Very tasty food, small portions, expensive, very good atmosphere for conversation, beautiful view of a lit garden. The grilled octopus is highly recommended.

This restaurant was a really nice surprise. Without knowing exactly what it was, we simply went to the nearest restaurant nearby, an Italian one. It's a first-class restaurant with excellent, flavorful food and extremely fresh ingredients. The service is also top-notch, yet friendly and relaxed. It's definitely worth a visit, but don't expect pizzas or anything cheap and quick.

We had lunch. The Italian antipasti appetizers were very tasty, including the bread that was served. The side dishes for the char fillet were overcooked and some were too salty (the potatoes). They charged for the coffee, even though the website advertises that the lunch includes coffee. All in all, it was okay, but I expected more for €75 for two. The service was absolutely professional.

Everything was great - but also with corresponding prices.

We had a truly lovely evening. My husband had the ravioli and I ordered and enjoyed my spaghetti. The welcome was very friendly, and the female waitress was truly attentive. August 25 One year later, we were welcomed again yesterday with the same hospitality and perfectly guided through the evening. We are thrilled. Thank you. 14.8.24 A big thank you to Mr. Guerini and his team. I knew that if I celebrated my birthday at his restaurant, Forissimo, I would be in good hands. The evening exceeded my expectations. Every appetizer, every main course, every dessert was simply perfect and my guests thoroughly enjoyed it. We were delighted by the courteous, discreet, and attentive service and felt comfortable and welcome throughout the evening. The generous aperitif gift was an unexpected surprise. I was happy and (with your permission) felt a little bit at home. Auguri - we'll be back PS: On the bus ride home, we could already recommend Forissimo with a clear conscience!

A friendly welcome and friendly service. The food was good, and the kitchen team put a lot of effort into it. The price wasn't high enough for an everyday visit, so it shouldn't happen that a potato wasn't cooked all the way through. Otherwise, the food was good.

This was our first time at Forissimo and we were not disappointed. All three courses were well-thought-out and delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, and we felt very comfortable. The ambiance is lovely, and the restaurant is stylishly decorated. The outdoor terrace is also sure to be great in nice weather. We'd love to come back.

The cuisine and ambiance are fit for a king. The chef often works in the kitchen himself, as he is passionate about cooking. The entire staff is warm and attentive. The wines are excellent. It couldn't be better.

I dined here with three people on July 25, 2023. I subsequently noted in my review that it was a lovely, atmospheric dining space with a beautiful garden and good service. However, the food from the kitchen, to my taste, wasn't Italian. The artichoke salad was canned artichoke with a bland flavor, accompanied by a sliced cherry tomato and jarred capers. The mozzarella salad was the same: bland flavor, and little attention to the ingredients. The grilled vegetables weren't freshly grilled; they were cold and had clearly been grilled hours earlier. Moreover, the eggplant wasn't grilled through, making it bitter. A true Italian would never serve it like that, in my opinion. The chicken with pasta wasn't Italian either: lots of meat and salt with pasta without sauce. In my opinion, a more German-oriented chef was in charge. A few days later, the restaurant responded under my review, stating that there was indeed an Italian chef in the kitchen and that I really should come back to assess that. Since I never returned to Bonn, that didn't happen. To my surprise, last year I received a notification from Google that a defamation complaint had been filed. They asked if I could prove I'd eaten there. Yes, I could, with proof of payment. Google then decided to leave my review up. And now, a year later, another defamation complaint has been filed, and my review has been removed. I understand that my review isn't good for a restaurant. But getting your way like that is inappropriate.

Food is great. Service was almost great until I got up to pay at front (in a hurry to a meeting, told them I will leave at this time. Asked for bill it didn’t come, and they made me wrong dish so it already took 10 mins longer) And the owner said Next time sit at table, in Germany and Italy we pay at table. And asked if I won’t tip before I press button to tip. I lived here 3 years and know how to pay but in this situation I already told them why. This ruined my after appetite with the good food I just had.

We were in the government district for a long weekend and wanted a good meal. To get back to the hotel quickly after dinner, we opted for the two nearby, more expensive Italian restaurants. One of them was Forissimo. (Let's be clear: the Remise directly adjacent was no better and also has a 3-star rating from us.) The first impression was very good. Beautiful location and a friendly welcome. The garden seating is certainly a lot of fun, but unfortunately, we had rainy weather. As the evening progressed, we unfortunately encountered grumpy, bad-tempered service. At other tables, the service was much more polite. A drink was also forgotten. All in all, though, it was quite professional. The main criticism, however, is the food. Given the prices, we would have expected much more flavor. I'll only give my carpaccio and tuna 2 points, as they were completely bland in flavor. Probably not frozen/thawed properly. Considering the prices, I find it disappointing that the dishes lack flavor. Perhaps the best part of the carpaccio was the thin tagliatelle pasta (more like spaghetti to me). A creative solution to at least give the dish some flavor. My wife had the seafood salad and mussels with lamb ragù. Overall, she was happy with her choice. However, the shell pasta turned out to be a complete main course. Good for me, as I also got something to eat that had some flavor. Also worth mentioning is the Lillet Wild Berry with Pepper. Not bad and creative. Overall, the chef was nice, but the food was average at best. Hence, three points. Since the prices are anything but average, we unfortunately won't be eating here again.

Das Lokal liegt etwas versteckt in der Nähe des Post Towers in der ehemaligen Hamburger Landesvertretung. Das hat den Vorteil, dass man auch über einen schönen Garten verfügt, dies macht das ganze bei schönem Wetter zu einem höchst vergnüglichen Ort, an dem sich auch gut vertrauliche Gespräche führen lassen. Dazu tragen auch der perfekte Service bei und die überaus leckere Küche. Als Vorspeise gab es einen Meeresfrüchtesalat, der wirklich ausgezeichnet war und als Hauptgang gegrillte Scampi mit kleinen Kartoffeln. Den Beilagensalat dazu hätte ich nicht benötigt, die Weinauswahl hatte ich meiner Begleitung überlassen, die sich in Italien bestens auskennt und einen excelleten Lugano ausgesucht hatte. Das passte dann auch zu einem Carpaccio michele und einem Vorspeisensalat. Der Grappa war ebenfalls recht ordentlich, so dass es bei excellentem Wetter ein wunderschöner Abend war. Wiederholungsgefahr. Preisklasse ist sehr gehoben, aber dem Ambiente und der Qualität angemessen.

The food was excellent. However, the service could have been better. If you come from the catering industry yourself, your perspective is different. Our waiter didn't know the menu and questioned our order. The espresso I requested was forgotten for dessert. Last but not least, the staff was gone for minutes at some point. For the price range the guest should definitely get more attention.

I had the lunch menu with soup as a starter and salad with strips of beef fillet as a main course. Both were very tasty and are recommended.

Not cheap, but reasonably priced, in the truest sense of the word. Excellent and competent service. We'll be back.

Zu Beginn möchte ich den hervorragenden Service hervorheben, der uns aufmerksam und angenehm in dem geschmackvoll einerichteten Ristorante umsorgt hat. Darüber hinaus das wunderbare Essen, zum Einen das gut abgestimmte Menü aber auch die angebotenen Vor- und Hauptgerichte. Hervorheben möchte ich, dass der sehr leckere aber etwas übergarte Lachs nicht berechnet wurde. So etwas findet man selten. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Everything is just right here! We haven't had such a nice evening in a long time. In times when you pay significantly more but the quality is no longer up to par, the Forissimo is an absolute exception. The food was A1 and the service absolutely great. Worth every euro and more!

If you want to eat really great Italian food and let yourself be pampered, you've come to the right place. Everything is just right here: super nice, attentive service, excellent food, a fantastic park-like outdoor terrace and the way there promises relaxation. We decided on tagliatelle with chanterelles ,Crespelle and fresh mangoes with Calvados and walnut ice cream. By the way, the Pinot Gris was completely to my taste. We'll be back soon. Parking spaces available in front of the house.

Wir haben uns gefühlt wie Italien. Das Essen wirklich perfekt. Vorspeise: Lachstatar Hauptspeise: Ein noch leicht rosa gebratenes Kotelett vom Iberischen Schwein mit sehr köstlichem Gemüse. Nachtisch: Eine Brioche Und dazu einen wunderbaren Rosé. Einfach nur köstlich! Der Service sehr, sehr freundlich! Der Besitzer extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend!

What a fantastic friendly place to eat at. Food: what can I say - heaven. Definitely worth visiting when you are in Bonn! 10 out of 10!

Das Essen war vorzüglich (das traf uneingeschränkt auf Vorspeise, Hauptgericht und Dessert zu), der Service war professionell und sehr freundlich. Witterungsbedingt war die wunderschöne Terrasse geschlossen, sodass wir einen Tisch im ebenfalls sehr ansprechenden Innenraum gegessen haben. Leider hatten wir den Tisch am Eingang, direkt neben dem großen Bildschirm, auf dem den gesamten Abend eine auf diesem Platz sehr störende Bildershow gezeigt wurde. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen, aber nicht an diesen Tisch.

Wir wollten nur was essen wurden dann aber des Restaurants verwiesen. Erst wurde gesagt es ist ein Tisch frei aber von hinten kam direkt ein nein. Als wir nachgefragt haben wieso es nicht ging,hieß es plötzlich es ist zu voll obwohl das Restaurant fast leer war... Anscheinend werden normale Leute die tätowiert sind nicht eingelassen und sind gar unerwünscht. Ist mir bis dato auch noch nie passiert.

Wir können die positiven Eindrücke der allermeisten Gäste nur bestätigen : sehr aufmerksamer Service, vorzügliches Essen, das nicht effekthascherisch, sondern handwerklich gut gemacht war und ein stimmiges Ambiente, das uns in Urlaubsstimmung versetzte. Dazu gehörte auch ein guter Wein und ein netter Gastgeber. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Wir kamen zufällig vorbei und dass um 14 Uhr, wo sie eigentlich ihre Küche schließen. Nach einer kurzen Nachfrage in der Küche, wurden wir freundlich ins Gartenambiente geleitet und haben sehr lecker gegessen. Das Saltimbocca und die Kalbsbolognese waren einfach auf den Punkt und sehr geschmackvoll. Auch vorher der Gruß vom Haus mit einer super leckeren Pesto aus Tomaten, Oliven, Knoblauch, Kapern,usw. Und tollem Brot war hervorragend. Als Nachtisch gab es eine Tiramisu, wo man " Sie" zu sagen kann, mit frischem Eischaum, so wie es sein sollte ❤️ Danke für die tolle Bedienung und das tolle Essen und dass wir überhaupt noch ein so leckeres Essen serviert bekamen. Top 😇🙏😍

Sehr schönes Lokal mit einer sehr schönen Außenterrasse und einem Garten. Teilweise stehen auch Tische im Garten unter den Bäumen. Die Bedienungen sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen ist sehr gut!!! Alles in diesem Restaurant passt und ein Besuch lohnt sich absolut.

Der zweite Besuch ließ uns einigermaßen begeistert zurück. Für einen besonderen Anlass passte an dem Abend alles. Vorab der zuvor angefragte Tisch, der herzliche Empfang durch den Inhaber und die gute Auswahl an Aperitifs und Longdrinks. Danach das schmackhafte 4-Gänge-Menü mit exzellenten Trüffel-Tagliatelle und zarten Lammfilets, der wunderbare Wein (auch der Süßwein zum Dessert) und vor allem der aufmerksame und sehr zugewandte Service. Wir empfinden den Service hier noch einmal professioneller als in vergleichbaren Restaurants ähnlicher Preiskategorie. Grazie mille, ein zauberhafter Abend. Wir kommen wieder. Die Terrasse muss im Sommer wundervoll sein. Gestern war das Mai-Wetter noch zu launisch. Erster Besuch: Etwas außerhalb unseres Einzugsgebietes bestach das forissimo an einem Samstagabend durch gute Küche und exzellenten Service. Wir waren mit dem aktuellen 3-Gang-Menü zufrieden. Beim Lachs-Carpaccio passte der Ingwer sehr gut. Vorab bestellten wie noch jeweils drei Austern n°4 (15€) von der Tageskarte. Die dazu gereichte Vinaigrette gefiel, die Austern wunderbar. Das Rinderfilet (Garpunkt gut getroffen) und das Gratin waren gut, ließen aber auch noch den Wunsch offen, beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hauptgericht zu probieren. Die abschließende Weiße Schokoladen-Mousse mit Pflaumen noch sehr "weihnachtlich" für Februar, aber überaus gut. Von der Portion hätte es durchaus eine Wolke mehr sein dürfen. Bei den Beilagen des Filets vielleicht auch.

Ein ausgesprochen schönes,etwas versteckt gelegenes Restaurant der gehobenen Preisklasse. Ich war mit einer größeren Gruppe hier und alle waren von der Qualität der Gerichte und der liebevollen Präsentation begeistert. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und so wurde zum Beispiel darauf geachtet, dass alle ihre Gänge nahezu gleichzeitig serviert bekamen.

Exzellenter netter Service und köstliche Speisen die man dort zaubert. Die Atmosphäre im Raumdesign, hat noch Luft nach oben. Tische stehen zu sehr im Raum. Die Terrasse im Sommer ist sicher traumhaft. Kommen in jedem Fall wieder.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, im Restaurant gemeinsam mit meiner Frau zu essen und ich muss sagen, dass wir begeistert waren! Der Service war ausgezeichnet, das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war exzellent, jedes Gericht war sorgfältig zubereitet und wurde optisch ansprechend serviert. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war sehr angenehm, es war ruhig und entspannend. Die Einrichtung war modern und stilvoll gestaltet mit Blick in den Garten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war auch gut, besonders wenn man bedenkt, dass das Essen und der Service von höchster Qualität waren. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit im Restaurant und können es nur empfehlen.

Es war hervorragend, hat alles gestimmt und wir werden gerne wieder hier einkehren.

Wir waren zu zweit an einem Mittwoch Abend vor Ort, vorab reserviert. Kurz und knapp waren wir absolut zufrieden! Sowohl das Ambiente, als auch der Service und natürlich das Essen an sich hat absolut überzeugt. Die Auswahl der Gerichte auf der Karte war übersichtlich, auch eine Menü stand zur Wahl, und dementsprechend hoch war auch die Qualität der Gerichte. Hier erwartet den Gast keine Massenabfertigung, sondern eine wirklich gute Küche mit Finesse. Der ausnahmslos gute Service durch das Team war eine wunderbare Ergänzung zu dem guten Essen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und sicherlich nicht das letzte mal im Forissimo.

Für uns der beste Italiener in Bonn! Und wir vergleichen hier mit Il Punto, Sassella oder Oliveto. Wir lieben die Atmosphäre im Forissimo. Eine durchweg hochwertige Einrichtung. Dazu gehören eben auch so Dinge wie hochwertige Tischdecken und Servierten aus Stoff, die "Forissimo" gebrandeten Weingläser und die wunderschönen Platzteller. Alles sehr stimmig eingerichtet. Auch der Service ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und auch vom Outfit her passend zum stimmigen Gesamtbild. Die Karte ist zwar überschaubar, aber von erstklassiger Qualität Zubereitung. Tolle Weine, dass gilt auch für die offenen Weine. Wir waren jetzt schon sehr häufig hier essen. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass das Forissimo nach der langen Pandemiezeit noch besser geworden ist. Weiter so!

Wir waren schon zwei mal hier zu Gast. Beide Mal haben wir spontan noch einen Tisch bekommen, was wir schon mal sehr positiv fanden. Wir wurden beide Male sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und bedient. Wirklich klasse finde ich, dass, obwohl das Restaurant gehobener ist, der Umgang mit den Gästen bodenständig und mit jedem gleich ist. Das Essen ist auf einem wirklich guten Niveau und das Ambiente sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir mal wieder in Bonn sind.

Als jemand, der schon viele italienische Restaurants besucht hat, war ich sehr enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung im "Forissimo". Der Service war extrem langsam und unaufmerksam - es dauerte ewig, bis wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben konnten und dann noch länger, bis das Essen serviert wurde. Als das Essen endlich ankam, war es nicht besonders heiß und es schien so, als ob es schon eine Weile auf dem Teller gelegen hatte. Der Geschmack war auch enttäuschend - die Pasta war matschig und die Sauce hatte kaum Geschmack. Der Salat war schlaff und es gab kaum Dressing darauf. Die Portionen waren klein und überteuert, was das Erlebnis noch enttäuschender machte. Insgesamt würde ich das "Forissimo" nicht empfehlen und werde nicht wiederkommen.

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe dort. Das Essen war wirklich ein kulinarisches Highlight. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Preise sind der Qualität durchaus angemessen. Das Ambiente war sehr ansprechend. Leider ist der Eingang für Rollstuhlfahrer nur bedingt geeignet. Schade!!

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit super leckerem Essen und tollem Service. Zusätzlich noch eine riesige Weinauswahl, auch mit Geheimtipps und anderen Seltenheiten.

Werkelijk heerlijk gegeten, zowel voorgerecht, hoofdgerecht als dessert waren zeer goed. Vriendelijke en sociale medewerkers, mooie inrichting.
