Falafel Haus in München

Waren schon öfter nach dem see hier. Leckerer Falaffel Wrap und döner und unser Sohn hat extra eine gemischte Döner Falafel Box bekommen. Total entspannter,freundlicher Verkäufer/Bedienung! Man sitzt entspannt in einem Hinterhof draußen. Können wir nur empfehlen

Nicht empfehlenswert! Ich weiß nicht was wer da bestellt, aber Dönerteller hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Fleisch ist richtig schlecht, sprich trocken. Also nicht empfehlenswert!

40 Minuten Wartezeit. Rohes Fleisch im Brötchen. Das Personal hatte keinerlei Kontrolle darüber, wer was bestellte. Das normale Brötchen war genauso groß wie ein XXL-Brötchen.

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von diesem Laden und vor allem vom Umgang mit mir als Mensch und Kunde. Ich musste an diesem Tag wegen gesundheitlicher Probleme sehr dringend auf die Toilette und bin deshalb in dieses Lokal gegangen, weil es direkt in der Nähe war. Ich habe höflich gefragt, ob ich kurz die Toilette benutzen darf. Statt einfach normal und respektvoll zu reagieren, wurde ich unfreundlich behandelt und vor anderen Kunden in eine unangenehme Situation gebracht. Ich wurde gefragt, ob ich überhaupt Kunde sei, obwohl ich bereits mehrfach dort gegessen und Geld dort gelassen habe. Trotzdem wurde mir das Gefühl gegeben, unerwünscht zu sein. Besonders enttäuschend war der respektlose Ton und dass meine Situation nicht ernst genommen wurde. Ich kam nicht, um Ärger zu machen, ich war in einer echten Notsituation und habe trotzdem höflich gefragt. Danach wurde ich sogar noch einmal zur Rede gestellt, als hätte ich etwas Falsches getan. Als ich die Toilette verlassen hatte, wurde ich vom Mitarbeiter/Besitzer noch einmal zurückgerufen, um mit mir darüber zu sprechen. Dabei wurde mir erneut vorgeworfen, dass ich so etwas nicht vor Kunden fragen dürfe. Für mich war das völlig unverständlich, weil ich niemanden stören wollte und lediglich höflich um Hilfe gebeten hatte. Statt Verständnis zu zeigen, wurde ich weiter kritisiert und die Situation wurde für mich noch unangenehmer. Für mich ist das kein Umgang mit Kunden. Ein bisschen Menschlichkeit, Respekt und Verständnis sollten in jedem Geschäft selbstverständlich sein. Nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich dort definitiv nicht mehr hingehen und kann den Laden aufgrund dieses Verhaltens nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Fleisch kommt erst nach 20:00 Uhr aus dem Gefrierschrank, man muss also 30-40 Minuten auf einen Döner warten. Langsam. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen, außer man will sich übergeben. Ansonsten bleibt die Toilette leer :(

Das Essen ist top! Egal was, Falafel, Hummus oder Haloumi. Schmeckt auf jeden Fall selbstgemacht. Der hausgemachte Ayran ist auch lecker! Alles mit großer Sorgfalt und Freundlichkeit angerichtet. Der Laden selbst sieht eher aus wie ein Hookah, aber ok für mich. War jetzt schon paar Mal da, und es ist immer wenig los. Liegt halt n bisschen abseits. Zeit, dass sich das ändert. Falafel Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Hingehen!!

Ich habe eine Stunde vor Ladenschluss bestellt und kann nur sagen: so etwas habe ich wirklich selten erlebt. Schon bei der Bestellung fängt es an – die angegebenen Anweisungen wurden komplett ignoriert. Stattdessen habe ich ein anderes Gericht bekommen, das zum großen Teil nicht einmal so war wie beschrieben. Das ist nicht nur ärgerlich, sondern einfach unprofessionell. Was dann geliefert wurde, war eine Frechheit im Verhältnis von Preis zu Menge. Die Portion war dermaßen klein, dass man sich ernsthaft fragt, ob das ein Scherz sein soll. Für das Geld wird nicht einmal ein Kind satt. Preis/Leistung ist hier nicht nur schlecht – das ist komplett außerhalb jeder normalen Realität. Das Fleisch war dann der nächste Tiefpunkt: komplett durchgebraten, trocken und offensichtlich entweder schon ewig auf dem Grill gelegen oder nochmal aufgewärmt/angebraten. Es hatte eine Konsistenz wie Gummi. Man kaut und kaut, aber es wird nicht besser. Dazu kamen viele harte Eckstücke, die einfach nur unappetitlich waren und teilweise wirklich schwer runterzubekommen. Insgesamt hatte das Essen den Eindruck, als wäre es kurz vor Ladenschluss schnell irgendwas zusammengeschustert worden, ohne Qualität, ohne Sorgfalt und ohne Respekt gegenüber dem Kunden. Falsches Essen, ignorierte Anweisungen, Mini-Portionen, zähes Fleisch und ein Preis, der in keiner Welt gerechtfertigt ist. Ich werde hier definitiv nicht noch einmal bestellen und kann es absolut niemandem empfehlen.

Bin öfter privat dort. Super netter Betreiber und leckere Falafelteller die es wirklich wert sind. Zuletzt habe ich dort auch die Weihnachtsfeier meiner Firma ausgerichtet mit 20 Personen. War super! Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, schöne Vorbereitung der Tische und freundlicher Service. Alles bei fairen Preisen. Catering bieten Sie übrigens auch an. Runde Sache.

Der Dönerladen hat leider noch viel Luft nach oben. Momentan wird nur Hähnchenfleisch verwendet, was geschmacklich nicht überzeugen konnte. Eine große Verbesserung wäre es, auf richtiges Yaprak-Fleisch(Rinder Oberschale) umzusteigen und den Döner selbst zu stecken. Das würde Geschmack und Qualität deutlich steigern. Ich hoffe, dass die Kritik angenommen wird und der Laden sich weiterentwickelt – dann würde ich auch gerne nochmal vorbeikommen.

A very bad experience. The prices are scandalously high: €4 for a small bottle of water and €5.50 for a few fries – it's simply a rip-off. The food was completely ordinary, nothing special at all to justify such prices. We left very disappointed, and this restaurant definitely doesn't deserve its good rating.

Falafel House definitely lives up to its name. These guys at the place make really good stuff. Friendly and high-quality food. It's really nice to see the freshness. However, €21 for this plate is a bit steep. A more reasonable price would be €16.

The food tasted good, to be honest. But there were some real reasons why I wouldn't want to come back here voluntarily. I ordered a kebab plate for €15.50. Considering the prices these days, it's acceptable. When I wanted a slice of bread with it, he said it would be €3 extra. Bro, a kebab used to cost €3. Plus, we had to wait forever, even though it wasn't busy. Well, avoid if possible.

Frankly, the owner of the Iraqi restaurant is the epitome of politeness and ethics, as are his employees. The food is delicious and clean, and everything is halal. It deserves five stars.

Very disappointing and definitely not recommended. A falafel plate for €16 consists of just five falafel pieces. A small falafel sandwich costs €8.50. A small piece of bread was added for an additional €3 upon request. The price-performance ratio is simply disproportionate in my opinion. The ambiance is also uninviting. A slot machine in the corner… If you're looking for good food at a fair price, this is the wrong place.

Nice restaurant but the prices are very expensive. Imagine 6 shawarma sandwiches, 6 Pepsi and 3 fries. Our bill is over 100 euros.

Homemade bread, delicious falafel.

The food isn't exactly cheap, but the owner is always very friendly, the portions are large and worth it because they're very tasty.

A family of four were hungry and wanted to try something other than schnitzel or pizza. Near our hotel, we came across this charming restaurant. The reviews are spot on: + Good quality falafel and döner. + Fresh vegetables (you can taste the difference). + Large portions. + Friendly and helpful staff. ++ We contacted them by email to ask if we could bring our dog. The owner responded very quickly that it was no problem. We were allowed to bring our dog. In the end, our dog didn't come along because he was still very tired from the trip. We had a great time and enjoyed it. Nice and cozy atmosphere inside. I hope such a high-quality falafel restaurant opens in the Netherlands someday, because this is a true gem.

Very good falafel, kebabs, and pizza. I often go there during my lunch break. During the week, it's often a good idea to order in advance, especially during events at the trade fair, as the wait time can be quite long.

Slowest kebabs with little flavor! Bring time and salt

The food is relatively dry. The kebab has very little sauce and doesn't taste as good as in other places. The price/performance ratio is absolutely terrible! We ordered by phone and were told to arrive in 10 minutes. We arrived in 10 minutes, and they hadn't even started preparing it yet. I won't be visiting this place again.

After waiting 50 minutes, it was still unclear when the food would be ready. I ended up getting something different from what I had ordered. Other guests who arrived after me got their food before me. I understand that it's busy during trade fairs, but the dishes shouldn't be served completely randomly or based on the principle that the more people ask, the sooner they get their turn.

The kebab is generally okay. But they manage to make a kebab in 10 minutes even though there are five people behind the counter. For people who have to work at the trade fair, waiting 40 minutes for a simple kebab is simply not acceptable. The waiter is completely overwhelmed and takes everything for himself, and is unfriendly on top of that... Not for me anymore!

I had just returned from the trade fair and saw this restaurant, so I went in immediately because I was hungry and it was the only place open since it was Sunday. Everyone immediately greeted me, which made me feel very welcome. I ordered a falafel plate with grilled avocado and ayran, and within the next 15 minutes, my food arrived. At first, I thought it wasn't my dish because it looked so beautiful and elegant, and I only wanted a falafel plate, but I was told that's what falafel plates look like. I was overjoyed and devoured everything on my plate within 15 minutes. I can only recommend this restaurant, and I will definitely be back.

I was shocked and appalled by the rude and disrespectful way I was treated after politely complaining about the subpar quality of the food/service. There are numerous fantastic restaurants with much better quality and respectful staff just in the nearby food court (Arcaden). Save yourself the unpleasant experience and choose one of them instead.

Not recommended at all. I have never experienced such disrespect. A friend and I wanted to eat a kebab. We were told: “Do you want to sit down for two kebabs?” Then they said, “Two kebabs aren’t worth sitting down for,” and people started making fun of us. Definitely not recommended.

It is really really good: taste and presentation. I feel like it might be on the high end of prices, but oh well. It's too good! Edit 2 years later: we ordered again less than a month ago. The prices are now much much higher, the portion smaller with less variety and it does not taste as good as before. We have ordered a few times in the last couple of years and this last time I was really surprised by how things had changed.

Update November 2024 Everything is still prepared superbly with the same quality and love and that is not a given in the catering industry. Yes, and it's not that cheap, but good ingredients and tasteful design on the plate, not just slapped on without love. Very good selection of food for every hunger, even the little ones. Even vegan dishes are possible without any problems. Extra thumbs up for that. Everything freshly made and attentive staff. Very nice owner who also likes to take care of his guests.

Had 2 falafel bowls to take away (one with bulgur and one with halloumi). The bowls were super fresh and tasted delicious. Quality was top! If I'm in the area again I would go again.
