Unfortunately it was a very bad experience. I ordered an Arabic shawarma meal, a broasted meal, and a charcoal wings meal, and waited standing for more than half an hour! Even when I asked the employee who was grilling about the wings, he assured me that he had them. When I got home and opened the food, I was surprised that they put chicken with biryani rice instead of the wings meal! The first and last time at your request. If this is the level of service and accuracy, then frankly, they don't deserve a star!

I recently visited Felfela Restaurant and really loved it! The location is very central, just a few minutes from the main train station - so it's perfectly accessible, even if you come from outside or are traveling near the capital. I can particularly recommend the Şiştavuk (grilled chicken skewers) – super tender, aromatically seasoned and grilled to perfection. The food was served very quickly, which surprised me positively, and the taste was simply great. The service was also great: the employees were very friendly, attentive and made a real effort. You immediately feel welcome. Overall a great experience - authentic Arabic food, central location and friendly service. I'll definitely be back and can only recommend it!

Today I ordered a plate of shawarma and a grilled chicken dish with a crispy sandwich and the only thing that was right about ordering the grilled shawarma was 300g of burnt chicken with lots of rice and instead of crispy chicken there was an undercooked kebab sandwich!! Half of the food ended up in the trash... Not recommended!

The food arrived cold. I ordered soup, and it never arrived. Furthermore, the delivery person didn't come up to the hotel room. They said he wasn't allowed to use the elevator for security reasons. Last night I was in the restaurant and there was something very annoying and unpleasant: two employees shouted loudly and disrespectfully at a customer because the topic was political. The guest wanted to end the conversation, but they forced him to listen. This is immoral. We want to enjoy our food and not hear conversations that are unimportant to us. Aside from that, the waiter was friendly and the food was delicious.

It’s not first time that I order. Every time I am trying to help the workers, to cheer them even I tip them for take away. But sometimes they are rude, sometimes they forgot my order, sometimes my extra order is missing. Last time I ordered lammspieß but it was really burned! Some of them trying to have a good behavior but others like even don’t care for customer if they lose! Will no problem let’s see their neighbor house of Shawarma they are kinda kind. And a good food too.

If you can please find a table, there is an employee who tells us, “Go and look for yourself.” We went to a table and started cleaning another table. There were plates and leftovers of food on it. We turned and left the store, which was written in the address. No one greeted us like other restaurants, and they told us to come and tell us. A table will not leave us standing and waiting. Finally, go and find yourself. By the way, we are coming to have dinner in Egypt. It is not free or anything else. Okay, and I do not advise you about it. I apologize for my comment, but this happened to us yesterday. But restaurants are open for people to drive there.

I went there with a Palestinian family who are friends of mine, everyone ordered and and when the food came there was a wrong dish but none of us noticed and we started eating, a few minutes later the waiter came and apologized and brought the correct dish and told us we can have the wrong one. When it was time to pay we found out that they made us pay for the dish we didn't order but their excuse was that we ate from it. A really non-professional restaurant and the service was honestly horrible.
