Never eaten such disgusting trout before. It's a shame about the trout that are prepared like this. They deserve more than being prepared with “Zordel spice”. Filled with onions marinated in cheap wine. Wrapped in aluminum foil, then grilled a total of 4 times for 5 minutes on each side. Zordel = trout farming near Dobel. Outdoor event once a year and recommended. Food (fresh trout) very tasty 😋 and the prices are okay

At the annual lake festival there is trout (smoked, in foil or Müllerin style), zander fillet, bratwurst and Peruvian potato salad. Yesterday it was a full house, today thanks to the rainy weather it was cozy and there was no long wait. Club party with lots of guests and lots of fish!
