We were there with a larger group and were able to make a reservation the day before. When we arrived, it was quite busy despite our reserved seats. The service was wonderful. The lady took such good care of us. The food was fantastic - all the plates were beautifully presented and everyone enjoyed their meal. But the point deduction still applies. - If you don't know anything about cocktails 🍸, you should leave it and order them from the menu. We ordered several cocktails on our first order and waited 20 minutes for each one because the staff member or staff members kept looking questioningly at the other colleagues. The taste was really not good. The cocktail bar in the restaurant is so visible that you'd think they were proud of it. Maybe one of the staff members was missing that day - I can't judge, but then I won't offer it. €8.50 per cocktail is a lot of money these days. Otherwise, pure praise. A big plus point that I rarely experience – my clothes didn't smell of food at home!!! Despite the open kitchen! I'll be back when I'm in Koblenz.

Unfortunately the “doner kebab pizza” doesn’t taste good at all. But the service was nice and courteous.

Clear recommendation if you are in the area. I would always come back, but I felt neglected during my visit even though there wasn't much going on and there were plenty of service staff there. Maybe because I'm from Bavaria... I have no idea!? The food was incredibly good, as was the ambience. However, service receives clear deductions.

Very disappointing! The service is unfriendly and uninviting. You can eat in the restaurant, but Shawarma of all things is only available to take away - completely incomprehensible. In addition, there is a waiting time that is far too long, even when there is not much going on. I definitely won't come here again!

We have been regular customers at Fatih's Grill Restaurant for years. The ambience is super appealing and invites you to linger. You are served by the boss himself or by one of his absolutely friendly employees. The portions are pleasantly large, you'll feel full, but the quality is still absolutely top. There wasn't a single visit where everything wasn't perfect. If you love Turkish cuisine and want to enjoy it in a pleasant atmosphere, this is the right place for you.

My son wanted to eat kebab with me, but here you can only take the kebab with you, not eat it there. All other dishes can be eaten there. The world is mutating into a madhouse.

For me the kebab discovery of the year. Great ambience, not a 1000 kebab shop but a kebab restaurant that invites you to eat and linger. Grill plate and Iskender are both very good. The host is very friendly and accommodating. If it doesn't taste good, then let it go back. I've hardly ever heard it in a restaurant in the last 35 years. I ran out of kebab at 2000 p.m. and then didn't hang up a new skewer for 2 hours, which then hung up overnight. I think it's great, they pay attention to quality. Of course there is another advantage: you have to use the grill plate! Clear recommendation!

We were there yesterday. Unfortunately we were very dissatisfied. My husband had a kebab plate that he didn't like at all. The dressing on the salad didn't taste good. The mayonnaise is underground. The plates were on the table for so long that no one came and asked if they tasted good. It's a shame it has unfortunately worn off.

The food is average. The food is overpriced for the quality. For 8 euros you get a kebab that is comparable to a small kebab elsewhere. The restaurant is chic and makes a clean impression. The service is unfriendly.

So. My first review was questioned by Google and/or restaurant owners. The recession wouldn't be anywhere near the truth, although I haven't written anything of serious substance, although the situation was more than annoying. I know how things like this work: an honest recession that doesn't suit the owner, then Google is informed, then you pay an amount and presto the recession is called into question. I'm curious to see when the next warning will come. I was out with my son and before we went to pick up his mother from work, we decided to quickly eat a kebab. So we went in and ordered two kebabs, which were quickly ready and packaged. pay and get out. We still had time, so we sat on the outside terrace of the restaurant to quickly eat the kebabs. Just briefly, at that point there was nothing going on in the store, neither inside nor outside. We sit down, unpack the kebabs and an older employee came to us and told us in a rather unfriendly way that we should leave the table, it's only for restaurant visitors, the tone was a bit rude slightly aggressive and disrespectful. We just wanted to eat the kebab quickly and would have left straight away. Mind you, there was nothing going on. Conclusion: the way we were treated, unbelievable, unfriendly, condescending, is unacceptable. We packed the kebabs and then ate them standing in the Globus hardware store parking lot. I will never enter this store again. When I write reviews, they are always true, or my impression is my personal opinion, if a service was bad, it was bad. That's the truth, what do I gain from spreading untruths.

Chicken kebab was amazing. Delicious seasoning and everything was super fresh.

The food is delicious. I once got a roll after the price increased to 9 EUR and the older gentleman saved on pepperoni. He reached for it, but realized that there were few of them, so he didn't put any on it. I'm not a fan of 2 pepperoni, but I think that's rude. It certainly won't make him rich and it won't make me poor.

Worst experience in a long time! We ordered two kebab plates - explicitly with rice. However, the waitress brought us the plates of fries. When I pointed out that we had ordered rice, she simply said: “Sorry, I’ll bring the rice right away.” The rice then came separately on two plates. Since my food was already in front of me, I started eating my kebab with the fries - after all, I wasn't waiting forever for the rice. But instead of responding professionally, the waitress came later and said rudely: “You ate the fries too.” Yes, I tried some fries – should I let my food get cold? This remark was completely inappropriate and almost seemed accusatory. I have never experienced such unfriendly and less customer-oriented service. It was the first and last time I visited this restaurant. Absolutely not recommended!

Today I got a falafel roll and a falafel bag for the first time. The owner even makes his own sauces and the absolute highlight is the vegan cocktail sauce. The fact that this offer exists is really great! It tasted excellent and we finally found a new “regular kebab” here. Pure enthusiasm! 🤩

The decor is nice. The portions are really big. They offer very good quality meat. The taste is not convincing for a Turkish palate. What's more annoying is the service. One of the service staff is always there and is always in a bad mood and rolls his eyes. We reserved a table for 8 a.m. and were told at reception that we were late. It was 8:03 p.m.! And the store was empty!

First and last visit! I've never been treated so unkindly, the waiters didn't even look at us or speak intelligently. Supposedly “Turkish” restaurant. Food was so-so.

It was an absolute impudence. Service is really subpar. Were at a table outside, ordered drinks and an appetizer and wanted to have some more time. Neither the starter nor any service came. After half an hour we decided to leave. Suddenly a waitress came and we complained. The only thing that came up here was: you should have let us know inside. Incomprehensible. Never again Fatihs!!

The food is really good but also expensive. The price-performance ratio is borderline, especially for the drinks. What's not so good is that certain guests get an appetizer and some, for some inexplicable reason, don't. The staff is quick but very “ready to discuss” if you have an extra request. You won't get an invoice even if you ask and the boss is anything but friendly. The furniture is not very comfortable because the tables don't match the seat height of the chairs and look cheap. We still go there every now and then, but mostly because of the lack of alternatives and because the food and selection are good.

Unfortunately we were disappointed. Was in the restaurant with my two children. We ordered 2 children's plates for 8.50 euros each and 2 drinks. I also asked for another plate because the children wanted to share the chicken nuggets. In the end I had to pay 30 euros and was surprised at the high amount for 2 children's portions including a drink. The empty plate was charged 5 euros. In the end they took the price of the additional plate off the bill because I asked how this high price came about, but there definitely won't be a second visit here. The waitress started clearing the tables even though we hadn't even finished eating. The taste of the food was ok, but the high prices are not justified.

The staff is very nice and friendly, even if we weren't seen directly (the space was around a corner, which isn't directly visible from the counter). The selection is really huge, from starters and kebabs to schnitzel, pasta and pizza. The portion size was really big. If you leave here hungry, it's your own fault. 😉

Today the three of us were at Fatih's Grill for the first time and we spontaneously decided to eat there. Apart from a few tables, the restaurant was not very busy, probably due to the time of day. My 5-year-old daughter's question about whether I could sit at the table with the beautiful armchairs was decided!!! rejected because the table was for more than three people. Although, as I said, the restaurant was almost empty. We ordered a kebab roll including a drink, which cost quite a bit at €12.50. The request for a second plate to share the roll was complied with without comment. The kebab roll tasted delicious, although anything else would have been a joke given the price. My daughter got a small portion of fries with ketchup, which unfortunately, due to the speed alone, had already been fried warm several times. They were too dark on the outside and very soft and cold on the inside. Additionally we had two waters. The final bill totaling €26.20!!!!! then revealed that the fries with ketchup were €3.70 and the empty plate was €5.00. When we asked, we were told that we hadn't been charged €2.00 for the packaging for the remaining fries, as was usual. All in all, the lady who served us was unfortunately very unconcerned with service, but don't worry, you don't have to try again for us.

My second visit was more than negative... there was old, rancid meat on the grill plate that smelled bad and definitely wasn't fresh

I come here often with my wife. The food is fresh and delicious meat prepared on a real charcoal grill. The ambience looks even better after the renovation.

All is good but the kebap is not good

New and cozy place for Turkish cuisine. The food tasted good, but not great. The portions are huge. The meat was cooked well but lacked flavour to it. The service was ok. The restaurant looks new and clean, including the toilets. The place has good parking facility and was not very crowded.

Der Döner war in Ordnung. Aber vor Ort einen Döner essen zur Mittagszeit (in meinem Fall 12:40Uhr) ist nicht möglich bei Fatih's Grill Restaurant, das fand ich sehr schade. Das Restaurant war zu dem Zeitpunkt überhaupt nicht stark besucht. Es saß lediglich ein Herr am Tisch und trotzdem wurde mir das vor Ort verzehren verweigert, ich müsste ein komplettes Menü bestellen zum hier essen. Ich hatte nicht mehr genug Geld bei mir um ein Menü zu bestellen. Als ich fragte ob ich draußen auf der Bank essen darf kam nur ein stumpfes das geht nicht. Sehr schade, deshalb nur 2 Sterne.

Wir sind durch Zufall hier gewesen. Und wir sind mega überrascht. Alles einfach Perfekt. Nur zu empfehlen😊

Es versteht sich von selbst ,dass diese gemeldet werden. Für den Verfasser der Falschen Bewertungen- Anstößig- Geschäftsschädigende Äußerungen wird Google prüfen,ggf den Verfasser zu Rechenschaft ziehen.
