Hello, I have ordered many times and at first they were really good but now it is getting worse and worse. Chicken strips are thinner than a pencil, really disrespectful.

As soon as you enter the shop, the aroma of fresh, delicious chicken hits your nose. The entire menu is not only a feast for the eyes, but also unique in every single dish. I absolutely love every single dish. The service is exceptionally excellent, friendly, and respectful. A positive atmosphere is always the order of the day in this shop. A beautifully designed shop. I can only recommend it with enthusiasm.

When they order, the food always arrives warm, even 15-20 kilometers away, thanks to the boys' thermal bags. Of course there is always something different to eat on site. When you eat there, you will first be greeted by a really nice ambience before you are greeted by the nice and courteous staff. Although there are always many deliveries, you still don't have to wait long for your food. The food is really on a level of its own, really wow, whether it's burgers, chicken pieces, mac and cheese or desserts, everything is really top of the line in this shop. Big recommendation goes out. If you like chicken you will love Five Chicks.

I was there and was amazed at the very carelessly furnished restaurant. I didn't want to sit here so I ordered takeaway. After about 10 minutes of waiting, everything was handed over to me in a friendly manner. I had a chicken burger, fries and checken nuggets. Everything was mediocre and not very seasoned, the fries had no salt. I was most disappointed with the burger. The chicken was bland, the bun wasn't crispy, but also bland. The only thing you could taste was ketchup and mayo. For the high price you can expect better quality.

So far the food has always been very good. Price and performance are okay. However, with my last order I had to wait 2 hours. You definitely need to work on your delivery system. The standard waiting time is always at least 1 hour. Often even 1 hour and 20 minutes. That's just too long (time and day of the week make no difference). After waiting 2 hours a cold and wet burger arrived. The fries were completely soaked with moisture. The fries were soft and wet. Otherwise the fries were always perfect. Please improve your delivery system.

Delivery was ok. But that's the only thing. The fries felt like they were 8 hours old, the chicken felt like it was from the middle of 2005. Absolute impudence to sell such a warmed-up meal to customers here in GERMANY. It's not rocket science to take something out of the freezer and fry it precisely and correctly. I can do that with 3 per mille. I had a great day, unfortunately I end it with an unwanted, massive and spontaneous visit to the toilet. Absolute moral breach, ya selemy!

Also so eine schnelle Lieferung hatten wir noch nie. Nach 10 min klingelte es an der Tür. Essen noch super heiß und es war super lecker. Immer wieder gerne. Auch für den schnellen Snack nach dem shoppen werden wir dort vorbei laufen.

Sehr lecker Preise sind in Ordnung hat nur etwas länger gedauert als angegeben aber sonst super Service. Aktualisierung zur meiner vorigen Rezension Lieferzeiten sind sehr gut Essen ist immer noch super Lecker immer nette Lieferanten

Mehrere Male vor Ort gegessen, super lecker, bestellt habe ich den Chickencheese Burger. Auch die Pommes sind sehr lecker sowie der Service, hier gibt es rein garnichts zu bemängeln. Heute zum ersten Mal bestellt, Bestellung kam deutlich schneller als angegeben und auch hier, sehr sehr lecker und super netter Fahrer. Essen war warm und NICHT durchgeschüttelt, wie man es leider meist kennt. Ich kann den Laden, vor allem für Burger 🍔 empfehlen, anderes noch nicht probiert. Aber finde mal in Hennigsdorf einen sehr guten Burgerladen! Immer wieder gern!

Habe mir heute den kleinen Chickenburger für 6,50 € geholt. War lecker, geh mir in Zukunft bestimmt noch den ein oder anderen Burger holen. Einzige Anmerkung: die Bunns könnten ruhig etwas getoastet werden damit die leckere Soße nicht gleich aufgesogen wird. Deswegen nur 4 von 5. Aber wer Hühnchen in etlichen Variationen möchte kommt hier bestimmt auf seine Kosten.

Chicken Stripes waren ungenießbar, haben geschmeckt als würden sie schon Tage irgendwo rumliegen, die Panade war wie Sandpapier. Absoluter Reinfall! Das einzig leckere an der Bestellung waren die Cheese-Onionrings. Wirklich schade!

Für ein fast Food Restaurant sehr lecker! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen
