It's worth a visit to the Fischerhütte Inn. Please make a reservation in advance and bring cash. Even if you don't like fish, you'll get your money's worth. This is my second time there. Highly recommended!

Great restaurant and good food. I highly recommend the pike-perch fillet. The sauerbraten was also good. Unfortunately, some ingredients, like potatoes, were out of stock, but there were alternatives. The raw vegetable salad to start with was also delicious. Payment is cash only.

We were here for the second time today and were once again completely satisfied. Large, lovingly decorated plates with plenty of food, which, no matter which dish it was, tasted absolutely delicious. The ambiance is very appealing and cozy. The service is extremely attentive and courteous. Water was immediately provided for our dog both times. We highly recommend the Fischerhütte and wish for continued satisfied guests.

Highly recommended, large portions and truly delicious, I highly recommend it. You have to book in advance, otherwise you won't get a spot; it's usually full on weekends.

We went there for dinner on Sunday. And what can I say, everyone was pleasantly surprised. The food was great. And the service was just as good. Yes, she was alone, but she was friendly and there for everyone. We definitely recommend reserving a table in advance. We will definitely go back and continue to eat our way through the menu.

So...rare but possible that I give 5 stars 🌟, but this was the best meal I've had in a long time. My child ordered the most expensive dish and ate it all. He's 8 years old and is becoming a gourmet 🤗. I had probably the best fried trout of my life, and my husband had the halibut. Very friendly service and a very nice ambiance. The outdoor area is very lovingly designed. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back.

Very nice location. The patio is beautifully overgrown with vines, and the parasols also have a pleasant effect. Service is friendly, and the food is recommended.

No, we waited half an hour for service. Then we were told that only guests who had booked would be served, and that locals would know this. There was no sign or notice of this anywhere, and we're not from this area. The service was unfriendly and completely overwhelmed.

I can't recommend this restaurant. We were just there, waited half an hour before anyone even came. And then the "nice" waitress came over and said they only serve by reservation, and the locals here know that. We're not from the area, and nowhere on the website was it clear that you HAVE to make a reservation. They could have said it more politely, and especially much sooner. I've never experienced anything so rude. You can only steer clear of it.

The food was okay... We had the feeling everything was frozen. Service wasn't very friendly, and we waited almost three hours for our cold food. The atmosphere was very dark, and when we left, we smelled of rotten fish... Not recommended!

Once you have overcome the first heavy tears in your eyes after entering the inn, which immediately comes over you because the shop apparently has no ventilation or at least no functioning ventilation, you will be greeted very friendly and well looked after. Card payments are generally excluded here for some unknown reason. The food is freshly prepared and actually very good. The prices are okay. However, the acrid smoke from the kitchen in the narrow dining room is so unpleasant that we will not come here again.

A big corner better than the typical village restaurant. Unfortunately there was no local fish and everything seemed a bit cramped and squat. We were 12 people with a reservation, so the restaurant was full - there was 1 service employee. Honestly, we had to wait a little over an hour for the drinks and another hour for the food. It's a long wait for food, but for drinks??? But the worst thing was the food itself. Sauerbraten that only tasted like vinegar inedible, pork schnitzel that had more cartilage and fat than meat, fried fish (this side was placed down on the plate so you can't see it directly. Hello? You can't taste the disgusting & disgusting taste Cover up. Another food was so salty that you couldn't eat it. That was our second attempt, which was another failure. The sauerbraten was returned in its entirety except for 2 pieces that had been tried. Ordering another meal was out of the question due to the waiting time. When the complaint was made, the response was harsh and unfriendly. Not even an apology! With so much dirty food!?! Thanks but no thanks!

I can only say good things... the food is freshly prepared... so of course it takes a while... but every housewife is happy to accept that, and the house husband too 🤗 always well attended... so it's better to order in advance... Beautiful ambience to sit under the wine, especially in summer. Service always friendly and accommodating. The fact that you get what feels like the best fish in the inland area (especially the special fish soup is a dream) is just the point here. We don't want to miss this restaurant and we often drive here from Leipzig and have never been disappointed.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal in der Fischerhütte. Dieses Restaurant wurde uns von Bekannten empfohlen. Es ist von außen unscheinbar, eigentlich nur erkennbar an den Verkaufswagen davor. Das Essen war ganz lecker 😋 die Bedienung sehr nett. Preis Leistung passt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wer Gammelfisch höflich reklamiert bekommt Hausverbot. Das war eine ganz neue Erfahrung für mich und meine Frau. Nie wieder.

Unfortunately I can't rate everything because we were sent away again. A prior reservation is not possible as a holidaymaker or cyclist. The restaurant was recommended to us but I won't. The North Saxony region doesn't have much left for holidaymakers. Either everything is closed or you can't get in. We'll soon be going on vacation somewhere where you're welcome. By the way, there were only two of us.

This small restaurant welcomes fans of fish dishes with excellently prepared meals. You have to search for a long time inland for this. We particularly recommend the comfortable seating in the small garden under lush vines. The staff is friendly, the portions are generous and the prices are very moderate. For the sake of completeness - there are also some meat dishes. We were here for the first but definitely not the last time. After a bit of a wait, this time it was our third visit. The food and everything around it was fantastic again. What else can I say - just great! This time we also tried the carp soup. It was a revelation but unfortunately only a starter. This would also be good as a main course.

Extremely long waiting time for food and drinks. Tables weren't cleared for ages even though guests had been gone for a long time. The bill wasn't correct. Fish soup with it, which we didn't have. But the service was friendly. We were there once, but we don't have to be there again.

8 people, everyone had a different fish plate and they all tasted excellent. Super satisfied and a sensational rosé wine made the evening perfect. Thank you very much that something so beautiful still exists.

As I noticed 2 years ago, the quality of the food is constantly increasing. Even Corona has not affected the service and quality. And if a dish isn't available, it's due to the season or the quality requirements, which I think is very good. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is great. The prices are also okay, for people who don't eat fish there is also game.

Sonst kann dieses Gericht auch mal schnell aus sein. Wir haben diesmal auf die Vorspeise verzichtet, weil die Portionen sehr ausreichend sind und der Vorspeisenteller zum Gericht wirklich groß ist. Es hat wieder geschmeckt, ja man muss vorbestellen, ja es ist gemütlich und ja wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zuerst einmal,die Bedienung war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Auch das Essen war lecker und üppig. Einzig,was mir gar nicht gefallen hat,waren die vielen Fliegen,die ums Essen schwirrten,das war unappetietlich. Vielleicht könnte man da mit einem Flattervorhang in der Eingangstür etwas bewirken. Wo auch schnell Abhilfe geschaffen werden könnte,wären Toilettenpapierabroller in den Toiletten,das Papier steht hinter einem auf einer Ablage,das ist nicht schön. Ansonsten kann ich das Restaurant guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren hier an einem Sonntag im August. Was soll man sagen, wir kamen hungrig und gingen satt und zufrieden. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, riesige Portionen und durchaus gerechtfertigte Preise. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fischspezialitäten? Eher durchschnittliche Hausmannskost mit Luft nach oben. Gebratener Fisch kommt aus der Fritteuse und wird mit Einheitssauce serviert. Unsere Getränke haben wir nach Salat und Suppe erhalten. Eine Nachbestellung war nicht mehr möglich, da sich die an sich nette Bedienung nicht mehr hat sehen lassen. Schade. Insgesamt trotzdem irgendwie ganz sympathisch.

Wir hatten ein Familienessen mit Fleisch, Fisch und einem Kindergericht, und es war eine rundum perfekte Mahlzeit. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich, eher traditionell, aber nicht überladen. Das Essen war köstlich (auch das Fleischgericht, obwohl Fischerhütte), von den Portionen wird man richtig satt und die Bedienung ist super nett. Wir kommen gern wieder und bringen Freunde mit :)
