Ich hatte den Abend meines Lebens! Brandon hat mir den besten shot jemals gemacht! Wenn ihr vorbei kommt, bestellt "Heaven and Hell" vertraut mir!! Love u Brandon!

Ich bin dort jeden Donnerstag beim karaoke es ist einfach mega. Man lernt richtig coole Leute kennen. Auch das Essen und das Personal sind mega.

Wir waren an einem Donnerstag hier zum Karaoke singen. Das Essen war gut, der Service der Kellnerin auch, aber erwartet nicht, dass ihr singen könnt. Wir einmal um 20:30Uhr gesungen und dann einen Song in die Liste getan. Ab 22Uhr waren wir schon genervt, weil unser Lied sehr weit unten war. Ab 23 Uhr waren wir auf dem 10. Platz in der Liste und dachten, dass wir jetzt noch warten können, obwohl unsere Laune schon semi gut war. Immer wieder wurde unser Song nach unten gepackt und wir hatten keine Möglichkeit zu singen. Es kamen Leute mittlerweile das zweite oder dritte Mal ran, während wir immer noch nicht singen konnten. Der Karaokebereich des Flannigans ist nicht so groß, dass solch eine lange Wartezeit irgendwie gerechtfertigt werden könnte. Nicht einmal im Murphy’s Law wartet man so lange auf einen Song. Ich werde wahrscheinlich in Zukunft nicht mehr kommen und auch meinen Freunden empfehlen nicht mehr zu kommen. Dieser Abend war eine komplette Geld- und Zeitverschwendung. Man erwartet an einen Karaokeabend mehr Möglichkeiten um zu singen und Spaß zu haben, aber diese Bar hat es geschafft das Gegenteil zu bewirken.

Wir haben 3 Stunden vergeblich gewartet dass unser song beim karaoke gespielt wird...immer wieder wurden andere songs von anderen Leuten bevorzugt und ich kann das einfach nicht nachvollziehen. Davon abgesehen - essen war echt zu teuer für die Menge (Burger war auch gefühlt halb roh) Drinks ok aber auch nicht gut

Pub ist einen Besuch wert. Wir waren schon öfter da und haben verschiedene Speisen probiert. Besonders gut schmeckten Shepherd's Pie, Irish Stew und Fish and Chips (mit Vinegar). Es gibt aber auch Mexican bzw. Finger Food und Burger/Sandwiches etc. Wochenkarte mit Besonderheiten ist zu erwähnen. Irisches Bier z. B. Guinness, Kilkenny oder Hop House, Cider und Softdrinks bzw. Cocktails und Shots etc. sind erhältlich. In letzter Zeit ist es etwas teurer geworden und die schwarzen Speisekarten mit roter (?) Schrift sind schlecht lesbar im schummerigen Licht. Das Servicepersonal ist meist sehr nett, berät gerne und bemüht sich, zügig zu servieren. Es gibt saisonal auch Tische auf dem Fußweg vor dem Lokal. Die Inneneinrichtung ist leider uralt und viele Stühle sind wackelig. Es gibt zudem unterschiedliche Bereiche mit verschiedenen Bodenbelägen (und einige Stolperfallen). Das Lokal hätte durchaus mal eine Sanierung nötig, ist aber trotzdem immer sehr voll und beliebt.

Wir waren früher Stammkunden, jeden Montag beim Quiz und da wir heute am Samstagabend in der Stadt unterwegs waren, wollten wir noch was essen. Eigentlich freute ich mich auf ein Guinness, unsere Tochter auf Nachos und war dann aber sprachlos, als uns gesagt wurde, dass Kinder ab 22.00 Uhr nicht erwünscht wären! Es war 21.30! Sowas ist uns noch nie passiert. Es ist Sommer und da ist man auch mit Kindern unterwegs.....leider habt Ihr uns nun als Stammkunden verloren!!! So schafft man es, treue und zahlenden Kunden für immer los zu werden!

Wie ein echter britischer Pub. Sehr authentisch. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Sanitäranlagen gehören mal wieder renoviert. Davon abgesehen können wir nur den Montag Abend empfehlen. Pub Quiz. Da gibt es alles was einen britischen Pub ausmacht. Aber auch zum Mittagessen kommen wir gerne her.

Sehr nette Location,gemütlich,urig,irish....Essen kann ich nur von Sehen beurteilen, da nichts gegessen. Hat jedenfalls lecker ausgesehen....Gerne wieder....

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Die Bedienung im Irish Pub war uns gegenüber äußerst unfreundlich und ist uns sogar persönlich angegangen, was absolut unprofessionell und respektlos war. Man erwartet in einem Pub eine angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre, stattdessen wurden wir unangemessen behandelt und fühlten uns sehr unwohl. So ein Verhalten gegenüber Gästen ist nicht akzeptabel. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen und können diesen Service leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Mega lustigen Karaoke Abend verbracht. Essen war gut. Cocktails lecker 😋. Bedienung mega nett. Reservierung per Mail perfekt funktioniert.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen und die Getränke waren köstlich, manchmal dauerte es etwas, bis die Bestellung an den Tisch gebracht wurde, aber das war nicht weiter schlimm.

Wir waren zur Quiznight mit einer Gruppe hier. Leider war der Service an dem Abend sehr unfreundlich. Zwei von uns haben Enchiladas bestellt (einmal mit Hühnchen, einmal vegetarisch mit Guacamole statt Salsa). Das Essen kam zwar schnell, war aber nur lauwarm. Zunächst wurden die Gerichte vertauscht – das kann passieren. Problematisch war jedoch, dass sich im vegetarischen Gericht ebenfalls ein Stück Hühnchen befand. Als Vegetarier ist es sehr unangenehm, gleich zweimal in Fleisch zu beißen. Auf den Hinweis reagierte die Mitarbeiterin unfreundlich und stellte es zunächst so dar, als hätten wir selbst das falsche Essen gegessen. Erst nach mehrmaligem Erklären wurde angeboten, es dem Chef weiterzugeben. Eine Entschuldigung gab es in keiner Weise und es ist ansonsten nichts weiter passiert. Geschmacklich waren die Enchiladas eher durchschnittlich und für 18 € weder qualitativ noch mengenmäßig überzeugend. Insgesamt leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Eigentlich ein cooler Laden, um paar Bierchen zu trinken. Aber wenn Hunger noch dazu kommt und man bestellt nen Burger, dann war’s das. Selten so schlechtes Fleisch im Burger gehabt. Für mich irgendwie ein Fertigprodukt oder was auch immer. Hatte mehrere Knorpel im Fleisch. Sorry. Hab mich voll geärgert. Und für über 20 Euro für nen Fatboy erwartet man schon viel mehr.

Ich verstehe nicht warum Menschen die Sauberkeit in den Toiletten bemängeln. Toller Ort und alles ist tip top.

Haben hier meinen Geburtstag gefeiert und es war super schön. Die Kellnerin war super aufmerksam, Drinks und Essen lecker und das Ambiente ist echt mega. Kleines Manko war für mich nur das das Pub Quiz trotz Montag nicht stattgefunden hatte, darauf hätte ich echt mal Lust.

Wäre cool, macht aber erst um 17 Uhr auf

We've had good experiences the last few years…but on our last visit, the pub didn't exactly welcome us, as it was completely overwhelmed by the high volume of customers on a Friday evening. The nachos are delicious and you meet lots of people, it's all very relaxed!

An Irish pub with traditional music and very attentive staff. Our small group only ordered drinks, but we weren't disappointed. Classics like Guinness were, of course, available. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place to continue your evening!

It means it's open until midnight, but it was already closed at 11:20 PM.

Food good, beer expensive, ambiance worn, the OSB floor looks like a construction site. The toilet stinks like a train station restroom. At €5 per beer, a quick clean would be a must.

Anyone in the city center looking for an Irish atmosphere will find themselves in the right place at Flannigan's Post!

It's really nice, especially the pub quiz. However, the prices have gone up a lot... Almost €5 for a beer is steep, that's Munich prices in Augsburg (€5 is generally too much for a half-liter – at the Tegernsee Bräustüberl, a half-liter currently costs €3.30...). The same goes for the food. It's good, but I also think it's far too expensive for what you get. The price-performance ratio for both drinks and food is simply off. The rest is great, though, especially the atmosphere :)

We were looking forward to a nice Irish dinner – unfortunately, our expectations were largely disappointed. There were three Irish dishes on the menu. As a starter, we ordered the Irish stew for two, which unfortunately turned out to be a complete disaster. The dish had been cooked, frozen, and then reheated. That wouldn't normally be a problem, but reheated potatoes and carrots from the freezer are simply inedible. The taste had nothing to do with the Irish stew we know from Ireland. At around €15 for a main course, the value for money is completely unacceptable. The other two dishes – fish and chips and shepherd's pie – were also nothing special. Certainly not something we would return for. The restaurant itself was okay, however, the restrooms (ladies' room) were in very poor condition – a strong smell of urine and a loose toilet seat. In addition, the music from the speakers was much too loud, so we could hardly have a conversation at our table for two. . ... What truly stood out, however, was the service: attentive, courteous, and exceptionally friendly – ​​that was definitely the highlight of the evening. And the Guinness on tap. Conclusion: Unfortunately, not a place we would return to on our next stopover in Augsburg – perhaps a nice pub later in the evening, but not recommended for dining.

The food was absolutely delicious! The burger was perfectly prepared and super juicy. The Mexican dishes were also simply breathtaking…truly authentic and full of flavor. Truly a restaurant that I can only recommend. I'll definitely be back!

Great Irish pub that I enjoy visiting every now and then. I get a small deduction for the fish and chips, which aren't entirely convincing. But the staff and atmosphere are top-notch! :)

Irish pub with Mexican cuisine... not bad either... the Guinness was decent and the young team impeccable... there were pub quizzes in English...

Super delicious food, nice atmosphere, and friendly staff—all in all, a recommendation if you want to eat well in the city center.

Die Lokalität flannigans Post ist so lässig. Man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl dort. Es ist keines dieser anstrengenden "ach-so-trendy"-Lokale. Die Angestellten sind super aufmerksam aber nicht nervig. Essen und Getränke einwandfrei.

Bin nun das 5 Jahr in Folge dort und muss sagen, es ist alles wie immer. Coole Location nette Leute. Was man nicht vergessen darf ist das Tolle Team das sich darum Kümmert das das Leibliche wohl an erster Stelle steht. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp für alle Altersklassen. Das Essen ist absolut lecker und wird zu einem fairen Preis angeboten. Ich persönlich freue mich jetzt schon auf die nächsten 5 Tage im Mai 2026. Groses Lob an euch alle. Macht weiter so.

The service is friendly and attentive, even if it gets busier as time goes on. In addition to the great atmosphere, Flannigan's Post also impresses with a solid selection of drinks - from Guinness to cider to classic cocktails, there is something for everyone. We didn't eat there, just ordered a few nachos with dip. The dips were good, unfortunately the nachos didn't taste like anything. Conclusion: A great place for anyone who wants to spend an entertaining evening with friends. Whether you're singing karaoke or just watching and getting excited - it's guaranteed not to be boring at Flannigan's Post! The pub quiz is also worth a visit.

Actually everything is great! Had fish and chips and the fries were great! But the fish just wasn't a fish anymore. Daer was really slimy and tasteless. Maybe you should experiment with it some more 👍

The mix of Irish and Mexican was a bit strange to me, but the beer was as I imagined it would be. Unfortunately, so did the food, because it had more of an American-Mexican flavor than actually Central American. The mixed platter to share came with a fried filo dough with spinach filling, chicken wings, a flour tortilla with rice and pork filling, a scalloped potato, salad and nachos. Anyone who has ever been to Mexico will be a little disappointed by the selection. For 2 beers and part of the plate you get €30 (12/24). But the service was super friendly and funny and took good care of us, despite the stressful and loud clientele. A reservation is definitely necessary, especially for larger groups, especially at weekends.

My buddy - I'm not allowed to write, we were mistaken for a gay couple that evening - and I spent a rustic evening with a few Hop House 13s, excellent whiskey, and attentive, extremely friendly service. The atmosphere is very homely and friendly, which rubs off on the guests and staff. Or vice versa?

Ripped off ny waitress one of party ordered drink and left without telling anyone left €10 to pay for drinks he ordered waitress later on came to get paid for drinks which we knew nothing about she took 2 other drinks which had been paid for at bar tried to explain and gave her the €10 that had been left she tried to make out that it been left as tip crook if it was me would sack her on the spot don't go near it plenty of other bars won't be back

THE goto place in Augsburg. We visited from the states and return here every year. Friendly, fast, fantastic service, great people. You won't be disappointed!!

Today, after a year, another week here in Augsburg. Like last year, I have to say, I was happy to have eaten 4 days in a row again. Everything is as fantastic as the year before. 110% commitment, 110% good quality food for fair money. All in all. The hottest place in Augsburg. Big praise to the team.

Cozy pub with top staff and a very high level karaoke evening on Thursdays. Clearly, "just" a pub, but Flannigan's Post doesn't want anything more and, above all, it doesn't have to be. Unfortunately there is no gooseberry spritzer on offer. You have to drink beer... :)

Cozy Irish pub in a central location. If you want to have a few pints in a relaxed atmosphere with friends, it's a good choice. The food is typical pub - not bad, but not outstanding either. Had a Dublin Steak Sandwich and a Philly Chicken Cheese Steak Sandwich. Both sandwiches were ok, but there was something missing.

Quaint pub, service very friendly and food was very tasty. More people make better reservations.

Were celebrating a birthday here with around 20 people. We had a little compartment separated out for us, which was really good. Food is highly recommended in terms of price/performance.
