Wir waren im Rahmen einer Geburtstagsfeier im Restaurant Flugplatz Elchingen und rundum begeistert! Schon beim Betreten haben wir uns wohlgefühlt – die moderne, aber dennoch gemütliche Einrichtung schafft eine tolle Atmosphäre. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Das Essen war einfach hervorragend! Von Balkan-Spezialitäten bis hin zu schwäbischen Klassikern – alles wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet und geschmacklich perfekt abgestimmt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die vielseitige Speisekarte, die für jeden Geschmack etwas bietet – von Fisch über Fleisch bis hin zu vegetarischen und veganen Gerichten. Die Qualität der Zutaten war spürbar hoch, und jede Mahlzeit war ein Genuss. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut fair. Der großzügige Außenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein, besonders an sonnigen Tagen eine tolle Option. Zudem gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor Ort, was den Besuch noch angenehmer macht. Wir waren alle mehr als zufrieden und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch – eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die gutes Essen und herzliche Gastfreundschaft schätzen!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal zur Familienfeier da: freundlicher Service mit einem Team, das den Eindruck vermittelt, Spass bei der Arbeit zu haben. Sehr schnell alle à la carte bestellt und alle gemeinsam das Essen bekommen. Sehr lecker ohne großen Schnickschnack. Danke!!

Super freundliches Personal... essen kommt flott... ist reichlich.. schmeckt lecker... das Restaurant selbst ist sehr geräumig und der Außenbereich gepflegt....

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Restaurant Flugplatz Elchingen – Balkan Grill. Das Essen war insgesamt gut und die Portionen ordentlich. Geschmacklich hat alles gepasst, auch wenn es für uns nichts außergewöhnlich Besonderes war. Leider hat es etwas länger gedauert, bis wir unser Essen bekommen haben. Der Service war aber freundlich und bemüht, weshalb der Besuch trotzdem angenehm war. Insgesamt ein solides Restaurant für Balkan-Spezialitäten mit noch etwas Potenzial beim Ablauf und Timing.

War jetzt das zweite Mal dort als Ziel einer Radtour. Am Sonntag Nachmittag bei gutem Wetter ist die Schöne Terrasse ( die meisten Plätze sind beschattet) gut voll. Das Essen ist fleischbetont, doch der Salat Alf ist fein, mit dem Ziegenkäse auch einigermaßen sättigend. Obwohl es schön wäre, neben / unter dem vielen Blattsalat auch mal Karotten, Bohnen, Kraut oder etwas wie Kartoffelsalat zu finden. Lustig finde ich die aufgeschnitten Currywurst: man bekommt sie in mundgerechten Scheibchen in viel Sauce. Der Grillteller war sehr reichlich, aber das Fleisch soll ein wenig trocken gewesen sein. Die Linguine mit Gamberi kamen gut an. Zwischendurch den Fliegern zusehen und ein schöner Blick in die Weite. Beeindruckend fand ich, wie schnell die freundlichen Ober waren bei so viel Betrieb an einem sonnigen Sonntagnachmittag. Da können sich viele anderen dran eine Scheibe abschneiden!

Kurz auf einen Abenddrink im Freien gesessen. Tolles Ambiente. Starts und Landungen erlebt, Panorama genossen. Tolle Weitsicht. Vorspeise, Garnelen in Öl und Knoblauch mundeten lecker. Freundliche Servicekräfte. Gepflegtes Mobiliar und auch vollbesetzter Innenraum modern eingerichtet, sauber. Reichhaltige Speisekarte.

Achtung: Familienunfreundlich. Räuberteller mit 3€ auf der Rechnung für 1-Jähriges Kind, obwohl kein extra Teller für Kinder bestellt wurde! Leider zu spät gemerkt.

Waren heute zu sechst dort zum Mittagessen. Die Speisen waren durchweg gut, ebenso der Service. Ambiente muss sich nicht verstecken. Kommen wieder!

Ich war schon in vielen Restaurants essen, aber dieser Besuch war etwas ganz Besonderes. Schon beim Betreten wird man herzlich empfangen das Personal ist aufmerksam, freundlich und hat jederzeit ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Das Essen war einfach fantastisch: jedes Gericht frisch zubereitet, perfekt abgeschmeckt und wunderschön angerichtet. Besonders das Steak war ein absolutes Highlight zart, saftig und auf den Punkt gegart. Auch die Beilagen und Saucen waren von bester Qualität und haben das Ganze perfekt abgerundet. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist gemütlich, stilvoll und gleichzeitig familiär. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und merkt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft und Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird.Ein großes Kompliment an das gesamte Team von der Küche bis zum Service. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens weiterempfehlen an alle, die gutes Essen und herzliche Gastfreundschaft schätzen! 👏🍷🥩

Erst mal zu meiner Person, meine Lehrberuf war im Hotel. Waren heute dort beim Essen, naja, was soll ich dazu sagen, für diese Preisklasse war das Essen nicht der Knaller, hatte das Gefühl das der Koch kein Gefühl für Portionen hat, mein nachbartisch hatte das gleiche wie ich, mit bei weiten mehr Beilagen und größere Fleischanteil.Soße schmeckte wie aus der Packung. Hatte danach noch ein Eis bestellt, Vanilleeis, sah aus wie Pudding und schmeckte auch so, keine Anzeichen von Vanille. Die Eisschokolade wurde mit saurer Milch serviert, gut Reklamation wurde anerkannt und nicht berechnet, aber das darf nicht passieren. Alles in einem, bei diesem Preisneveau lohnt sich nicht wirklich dort essen zu gehen.

Ein echter Geheimtipp! Das Essen am Flugplatz Neresheim ist nicht nur lecker, sondern auch liebevoll zubereitet – frisch, bodenständig und mit Geschmack. Besonders schön: das freundliche Personal und die entspannte, familiäre Atmosphäre. Das Ambiente direkt am Flugfeld ist einmalig – ideal für einen Ausflug bei schönem Wetter. Ob Kaffee und Kuchen oder ein herzhaftes Essen – man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die gutes Essen und eine tolle Umgebung schätzen! Wir kommen gerne wieder! ✈️🍽️🌤️

Sehr schönes Lokal direkt an der Landebahn. Innen hübsch renoviert und außen mit großer Sonnenterrasse. Das Essen war sehr gut und reichlich, die Männer im Service waren schnell, freundlich und humorvoll. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, tolles geschmackvolles Essen, die Auswahl der Speisekarte dürfte meiner Meinung nach etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, ansonsten sehr zufrieden Die Kellner sind alle sympathisch, freundlich und sehr flink. Kommen immer wieder gerne vorbei, auch toll zum draußen sitzen.

Normale Sportplatz Gaststätte mit jugoslawischem Service. Leckeres Essen, interessantes Ambiente, nur leider kein gutes Bier. Im näheren Umfeld gibt es bessere Gaststätten. Bonus: Liegt an einem (leider von Rentnern stark befahrenem) Radweg.

Ambiente ist schön modern eingerichtet. Es gibt auch einen extra Saal für bis zu ca 30 Personen. Service ist top , auch wenn mal viel los ist wird freundlich und orientiert gearbeitet. Essen köstlich , ich finde es ist für alle Geschmäcker was dabei. Egal ob Fisch , Fleisch oder Salat uns hat immer alles sehr gemundet. Schon zwei Mal Geburtstag da gefeiert und sehr zufrieden gewesen mit allem.

The food was great. The staff was super friendly, not pushy, just made you feel comfortable.

We sat on the terrace; the flight traffic shouldn't bother you, but it has a very special atmosphere. The waiters are very friendly. There were five of us, and everyone loved the food. Everything is just right here, including the prices. The interior is very nice. We've already planned our upcoming family celebration here.

We were here at the airport for the first time today. We arrived at 6 p.m. without a reservation, but a friendly waiter found us a table even though it was full, and everything tasted delicious. Pola pola, perfect. We'd love to come back!

The restaurant doesn't accept card payments under €20. It's best not to go there just for a coffee or beer, as you'll be treated like a second-class customer...

You can sit there in a very relaxed manner and enjoy a delicious meal. If you have children interested in airplanes, it's even more relaxing. You can watch the planes take off and land.

A very nice place to spend lunch. You can sit on the terrace and watch the gliders and motorsport aircraft from the small airport. The food portions are quite large and the prices are good!

We were recommended this place by Ki, which has a good selection of vegetarian dishes, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. You also have to be careful with the schnitzel dishes. If you're looking for Wienerschnitzel, it's basically a type of schnitzel, meaning it's made with pure pork. Otherwise, the dishes were fine, as far as we were concerned.

The food was very solid, but the menu left a lot to be desired. Side dishes were listed in the plural and served in the singular. Lorem Ipsum was also on the menu, which was seriously unprofessional. They did offer a Wasseralfinger special, though, so I'll skip it.

We were very pleasantly surprised and will be back! The food was good, and the service was polite and quick. It would be great if there were more snacks or cold dishes for those who aren't hungry, like we were, and you stop by for lunch on the spur of the moment.

Our first visit. We happened upon it by chance because the reviews on Google were really good, and we were curious. The restaurant is beautifully situated on a small airfield. From the terrace, you can watch the small planes and gliders taking off and landing. It's really fun. The interior is very stylishly decorated, and it was really busy for a Saturday lunchtime. We were immediately greeted very warmly and given our choice. We decided on the terrace because the weather was fantastic. The terrace was huge, and you could find a spot at one of the nice tables. We also liked that they had cushions you could borrow. We ordered, after having a hard time choosing between the delicious and good selection. Everything that was delivered to the other tables looked delicious. They kindly served us a very tasty soup first, on the house – so we continued. And that was fine, too. The salad was perfectly matched with the dressing, and our fried potatoes and fries were top-notch. My grilled platter was substantial, one of the best in recent years, and reasonably priced (for a good 350g of beef, pork, and chicken). We'll definitely be back. We received friendly and courteous service and a warm welcome, the location is great, and the food was excellent. We couldn't ask for more.

Very tasty steak with a nice view of the airport

I had dinner here with 2 work colleagues. Tuesday is steak day at this restaurant. Prices are excellent for this good quality of food. It was really delicious and as you can see from the pictures, very juicy. The atmosphere is very nice, you can see the planes taking off and landing, which is really impressive, especially exciting for children. Will definitely eat here again.

We went for dinner with two couples we were friends with on Friday evening. Surprisingly, we were alone in the very large room, which, thanks to the beautiful furnishings, didn't seem cold or uncomfortable. However, it was a bit cool, and without numerous guests the heating probably couldn't warm up the room better. We still feel comfortable. The food is simply fabulous, it tasted delicious and given the large selection on the menu, the decision wasn't easy for some people. The service is very friendly and attentive, rather quiet and reserved. However, I had to wave several times for a second glass of wine until the landlord noticed me, even though he had nothing else to do. However, I was more amused than annoyed; when there's so little going on, you can fall asleep sometimes 😄. All in all, we had a lovely evening with excellent food at a good price and would love to come back (then in the summer on the terrace, where it's certainly great to sit). I'm happy to give my recommendation.

I think most people base their reviews on the number of options. We were more than disappointed when we were there in the summer. Service was pretty scattered and well, the friendliness wasn't that great either. The menu absolutely ut too many offers, so of course the question arises for me - how does it work??.? I doubt that everything will be FRESHLY COOKED then.... I cannot recommend this restaurant for vegetarians or vegans. For us it was a unique visit.....

Good food at a really fair price. Was there for the 2nd time now. The first time for lunch and then for dinner with my teammates, both times we were full. What's really positive is that there are also vegan dishes that are super tasty and really fill you up. A top recommendation for me. I'd love to come back. It's worth stopping there if you're on your way south. The menu is quite extensive, with something for everyone, young and old. What we ate was lovingly prepared and tasty. The service was very friendly and attentive. The ambience is still being worked on. There are already some nice accents here and there. (Lighting, comfortable chairs and the division of seating areas with flowers. My companion and I enjoyed the evening in the restaurant. Thank you again to the entire team. We would be happy to come back.
