Falafel und Fast Food in Essen

We were there as Groupon customers. The staff was very friendly. The food, we had currywurst and Jack the Ripper, was plentiful and tasted very good and beautifully presented. The wait time of about 15 minutes was perfectly acceptable, as almost all the tables were occupied and they were also serving takeaway. The only drawback: the seating. There's a table with six or eight chairs and two tables with stools, although it wasn't warm enough for us, which is obviously a personal preference. We had to wear jackets to eat. Of course, everything will look different when the temperatures rise again. In any case, the food is delicious.

The meat in the burger is simply... catastrophic, the worst burger I have ever eaten in Germany.

We drove to Essen specifically to eat good fries and found ourselves standing in front of a closed shop on a Sunday in -3 degrees Celsius, even though it was supposed to be open until 7 p.m. No thanks. I won't go here again.
