Beef and Bun in Bielefeld

I ordered a burger, fries, and a Coke for three people today. It's expensive, but very tasty and crispy. Very friendly staff, fast service, and I'd be happy to go again :)

Missed opportunity! We ordered there on the recommendation of friends, who were ultimately disappointed after receiving our orders. Our order: Hamburger meals, chicken sticks, fries, and falafel. The sauces that are supposed to come with the side dishes were forgotten in all the hamburger meals. The burgers weren't cooked as requested and as advertised (medium/rare). The chicken sticks were a joke in terms of portion size and pretty outrageous for the price. The price/performance ratio isn't right here. The fries tasted like falafel, probably fried together. Since we didn't really enjoy the food, the items we ordered weren't prepared and delivered as requested, and the price/performance ratio is outrageous for 5 tiny chicken nuggets, we will order elsewhere in the future. Not recommended!

Very friendly waiters, tasty burgers and they don't feel so heavy like in other places, they even gave us a cookie as an apology because they had forgotten part of our order 😊

We especially liked the fact that the food looked exactly like the pictures—no disappointment, but exactly what you'd expect. Highly recommended, we'd love to come back!

We've ordered from there several times now, and unfortunately, something was forgotten each time. Instead of being accommodating or fixing the mistake in a friendly manner, they even rudely address us on the phone. That's absolutely no way to treat paying customers. Very disappointing; we won't be ordering from there again.

If I could, I would have given it zero stars. I've bought from there twice, and both times I always forgot something. Last time, the menu included fries, and now cutlery. They told me, "I can't look into your head to know you don't have cutlery." I've never been told anything so rude. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but what you only get there with your order is unfriendly. If that's what you want, you've come to the right place!

We had two different burgers, one NY and one Mushroom. The NY was good, the Mushroom Burger was okay. The fries were crispy, but tasted like nothing. We had three sauces, all of which were good. The ambiance is great, looking modern and well-kept, both inside and out.

A very tasty chicken burger (halal) and cold brew iced tea. The interior is clean and modern, and there's a lovely outdoor area. You can easily place your order at your table using a QR code. Even though we were there around 7 p.m. on a Saturday, we didn't wait long for our food. They also serve desserts. If you want a burger, this is the place for you. The staff do a great job!

Beef & Bun is definitely a top spot in Bielefeld! The location is stylish and cozy, and the food is simply fantastic: The fries are perfectly crispy, the aioli and bacon mayo are an absolute delight, and the burger was spot on – super juicy and flavorful. The service was friendly and attentive, and the value for money is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended – I'd love to come back!

The food was good, and there's even a few parking spaces behind the building, which was great for us. What disappointed me was that the "homemade lemonade" advertised on the menu was just Sprite with ice, totally uncool for €6.

We ordered delivery... Each menu item included a Beef & Bun Classic and a Harissa & Cheese Burger. First: Easy ordering, well-organized website. Second: Very friendly delivery person, who even arrived ahead of schedule. Third: Phenomenal food! Really delicious and generous portions! The burgers look great too... We'll definitely order again! Ate the “Bacon Dreams” from the Eggdrops. Craziness. Better and tastier versions of toast or breakfast are almost impossible. Delicate, tasteful and great combination. Definitely try it!

I have already tried many vegan burgers in Bielefeld. I ate the vegan beef burger from Beef & Bun for the first time yesterday and was really overwhelmed by how good this burger tasted. The patty is juicy and tastes very strongly of roasted aromas. The vegetables and salad are fresh, the bun is nice and fluffy. Can't say anything about the ambience. The staff seemed nice. I will definitely order or eat out from Beef & Bun more often.

The food is bomb, no question But in terms of hygiene🤢 I used to help out, so that's really unsavory if you only knew The employees wash your glasses with unwashed bare hands with this towel that smells like wet dog 🤮 The trays aren't even rinsed but sprayed with a scented spray and wiped over🤢 Sometimes the rags from the table or tray or dishes were mixed together Bon appetit, that's scandalous

The first time in Bielefeld and I was very positively surprised by this restaurant! Very tasty food at a good price! Gladly again!

First of all, super friendly service! Truly top-notch. Even though it was very busy, they patiently gave us time to decide and even helped us. They also showed me a prayer room after I asked, which isn't always the case. The desserts were also top-notch, and so were the dates. Thank you!

The food was really delicious 😋🤤! I had the NY cheesy, which is exactly how it should be. Juicy, cheesy and the onions are sweet. And the bun lasts until the end. The fries are super crispy, the fillet bites are crispy and juicy. The sauces are also very tasty. My daughter had a bowl modified to her taste. It was perfect and the special requests were specifically asked for by the staff beforehand. We had nothing to complain about! Highly recommended.

We came because of the good reviews and were disappointed. The restaurant has an appealing concept if everything didn't seem so dirty and worn out. Grease on the seats, tables all dirty and the stickers damaged, stuff flying around on the floor, toilet door barely opens, soap dispenser attacked, faucet broken, garbage flying around in front of the restaurant. And all of this with six people, visible, behind the counter. And given the number of staff there is no provision for table service, table bells alla amusement park. We had two burgers and fries as a side dish. Fries were ok, maybe a little cold. Burger patties were blue-rare instead of medium. Cheese wasn't melted. Salad/structure on the burgers and the sauces were good. Comparing the price segment, Beef and Bud is clearly behind the well-known ones like Peter Pan, Hans im Glück and miles behind Wilder Kuh when it comes to burgers.

Incompetent & unreliable staff, ordered burgers 2-3 hours in advance to break the fast. Shortly after the stated delivery time we call where the order is, then at the end we say the order is “DOWN”😡! No compensation was even offered, really disappointing of you! Disastrous leadership!!!

Disappointing experience - long waiting time, poor service & poor quality Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was anything but satisfactory. We had made a reservation for 5:30 p.m. to receive our food in time for Iftar. However, despite the reservation, we had to wait a full 90 minutes for our food, while other guests - especially friends of the owner - got their food promptly at 6:30 p.m., even though they didn't arrive until 6:10 p.m. This seems like a clear preference for certain guests, which is absolutely unacceptable. Several questions to the staff were answered rudely and disrespectfully instead of offering us a solution. Despite a bill of over €100 we were treated as if we were unwanted. The meal itself was disappointing: the burger meat was undercooked and had the taste of an ordinary ready-made patty. The drinks menu was very limited and the advertised cheesecake wasn't available at all - the overall selection was very limited. In addition, despite having a reservation, we had to sit outside in a tent when it was 3 degrees. We asked several times to turn on the heaters or a heater, but even when they were finally activated, the situation was barely bearable. What was particularly disappointing was that not even a glass of water was provided to break the fast at 6:30 p.m. - an absolute disrespect. We couldn't break our fast until 7 p.m., which had a negative impact on the entire evening. Overall, our experience was unfortunately characterized by poor organization, poor service and disappointing food quality. Given the prices and the alleged quality expectations, this was a bitter disappointment. We cannot recommend the restaurant under these circumstances.

Really bad!!! We called specifically to go to Iftar and they said we didn't need to make a reservation. We drove there from Osnabrück and then they told us that the shop was full and we saw reservation signs on the tables...really a cheek so shortly before the break of fasting!!!!

Yes, if you're hungry you shouldn't come here because you might starve. A small kitchen with a disorganized team with only one grill also offers delivery services, which have priority over visitors. After 30 minutes I asked if the food (burger and fries) was still coming, the worker said 30 minutes wasn't long 😭🤦🏿‍♂️ really expensive but tasted okay, they take themselves too seriously for the fact that it has a spongebob atmosphere, they should take an example from spongebob and make burgers faster

Burgers, fries and bowls are legga. A somewhat chaotic ordering and payment system (if you're there for the first time). Generally speaking, it's quite okay. Underscore you can try it out, but not as an alternative to “let’s go out to eat.” The motto is more appropriate here... Don't want the cardboard from the golden M, prefer something sensible between your jaws. Make up your own mind. I would still come back if I'm in the mood for a great burger 🍔.

We ordered through a delivery service and the food only arrived after 2.5 hours, even though we called again in between. This wasn't the first time and it's clear to us now - never again! If there were minus stars we would give minus 5.

My second sauce was forgotten. The bowl was delicious until I found a soggy kitchen bon under the vegetables in the rice. How does something like this happen?? Lieferando refunded me the amount, but I will no longer order here.

I actually really enjoy ordering there and we have always been very satisfied after each order. Unfortunately when I ordered I got 2 burgers that weren't cooked through and when I tried to clarify this on the phone I was just cut off, it would have happened several times before, there's nothing you can do about it. And that with an order of over €30. It's a shame, then I would like to solve the problem. I enjoyed eating there but am now looking for a new place

For 20 euros you got a burger, fries and a drink. It was okay, but the taste wasn't entirely convincing. Tried it once, but probably not again.

A place where you not only get appetizing burgers 🍔 and eggdrop 🥪 sandwiches with ultra friendly service, but also delicious desserts 🍮🧁🍪 like the Dubai Tiramisu or good cappuccino ☕️! The Dubai Tiramisu was outrageously delicious, the guests after us were outrageously anti-social and the owner was outrageously sweet *KoQ-Arthur wink* 😉 We had a very fun evening on Saturday and our menu selection only made it even better and more comfortable! We will now visit you more often! Please keep it up! 🖤

Ordered two surprise bags from Too Good To Go for 4.00 euros each. The big surprise (disappointment) came when I picked it up. There were (only) two boxes, each with a sandwich, which is not on the menu but was put together cheaply for this purpose. I've never been served something so disgusting and repulsive for food. There were two thick slices of bread with two slices of indefinable, fatty sausage, a strange egg mash and a light sauce. After a quick analysis, we decided you can't eat something like that. So into the bin. It's a shame about the money and unfortunately Too Good To Go doesn't work that way.

It really tasted really good. I had a burger menu with NY Cheesy Cheese and it was really, really good. And the Beef and Bun special sauce was very tasty, I can only recommend it. Only the cookies weren't really good. After a burger like this and everything else that was super good, I would have expected something better.

Burgers, fries, chicken "nuggets"... all great taste and texture. Not cheap in terms of price but not completely exorbitant either. Fair relationship to quality. I personally found ordering from the table (via smartphone) very pleasant, so you can decide on every detail in peace.

After an hour the food was lukewarm to partly cold. The burgers tasted good but unfortunately they were almost cold. The fries were already completely cold and tasted like they were a day old. It was very, very disappointing that we spent €32 for 2 burgers and a fries

It's completely understandable that you don't get the freshest things at To Good to Go. But a sandwich with industrial scrambled eggs for supposedly 12 euros is simply cheeky!! Under no circumstances should you use Good to Go, rather eat fresh there, then it tastes good.

Burger was pretty good, but not the best ever. Fries are reaaaaalllly crispy, but dont have that "flufy inside". Dip was nice, could have been more spicy.

This is the best burger I've had in my entire life and I mean that so, so seriously. The burger tastes like it was cooked by a gourmet chef. It doesn't taste like fast food or a standard burger. The meat was juicy, fluffy and just perfect. The ambience was really nice with the Spongebob wall.

I order very often from Beef and Bun almost every day. The food is highly recommended but the delivery service is rubbish with sauce. I have received 35 incorrect orders out of 50 deliveries. Something is always missing even though the order is always placed correctly. Most of the time it is online, please revise it. Eating on site is also very tasty and the atmosphere is nice. The overall concept is also great. It's just a shame that it just makes things a little worse

Rarely have I experienced such friendly staff. Twelve of us came and were all impressed by the friendliness and speed. All 12 bowls came to the table at the same time, just like in a star restaurant. The staff always made it feel like they were there just for us. Relaxed, easygoing, fun, not pushy. Wow, that was a great experience, also with the great quality and taste of the bowls.

It's completely understandable that you won't get the best food when you order from To good to go. But telling you you get a burger but you only get soggy stale fries for €4 is cheeky. Maybe it was a mistake, then next time please give what you are told.
