Kebabs, rotisserie chicken, and currywurst are the specialties of this restaurant.

Was there one evening with my child and wanted something quick to eat but we said no thanks, never again. Service was bad, somehow didn't want to work, my question was not answered and let's not even talk about the food, the 3/4 of the kebab was thrown away.

Rude people!! Poor service, and food safety is nowhere near as expected. They pick up everything with their hands.

Delicious kebab, nothing to complain about.

Two doner kebabs for €7 each and half a chicken for €6.50. By today's standards, the size of the doner kebabs was worth a maximum of €4 each, and the chicken was the size of a pigeon. It was a total rip-off.

If I could, it would be zero stars. I waited a while before I could even order. Then I saw him cutting off a lot of raw meat and then pulling out old meat from behind the machine! Ugh, gross! Not recommended!

The kebab was bad, tasted like nail polish remover. Apparently something was wrong. Unfortunately, never again.

We placed our order, unfortunately everything was only served after we asked for it, we were almost not given a Dürem Döner even though we had already paid. I ordered a large Döner but unfortunately only got a small one. As I was eating, a large plastic tray suddenly fell over next to me. The staff were unfriendly, the price was far too expensive and the food not really appetizing. I expected a lot more.

Hygiene is a low priority here. The man touches almost everything with his sweaty hands. He tears the lettuce with his hands instead of cutting it, scratching his sweaty forehead before using the salad container as a sausage tray. He expertly cleaned the salad container with a paper tissue. Simply disgusting.

I’m really sorry to rate as 1/5 but couldn’t get a proper service - it was almost the closing time, I wanted to grab a dürüm but somehow their card machine didn’t work out - then he started to complain about me - he said “ it was obvious from the way u entered the shop” or “are u a lottery in this time”- didn’t even stare at my face, if u don’t wanna serve anything at that time, just close doors- regardless of their taste, please do not choose shops if they don’t act u kindly, all in all, it wasn’t a pleasant experience

The first time it was very tasty but the second time he hardly put any sauce on it, the kebab consisted mostly of onions. And if you ask something or if you know something you will be barked at. It's a shame because it tasted really good the first time, it's worth the comparatively high price, but unfortunately not every customer is treated the same.

Unfortunately very unfriendly and had food poisoning from the kebab

I bought full grilled chicken for 13€ no thing with it just 30 minutes ago and i arrived home and open the bag try to eat it and it’s super dry and it’s definitely not from today I had to throw it , it’s disgusting I will never eat again there it’s really bad experience and i don’t suggest this place for any one

The cashier entered both orders incorrectly several times even though we said exactly what we wanted. Each menu has a letter and a number... there was almost no curry on the currywurst, very little ketchup and the fries had no ketchup at all. I had to ask for more. ....the currywurst was delicious but the fries and the bread, well...I wouldn't go there again. You have to know

The first review was deleted because there was no proof i ate there so now i got a receipt and want to give a worse rating for sketchy business practices. Food and drinks are what you'd usually find at a regular Döner store, not really worth their increased price though.

Delicious! Everything is great!

I've been testing the kebab there (both veal and chicken) for several weeks now and have no objections to the taste. Flatbread is crispy, garlic sauce was also delicious. Payment possible by EC or cash.

The staff is neutral. Takes a long time because there are 2 older men. Food wasn't good, I ordered a kebab. Gives better ones in Berlin and on corners 200 meters away. They don't have that much choice and they don't pay that much attention to hygiene. We refilled the salad with our hands and distributed it. Would avoid it, only has customers because it's right next to the train station.

Great service and everything was very clean

The food (doner kebab) didn't taste good, so half of it unfortunately went in the trash. The table on site wasn't really clean, the toilet door couldn't be locked and the staff didn't seem particularly friendly.

Typical S-Bahn station kebab shop. Lots of customers but… I got a currywurst with fries. Fries were ok (what can you mess up when you eat there) but the currywurst... man man man. The currywurst wasn't really a currywurst. Tasted like plastic and cracks. This good piece was prepared in the deep fryer. Totally normal. What about the kebab, the main dish at such a place? I have no idea, luckily I can't say anything. If the currywurst tastes like garbage, plastic and body openings, how is a kebab supposed to taste there? And the moral of the story: avoid train station kebabs unless you are drunk or in the mood for a natural intestinal cleansing in the form of diarrhea.

Absolutely awesome kebab! We come from the Ruhr area and pointed it out to the owner. He made an extra effort ;) but seriously. The kebab was really tasty and the herb sauce was an absolute must!!!

The store is just poor, from the service to the food. The employees are unfriendly and don't even try to understand your language (German). They ask you the same thing 5 times and are extremely unfriendly. I've been there several times because it's right next to the S train station where I live. Every time I was extremely disappointed and I asked myself why you would run a restaurant if you had absolutely no desire to do so. Today I was standing in line and when I answered the man, after taking my order, just started talking on the phone and made me wait for 10 minutes. I ordered a kebab box, which of course he forgot after his phone call and stood in front of me with a loaf of bread. I pointed out to him that I had ordered a box, whereupon he first complained to me and then smashed the box together as carelessly as he could. In addition, he used the meat that had been cut well before his phone call and had been sitting on the shelf for who knows how long. After frequent visits I can say that the quality of the meat is also bottom drawer. Several times I bit on small pieces of bone and once it got wedged in my teeth. In addition, it has usually been lying around for a long time and is no longer even lukewarm and is already crusty. The top of the mountain are the prices, which were out of this world before Corona, and outrageousness isn't even a term for it. If only the employees would at least watch how they make the kebab. But mostly they look out the window and just slap something into the bread. Overall, one of the worst kebab shops I've ever visited.

Completely overpriced with average food taste (dürum halumi for almost 8 euros). On Schlesi this dish costs 6 euros). Staff usually seem demotivated. Will not eat here again. A pity

They took 6 euro!!! Ordered a pommes and a Cola! Got a small box of half done Pommes that where 1cm long parts of pommes fingers. Will never support a place like that again! Overpriced and unfriendly

Mostly listless and unfriendly staff, absolutely standard kebab and now also very expensive. I don't think it's particularly clean there either. Buying there is very rare. The location definitely deserves a better store. Addendum 5/31/24: Nothing has changed to date, I was once again treated very unfriendly, even though I repeated my order 3 times. Finally learn to understand your customers properly. The prices are not worthy of the quality and are completely excessive. The trick here is with XL variants, which in the end are not any at all and correspond to the normal portion.

This kebab shop has one star too many. The food doesn't differ much from other restaurants. It's neither particularly tasty nor particularly bad. But the problem is the service. On the 27th at around 9 p.m. I visited the store and ordered a kebab box. I asked if I could eat them in the store and was told that it didn't matter if I eat them here, out on the street or on the ground. That was not a joke. Whatever the reason, maybe it's xenophobia. He speaks however he wants. When ordering the kebab box I said I wanted salad instead of fries, but he just gave me fries. When I said I ordered salad he claimed I said fries. Usually in such cases the food is exchanged, but in this store there is no such kindness. And I asked not to use hot sauce but he gave me the hot sauce straight away. He did that even though I was watching him. Do the employees not speak German? Please take the order correctly and treat customers appropriately. Even one star is too many. A quarter star would be appropriate. 🤮 I felt so bad that I just ate in the store for a quick meal and then left. It's a very disgusting restaurant. 👎👎👎🤢🤢🤢

Typical kebab place next to the train station. The ingredients are fresh, however the taste is nothing special.

Döner snack bar right at Karlshorst train station. Therefore usually well attended. Döner plate with lots of salad and meat but few fries.

Stingy portion size, poor quality meat, stale bread and lettuce wasn’t fresh. Food went cold before I could finish it. Hostile staff also. All of this and the audacity to charge €7?? Ridiculous.

Normal currywurst is totally overpriced and there isn't even mustard with it.

Monday, February 11th at 8 p.m. I would like to buy a chicken skewer. There are some on display. The employee says the grill is off. Then I order a grilled chicken, rice and salad and ask that everything be wrapped individually because it needs to be reheated later. I would like to pay extra for packaging. The seller thinks it's too complicated, I wasn't sold anything.

The old man with gray hair was rude, the fries weren't fried properly, he made me feel like a beggar asking for his food!

The location is very practical because it is right next to the S-Bahn station and you can quickly get something to eat when you get off (or change to the tram). The food is mostly okay, often even very good, unfortunately I have had a few cases where the kebab or Turkish pizza smelled very unpleasant and tasted strange. These were more isolated cases, but from time to time it makes me think about whether I would rather eat somewhere else or order something. The team is usually very friendly. However, I would still like them to wear gloves and not touch the kebab directly with their bare hands (or simply pick up any meat that fell next to it while it was being opened and put it back into the kebab). I don't find that very appetizing.

The staff is totally unfriendly and listless. The kebab was very dry. The dressing that was in it didn't taste good and had an unhealthy color. The vegetables didn't seem fresh. Even though I ordered without onions, some were added on top. I gave the store a second chance but there won't be a third.

Man man man ...... Very slow and listless...The money machine didn't work properly...In the end, after an eternity, the meat was dry...🤔🤐

The kebab didn't taste good. The meat was three days old and the vegetables were very shriveled. A nice facility. If the kebab continues to improve, then this will be a great shop.

Die Knochen im Fleisch und unfreundliche Personal

Wir gehen relativ häufig hier essen. Die Mitarbeiter sind recht freundlich. Man bekommt relativ große Portionen. Die überwiegenden Male haben wir Essen mit sehr guter Qualität. Der Lamacun und der Döner sind sehr gut. Der Dönerteller ist auch zu empfehlen. Die Qualität und der Geschmack des Fleisches schwankt ab und zu. Teils sehr würzig fettig.

Hier fühlt man sich absolut Nicht willkommen. Bei der Begrüßung fängt es an und bei der Bezahlung hört es auf. Hab es an verschiedensten Tagen probiert, aber Freundlichkeit wurde hier nicht erfunden.

Personal unfreundlich hoch 10! Der Döner ist ok, aber im Vergleich zu anderen wenig Fleisch, allgemein nicht viel Inhalt. Habe dann trotzdem ein zweites mal den Weg dorthin gefunden, da man ne zweite Chance einräumt und der Geschmack ok war. Ein Mitarbeiter hat gerade den Kühlschrank mit Getränken gefüllt, ich fragte ihn höflich ob ich bitte eine Cola haben könnte, da guckte er mich an und sagte eiskalt nein ins Gesicht! Also sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Werde da nie wieder hingehen und kann es auch nicht empfehlen. Wie kann man denn so unfreundlich sein?

Ein Döner kostet 6,50€. Ziemlich klein, aber Saucen lecker

Döner ist unterer Durchschnitt, nichts was einem positiv oder negativ im Gedächtnis hängen bleibt, Soße scheint ein sehr knappes Gut zu sein, etwas luftig im Biß.

Sehr gutes Essen, es schmeckt sehr gut und wird schnell zubereitet. Preise sind normal, es ist nicht zu teuer. Personal ist aktuell ok (Vor einem Monat war da ein anderer Mitarbeiter der war Freundlicher)

Sehr leckes Essen, perfekte Soßen und sehr netter Service . Ein Mitarbeiter heißt Irfan, hab ihn leider lange nicht gesehen er ist sehr großzügig und vermittelt den Eindruck sehr viel Spaß bei der Arbeit zu haben.

Leckerer Döner, aber eine Person fehlt... Ich bin ein regelmäßiger Besucher dieses Dönerladens und liebe die köstlichen Döner, die hier serviert werden. Die Qualität des Essens ist stets hervorragend, und die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich. Allerdings vermisse ich einen bestimmten Mitarbeiter, der bisher immer durch seine Freundlichkeit und schnelle Bedienung herausragte. Seine Abwesenheit fällt auf, und ich hoffe, dass er bald zurückkehrt, um das Gesamterlebnis wieder komplett zu machen. Trotzdem bleibt dieser Dönerladen eine meiner Top-Empfehlungen in der Stadt!

Bester Döner ever und das sagen wir als Team Düsseldorf mit 40 Leuten. Hier hat man uns am 19.20.23 in krasser Geschwindigkeit 40 !!! Döner Deluxe gemacht und uns den Abend gerettet, weil wir danach bis Mitternacht ohne Verpflegung arbeiten mussten. Danke danke danke !!!

Döner ist vergleichsweise recht gross und gut gefüllt (und ich habe nicht die Jumbo Variante gewählt), mit einem hohen Fleischanteil. Das Brot ist sehr dünn und eher kross, was ich gut finde. Die Saucen, Fleisch und Salat waren vergleichbar zu anderen Dönerläden. Geschmacklich hat sich die scharfe Sauce positiv von anderen Läden abgehoben. Dazu ist diese sehr angenehm scharf. Man muss wirklich nicht kämpfen. Insgesamt gute 4/5. Von meiner Seite gibt es eine Weiterempfehlung.👍

Standard Döner by Fatih chain, they serve Döner at multiple metro stations in Berlin. It’s not great or special, but okay if you are craving for a quick Döner.

Jungs spart es euch dahin zugehen. Um den Geschmack mal bildlich zu beschreiben, es schmeckt wie Toast mit Wasser. Also es ist einfach mega fad und hat kein Geschmack. Der ganze Laden ist auch nicht wirklich Clean und ziemlich runtergekommen. Wollte schon beim Bestellvorgang fast abbrechen, dachte aber ich gebe eine Chance, Enttäuschung einfach der Döner. Bedienung war auch ein ganz Komischer. Leute lasst es einfach !

Der Dönerladen ist sauber, hat Sitzplätze und auch die Möglichkeit, dort auf Toilette zu gehen. Einziges Manko: Ein einfacher Döner kostet dort mittlerweile 6,50 €...

Döner war großartig.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett.Zu viele Kunden für einen Mitarbeiter. Außerdem ist das Essen sehr teuer.Aber das Warten hat sich gelohnt, denn der Döner war köstlich.

Hab 2x einen Döner dort gegessen. Dem Fleisch fehlte es komplett an Röstaromen und Würze. Die Soßen schmecken nach nichts. Wollte es neulich nochmal versuchen und bin direkt wieder gegangen, nachdem ich gesehen habe in welchem Zustand man das Fleisch für andere Kunden abgeschnitten hat. Einfach nur 0815 Abfertigung.

Wenn man sich auf einen Döner freut und dann leider keinen Spaß beim Essen hat. Fladenbrot ungetoastet und lapprig, Fleisch kalt und lapprig. Geschmack ok. Schade!
