Unfortunately, the restaurant's performance has declined significantly. The food portions are now insufficient, and the service is terrible. After we finished eating, more than half an hour passed, and the tables weren't cleaned until I called an employee. We also ordered some items, but they weren't available. Perhaps things would have been better if the owner had been there. But honestly, I won't be going back because it was the same both times.

We were in Krefeld for an event and chose this restaurant based on the positive Google reviews. From the moment we sat down it was clear that they were not up to the high rating received. There was no system or prioritization of customers or orders, receiving the menu was impossible and despite the orders all being standard menu items it took over an hour to receive the food not just for us but for the tables around us. The fried chicken was undercooked, the Manqeesh served underdone and the fries were soggy and cold. On top of that the wait staff were rude with one telling us he's in a rush and can't take our order.

I've never eaten a better shawarma, and the breaded chicken ala KFC was much better than you're used to. I was served by the owner's son, a super friendly and attentive young man. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for people who only know kebabs and are looking for something different.

What a mess when it comes to online orders. Delivery time over an hour! At 10:30 PM, the order was updated and reported as delivered at 10:40 PM. Apparently, they can also travel into the future. All of this, of course, without ever having delivered anything. I'll never order from them again, even though the food itself is very solid.

The food was noticeably worse this time, and the portions were much smaller than usual. I'm very disappointed, as I've always been a loyal and satisfied customer. After this experience, I sadly won't be returning. It's a shame that something so good has deteriorated in this way.

A failed experiment. We came from Mönchengladbach by train. We ordered 3 pieces of meat on dough. The meat was tender and cooked, but the dough was like biscuit dough. A plate of Arabic shawarma. I've never seen a sandwich smaller than this. How did they cut it? I don't know. Mayonnaise and Russian salad. By God, they only serve one spoonful in small cork containers. The forks were wooden. Two risotto meals were not tasty. The bill was 63€. The restaurant should be generous.

Snack Beit Al Aila was a restaurant that changed its system. Unfortunately, it was a two-hour drive from Belgium. We were very shocked by the food and the service. The fried chicken still had flour and seasoning, and we told the guy that the fried chicken wasn’t cooked well. Today we both noticed that the food is very salty, compared to other syrian restaurants we have been to, and those are many. I am salt sensitive, but my husband also thought so. Overly salty, or too much spices all together. The service was not as good as the other times either. We will see if we go again, or not.

I tried Beit Al Aila Restaurant for the first time for breakfast, and it was a wonderful experience in every sense of the word! Especially quenching and falafel. An authentic taste and a taste that takes you to the Levant. The second time I tried it for lunch, the broasted and shawarma were amazing, tender, flavourful and had excellent seasoning. Today I tried the Empress, and I really felt proud... proud of my countryman who delivers Syrian food and sweets in the original way, with all love and perfection. A restaurant that raises your head, and every visit is better than the last!

I grabbed some food to go today, it was absolutely delicious 😋 I can only recommend it. I'll be eating at the restaurant soon. I like driving there from Kempen for dinner. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff is very friendly.

For dessert I treated myself to an Arabic ice cream, which was a highlight both in terms of taste and consistency. The team in the restaurant is extremely friendly and accommodating. You feel welcome from the start and receive excellent care. The atmosphere is pleasant and familiar, which further enriches the visit. Nice ambience with an open atmosphere. The Arabic plate is the most expensive on the menu. I had quite high expectations of the meal, but they were very tasty. There were 3 creams on the plate (aubergine, hummus and ...). The rest consisted of parsley salad and mixed salad as well as a flatbread with contents. It wasn't that special and there was very little meat in the flatbread. I was a little disappointed, but in the end I was well full and I think it was healthy. The rest of the menu is ok but nothing special, I can't understand why so many people rate it well here.

I've been there a couple of times. The food there is amazing! I loved shawarma the most so far. Also the ice cream like desserts are pretty unique! The only thing I noticed while ordering for a group, they often seemed not to have one or two dishes that we wanted, and we had to choose something else. But I couldn't complain much since the other dishes were delicious too. Wait time can be a bit long. The atmosphere is good, but not exceptional. I enjoyed my couple of visits there, and would go there again, even though I live in a different city.
