Eines der besten Restaurants, die ich in letzter Zeit besucht habe. Der Name beschreibt das Erlebnis perfekt: Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt, und man fühlt sich mit der Familie wie zu Hause. Das Essen ist köstlich, frisch und die Aromen sind authentisch und einzigartig. Der Service ist schnell, und die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen!

Wir waren in kurzer Zeit mehrmals im Familienhaus essen. Das Personal ist maximal freundlich und zurvorkommend. Das Essen ist lecker, der Preis fair.

Das Essen war mehr als ausgezeichnet. Und die Sauberkeit war offensichtlich.

Ich war schon oft hier und es ist meiner Meinung nach das beste syrische Restaurant der Stadt. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und das Personal immer freundlich. Klare Empfehlung und definitiv einen Besuch wert!

Der Service war hervorragend. Wir bekamen Brot und Wassermelone, während wir auf unser Essen warteten, das dann nach 15-20 Minuten kam. Die Preise waren sehr gut.

Sehr gutes arabisches essen. Gemütliches Ambiente und mega freundliche Bedienung. Mein persönlicher Tipp ist schawarma! Bevorzuge ich vor jedem Dönerladen. Fleisch ist aus gegrilltem Hähnchenbrustfilet frisch vom Spieß geschnitten 👌

Gut, aber es könnte viel besser sein

Gott segne sie und sorge für sie. Das Essen ist gut, der Ort sauber und die jungen Männer sind respektvoll.

Der Service ist gut und das Restaurant ist sauber. Allerdings sind die Preise im Vergleich zur Qualität des Essens etwas hoch. Außerdem sind die Portionen bei einigen Gerichten eher klein und nicht besonders großzügig.

Wie ich finde, dass aller beste Restaurant mit abwechlungsreicher Menu Karte & dem besten Schawarma was ich jemals gegessen habe. Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich, auch wenn voll nie zu laut oder ungemütliche Kulisse. Mitarbeiter sind die nettesten Menschen die ich jemals angetroffen habe. Ich komme Ursprünglich aus Berlin & habe dort nie so ein geniales Schawarma gegessen. Wirklich top der Laden!

Leckeres Essen und exzellenter Service

Das Essen war einfach hervorragend und verdient wirklich mehr als fünf Sterne. Sehr freundliche Jungs. Es gab einen Fehler bei der Bestellung, ich bin zurückgegangen und sie haben mir ein Sandwich gegeben und wollten kein Geld dafür nehmen. Vielen Dank – der Service war ausgezeichnet.

Unfortunately, the restaurant's performance has declined significantly. The food portions are now insufficient, and the service is terrible. After we finished eating, more than half an hour passed, and the tables weren't cleaned until I called an employee. We also ordered some items, but they weren't available. Perhaps things would have been better if the owner had been there. But honestly, I won't be going back because it was the same both times.

Wenn sie dieses Restaurant sehen, gehen sie am besten einfach weiter. The worst experience we've had all year! We were in Krefeld for an event and chose this restaurant based on the positive Google reviews. From the moment we sat down it was clear that they were not up to the high rating received. There was no system or prioritization of customers or orders, receiving the menu was impossible and despite the orders all being standard menu items it took over an hour to receive the food not just for us but for the tables around us. The fried chicken was undercooked, the Manqeesh served underdone and the fries were soggy and cold. On top of that the wait staff were rude with one telling us he's in a rush and can't take our order.

Honestly, their food is good and the staff are respectful, but there's a very long wait, especially on Saturdays. I waited about 50 minutes for my food to arrive, but to be honest, the staff said they were busy with work. May God provide for them.

A year ago, I considered this restaurant one of my favorites. Unfortunately, on my last visit, I noticed that the quality of the food had declined, and the taste wasn't the same as before. The prices were high for what was offered. I hope the restaurant returns to its former level.

I've never eaten a better shawarma, and the breaded chicken ala KFC was much better than you're used to. I was served by the owner's son, a super friendly and attentive young man. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for people who only know kebabs and are looking for something different.

It took two hours to get there and back, but I didn't try the Arab shawarma, but unfortunately, I didn't eat any. We cooked pasta after a long day.

What a mess when it comes to online orders. Delivery time over an hour! At 10:30 PM, the order was updated and reported as delivered at 10:40 PM. Apparently, they can also travel into the future. All of this, of course, without ever having delivered anything. I'll never order from them again, even though the food itself is very solid.

Delicious Syrian food. The shawarma was perfectly seasoned and juicy, and the sfiha was also fantastic. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. Friendly service and fair prices. I'll definitely be back.

I've always enjoyed dining at this restaurant, even though it's over a two-hour drive – which speaks for itself. Unfortunately, my last visit was a significant disappointment. The food was noticeably worse this time, and the portions were much smaller than usual. I'm very disappointed, as I've always been a loyal and satisfied customer. After this experience, I sadly won't be returning. It's a shame that something so good has deteriorated in this way.

A failed experiment. We came from Mönchengladbach by train. We ordered 3 pieces of meat on dough. The meat was tender and cooked, but the dough was like biscuit dough. A plate of Arabic shawarma. I've never seen a sandwich smaller than this. How did they cut it? I don't know. Mayonnaise and Russian salad. By God, they only serve one spoonful in small cork containers. The forks were wooden. Two risotto meals were not tasty. The bill was 63€. The restaurant should be generous.

Snack Beit Al Aila was a restaurant that changed its system. Unfortunately, it was a two-hour drive from Belgium. We were very shocked by the food and the service. They put wooden forks, knives, and cups, and the sauces were in plastic containers. The quality was very poor. The food was salty. Half of the menu was missing. The fried chicken still had flour and seasoning, and we told the guy that the fried chicken wasn’t cooked well. He told me that it was flour and seasoning, and he started smiling instead of changing the plate or finding a solution. It was really not normal with this new system. I don’t advise anyone to go.

Been very happy with this place before, the first time it was fantstic. It got a little worse every time after. Today we both noticed that the food is very salty, compared to other syrian restaurants we have been to, and those are many. I am salt sensitive, but my husband also thought so. Overly salty, or too much spices all together. The service was not as good as the other times either. We will see if we go again, or not.

I tried Beit Al Aila Restaurant for the first time for breakfast, and it was a wonderful experience in every sense of the word! Especially quenching and falafel. An authentic taste and a taste that takes you to the Levant. The second time I tried it for lunch, the broasted and shawarma were amazing, tender, flavourful and had excellent seasoning. Today I tried the Empress, and I really felt proud... proud of my countryman who delivers Syrian food and sweets in the original way, with all love and perfection. A restaurant that raises your head, and every visit is better than the last!

I grabbed some food to go today, it was absolutely delicious 😋 I can only recommend it. I'll be eating at the restaurant soon. I like driving there from Kempen for dinner. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff is very friendly.

The food is good, but there is stinginess in presentation I ordered four sandwiches and I was sitting in a restaurant. They were supposed to come with a service plate, and even though I told the waiter he did not answer. Knowing that any restaurant that buys more than two or three sandwiches comes with a service plate, and even tissues bring the carton in numbers, meaning each person has an ihram, and when they finish, they say the bird brings an ihram, and even though the cheapest thing in Germany is tissues, and other than restaurants, they are placed on the table in a large quantity. I recently went to the restaurant Das Familienhaus in Krefeld on Rheinstrasse and I was absolutely thrilled! I had an Arabic shawarma plate that was simply delicious. The meat was perfectly seasoned. For dessert I treated myself to an Arabic ice cream, which was a highlight both in terms of taste and consistency. The team in the restaurant is extremely friendly and accommodating. You feel welcome from the start and receive excellent care. The atmosphere is pleasant and familiar, which further enriches the visit. I can fully recommend Das Familienhaus – both for lovers of Arabic cuisine and for newcomers who want to discover it. I'll definitely be back!

Nice ambience with an open atmosphere. The Arabic plate is the most expensive on the menu. I had quite high expectations of the meal, but they were very tasty. There were 3 creams on the plate (aubergine, hummus and ...). The rest consisted of parsley salad and mixed salad as well as a flatbread with contents. It wasn't that special and there was very little meat in the flatbread. I was a little disappointed, but in the end I was well full and I think it was healthy. The rest of the menu is ok but nothing special, I can't understand why so many people rate it well here.
