Frankfurt's best address for burgers. The service on the phone, the patience to listen patiently to all my requests and to smile friendly over the phone, WOW. And last but not least, the burger was TOP, the fries were crispy. Great store.

Very very good burger, no cheap meat, it tastes like quality.

Sorry, but these are bland and far-dry padies. No spices and tastes like cardboard. When you eat, you spill everything because the toppings come out of the rolls. I know it's fashionable to flatten the padies extremely flat and fry them all the way through until they're crispy, but that makes them far dry. The buns aren't that great either and the price is MUCH too high for such bad burgers. I'm not coming back here. I personally don't like the atmosphere. Far too dark and impersonal. On our day the kitchen looked like the ketchup and mustard bottles had exploded. The equipment and the wall were full of the sauces. Sorry, that's my opinion, but it's also a matter of taste. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether they like it. If you don't know it, you can try it, but it's not my thing. I would like to say where I would like to go, but unfortunately they had to close due to corona. Try it and form your own opinion. Lg.

This was the best burger I've ever had. The king burger is the one to try. The combination is insanely good. This burger changed my life. I now look differently at every burger I've ever ate. Simply amazing. It's small, but the burgers are amazing. They taste like homemade and are high quality. Also they are at a very low price.

Small, inconspicuous burger joint, but the food is record-breaking. Rarely have I had such crispy and flavorful fries and even the sweet potato fries were nice and crispy.

A positive surprise: Due to a stay at a hotel nearby, we ordered here for pickup. The fries were simply amazing! Probably twice fried, they were extremely crispy and very tasty. The burgers were also absolutely delicious. The service when picking up was also really nice. It can get bigger, I would like it to. Please bring bags with a logo and a website, then it will quickly become a very popular store.

The ambience isn't the best, but the burgers and fries are very good. Above all, the price for a menu is pretty good. The staff were pretty friendly too.

Poutine was ok, the gravy was very weak and didn't taste like anything, the cheese was cold and didn't melt much. Today's service could speak better German. There were also communication difficulties when it came to understanding. This is annoying because you had to repeat everything and thus lost time. Otherwise everything is okay, especially the toilets are clean.

The food was good, the burger, the fries. A bowl for the fries or even real plates would certainly be nicer We were satisfied

This was by far the best and tastiest burger 🍔 I have ever eaten. There's probably a very talented person here with his heart and soul cooking. Bravo 👍. The ingredients are very harmonious with one another and you can taste everything well, not to be compared with the tasteless offerings from MC Donald and co. Many people make handmade burgers, but this burger is in a class of its own, 10 stars 🌟. Keep it up and don't let up or change. The patties are very tasty, juicy and have a wonderful beef taste.

In my opinion this is the best burger shop in Frankfurt ever. The store itself is really nice and the service is very friendly. I got my burger after less than 10 minutes and also the fried sweet potatoes with special sauce (just a dream). I've never had such a good burger anywhere else. You can just tell how everything is freshly prepared and you can taste it too. Simply great!

Absolutely loved this burger joint! The juicy burgers are simply great, and the friendly atmosphere always puts you in a good mood. The staff is super nice, and the selection of fresh toppings makes every visit a taste experience. Definitely my favorite place for delicious burgers!

Really great! I can't say it enough. This is my third time here and I have never been disappointed. The burgers are very professionally prepared with fried sweet potatoes on the side. The owner and the waitress were really nice. Gladly again!

Ordered at 21:09, delivered at 21:32. That was quick! The delivery agent was very polite. Out of the following: 1. Classic Burger 2. Chicken special burger 3. Beef bacon burger #2 stole the show. Lip-smacking!! Price range for 2 people €20- €25

There are good burgers, fries and sauces here. Tip: Ordering directly from the restaurant is up to 30% cheaper than ordering via Lieferando (even outside lunchtime).

We came at lunchtime. The burgers were very good, five stars for me. Three things weren't nice: It was freezing cold in the room. We sat in it in winter jackets and it was still cold. The waitress was on the phone while we were taking our order. That's impolite. There was stuff on the floor of the toilet and the trash can was overflowing. (We were the first guests of the day right after opening) Please also pay a little attention to the food itself.

The burgers were delicious, well topped and juicy, as were the buns. Prices for Frankfurt and current “inflation” are understandable. The fries (a dream) with sour cream, guacamole and fresh tomatoes taste really delicious, fresh and the portion is sufficient. Criticism: it was very cold, the heating was on 3, but it was ice cold, I think it was defective and the ambience is unfortunately "old fashioned". The staff was nice.

hey iam pula gisteren heb ik een vijfsterrenburger bezocht en ik eet wat hala-eten zoals. Big Boss burger, vegetarische burger en vele andere dingen die ik wil eten en de vergadering was zeer aangenaam en de eigenaar van de vijfsterrenburger was erg lief en aardig. Ik ben zeer tevreden over het gedrag van de eigenaar. Ook heb ik liever dat je dit vijfsterrenvoedsel probeert

Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Essen war auch schon pünktlich und der Personal war auch sehr höflich. Ich empfehle es jeden weiten. ☺️

Mir hat es leider gar nicht geschmeckt. Hatte 2 Burger und Pommes bestellt und es war für mich einfach zu wenig traditionell. Wenn ich einen Burger möchte, möchte ich nen klassisches Brötchen, klassische Soßen… Das Brötchen hat mir am wenigsten gescheckt, die Pommes kamen an 2. Stelle - da war irgend ein Beigeschmack… Sorry, leider nichts meins.

Meine Freundin hat heute für dich essen bestellt. Ich hatte keinen Hunger gehabt und um Mindestbestellwert zu erreichen musste sie 2 Burger bestellen, was auch völlig ok ist. Ich habe nachdem Training den zweiten Burger gegessen und die restlichen Pommes und diese waren geschmacklich wie die Größe einfach top gewesen. Wir haben unseren neuen Burgerladen gefunden. Macht weiter so !!!

Preislich, Standard Frankfurt. Ich hab nicht gefragt aber hier meine Vermutung. Bun selbst gemacht oder vom Bäcker gekauft, Für Supermarkt ist zu imperfekt :P Patty wird zu einem Smashburger verarbeitet. Ist die Crossed Aroma Version dafür keine Garstufen :p Die "Spezialsoße" ist irgendne Süße Curry Ding, absolut uncool auf einem "Cheeseburger". Der muss nach DIN (Senf,Ketchup,Mayo) . Danach kommt Kategorie Fantasie Burger mit Spezialsoßen und Gorgonzola Heidelbeere Torte. Sonst hat der Laden einfach Dorf Charakter. Wenn ihr Hunger habt bestellt lieber 2 oder direkt einen Doppelten oder so. Dafür das Montag war und Feiertag dennoch lecka :P

Sehr leckere Burger ohne SchnickSchnack. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Essen war OK. Im Burger ist so gut wie kein Fleisch, wie bereits häufig kritisiert wird. Das Patty wiegt schätzungsweise 40-50 Gramm. Für 9€... Die Preisliste ist veraltet und unleserlich mit Edding angepasst. Für den Menüpreis wird an der Kasse trotzdem zufällig ein Preis bestimmt, der nicht nachvollziehbar erscheint und auf Grund der unvollständigen und veralteten Preisliste nicht überprüft werden kann. Auf dem Kassenzettel steht dann "Getraenke" für 13,50€ - das zeigt nochmal, dass in der Kasse vermutlich ganz andere Preise hinterlegt sind, als beim Kunden abgerechnet werden. Insgesamt liebloser und unseriöser Eindruck. Personal ist höflich. Man kann hier essen, muss es aber nicht mehrmals tun.

Die Burger waren einfach hervorragend. Es war alles hausgemacht. Sogar die Pommes waren hausgemacht. Außerdem wurden wir auch sehr freundlich bedient. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Burgerläden sehr gut. Der Laden ist meiner Meinung nach sehr unterbewertet und hat mehr Beachtung verdient. Ich würde daher auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen dort zu essen.

Habe um 1:30 Morgens bestellt. Doppel Cheese burger mit extra Chili/Cheesesauce.Ein sehr sehr guter Burger für die Urzeit und die Lieferung dauerte gerade mal 15min.

Sieht jetzt von aussen nicht aus wie der Burner aber sau 😋

I have been a regular customer at the Five Star Burger. They have a Delicious food. But today they are having a bit of ongoing problem and they explained it very well, why they can't open today? They will be back on track tommrow and will open tommrow 🙂Such a humble and friendly owners.

Was there for the first time on New Years. Had the poutine menu, ordered with fries. I especially liked the meat pattay. Excellent in taste. Will come more often. Keep it up :)

Mit Abstand die besten Burger und Pommes die man sich im Stadtgebiet liefern lassen kann. Wir bestellen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr leckerer Burger. Meiner Meinung nach der einer der besten in Frankfurt. Die Fritten sind genial und auch knusprig. Das Personal ist immer stets bemüht den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen, zuvorkommend und sehr sympathisch!

Insgesamt ein liebloser Imbiss mit überteuerten Preisen. Burger sind zumindest nicht schlecht, aber das Fleisch wird sparsam verwendet.
