Nettes Personal, gutes Essen, guter Wein. Was will man mehr? Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Pommes. Am besten mit Kartoffelstücken.

Ein fantastisches griechisches Restaurant, das wir zufällig bei einem Besuch in Köln entdeckt haben. Die Moussaka war außergewöhnlich – die beste, die wir je gegessen haben, fast schon ein Dessert. Uns wurde sogar Raki angeboten, ganz nach griechischer Tradition. Freundlicher Service, tolle Atmosphäre. Sehr empfehlenswert (wir saßen an Tisch 7).

Insgesamt hat mir das Restaurant gut gefallen. Das Essen war köstlich, aber die Wartezeit war ewig lang. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich. Es liegt allerdings direkt an der Straße. Wir haben auf der Terrasse gegessen. Insgesamt war es ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Preise lagen etwas über dem Durchschnitt.

Prompter und freundlicher Service. Um Stammgäste scheint sich augenscheinlich auch sehr bemüht zu werden. Ich kann nichts beanstanden. Das essen war sehr gut und kam schnell. Einrichtungen ist neutral, modern und geschmackvoll gehalten.

Das Essen war wirklich gut. Es gab köstliche griechische Gerichte. Der griechische Salat war ausgezeichnet, das Tzatziki fantastisch. Die Gyros waren lecker und schmackhaft. Der Service war hervorragend und sehr kompetent. Der Kellner sprach Englisch.

Sind auf Durchreise dort eingekehrt und können nur gutes berichten. Der Kellner sehr freundlich und stark am Gast - Essen war lecker! Wir empfehlen das Lokal zu 100% weiter.

Das Essen war köstlich, wir hatten einen tollen Abend. Nur die Klimaanlage sollte etwas kühler eingestellt sein. Ein voller Teller heißes Essen in Kombination mit 30 °C im Raum hat das Erlebnis etwas getrübt. Trotzdem sehr schön.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, der Service ist ebenfalls erstklassig, das Lokal ist sehr gemütlich, ich kann es nur empfehlen.

1. Wir hatten gerade ein köstliches Abendessen hier. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich. Wir leben in Antwerpen und waren zum ersten Mal in Köln. Da mein Mann Grieche ist, wollten wir unbedingt ein griechisches Restaurant besuchen. Wir sind total begeistert, vor allem, weil es hier griechisches Essen wie in Griechenland selbst serviert wird ... vielen Dank, Tisch 7 😉 Stavros und Tine 2. Zweiter Besuch, zweite Bewertung, zwei Restaurantbesuche in zwei Tagen :-) --> Wieder fantastisch! Wir sind zurückgekommen, weil uns das Essen einfach nicht aus dem Kopf ging. Deshalb haben wir beschlossen, noch einmal hinzugehen und eine gute Freundin mitzubringen, die ebenfalls Griechin ist ... (sie weiß also auch, wie griechisches Essen schmecken sollte ...). Auch sie war von der Qualität, dem Geschmack des Essens und der Freundlichkeit der Leute begeistert. Nochmals vielen Dank, Stavros, Tine und Michaela :-)

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Sehr nette Bedienung. Wir waren zu 6 Personen und hatten mehrere Vorspeisen zum untereinander probieren bestellt, da war alles super wirklich nichts zu meckern! Danach hatte Gyros mit Bauernsalat. Selten so ein gutes Gyros gegessen kross und saftig. Als Nachtich cheescake perfekt. Ein gperfekter Abend für uns alle kommen wieder! Danke!!!

Ein absolut fantastisches griechisches Restaurant! Schon beim Betreten fühlt man sich wie im Urlaub – super freundlicher Service, gemütliche Atmosphäre und authentisches Essen. Besonders hervorheben muss man das Lamm: unglaublich zart, perfekt gewürzt und auf den Punkt gegart. Selten so saftiges und aromatisches Lamm gegessen! Auch die Beilagen, das frische Brot und die typisch griechischen Vorspeisen waren hervorragend. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Der Service war aufmerksam, herzlich und schnell, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wer echtes griechisches Essen liebt, sollte hier unbedingt vorbeischauen. Für mich definitiv eines der besten griechischen Restaurants in der Gegend – ich komme garantiert wieder! 🇬🇷🥩

Tolles kleines Restaurant mit tollen frischen Gerichten . Personal hat immer ein nettes Wort auf den Lippen . Man fühlt sich einfach wohl.

Wir haben uns spontan entschieden essen zu gehen . Nachdem wir einen Tisch reserviert haben wurden wir sehr nett empfangen . Vorspeise , Hauptspeise und Nachtisch waren sehr lecker . Der octopus den es nicht überall gibt sowie das geschmorte Rindfleisch waren sehr lecker . Alles in allem waren wir sehr begeistert. Es wird definitiv das Restaurant sein wenn wir wieder nach Köln kommen. Danke

Da wir nur eine Nacht in Köln waren, wurde uns dieser Grieche empfohlen. Was soll ich sagen, wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! 👍 Sehr nette Bedienung und absolut leckeres Essen. Meine Empfehlung als Vorspeise: Die Nr. 10 Peperoni und dazu ein Knoblauchbrot. Wenn wir nicht 600km weg wohnen würden, wären wir hier Stammkunde. Beste Grüße 💪

Das Essen war in Ordnung (Gyros, Grillteller und Kokkinisto). Der Service war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Eine englische Speisekarte ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Wir waren mit 3 Personen am Silvesterabend da. Absolut zuvorkommender und aufmerksamer Service. Das Essen war super lecker. Von außen kann man nicht erahnen wie geräumig der Innenbereich ist. Da werden wir in Zukunft häufiger essen gehen. Da passt einfach alles. 100% Empfehlung.

From the outside, you'd hardly guess the gem that awaits inside – and outside in summer. What a highly professional yet warm and welcoming family-run business! You always feel personally welcomed. No matter what dish you order, everything is absolutely fresh, authentic, and of the highest quality, right down to the ingredients. My personal favorites: octopus (squid tentacles), tzatziki, and Greek yogurt… simply divine and addictive! Today I had a set menu item: truffle pasta with king prawns! The value for money is always extremely fair. Maria and her team have truly won our hearts. Thank you for the many evenings we've enjoyed here.

We visited Filoxenia for the second time today. The service and food were excellent. The baby calamari, taramasalata, bifteki, and Metaxa gyros were simply fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful evening. Keep up the good work! 👍

Traditional German cuisine with fast service; there's nothing else like it in the area. I'll gladly come back; you'll definitely leave satisfied.

The food was okay to good. Prices were too high in my opinion. The menu's condition was 6. This could be remedied very quickly.

We called about 30-40 minutes in advance, and the nice lady on the phone was able to reserve a table for us. We received a friendly welcome and were seated right away. The drinks arrived quickly, and our special requests were accommodated. The food didn't take long to arrive either. We had bifteki, gyros metaxa, and shrimp. All three dishes were absolutely delicious. The desserts were also delicious. Try the fig ice cream. The prices were absolutely fair, and we had a wonderful evening.

It was very tasty. Unfortunately, there was no small salad with the main course, which is what I'm used to from Greek restaurants. The place, unfortunately, seems rather bare for the most part.

I originally just wanted to grab a quick bite to eat and stumbled upon this restaurant. It was busy, but I was quickly offered a nice seat at the back. I ordered "Souzoukakia Smirneika." It was an appetizer, garlic bread, two Kölsch beers, and two Metaxxas. It was very tasty. The service was very attentive. The atmosphere was very pleasant. I'll be back on my next trip from Augsburg.

Very tasty, very friendly - gladly again

We ate here in a small group. I had the pepperoni skewer for starters and the sole for the main course. The meal was highly recommended. Everyone else was also very satisfied with their meals. Definitely recommend it.

My partner and I ate here at Filoxenia for the first time yesterday. We had garlic bread for starters, Tigania for main course, a small salad, and the Filoxenia mixed grill (price including all drinks: €84). We can only give the chef a huge compliment; the food was sensationally delicious and hot 😊👍 The service was very friendly, courteous, and quick, and they kept everything in check! The atmosphere is very cozy. We were even able to bring our dog (just for all you dog owners) 😊 So, all in all, we wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant! We'll definitely be back! The best bifteki we've ever had: not overpowering (as is unfortunately often the case), but light, with a bit of tomato, and very well seasoned. The taramas was amazing. Very empathetic, professional, polite, and friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere. If we're back here in Cologne next year, we'll be back. THANK YOU!

Very good and friendly service. I personally enjoyed the food. The portions were large enough to fill me up. The price/performance ratio is right here. I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. During my visit, everything looked clean and well-maintained. There are a few parking spaces available. Otherwise, you can park across the street in front of a supermarket.

We were here with two adults and two children. The lovely outdoor area was well-filled and, despite being right on the street, not particularly loud. Unfortunately, smoking is permitted here, so we had to change tables to avoid the smoke. The gyro (regular and in Metaxa sauce) was very good. The portions were adequate, but not particularly large. It's a shame that the draft beer actually contains beer (albeit non-alcoholic) and tastes strongly of beer. The prices are reasonable. Overall, we had a good time.

A green barrier facing the street could be added to make it a bit more comfortable outside in the summer. The food was delicious and the price was perfectly reasonable.

A really great, nice restaurant. We went there three times during our assembly. Here in the Lower Rhine region, we get more quantity than quality at a Greek restaurant. At Filoxenia, the food is very generously portioned. The food was truly amazing! Attentive and friendly service. No long waits, even though the restaurant was very busy each time. We'll be back.

Very chaotic. We had to wait 1.5 hours for our food. The first people had finished eating by the time the last one got theirs. After asking several times, the explanation was a gyro problem. I wouldn't recommend coming back.

We had a wonderful evening. The food, drinks, and service were excellent. We had an excellent rosé wine. The appetizers and main courses were also delicious. The owners were very attentive, yet not intrusive. We felt very comfortable. Furthermore, everything was very clean, yet harmonious and conducive to a sense of well-being. The dessert selection was also excellent. Unfortunately, we don't live nearby, but otherwise, this would be our favorite Greek restaurant. We'll try to come back with Mom.

I have known the restaurant itself for many years, but only recently had the opportunity to visit it. Authentic Greek cuisine is offered in a nice, modern atmosphere. The service at lunchtime was very friendly and quick. The quality of the food and drinks was very good, certainly above average, and the portions were sufficient. The prices for what is on offer (souflaki, mineral water, a glass of wine) are reasonable at €28.80. This results in a very good price-performance ratio and I look forward to my next visit.

We were nearby and drove past hungry. There was a free parking space in front of the house, so we went in. The staff is friendly and asks every now and then whether everything is OK or whether you have anything else to request. The food is delicious and tastes good.

It's always a pleasure to eat there. A salad tastes so fresh, it may sound funny to say “like a fresh summer in Greece”, but try it and you’ll know what I mean. The gyros are tastier than in any grill. The specialties are fresh and hearty, everything is simply delicious! The staff is not only polite but also natural. When I read my own lines now, I have to smile, but everything tastes just as I described it.

Without a reservation we got a table for two after 30 minutes. Food tasted fantastic

Bediening is vrolijk, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eten is goed en de porties zijn voldoende. Voor de prijs hoef je het niet te laten want de prijzen zijn echt goed.

A wonderful authentic Greek restaurant. Ate here on the recommendation of the lady at the hotel. We were warmly welcomed, especially after we managed to say a number of Greek words. The food is really good and the portions are fantastic. The four of us had a delicious meal of three main courses. Appetizers and desserts are also delicious. Service is up for a joke and very friendly and helpful.

Here the tzatziki is traditionally made with dill! 🥰 The operators are very friendly and warm-hearted. And food and drinks delicious! Just go there.
