I recently ate there once before. Back then, for some reason, the food arrived cold and tasted absolutely terrible. Today I thought I'd give the restaurant another chance, since I live on Eggeweg, just about six doors down. After about an hour, I received a notification that the driver was on his way. But then I was shocked to see that he was going in a completely different direction. First, he drove to Südring in Brackwede, then he came back, drove past me into town, and stayed there for about half an hour—obviously to deliver several orders. I then called the restaurant and explained that this wasn't possible. There was no apology; instead, they claimed it must be another restaurant because they weren't delivering to Eggeweg today. When I replied that it didn't matter, the employee suddenly said, "No, no, it should be here soon." When the driver finally arrived, I spoke to him about it. He claimed he wasn't even in town – even though there was live tracking. The food was cold and absolutely tasteless. The fries and many other items were clearly store-bought items, like you'd find at Aldi – only significantly worse than homemade Aldi fries. Absolutely not recommended!

Really good fast food at reasonable prices. The staff are also very friendly, and you immediately feel welcome. I highly recommend their sauces, and they also do a really good breading. Why go to McDonald's and the like when there are so many better alternatives?

Alter Markt 1I've never eaten so badly in my entire life. Everything is warmed up in the microwave and you can even watch it from your seat. Completely overpriced, tasted really bad, lukewarm, unseasoned, the meat was dry. Service tried hard and was very nice, but totally inexperienced. Definitely never again and absolutely not recommended.

Hauptstraße 77An absolutely disappointing experience! We ordered two beef Mühneburgers, but the meat simply tasted awful—it had an unpleasant flavor that was definitely not normal. We immediately addressed this and politely asked for a solution, for example, to swap the meat or give us chicken instead. Instead of understanding or consideration, we were met with arrogance. The employee (or owner) repeatedly told us that his food was good and that his restaurant had many good reviews—as if that automatically meant we were imagining the whole thing. No understanding, no apology, no professional response. My wife then suggested that he could at least give us some more fries—which he eventually did, but when we paid, we were hit with another blow: In a rude and condescending tone, he simply said, "The fries are on the house," as if that would make up for everything. He emphasized several times that he's been working in the restaurant industry for over 25 years—but honestly, after 25 years, he should have finally learned how to treat guests respectfully. I've rarely experienced such a lack of insight, lack of customer focus, and poor communication. Bad food, poor handling of criticism, and zero customer service. We definitely won't be back and can't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Hauptstraße 109I'm giving this review based on my excellent experience. The burgers blew me away. Hygiene is paramount. The burgers are very juicy and filling. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to special requests. The atmosphere is very pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommended. I'd be happy to come back anytime.
