Different opening times on Google and on their website, I have no idea what is correct. Nobody answered the phone. I can't rate the rest.

I ordered Hawaiian at home and it turned out to be with tuna! With onions, which I hate.

They used to be better. Pizza dough was super thin and then topped even thinner, the dough was so hard. The salad dressing is far too little.

This store is absolutely amazing. Once you've had a pizza, you'll be hard-pressed to find another that beats it. They are no longer open for lunch, which I think is a shame. The store was always full. I don't understand.

We have ordered several times and are thrilled every time. The food always arrives hot and extremely quickly. We never wait longer than half an hour, rather shorter. No matter whether we order pizza or pasta, everything tastes delicious. Absolute recommendation 🤗

Hello. Have been to the Food Factory Essen 3 times so far. So far the food has always been good! Today I probably made a mistake when ordering, I ordered veal liver. The liver about 8 mm thick. The quantity fit on a 10 euro note. After my complaint we were given 2 small pieces. Liver was added later, the onions dripping with fat would have been enough for 3 plates. The mashed potatoes were very tasty, unfortunately the onions and liver were a bit too salty. My tip to the waitress: if there is no special in the cupboard! Then no closed bottles on the table! Still 3 stars? Yes, because my wife's food was good and plentiful! My tip for the kitchen: It's better to take the liver off the menu.

I correct my experiences. The first visit wasn't so great... we've been there probably 10 times since then and it's always great!

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience this evening. We had reserved a table for our group of dogs. Everything seemed okay too. When we arrived we were greeted in a totally unfriendly manner. The supposed boss ran after us with a foul-smelling spray and rambled about the smell of dogs?! He even made fun of it with guests. We were asked to leave the restaurant immediately after eating. I couldn't even finish my shandy. Nothing like that has happened to me yet. We will never enter this restaurant again and will not recommend it to all known dog owners. Not to mention that the pizza had a crust that was way too thick.

The food is always very tasty and the delivery times are adhered to. Delivery service is always very friendly 👍🏻 Unfortunately, one star was deducted because it often happened that an ingredient that was specially ordered and paid for was missing from the meal. Nevertheless, we like to order there and will continue to do so.

Ordered for the first time today, but overall we weren't that impressed. The pasta was extremely spicy, the calzone was so flat that it fit into a normal pizza box - we're not familiar with that. The pizza overall was very soft and unfortunately not crispy. The salad was delicious.

Attentive service on site and good food, whether pizza, pasta, steak or fish, everything comes to the table promptly and fresh. We always have problems with deliveries, either the order doesn't arrive in the kitchen or something different than what was ordered arrives. Despite the many apologies, things aren't getting any better. That's why we won't be ordering anything there from now on 👎

The food itself is okay but EVERY time there is something wrong with the order. If you want hollandaise sauce after baking, don't put it on it before baking!

The restaurant impressed us on our first visit. On the one hand, there are the customer-friendly opening times, because when others nearby are closed for lunch, this one is still open late. Secondly, the service is very friendly, quick and competent. Thirdly, the food (we had pizza) is very good in the style of a traditional trattoria. The quantities and prices are fair. Unfortunately there has to be a deduction for the old walls, but you can see everywhere the owners' desire to tease out Mediterranean cosiness from what is already there. We would love to come back and try the reasonably priced lunch menu during the week.

A great, rustically furnished restaurant. Even though we hadn't made a reservation, we still got a table right at the counter. That's how we love it 😃 We ate a pizza and think we've never had a better one. The staff is courteous and quick. Please keep it up. We'll be back.

We have never eaten such a greasy, oily pizza. Male waiter very nice, the female boss exactly the opposite We won't be coming back.

We arrived after our wine hike without a reservation on a Saturday afternoon and all the spots were taken. Nevertheless, we still got a great place outside and blankets to protect us from the cold. The service and the food were great, a super tasty pizza. The tiramisu is also highly recommended. Thank you for the spontaneous and very good service.

We went for dinner late on a Friday afternoon without booking in advance. The friendly service gave us a table for two hours, since we were in transit that was perfectly fine. The food and drink suggestions were competent and good. the food was very good, typically Italian and authentic. The portions were very good in the first and main course. We will come back. tip ! Find a parking space beforehand. Finding a parking space is not easy in the city

We were 8 people without a reservation on Sunday afternoon. We had called about 30 min prior and we got perfect seats and the food was incredible. The service was attentive and very approachable. Can definitely recommend. 12/10

Very good food no matter what you order. Always very nice service. The only thing I have to complain about is that the second time I ordered the pasta with aglio e olio with shrimp there was cheese on it. Please please don't do this anymore! That definitely doesn't belong there...at least for me.

Unfortunately we couldn't visit the restaurant last week because a closed party was celebrating here. Yesterday, however, we were able to catch up on the whole thing. We were seated spontaneously without a reservation and the pizzas were amazing! It's definitely worth going here! Gladly again

I recently dined here, an Italian restaurant with a cozy ambiance. While the service was friendly and the atmosphere inviting, the pizza was just average. It wasn't bad, but it lacked the wow factor that makes a pizza memorable. If you're looking for a decent meal, it's worth a visit, but don't expect to be blown away by the pizza.

We hadn't made a reservation and the waiter was able to offer us a table for 2 hours. The food was delicious 😋 and plentiful. The service was super pleasant. We will be back.

Very simple, almost loveless terrace and right on the noisy street. A little more plants would be nice. Unfortunately, the chef's salad was neither fresh nor crunchy, and the pizza was very large but sparsely topped. When we asked if we could share one, we were each given a cut half on our plate, just like a factory. The price is ok, but there are cozy pizzerias with a more appealing ambience.

Great location! Good ambience. You feel good. The drinks are delicious! Especially the homemade drinks. The food portion is huge. The taste was very good. We'll go out to eat again at the Food Factory. We had to wait a little long for the food, but it was worth it. The rest was taken away.

This is the third time we have ordered there. All three times we ordered “the special for 2”. The first time everything was great, there was a generous portion. The second time there was only half a pizza bread, which we initially dismissed as "it could happen." Now on the third order, the portions were very small at first glance. We ordered “the special for 2” twice. There was one pizza bread too few and the buffalo mozzarella only had 104 g each and 84 g each, but it should have been 125 g each. There was hardly any rocket in it and only 2 dried tomatoes. We really don't think that's right for €13 per portion. Then we called. Unfortunately there was no apology, but a whole buffalo mozzarella and two new pizza breads were delivered to us relatively promptly. Unfortunately we won't be ordering there anymore, which is a shame because the taste is very good.

We've been looking for a "new" Italian for a while and I think we've found him for us :) The seats are very cramped and it's quite loud, but there's really delicious pizza (we already knew it from the Oestricher to go branch - it's even better fresh!) We were served very attentively, friendly and always with a smile. We'll be seeing you there more often now.

Ordered there for the first time yesterday. 2x Pizza Specials & 1x Pizza Hawaii. Delivery time = 50 minutes announced - goods arrived punctually to the minute. Pizza was still hot. However, all three didn't taste good at all. I don't know what kind of dough was used, but it definitely wasn't pizza dough. Had a sweetish taste of its own, not crispy at all, dough soggy. Additional negative characteristics: Pizza with a diameter of 32cm is much too big. No other sizes are offered. The price is also far too expensive. Not recommended for us!

The pizza has a strange dough. It somehow tasted like a sweet flat dough. It was soggy in the middle and the edge wasn't crispy. There is only the 32cm size. This is too big and €12 is too much money for this quality. I also think the €3 delivery fee to the neighboring town is sporty.

Leider Lasagne total verbrannt...wer kann sowas rausgeben Update: Da ich außer eltville wohne war nicht möglich vorbei zu kommen, angerufen habe ich...junger Mann sagte auch das tut ihm sehr leid. Das hat uns nicht wirklich geholfen, wir haben Pizza 🍕 geteilt ( die war ausgezeichnet)..die Frage ist warum gibt die Küche sowas raus? Verbrannt, kann passieren. Dann wird neue gemacht und da wartet jeder von uns noch ein paar Minuten länger. Kontrollieren Sie lieber intern was passiert,immerhin schadet man sich nur selbst! Dies ist unsere Erfahrung, schlechte Werbung machen sie selbst!

Mache gerade Urlaub hier und brauchte was zum essen. Und Italiener gesehen und eingekehrt. Hab mein lieblings Gericht bestellt, Tortellini mit Schinken Sahne Sauce, und Volltreffer sehr gut!! Falls ihr mal in Eltville seien solltest dann hin. 😋😋😋

Wenn man Werbung macht mit originaler Napolitanische Pizza, dann sollte man schon ein Mal in Neapel gewesen sein und dort Pizza gegessen haben . Diese Pizza hat damit nichts zu tun . Kein Holzofen Teig in der Mitte viel zu weich und der Rand ist nicht knusprige ( falscher Teig ). Für 12 Euro bekommt man in Neapel 2 Pizzen .

Man sollte Abends unbedingt einen Tisch reservieren lassen. Dankenswerterweise haben es die beiden Damen dennoch möglich gemacht. Vielen Dank :-D
