I actually really enjoy ordering there and we have always been very satisfied after each order. Unfortunately when I ordered I got 2 burgers that weren't cooked through and when I tried to clarify this on the phone I was just cut off, it would have happened several times before, there's nothing you can do about it. And that with an order of over €30. It's a shame, then I would like to solve the problem. I enjoyed eating there but am now looking for a new place

For 20 euros you got a burger, fries and a drink. It was okay, but the taste wasn't entirely convincing. Tried it once, but probably not again.

Very tasty classic burger! Juicy and tasty. The service is virtually contactless via a QR code at the table. So 1 star deducted for what, in my opinion, was an impersonal note. The ambience doesn't suit my taste. It's still inviting. All in all a good burger joint for your instant regret...

Mistakes happen, but if you admit them and make amends, it's not so bad. We were able to have this experience with a small group. The food is very tasty and the staff is nice. There's nothing to complain about. The prices for the dish are fair. The shop can be recommended.

A place where you not only get appetizing burgers 🍔 and eggdrop 🥪 sandwiches with ultra friendly service, but also delicious desserts 🍮🧁🍪 like the Dubai Tiramisu or good cappuccino ☕️! The Dubai Tiramisu was outrageously delicious, the guests after us were outrageously anti-social and the owner was outrageously sweet *KoQ-Arthur wink* 😉 We had a very fun evening on Saturday and our menu selection only made it even better and more comfortable! We will now visit you more often! Please keep it up! 🖤

Waited 40 minutes for the food and then got the wrong one.

I was there at the end of December and it was just amazing, maybe it was because I was hungry. Definitely recommended.

Ordered two surprise bags from Too Good To Go for 4.00 euros each. The big surprise (disappointment) came when I picked it up. There were (only) two boxes, each with a sandwich, which is not on the menu but was put together cheaply for this purpose. I've never been served something so disgusting and repulsive for food. There were two thick slices of bread with two slices of indefinable, fatty sausage, a strange egg mash and a light sauce. After a quick analysis, we decided you can't eat something like that. So into the bin. It's a shame about the money and unfortunately Too Good To Go doesn't work that way.

It really tasted really good. I had a burger menu with NY Cheesy Cheese and it was really, really good. And the Beef and Bun special sauce was very tasty, I can only recommend it. Only the cookies weren't really good. After a burger like this and everything else that was super good, I would have expected something better.

Burgers, fries, chicken "nuggets"... all great taste and texture. Not cheap in terms of price but not completely exorbitant either. Fair relationship to quality. I personally found ordering from the table (via smartphone) very pleasant, so you can decide on every detail in peace.

After an hour the food was lukewarm to partly cold. The burgers tasted good but unfortunately they were almost cold. The fries were already completely cold and tasted like they were a day old. It was very, very disappointing that we spent €32 for 2 burgers and a fries

It's completely understandable that you don't get the freshest things at To Good to Go. But a sandwich with industrial scrambled eggs for supposedly 12 euros is simply cheeky!! Under no circumstances should you use Good to Go, rather eat fresh there, then it tastes good.

Burger was pretty good, but not the best ever. Fries are reaaaaalllly crispy, but dont have that "flufy inside". Dip was nice, could have been more spicy.

This is the best burger I've had in my entire life and I mean that so, so seriously. The burger tastes like it was cooked by a gourmet chef. It doesn't taste like fast food or a standard burger. The meat was juicy, fluffy and just perfect. The ambience was really nice with the Spongebob wall.

I order very often from Beef and Bun almost every day. The food is highly recommended but the delivery service is rubbish with sauce. I have received 35 incorrect orders out of 50 deliveries. Something is always missing even though the order is always placed correctly. Most of the time it is online, please revise it. Eating on site is also very tasty and the atmosphere is nice. The overall concept is also great. It's just a shame that it just makes things a little worse

Rarely have I experienced such friendly staff. Twelve of us came and were all impressed by the friendliness and speed. All 12 bowls came to the table at the same time, just like in a star restaurant. The staff always made it feel like they were there just for us. Relaxed, easygoing, fun, not pushy. Wow, that was a great experience, also with the great quality and taste of the bowls.

It's completely understandable that you won't get the best food when you order from To good to go. But telling you you get a burger but you only get soggy stale fries for €4 is cheeky. Maybe it was a mistake, then next time please give what you are told.

Our order was canceled after an hour and a half without giving any reason. It's not possible to just let us sit there without food without any explanation. This is simply outrageous!

Food was okay, but very greasy, even for burgers. Price-performance didn't really fit. If you sit outside the street is very loud. Overall ok, but there are definitely better restaurants.

We were there for the first time yesterday and will be back next weekend. Tasty, fresh, and the fact that the bowls are served in wooden bowls is just really pretty...

Unfortunately the order took much longer last time (almost twice as long as advertised) took a while and the fries were very soft. The tomato didn't look exactly fresh either and the burger was already soggy. Additionally, no sauce was delivered even though we paid for it. In general, the prices are far too high for this service! We've mostly had good experiences before, but this was probably the last time.

I can only recommend this restaurant. The food was very tasty and also attractively designed. Great selection of vegetarian dishes too. However, our table was dirty. We let the staff know, but they didn't clean it.

Very good burgers! I took the Good Italian (beef, pesto, veggies, parmegiano) and it was so tasty! I really enjoyed it! The bread is soft and has a brioche like texture, the sauces are well combined and of course, the meat is very tender. Oh and the fries, heaven, really really crispy and delicious ;) Highly recommended! Prices are fine and the atmosphere is cool :) You also won’t be disappointed with the portion 😂 Definitely enough!

Modern, attractive location and very tasty food! The bowls were very lovingly made and were very filling. The employees are very nice, even if they are very busy with online orders. We'll definitely come back and try a burger.

War schon paar mal dort. Die Auswahl ist gut, für jeden was dabei. Hatte jedes Mal eine Bowl, die war lecker und hat gut satt gemacht. Leider dauert es manchmal etwas länger bis das Essen fertig ist. Alles in allem ein guter Laden, allerdings lässt die Parksituation zu wünschen übrig. Komme gerne wieder.

In meinem beef and bun Classic burger fand ich ein haar! Und jalapenios obwohl ich keine wollte und es sogar noch aufm küchenbon stand! Nie wieder

Die Burger und Pommes sind ohne frage sehr lecker hier und das beste ist, es ist alles ❗️ halal❗️ hier! Aber leider kann ich nicht volle 5 Sterne vergeben weil ich einfach finde, dass ihr zu teuer seid! Ein Burger Menu kostet hier fast 20€ und wenn man mal mit der Familie hier essen will, kann man es vergessen weil es so teuer ist. Wir waren zu 3. Und hatten 2 Burger Menu und 2 Burger einzeln und ein Getränk einzeln und das sollte 64,50€ kosten!!! Ein einzelner Burger ist schon teuer und will man es als Menu kommen 5€ Aufschlag dazu .. Bestellt hatten wir 3 mal die cream mushroom ( 1x einzeln und 2x als Menu) und zusätzlich ein chicken burger fur 10€ aber der chicken Burger hat leider gar nicht geschmeckt.. Wir waren so geschockt… diese Preise tut mir leid, sind aber zu teuer.. nicht jeder kann sich sowas leisten und es ist nicht wirklich verhältnismäßig..

Wunderschönes Restaurant mit gemütlichen Ambiente. Man kann mit einem QR-code bestellen und es gibt kostenloses WLAN. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

Vom Burger, den Süßkartoffelpommes bis hin zur Trüffelmayo hat alles super geschmeckt. Die Portion war auch mehr als ausreichend und wir haben sogar ein kleines Dessert aufs Haus bekommen.

Amazing home made burgers. We tried the fries with truffle mayo too and they were perfectly crispy :-) As a desert the homemade cheesecake was perfect, not too sweet but really tasty.

Das Essen und die Holzschüssel Von der bowl haben nach Kuhstall gerochen und war nicht genießbar. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat mir anschließend eine neue Bowl gebracht.

Leider tatsächlich keine veganen Burger...in den Buns (Burger Brötchen) ist Ei als Zutat drin, welches sehr schade ist. Die Pommes waren sehr gut.

Frische , Zutaten, lecker zubereitet.

Der vielleicht beste Burger Laden in Bielefeld. Die Burger haben einfach ihren eigenen Style. Dennoch preislich nicht ohne, weswegen man eher selten dort bestellt. Portionen auch keine Offenbarung. Nichtsdestotrotz wirklich empfehlenswert.

Beef&Bun Bowl bestellt und liefern lassen, darin befanden sich zwei kleine Hartplastik Teilchen. Habe das Restaurant am nächsten Tag informiert, weil niemand mehr erreichbar war. Habe über Instagram geschrieben. Man fragte nach einem Foto, welches ich zugeschickt habe. Das war am Samstag. Bis heute keine Rückmeldung mehr erhalten.

Food was good in taste (I liked the crispness of the fries) whereas the portion size left a bit to be desired. A little small for the price IMO. Atmosphere is alright, a little better than an “Imbiss”. Nevertheless good for a relatively quick snack!

Bedauerlicherweise kann ich den Laden nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir haben mit sechs Leuten hier bestellt. 1x Burger, 1x Salat, 1x Brownie, 3x Bowls. Alle, die eine Bowl oder einen Salat hatten, haben sich eine Lebensmittelvergiftung zugezogen. Alle betroffenen haben das mitgelieferte Dressing gegessen. Wir haben uns definitiv einen schöneren Dienstag vorgestellt als den Großteil der Zeit auf der Toilette zu verbringen. Wir werden nicht mehr bei euch bestellen und ich kann es jedem anderen ebenfalls ans Herz legen. Das Essen hat wenigstens geschmeckt ;).

Der Laden ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Die Bestellung am Tisch per QR Code ist leider etwas verwirrend und die Preise für die Menüs etwas unübersichtlich. Das Burger war sehr gut aber die Portion Pommes fällt leider sehr klein aus… für den Preis müsste die Portion schon mindestens das doppelte umfassen.

Das Beef and Bun ist ein recht nettes Burger Restaurant. Sympathisch ist die überschaubare Karte. Der Burger war recht gut, auch Gargrad getroffen, jedoch war das Bun kalt und das Patty von der Form her etwas zu schmächtig für das große Bun. Zudem ist das Bestellsystem per App/QR Code nicht ganz durchdacht, da man gezwungen wird, einen Dip für 1€ zu nehmen, auch wenn man gar keinen will. Zudem sind die Dips dann in einem Plastikbecher mit Deckel, was eine absolute Verschwendung ist, wenn man vor Ort isst. In Sachen Umweltfreundlichkeit einfach unnötig. Die Pommes waren sehr gut. Insgesamt 4/5.

Lecker jedoch insgesamt eine überschaubare Portion. Dafür dann doch Recht teuer. Wir waren Recht viele Leute und da ist es dann bei gleiche Bestellungen die nur im Detail verschieden waren kompliziert geworden. Das Konzept, die Bestellung vorne abzuholen find ich eh komisch.

Die Burger waren sehr lecker. Und die Pommes waren sehr crunchy. 14,50€ für ein Leckeren Burger Pommes und ein getränk ist nicht bemängelbar.

Wirklich sehr leckere Burger. Bowl hatten wir auch einmal, da war auch nichts dran auszusetzen. Preis der Bowl schon im oberen Preissegment. Cooler Laden mit dem Bild der Krossen Krabbe an der Wand 👍

Das Essen ist super lecker und frisch. Aber Auslieferung ist katastrophal- wir haben heute über 2,5(!!!) Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet, was dann auch schon nicht mehr warm war… telefonische Erreichbarkeit war auch nicht gut, es geht eine Mailbox ran, die das Gespräch beendet. Das ist natürlich extrem nervig und auch sehr schade, da Essen und Mitarbeiter top sind!

Der beste Hamburger, den ich in Bielefeld gegessen habe, ich kann dieses Erlebnis wärmstens empfehlen.

Super lecker,und auch wenn bei der elektronischen Bestellung was durcheinander gegangen ist,war der Service top und hat den Besuch nicht beeinflusst! Sowohl die Fleisch,Fisch und Veggie und Veganen Gerichte wurden alle gelobt und sind sehr zu empfehlen! Kleiner Tipp,für Stoßzeiten:Tisch reservieren,oder zum mitnehmen bestellen ;)
