Last night I ate some delicious sweet and sour baked chicken. The portion was so large that I had the rest packed up. Now, when I opened the box at the office today, I saw that only the rice and chicken had been packed, even though there was still plenty of sauce left. Unfortunately, it's inedible now—what a shame!

We lacked a love of food. There was no fresh vegetables like broccoli, bamboo shoots, etc., and unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm. Lunch is inexpensive.

The portions were great, the meat was very tasty and plentiful. The side dishes and sauces were excellent. For the price, the quality is unbeatable! The wait was just one person, but the wait was not long, and the service was very accommodating! We were there on a Saturday evening without a reservation. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Despite two requests, they couldn't bring sweet and sour sauce to my wontons. They were served with curry ketchup. I've never had anything like it in my life. My duck was also mushy, and the sauce was way too salty. It was 'just' lunch, but it didn't taste good. Never again.

We've been guests here for years and couldn't be happier. The food is exceptionally tasty and of consistent quality, the prices are very reasonable, and the owner is always so welcoming. We feel completely at home and are happy to come back again and again...

I ordered food for a celebration. It came in specially provided buffet containers with all the trimmings. The food was plentiful and incredibly delicious. The guests were thrilled, and I was absolutely satisfied. I would definitely order from Fong Wong again. I should also mention that the price was fair and affordable considering the quantity of food and compared to other providers. I'm thrilled.

Vom Essen und vom Service bin ich sehr begeistert. 1x Hühnerfleisch mit Bambus und Morcheln, war super, für gerade mal 10€. 1x Ente kross mit chin. Pilzen war auch super für gerade mal 12,50€. Preise sind kaum zu glauben. Cola für 3€ und Wasser für 2,50€. Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war jeder Tisch belegt. Wir waren in einem separaten Raum und da war es angenehm ruhig, weil die 2 anderen Tische als einzige noch frei waren. Parkplätze vor der Tür mit Parkautomat. Ich habe für mich beschlossen, dies wird mein neues Stammlokal werden, so gut schmeckte es. Macht euch aber immer selber ein Bild.

A very good Chinese with a large menu and delicious rice dishes that you can choose from with chicken, duck, pork and beef! I prefer to eat a meal with Chinese mushrooms in it: I like the so-called nutty aroma of it! That would be number 62, among others! Plus a beer or a dry white wine. Today I also ordered the egg soup with chicken, 1x spring roll and number 46: rice and beef with Chinese mushrooms! 👍😋. The service is very friendly! The restaurant itself is very authentically decorated according to Asian tradition with Asian sounds and beautiful music! The rooms are very comfortable and large. A Buddha statue and an aquarium also decorate the recommended restaurant. ❤️🙏

I was visiting Celle. This Chinese restaurant is located on the edge of the old town and has relatively few seats. The good reviews on Google convinced me to visit the restaurant because I like Chinese food. The duck was delicious and the portion was so big that I almost couldn't finish it. 15 minutes after opening at 5:30 p.m. there were already a lot of guests there and obviously a lot of regulars. The innkeeper knew many of the guests personally. The food was served after 15 minutes. In terms of price it is absolutely ridiculous there. All in all, a gastronomic delight this evening.

Small, owner-run Chinese restaurant in the city center of Celle. Was allowed to overhear a conversation with older guests (early 70s). They have been coming to the owner for over 30 years and are still very impressed. Quote: we grew old together 😁 Every restaurateur wants such regular guests. Nicely located. Very quiet in the evening. The owners are very very nice. There were two of us, we each had a soup (it was OK, nothing earth-shattering), a drink (Radler 0.4L and Coke 0.3L) and a main course each and all for under €50. Main course was great!

Today I had lunch for two at fong wong. The reception is very friendly. The ambience seems a little out of date, but it definitely has a certain feel-good charm. Everything has been perfect so far. We choose curry beef campingon onion and pork chop soy. As well as fried rice to take away. As well as drinks. The service is perfectly timed, timed. If you want to eat the food to take away later, you should let us know straight away, otherwise it will only be freshly prepared last. But that was a communication error on our part. For dinner there was spring roll or soup as a starter. The spring roll was definitely homemade. A big plus point. The soup Peking soup nr1 or whatever was a little too carrot-heavy for me but definitely delicious. Unfortunately the main courses were varied. The pork chop soy was the tastiest I've eaten in recent years. The beef curry champions onion was spicy, was lukewarm and tasted watery. the meat was ok, mushrooms canned but sorry, it said spicy on the menu. The dish was almost tasteless. And too many onions. I hope this was a one-off. I'm not one to just complain... I often enjoy Chinese and Thai food and cook it myself. That's why I like to show you how it can be done better. The rice dish was delicious again. So I'm a little surprised. I also expressed my opinion to the person who placed the order, but I had the impression that he didn't understand it. In summary, I advise against the curry, the rest was fine and we don't need to talk about the price. More than OK. Can be classified in the lower price segment. And therefore a clear recommendation from me

I can't understand why this restaurant is rated so well, the food was the worst Chinese of my life, the Peking duck doesn't even deserve the name, long waiting times between courses, and I've never had ketchup as a starter, the fried noodles have Tasted like it had been pulled through an ashtray. Simply disgusting what is offered there. Unfortunately I have to give one star otherwise it would have been zero.

Gestern Abend zum ersten Mal bei diesem kleinen aber feinen China Restaurant zum Essen gewesen. Gut das wir einen Tisch bestellt hatten. Wir wurden super freundlich begrüßt. Die Auswahl der verschiedenen Speisen ist hier super gut. Und die Portionen sind reichlich und mega lecker. Hier werden wir nochmal definitiv zum Essen hingehen.

Freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, sehr leckeres Essen, preislich auch für Familien machbar. Etwas lange Wartezeit, die aber beim netten Ambiente nicht stört.

Das Essen ist nicht zu empfehlen. Hier wird nicht mit Essig gespart. Und unter Alster verstehe ich eine Mischung aus Bier und Brause... Nicht ein Drittel Bier und zwei Drittel Wasser!

Zum Mittagstisch waren wir da, kurz gesagt es war gut und günstig.

Essen war wie bisher immer sehr gut. Einrichtung ist halt schon etwas älter aber gepflegt und sauber!

Hier haben wir ein Restaurant gefunden, in welchem wir uns wie zuhause fühlen. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, die Bedienung ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich richtig wohl. Fong-Wong ist zu unserem Stammrestaurant geworden und kann nur weiter empfohlen werden.

Wir waren zum ersten.Mal in dem kleinen Lokal mitten in Celle. Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Reichliche Portionen und gute Preise. Ohne Glutamat- kein Problem, man muss es nur sagen. Das Essen ist trotzdem sehr lecker. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

Wenn Chinesisches Essen, dann nur bei ihm.. auf Wunsch wird das Essen ohne Glutamat gemacht, es ist alles super frisch. Das absolute Highlight sind die Kaiserröllchen, ich liebe sie🤩🤩

Das Fong Wong ist ein kleines nettes Chinesisches Restaurant am Rande von Celle, das Essen ist lecker, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und das Ambiente nicht überladen. Man kann seine Mahlzeit genießen und der Verzehr Preis ist auch sehr angenehm. Immer gerne wieder.
