The food there is delicious, and the service is very friendly. I've rarely eaten at such a delicious restaurant and received such friendly service. You immediately notice the pleasant atmosphere when you arrive.

Unfortunately, this was the worst experience as a customer in my entire life. We had to wait about 20 minutes for our order (namely, two regular shawarmas). Despite the fact that at times the cooks just stood in the kitchen and did nothing, and when we approached, they told us to wait another 2 minutes, it was about 10 minutes + decide for yourself, and it is simply impossible to sit here due to the noise. I strongly do not recommend this establishment

Unfortunately, it was disappointing. We were expecting an Arabic palette of spices. The salad was very bland with vinegar and oil. I could have eaten the chicken at any chip shop. Yes, there was a charcoal flavor, but unfortunately, the order was also incomplete. I'm really sorry about that, as I really enjoy oriental food.

I visited Felfela in Düsseldorf for the first time today – and I have to say: I'm thrilled! I didn't have high expectations, but the food totally surprised me. I tried the famous koshari – a typical Egyptian dish I'd never eaten before – and it was absolutely delicious! The combination of lentils, rice, noodles, and crispy onions was unusual, but perfectly balanced. And the spicy tomato sauce… simply fantastic! The falafel were also beautifully crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – freshly made and full of flavor. You can immediately tell that the food is cooked with love. The owner was very friendly, explained everything to me, and even recommended a tea – the hibiscus tea was truly refreshing. The portions are generous, the prices are more than fair, and you just feel at home. No over-the-top frills, just good food and genuine hospitality. In conclusion: It was my first visit – but certainly not my last. If you are looking for good quality Egyptian street food, Felfela is the right place for you.

An Arabic restaurant with a diverse menu. I tried the premium falafel platter, lentil soup, koshari, plain rice, rice pudding, yellow custard pudding, and hummus. The food was generally very good. They also have other dishes like broasted chicken and shawarma, but I didn't try them for personal reasons. I've been there several times and ordered from them through delivery apps like Uber Eats and Alfredo.
