It's reopened! I immediately tried the opening special. They should definitely do burger promotions like this more often. Because these fancy burgers are amazing! The whole family loved them. My daughter just found the sauce too spicy. Maybe they should offer a milder version.

I recently ate there once before. Back then, for some reason, the food arrived cold and tasted absolutely terrible. Today I thought I'd give the restaurant another chance, since I live on Eggeweg, just about six doors down. After about an hour, I received a notification that the driver was on his way. But then I was shocked to see that he was going in a completely different direction. First, he drove to Südring in Brackwede, then he came back, drove past me into town, and stayed there for about half an hour—obviously to deliver several orders. I then called the restaurant and explained that this wasn't possible. There was no apology; instead, they claimed it must be another restaurant because they weren't delivering to Eggeweg today. When I replied that it didn't matter, the employee suddenly said, "No, no, it should be here soon." When the driver finally arrived, I spoke to him about it. He claimed he wasn't even in town – even though there was live tracking. The food was cold and absolutely tasteless. The fries and many other items were clearly store-bought items, like you'd find at Aldi – only significantly worse than homemade Aldi fries. Absolutely not recommended!

A classic "London" restaurant, price/performance ratio is okay, the service is friendly and the restaurant is modernly furnished

Really good fast food at reasonable prices. The staff are also very friendly, and you immediately feel welcome. I highly recommend their sauces, and they also do a really good breading. Why go to McDonald's and the like when there are so many better alternatives?
