Fischrestaurant Seeblick in Prerow

Backfisch aus der Tiefkühltruhe,nach dem ersten Bissen, läuft das aufgetaute Wasser aus dem Teil,sog. Eierpfannkuchen mit Blaubeeren gibt’s dort schon seit über25 Jahren und immer noch vom wohl gleichen Tiefkühl Lieferanten,eine Schande für so einen Betrieb, Eierpfannkuchen mach ich in 5 Minuten selbst für meine Enkel, Mehl, Milch Zucker Eier. Das Zeug dort trieft nur so von Chemie und Zusatzstoffen. An der Kasse keine Quittung,aber die Masse interessiert es ja auch nicht, wenn in der Stunde fast 100( grob geschätzt) Back- und Fischbrötchen weggehen. 2 Dörfer weiter gibt’s am Hafen noch selbstgemachten Backfisch.,der schmeckt.

Mit einigen Tagen Vorlauf haben wir einen Tisch im OG mit Blick auf die Ostsee ergattert. Einfach nur wunderschön! Wir hatten beide den Fischteller. Absoluter Volltreffer. Lecker und reichlich. Preis/Leistung stimmte auch. Die Bedienung war auf dem gleichen Niveau wie das leckere Essen. Wir kommen im nächsten Darß-Urlaub wieder.

Spontan dieses Restaurant nach den vielen guten Bewertungen besucht. Das Essen war hervorragend, das Personal leider schon etwas saisonmüde. Eine Frage nach einer Tischreservierung für den nächsten Tag wurde barsch mit der Bemerkung abgefertigt "wir sind ausgebucht", ohne nach der gewünschten Zeit für unseren Besuch zu fragen, sehr merkwürdig.

I've read a couple of whiner reviews, complaining of either no free tables (they're of course reserved...the restaurant is that good!) Or not able to adjust for large groups (this is a top-end establishment, not a beer hall!)...ignore them, because that has NOTHING to do with the food or experience here! Great personnel, excellent food, beautiful view...a must for us every time we're here on the coast.

We came here for dinner today by chance. And what can I say: great location, we had a wonderful place on the terrace and there was nothing wrong with the food, best quality. We're not normally particularly enthusiastic about the gastronomy in MV, but here we were totally proven wrong. You can eat really well here and at very fair prices. The staff is not only super friendly, but also super professional. So all in all a super successful dinner! Thanks for that! We'll definitely be back!!

Der Seeblick ist in Prerow sicher das Restaurant mit dem schönsten Blick auf die Ostsee. Das Ambiente ist stimmungsvoll, die Bedienung freundlich. Die Karte ist überschaubar (was meiner Meinung nach positiv ist) und beschränkt sich auf Wild und Fisch. Bei mehreren Besuchen hat die Küche immer einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen, Highlights sind zum Beispiel der Wildburger und die Bratkartoffeln. Einzige Kritikpunkte: Der Salat schmeckte dieses Jahr wie ein Fertigsalat aus der Tüte, und eine Beilagenänderung (kein Upgrade!) kostet pauschal 1€. Das sollte imho bei dem Preisniveau eigentlich drin sein. Aber das Gesamtpaket ist einen Besuch wert.

The fish restaurant is located directly on the pier in Prerow, which is currently being renovated and modernized along with the forecourt. The food is very good, the service is friendly and prompt. There are 3 outdoor terraces with views of the Baltic Sea. Reservations are recommended during the holiday season.

I was particularly happy about the drinks, because there was even a non-alcoholic gin and tonic - I've never seen that before. But the other drinks were also very lovingly and stylishly prepared. The same goes for food. You could tell that there is no run-of-the-mill service and tourist processing here, but rather ideas are lovingly developed here on how to make guests happy.

The Seeblick restaurant gets 5 stars from me because we just enjoyed a very nice evening there. The terrace on the upper floor with a view of the Baltic Sea is beautiful in itself. In addition, both the food and the service can keep up. There is fish and game that are combined to create classic dishes that s are very tasty. The fish comes from local fishermen and the boss shoots the game himself. That's how it should be. Thumbs up and 5 stars. Update 2024: nothing has changed, the same friendly and attentive staff and the food is still very good.

We wanted a table for sundowner (without reserving) on ​​the first floor. Several tables were recommended to us, around 5 empty tables inside. When we just wanted to order drinks, we were told: "No, only with food" = it was around 8 p.m. 😢 we were offered DOWNstairs with a view of the construction site 🤔

Fresh fish :) The staff was super nice and very committed!!! From the aperitif to the dessert, everything is absolutely recommended. We dined very well and had a wonderful evening!

Wonderful location right in front of the Baltic Sea, great views. The food was freshly prepared and very tasty, the staff was very friendly and competent. All in all, a successful, well-rounded evening. We are already looking forward to the next time.

Wow! We are totally thrilled. The food was first class and the ambience, with its direct beach location, was a dream. Not to forget - the service. The team is quick, very friendly and warm. We will definitely come back and can only recommend the restaurant.

Since all tables were already occupied when we arrived, we decided to wait. The best decision of the entire vacation. The service was excellent, friendly and professional. From answering all questions to making excellent wine recommendations. Of course, the wine in question was felt in the glass as soon as it threatened to empty. I can particularly recommend the tuna tartare as a starter and the Belgian chocolate cakes as dessert.

An absolutely recommended restaurant in a prime location. I was very pleasantly surprised on my first visit. The service is good-humoured and friendly, the menu is varied and the customer's wishes are responded to flexibly. I had 2 different fish dishes and was extremely satisfied both times.

We keep our fingers crossed for the delayed completion of the construction site. THANKS to the service team for dealing with this. Everything comes to an end at some point.

We have been very, very happy with the restaurant over the last few years. Last week it was closed (Sunday and Monday). It wasn't that great 😔 but we tried it again next week. We were welcomed but sent out again straight away... We can't accept any new guests today... What 7:30 p.m.... The kitchen has so much to do... Second attempt failed... .Whether we try for a third time... I don't think so... We're sorry to have lost regular guests who left more than €150 per visit... maybe selling/self-service is more profitable

War sehr sehr schön, trotz vollen Plätzen wurde uns die Möglichkeit gegeben in die Karte zu schauen und etwas zu trinken. Das Personal war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Bedingung der bar war sehr umsichtig und hat siech um die wartenden Gäste etc. gekümmert. Da wir jedes Jahr in Prerow Urlaub machen kommen wir wieder. Nur zu empfehlen

Since the restaurant is no longer an insider tip, I can say that the menu offers something for every taste and every attitude. The service is so warm and calmly attentive, the ambience is wonderful in all areas, the sunset paints the restaurant a romantic red. Really, it's a big deal here 😀 😉

Great food in a great location. Fish was served perfectly cooked. Staff was friendly and attentive. Note! Northern Germany seems to be lacking English speaking staff. No menu in English. This restaurant would have gotten a 5star review. But being charged over 7 Euro for a bottle of still water is just crazy. 2 Euro more than a big glass of beer. Mind you, this is common in this part of Germany....

Freundlicher nicht aufgesetzter Service , leckere Fischplatte mit selbstgemachte, frischen Bratkartoffeln ( superlecker ) . Letzte Etage mit Blick Richtung Ostsee. Top. Das Lokal liegt direkt an der Seebrücke, die z.Z. ( Sommer 2024 ) komplett neu gemacht wird. ( riesen Baustelle ) das beeinträchtigt leider die Atmosphäre mit Blick über die See. Ab 2025 ist dieses Restaurant wieder „ erste Wahl „ von der Lage her.

So that's how eating fish is fun. I had the Darßer fish plate with fried potatoes and a side salad. The fish is cooked to perfection, the fried potatoes are crispy, the salad is ultra fresh with a nice sauce (€24) Plus, of course, a homemade apple spritzer and not a ready-made scary mixture. Service was so friendly and warm that I almost felt guilty about not having room for dessert. The view is almost magnificent. They are still building the new pier, which will be completed in August 24. Then everything is perfectly great here. Sign me up as a repeat offender 🤓🙏

We went there for the first time because of a recommendation. We were very surprised by the friendly and attentive reception. It was very well attended and, when the weather was nice, many of the top terrace seats were occupied. Nevertheless, they looked for and found a nice table for us. Of course, there are no parking spaces in a pedestrian zone. That is a good thing. The restaurant is in a top location, right on the lake. The service is unobtrusive, friendly and he also provides competent advice upon request. We ordered two different fish dishes (one with asparagus) and were very happy that none of them were breaded, as is often the case. Upon request, we were given boiled potatoes (not common elsewhere either). With the draft beers and the wine recommendation, it was a very successful day. Due to the sometimes very strange negative reviews here, I could no longer hold back from sharing our completely opposite experiences here. What surprised me is that the reviewers directly named an alternative recommendation. What could this possibly indicate...?

Very nice old traditional restaurant. Gluten-free - one or two meaty options would be great. Nevertheless, the salad was very tasty with the variety. We sat on the terrace and the sun was 100 pounds - opening a parasol would have been great. The service was very friendly and accommodating.

Great restaurant, the stand that goes with it is also great! The very best fish rolls (Matjes & Bismarck) that we have ever enjoyed on the Baltic Sea and one or two pickolöchen. The fish in the logo reminded us of the “Fackelfisch” restaurant in the current book “The Island of 1,000 Lighthouses” by Walter Moers. 🙏🏻👍🏻🐟🦐🥂

After a rainy hike from Zingst to Prerow, we stopped at the Seeblick restaurant in March and were very impressed by the ambience. Especially the super friendly two ladies and the excellent food left a lasting impression on us, absolute recommendation!!!

The most beautiful restaurant with the best cuisine. Since the renovation many years ago, I go there every time I visit (about 4 times a year). More refined dishes than anywhere else, game well prepared - EVERYTHING ALWAYS goes well! And it's expensive everywhere, even in simpler kitchens. Stay true to yourself - even with the DLRG house being way too big 👍👍👍
