The service was great and the food is being prepared in front of you fresh. Would definitely recommend this place and their Kibbeh is just the best I tried in Berlin so far 👍🏻

Unfortunately the shawarma was very dry, the staff had headphones in and therefore charged a double portion. Only a sauce with the shawarma plate, it's a shame it could be better...

This is what the original shawarma tastes like. every Berliner should definitely try it. Also friendly service from the boss on the spit.

My experience was not the first time in this restaurant, and frankly, the first time it was a Levantine shawarma par excellence and one of the best I tried in Berlin, and so far the flavor and quality are the same. Falafel is fantastic with Syrian flavour. The restaurant deserves more than this. I wish you success and perseverance, and they will maintain the same quality.

There was the best falaffel sandwich here, the owner has now changed, the sandwich is only half of what it used to be, even if the falaffel are good and there are bad-tempered, unfriendly employees. Amazing for a new store that they put zero effort into their customers and treat them like nuisance intruders. It's a shame, if the service was better I would come more often, but I don't go here anymore.

Today I bought five shawarma meals. The food is good and the young people are respectful and treated very well.. but unfortunately the sandwich turned out to be very large and had garlic in it.. and the pickled cucumbers were very, very salty.. and an insect appeared in the pickle and the kids stopped eating.. That’s why I give it only two stars.

I almost skip it because I read a couple of bad reviews regarding gloves. Indeed both guys wore them, and the one came back from a tea break at the terrace and washed his hands. Some guys need to chill before there are only Subways to find instead of family business. Makali was great (and I tried many). Tables are impolute and middle music is appreciated. Very good for my Neukölln standards

Received 1 plate for 2 people even though we ordered two shawarmas. We weren't asked what we wanted in it. There was only meat and garlic sauce inside. Not recommendable!!!!

This place has exactly the same food as all other arab restaurants have. The food isn't bad, but it doesn't stand out in any way. But this restaurant has two merits, for which it deserves the third star: there are chairs to sit on and not benches and the toilet is better maintained than in many other places.

Das Fleisch lait meiner Kids nicht ganz so lecker, die Atmosphäre etwas steril. Der eine Herr an der Theke müsste echt rotieren um die Zahl an Kunden zu bewältigen. Respekt vor der Leistung, aber ein zweiter Mensch an Messer und Friteuse wäre super gewesen.

Freundliche und schnelle Bedienung. Schawarma Arabi sehr lecker mit Pommes, die es in der Quali in Berlin selten gibt. Die Gürkchen, Rettich usw. runden das perfekt ab. Falafel sind ebenfalls prima. Ich habe nicht darauf geachtet, ob der Koch Handschuhe getragen hat, und es ist mir auch total hupe. Das ist ein Restaurant und kein Labor.

After reading all the positive reviews, I was looking forward to give this restaurant a try. I arrived at the restaurant around 7pm on February 28th. I ordered 2 shawarma sandwiches, and sat on a table watching the TV. I noticed the guy preparing the orders was heavily sneezing (happened 2 times), then he went inside to pick something, and came back. He was wearing no gloves at all. He continued preparing the order of two other girls who came right before me, then started sneezing again and I noticed he had a runny nose. I felt very concerned and afraid that this might transfer to the food. I politely cancelled the order, and asked him to take a break from work and I left. I highly advice the owner to take the hygiene and health of his staff seriously especially in these tough times. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Das Essen wird mit bloßen Händen angefasst, es werden keine Handschuhe getragen. Auf Kritik wird mit Kopf schütteln reagiert. 2G Regel wird nicht kontrolliert.

Ich würde nie wieder was essen, man fest alles mit bloßen Händen an. Man gibt ein Hinweis das man Handschuhe verwenden soll in Corona Zeit aber es wird nur mit dem Kopf geschüttelt, daraufhin haben wir sofort den Laden verlassen.

Extrem freundliche und sympathische Mitarbeiter sowie sehr leckeres Essen. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall hier zu essen.

كتير سيئ Sehr schlecht schmutzig und Chaos بيعطي هدايا جوات الاكل مثل مع كل وجبة فلافل قطع من سيفة ألمنيوم و تتبيلة الكريسبي عنده مثل الاسفنج و بتشبه سبونج بوب اكتر من انها تكون وجبة اكل

Wir haben knapp 2 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet (wir hatten angerufen und nachgefragt, aber es wurde einfach aufgelegt und dann nicht mehr abgehoben) und waren dann wirklich enttäuscht, ein paar zerrupfte grüne Blätter, lauwarme Hallomi Streifen und kaltes Brot. Ein paar Essiggurken, eine Scheibe Tomate. Die Fallafel waren in Ordnung. Die Portion ist für 8.50 Euro klein und lieblos angerichtet. Hier bestellen wir nie wieder.

Für konkreten Lieferzeitpunkt mit 70 Minuten Vorlauf bestellt, 45 Minuten nach Lieferzeit war nix angekommen. Angerufen, meine Nachfrage wurde schnippisch entgegen genommen und nach derAnsage "bitte kurz warten" wurde kommentarlos aufgelegt (!). Danach ging niemand mehr dran. Essen kam - waren die traurigsten und lieblosesten Tellergerichte, die ich je gesehen hab, 18€ (sogar vorab per PayPal) für das Gefühl gezahlt, dass man den Leute egal ist. Miserabel, Leute.

Bin noch nie so aggressiv bedient worden, hätte das Essen am liebsten einfach dagelassen... Der Vorfall war am Samstag (09.10.21.) gegen 23 Uhr

Der Umgang mit den Gästen war traumatisch. Unhöflichkeit ist die Tagesordnung? Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Essen war teilweise verbrannt. Aggression und Ablehnung habe ich als Erfahrung mitgenommen. Das Essen war jedoch gut… Erfahrung: (9.10.2021 in der Zeit zwischen 22:30-23:30)

The place was nice and clean, the service kind, and the food generally good (I especially liked the shawarma, and the garlic sauce was amazing!). I was a bit disappointed when one of the dishes came with rice, though (there was no rice in the picture) - and even more so that the rice felt rather old, too.

Insgesamt war das Makali nicht für den Geschmack sondern zum sättigen. Makali Gemüse wird in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt. Makali Brot wird nicht aufgewärmt oder getoastet. Soßen haben mir nicht geschmeckt.

Ich hatte "Falafel im Brot" in vegan und eine Portion Pommes. Falafel war sehr lecker und nicht zu trocken. Der Service war super, alles ging schnell und unkompliziert, der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich. Die Pommes sind tatsächlich richtig YUMMI. Und das hätte ich niemals erwartet. Richtig schön kross, nicht zu fettig, nicht labrig, perfekt gesalzen und für den Preis - unschlagbar. 2,50€ für eine große Portion. Optimierungsmöglichkeiten beim Brot und bei den Kräutern für die Frische :)

Gut für ein schnelles Mittag, Angebot vielfältig, alles dabei von vegetarisch bis "Fleischfresser"...zur Zeit leider nur außer Haus ....

Leider nicht mehr so gut, wie ich es in Erinnerung hatte. Bei den Tellern gibt es leider keine Pommes mehr dazu. Beim Vorgänger des Restaurants war dies Standard. Ein Brot wurde mir leider auch nicht mit beigelegt obwohl dies im Menü enthalten sein soll. Ich hatte einen Schawarma Haloumi Teller Preis 7,50€. Das Haloumi war lecker das Fleisch leider etwas trocken. Das Humus war ausgezeichnet. Die Größe der Portion war In Ordnung.

Leider nicht mehr so gut und motiviert wie früher, als der Laden noch unter einem anderen Namen lief. Das Angebot wurde weitgehend übernommen. Immer noch recht preiswert, früher gab's immer noch einen Teller Obst hinterher, eine nette Geste. Empfehlenswert sind der Schawarma Arabi Teller und das Falafel Sandwich.

Hausgemachte Falafel, Schawarma (Spitzenqualität), Halloumi und Kibbeh. Freundliche und kommunikative Crew. I like!

Preis-Leistung toll. Schmeckt gut und sehr ordentliche Portionen. Im Sommer kann man Dank des Platzes auch draußen sitzen. Leider nicht so gemütlich, wer danach sucht.
