Top class pizza, with the correct, authentic dough technique and cooked perfectly. The one improvement I would suggest is offering a 'nduja' topping, which is my absolute favourite. But otherwise great pizza and friendly staff.

My girlfriend and I were here for a dinner date, so to speak, and the pizza is absolutely fantastic! I had the vegan veggie version, and it was one of the best vegan pizzas I've ever eaten. We felt comfortable and the service was great 😊🫶

We happened upon this place by chance and were hungry. The young waitress greeted us very warmly and served us excellently. The pizza was truly delicious; we've never had such delicious Neapolitan pizza before. The only downside was that we had to drink from bottles, not glasses. Reasonably priced and good food, we'll definitely be back.

The pizza was a real disappointment – ​​the dough was wobbly and soggy, and the tomato sauce tasted like unseasoned tomato puree. All in all, for me, it had nothing to do with Neapolitan pizza. My personal favorite is the Pesto Dream – a clear recommendation for everyone who loves pesto and burrata! It would be great if one or two dips for the edge could be included in the menu, as it is nice and thick and fluffy and lends itself to dipping. The restaurant was empty when we visited - spooky - Is there one reason or another for this that wasn't obvious on our first visit? Apart from us, no other guest was present. Funny. Wetzlar's only authentic pizza. Tested three times, first class three times. My son and I have tested all the pizza restaurants in Wetzlar for months. Always the same toppings. We were never convinced. Until we finally found pizza that deserves its name. The aromatic raw ham, the fruity tomato sauce, the creamy, spicy mozzarella... If you order it baked a little longer, it will be perfect.

Pizza war wirklich sehr lecker. Das Restauramt ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch Wert. Das beste, hier wurde wenigstens eine ganze Burrata auf die Pizza gesetzt, so wie es eigentlich sein sollte. Der Belag war auch qualitativ hochwertig. Der Teig ein guter napoleanischer Teig. Es gibt nur keine alkoholischen Getränke, was mich persönlich überhaupt nicht stört und dient hier nur als Info.

Ein Genuss diese Qualität frisch aus Italien. Sympathischer und gesprächiger Service. Würde jederzeit wieder aus Frankfurt hierher anreisen!

Das, was dort als Pizza serviert wurde, war wirklich schlecht. Der war am Rand verkohlt. In der Mitte hauchdünn von unten zu dunkel von oben nass. Durch die Mengen von Käse aß sich das Gericht dann eher wie ein Fondue. Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass man so etwas wie Pizza so entstellen kann. Toiletten im ersten Stock über Treppe erreichbar.

Also, die Pizza war nicht meins. Ist aber Geschmackssache. Ich hasse es, wenn die Messer nicht schneiden! Wir waren mehr am rupfen, als am essen!!! Ging gar nicht!

Super coole Pizzeria, dachte erste die Pizza ist etwas teuer mit 12Euro für eine Pizza Salami, aber war richtig schnell fertig und dann war die Pizza Auch noch perfekt knusprig wie in Italien.. Gerne wieder!!
