are enough parking spaces and when the weather is nice you can sit outside on the terrace.

Great service, everything went smoothly even though it was packed...the employees/owners were really super nice. There was no heating with the Freiouzos :-) I had 3 and I could have used a 4th one too. The portions were really generous. I had the classic village plate and almost failed. Everything tasted great. I'll definitely come back when I feel like Greek food and a few ouzos!

Ich gehe dort öfters hin und kann über das Resturant nichts schlechtes sagen, ich hatte bisher nur einmal ein zu fettiges Essen, aber da war der Laden auch randvoll. Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden, selbst wenn der Laden voll ist kriegt man in der Nähe immer einen Platz. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut und wenn man ein paar extra Wünsche hat bei seinem Essen, wird das auch berücksichtigt. Die Portionen sind für den Preis recht groß und geschmacklich top, selbst wenn man mit seiner Portion nicht fertig werden sollte, ist es kein Problem sich sein Essen einpacken zu lassen. Wenn man sich an einen Tisch setzt, dauert es nicht lange bis die Bedienung kommt, ab und an muss man warten, allerdings nur wenn der Laden voll ist, was gegen Abends und am Wochenende meistens der Fall ist. Bedienung ist auch freundlich und sehr höflich. Auch wenn ich normalerweise keinen Ouzo mag, der hier ist sehr lecker und vor Allem lieblich. Das Ambiente ist auch gut, ich mag den Stil und die Einrichtung innen drin, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Am liebsten sitze ich im Sommer draußen.
