Had a wonderful evening there, with good food and delicious drinks! Gladly again.

The service was a disaster. Despite repeated warnings, the waiter still hasn't taken our order after 45 minutes. Management should urgently reconsider the quality of staff.

Food was very tasty and the portions were big enough. The BBQ dressing is super tasty.

It can actually be very nice here if you go to the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, management has decided not to consider limiting the number of guests. So the queues for the breakfast buffet on Sunday are incredibly long and the buffet is cleared away shortly after it opens, which I find extremely unfortunate and not worth the price...

The service staff can't keep up.

Certainly dependent on the weather, otherwise easy to sit on, even behind glass if desired, almost a “coastal feeling”. The mostly young service is quick and friendly. There's nothing to complain about the prices either.

Great location! The kitchen and the staff were great. We were there again several times after Corona, unfortunately the service and kitchen professionals are no longer there. Inattentive staff, food cold, wrong or half missing, every time so far. It's a shame, you can still drink something there, but if you eat it, you'd better go where professionals work. They have no idea about the service there. Nobody wants to serve the guests. There are RESERVED signs on the tables at 3pm where the reservation was 9:30. Certainly so that nobody sits down there and so that nobody has to serve guests. Disaster!!!!

The breakfast is in buffet form. When you come in the morning everything is still there. Later, many things are already gone and, strangely enough, are only insufficiently replenished. Then it is also very crowded and loud. But the price is right and that makes a lot of things good. Service is nice but understaffed. Therefore, sometimes longer waiting times. I've been there about 7 to 8 times now at different times and I recommend starting at 9 a.m.

Great breakfast buffet with a large selection. It was quite loud in the restaurant, but there were a lot of guests who enjoyed the great buffet. Very happy again!

There were almost no vegan dishes and no milk alternative for coffee. It was pretty weak overall. The condition was rare and it took a long time for the orders to arrive. For example, if you want another drink, you have to get it yourself. When it came to paying, it was a bit of a mess again because different dishes were booked than what was eaten. But that was easily resolved. The ambience is nice. Please provide more vegan or vegetarian alternatives, including existing dishes. For me, oat milk is always standard! And the service is welcome to look left and right.

The design of the rooms is very versatile and unusual, especially in the evenings when it is cold, the fireplace is lit. Nice cozy atmosphere. There is plenty of seating, whether in winter or summer. In summer the location is very nice when you can sit outside towards the Offlumer Lake. The Essenau selection is very diverse and offers are also made depending on the season. The food tastes very tasty as does the decoration of the plates. It makes you more appetitive. The selection of drinks is also varied, including cocktails, hot drinks, etc. Staff is nice. There are various offers such as brunch in the morning. You can easily spend the day or evening with a larger group of people with a reservation. Handicapped accessible, yes, partially wheelchair accessible. The front door is difficult to dislodge for wheelchair users and there is a ledge in the door. Sufficient parking spaces are available. There is a small playground for younger guests such as a water feature and a basketball court and mountain bike track. You can then walk around the lake. It is very central for cyclists and is located directly on the hiking trail in Neuenkirchen.

So coffee tasted like a monkey's coffee and food came before drinks. Conclusion: juice shop But I say goodnight

Wir haben uns was von Ewiger Liebe liefern lassen. Als das Essen nach über 2 Stunden endlich geliefert wurde, war das Essen schon kalt und teilweise ungenießbar. Ich hatte einen Burger der völlig lieblos und trocken war, dazu einen geschmacklosen Salat. Am Blattsalat klebte eine matschige Substanz und ich befürchte das es Erde war. Einfach nur ekelhaft. Nie wieder!

We had something to eat with several people. After 15 minutes, the waiters still weren't at the table to take orders and didn't walk through the store. So we asked the staff if we could finally order something and the store wasn't too full so everything was doable. When we got our food we were happy with it, it tasted delicious. But the waiters don't stop by the tables every now and then to see if anything else is needed. So you don't make any further sales with a larger group. I won't eat there again. Incompetent staff.

The atmosphere is really nice. Unfortunately, that's the only positive thing I can say about my visit. The service is unfriendly and not very customer oriented. This started with the selection of the menu. There were three of us there and each of us decided on a dish relatively quickly. And we asked the waitress or told her that we would like some mozzarella sticks as a starter. The waitress's answer. Too late.😳😳 Then, after some time, we were given our chosen menu. so we already had the drinks. Unfortunately, the drinks took a while to arrive. When we wanted to start eating, we realized that there wasn't enough cutlery because half of the cutlery was dirty (with dried-on food residue). We then asked for additional cutlery, as unfortunately there was only clean cutlery for two people. The container that the cutlery was in was also very dirty on the inside on the bottom. The cutlery and napkins were simply stuffed carelessly into the container. All I can say about the food is that my schnitzel (chicken) simply tasted artificial. The sauce, which should be mushroom sauce, is completely diluted with water. The salad as a side dish was just dry and not fresh at all. Unfortunately, the food for my two companions wasn't much better. When I tried to wipe my mouth with a napkin after eating, I discovered that there were several hairs on the napkin. In the end we also decided against dessert. What completely shocked me after the meal was the fact that the employee brought the customers' cutlery to the table tucked under his arm😳😳😳😳 (just tucked under his armpits) Since I work in the catering industry myself, this visit was really disappointing for me. I know myself that the catering industry is often very stressful. But if a customer experiences so many unpleasant things on one visit day, that can't be right. Unfortunately for me it was the first and last visit.

Unfortunately a very poor breakfast buffet with a disorganized process and very long waiting times.

It's always worth spending a few hours there. Summer and winter. Which isn't nice. The constant ringing of the phone and the dogs barking in the restaurant. Many guests bring their dogs with them.

It was very crowded and the aisle to the buffet is quite narrow. The plates were very dirty and the staff didn't do a good job of refilling the buffet, which meant that we were only able to use the buffet to a limited extent. Furthermore, the changing table in the women's toilet was very carelessly designed, it was very cold because the window was open and the children were freezing as a result. There is also no rubbish bin at the changing table.. All in all ok but nothing that makes us want to go there again..

We have been here many times and now only the location on the lake is worth a star. The service is bad, no one comes and asks if you want something more to drink. Unfortunately we didn't like the food either. The music is so loud that you can no longer hold a conversation. Often no one can be reached by phone. So you can neither reserve a table nor, as a well-behaved person, cancel a table...

The food is good and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Great location with the lake for a walk.

I've never experienced such bad service before. Last week I was here with my parents. During the entire time, not once did a waiter come to us on their own initiative, only after we had struggled to get our attention was our order placed recorded. The food didn't come at the same time and with three pieces of cake (which were definitely not homemade) that's really not too much to ask. I understood because the store was very full so I decided to make a second attempt today. If I hadn't done it, today it was even worse. After about 20 minutes a waiter came to us for the first time after we called for him. The food came before the drinks and was carelessly slammed onto the table. We finished eating and then had to wait half an hour until we even had the opportunity to express our desire to pay. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes until someone actually came to collect, which was only after we asked for it the second time. Sorry but the bad service in this restaurant really ruined me and I definitely won't be coming back I work in the catering industry myself and understand a lot of things, but that's where it ends for me

The food was good but the service is simply subpar. So many staff but it feels like only one is working. No idea who assigns the staff. The store is very large and somehow the staff only moves in the middle and no one really looks to the left or right.

Set school grade 6! We wanted to have a coffee after a walk. We were almost overrun by 2 service staff without even giving us a glance. After we asked if we could sit wherever we wanted, we were assigned a seat. That was it. After 20 minutes without being served we left again. When the counter said we were leaving without being served, the answer was “yes”. Sounded like “bad luck” to my ears. Service equals 0!

Enjoyed lunch in this restaurant which is located near a beautiful lake. Service is friendly and fast. Food was fine and plentiful for lunch. Beer of course. I will definitely come back here!

The only thing that's nice here is the location. Otherwise, if you could give 0 stars here, it would be for the service. We have been there 3 times now because we say all good things come in threes, but we will definitely never see this restaurant again. The first time I got the wrong food. And waited a good 45 minutes for drinks, the food arrived earlier than the drinks. On the second occasion you could read, as with others, service staff standing at the counter chatting and watching with their cell phones. And the last time we waited a long time for drinks. The food was really good and there was a lot of choice. The ambience was nice and creatively decorated. However, it seemed to us as if the service was a bit uncoordinated. You had to wait ages to be able to order or you had to speak to the waiters yourself. There was also a promotion where you had to print or SCREENSHOT something from their website so you could get a free breakfast. A waiter assured us that a screenshot would be enough. However, when we wanted to request a free breakfast, another waitress said that a screenshot wouldn't be enough, which is why we then had to pay the full price.

We were able to celebrate a wonderful birthday here. The celebration was great because the staff was really good, the atmosphere was stylish and the food and drinks were top notch. Thank you for everything.

Real cheek now, After hours of waiting for a rather unfriendly and unmotivated waiter, I ordered a Caesar salad, which was a joke. Each side salad is larger and paying €13 for 3 lettuce leaves and pre-purchased bread chips is already steep. The whole thing didn't taste good. I'm glad I also ordered fries, otherwise my small hunger wouldn't have been satisfied. The overall prices have risen extremely, but the menu and quality have shrunk enormously. Definitely no longer recommended

Food and ambience are good, prices are okay. But what doesn't work is if you wait almost 30 minutes for the bill. And then you get the explanation that you had a conversation with the boss. No apology, nothing.

I only ate fries, but they were almost cold and dry. The music was very loud so it was hard to have a conversation. Maybe OK for younger people.

I have been in Eternal Love more often for years. I like the atmosphere, sitting outside in the summer and sipping an Aperol is always great. Over the last year the whole store has become increasingly dirty (play area, toilet is sometimes really disgusting). You often notice that there aren't enough employees there who then run their heels off. But the employees are all very nice and probably do their best, it's usually not the employees' fault but the manager's fault!!! Today I went there for waffles with my children and parents. After a long wait, an employee came and told us that there were no waffles (problems with the dough). Kids disappointed, of course. How can something like this happen?? It is also often noticeable that there are not enough staff there when the weather is great! I don't understand that either. It's logical that the store is full then! The sun doesn't come out within an hour. I think the shop (from which so much could be made, or perhaps with a different tour) will hit the wall at some point. I just partly feel sorry for the employees, who are certainly doing their best but can no longer pull the cart out of the mud. LG Bine

I've been here several times recently and what can I say: The service works well to very well. As with everything, not everything always works 100%, but that's completely OK. and the people are very nice and accommodating. Whatever you changed, keep it up! Worked up from 2 to 4 stars, you'll get the 5th too...;-) ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Here is my old review: Just a matter of luck Is an absolute miracle bag: - Sometimes (almost) everything works, you get regular drinks and the food is O.K. (You shouldn't expect top-class gastronomy under any circumstances, but it doesn't have to be) - Another time absolute disaster, substandard service, food (if you're still allowed to order) cold, drinks don't come for ages I have no idea what's going wrong. Facilities, ambience and location are just GREAT! In my opinion, something like this never happens again in the entire district.

We had something to eat here yesterday after a long walk. The shop has a really nice location and is tastefully modern but also comfortably furnished. It's just too big, so it was very loud (even though it was only half full). Because of the size, the criticism of waiting times that we often read here probably comes from. We also waited a relatively long time for everything, be it order acceptance, drinks or invoices. However, I found the staff to be very friendly and open throughout. There was also little to complain about about the food. We chose “broccoli rolls” - a kind of pizza roll and the “onion mustard schnitzel with cheese gratin” from the autumn menu. Both were very tasty and fresh. We were very surprised at the low prices and therefore didn't expect much, but it was really great. Afterwards we treated ourselves to a waffle and a filled donut. Would come back at any time, but preferably in the afternoon and not in the evening when it is completely full.

When the weather is nice on the terrace with a view of the lake, simply wonderful.

We were there for breakfast, 20 minutes until the waiter took our drinks. The coffee pots leaked and we had to pour the drinks over the floor otherwise everything would have ended up on the table. From around 10.30 a.m. it felt like no more food was being served - whether cold, hot or dessert. The buffet was pretty grazed, although there were still enough guests there.

Food was good, unfortunately the dishes didn't come at the same time but 10 minutes apart, the first pizza 🍕 had already been eaten, and thank God everyone got a cocktail on the house as compensation 🏠 Unfortunately the service was poorly organized even though there were so many of them 😕

We had booked a table. The table we got didn't work at all. The first thing I stumbled upon was a dog water bowl. There was SOOO much dog hair under the table that you had it hanging on your trouser legs. The waitress kindly gave us a new table. This was sticky, full of wax and food residue. We then looked for a table ourselves and found it. Only after 30 minutes did someone come and take the orders. The drinks came after another 10 minutes, the food after 25. The time was ok. The food was also completely as ordered and very tasty. There were only knives and spoons in the cutlery drawer, no forks. Each round of drinks then lasted easily 20 minutes. Conclusion: The store could make four times as much if the waitresses came to the table more often. But the worst thing was the DIRTY... under every table there were leftover food (potato wedges, half lemon slices, leftover meat, dog bowls, ...) really disgusting. Why can't you just clean a table that becomes free? Pull the chairs away and clean them with a long dustpan and broom... Hygiene in the guest room is terrible.

Pulled us in because we went on a little birthday trip. A walk around the Offlumer See and then a stop at Café Ewige Liebe 😍 What can I say, our food tasted delicious, the girls who served us were super nice and the atmosphere was just too cozy. We were able to stay there for hours. FYI we were there on a Tuesday during the week and didn't wait long for our food ;)

Went there for brunch today. The buffet was very tasty, but unfortunately the service couldn't really keep up with the refills. I walked there three times for free because the OJ was constantly empty. I would also have been happy about an alternative such as multivitamin juice or water. At some point I ordered a Coke because I was so thirsty. What can I say? I'm still waiting for the Coke because we were simply forgotten...

You can't go wrong at this location. It was special, the friendly service made the sunset even more beautiful.

We were there today to enjoy a beautiful day. We both ordered iced coffee. This one came soon too. However, our understanding of an iced coffee is slightly different from that of other catering establishments. We were served cold coffee with a mini scoop of vanilla ice cream, some cream and some sauce and a waffle cone. It wasn't tasty once and never again here, iced coffee only from competitors. The view of the lake is great

Our burgers were really tasty, although both were missing the fried onions. Unfortunately the service was very bad, we had to wait 40 minutes until we could at least order drinks, and to order food we had to chase after the waitress because we felt like we were being ignored. We also enjoyed the non-alcoholic cocktails.

We arrived around 2:30 p.m. The sun was shining. The waiter opened the parasol 👍we ordered a Lillet, which came at a reasonable time. Then we ordered food. The waiter said it would take a moment, which I thought was positive. After a “normal” waiting time, the food came, which tasted great. We were completely satisfied and would like to come back.

Hello, I was here again today, unfortunately I wasn't as happy today as I was a while ago. Weeks ago the beer was warm, and unfortunately the ice cream without an ice cream ball was also very warm. On the next visit there was a big mess with the orders. And today, even though it was relatively empty, only half of the food came. What a shame!!!! But still the place and the restaurant are wonderful, but next time we won't eat anything, just drink. LG Petra

We waited 25 minutes and no one came to us, even though the store was only half full and service staff were standing together and chatting. Even “I’m done with my area, I have no more tables” was no reason to serve new guests before tables were cleared. Before we die of thirst, we'd better go somewhere else.

The location and ambience are great, right on the lake. Soundproofing measures would be good because it is relatively loud. The selection at the breakfast buffet is good. Drinks have to be paid extra (except orange juice). Since I also drink a lot of coffee with a leisurely, long breakfast, I don't think the concept is that good. After 11:00 a.m. the buffet was sometimes no longer refilled, e.g. B. Fruit was unfortunately quickly sold out. Unfortunately, many providers make baked rolls instead of fresh ones from the bakery. Overall 4 out of 5 stars.

We - 2 people - were there the day after Father's Day and also today. The first time we were told that there was no catering at the tables in the sand - ok, it was really dirty there and not tidy. We then went into the enclosed area, but all the tables that were free were already reserved for 6 or 6:30 p.m. We were there at 5:45 p.m., we could have sat down there, but we should have vacated the seat as soon as the reservationists came. Or eat inside. Ok, new chance, why not? Similar thing today.... When the sun is shining you don't want to sit inside but let the rest of the day end. And maybe you should just hire more staff, maybe some who know about the service and you don't have to wait so long for your orders

Were there today for breakfast. We've been there several times before, everything was always fine. Only today we were very disappointed. Staff very unfriendly, service very slow. Service and ambience very nice and good! I ordered a burger for €20 with sweet potato fries. The burger was huge and tasted okay but there was a thick, long black hair in it. Neither I nor my friends have black hair... I lost my appetite for the burger and left 3/4 of it lying around and only ate the fries. The waitress was very friendly and apologized straight away. She had to consult with the kitchen and could then offer me a new burger or a drink on the house. I think it's a bit lame, but I didn't feel like discussing it either. It's a shame, I've always enjoyed going there...

Top location with great service. Baker with 11 people and it was no problem at all to set up space on the terrace for the 11 of us. Food and drink arrived very early. The interior design is appealing.

Unfriendly staff, no take away service. I wanted to order fries and wasn't treated particularly nicely. Why is the restaurant right on the beach if you can't take food with you? The fries weren't that urgent after all. Too bad!

Great place, unfortunately twice the drinks weren't as cold as I would have liked given the hot weather. But got a replacement without any problems. Staff very nice. Great atmosphere with the lake. Gladly again and again!!

Excursion restaurant on Lake Ochlum, offering is ok, quality too. Beautiful seating with a view of the lake, suitable for eating as well as refreshing drinks. However, it can be quite busy on weekends and public holidays.

An excellent restaurant with a view of the lake, which makes the atmosphere particularly magical. The food is varied and delicious, and the service is first class. The relaxed atmosphere and the lake view make the visit unforgettable. The prices are reasonable for the quality offered. A visit here is definitely recommended for a unique culinary experience!

Unfortunately the food today was very poor. Even McDonald's has better fries. The lettuce in the wrap seemed very stale. Unfortunately not recommended at the moment due to the food!

On my first visit a year ago, no service came within 30 minutes, so I left with my companion. Well it went stupid. A few days ago I was there again with my girlfriend, and a friendly waitress was there very quickly and took the drinks. Great, I thought a lot has happened! Until the background noise became so loud that you couldn't understand your own words. There was a constant clinking of dishes in the background which was really unpleasant. We ordered a "salami" pizza, it was delicious except for the salami, which could be compared to chips from the bag... at Cross. Okay, that may be a matter of taste, but there is no deduction in the final grade. The ambience is very good and the view is really nice with a direct view of the Offlumer Lake and if you want to take a digestive walk after your meal you can start hiking directly at the lake :) All in all good! I deducted one star because of the background noise of the clattering dishes, which never happened...

I was there a few days ago and a very nice waitress with a name chain served me. She was very nice and polite, I can really recommend her.

Until recently, I was very impressed with the quick, friendly service and very satisfied. But over time I was often disappointed by the incompetent staff... today especially. Only a few tables were "open" on the terrace. When I asked why that was the case, the answer was: lack of staff. At the same time, 5 waitresses were standing outside to smoke. Apparently you don't need it anymore, what with this weather and it's still the holidays. Impertinence...it's a shame about the beautiful location

There were six of us there today. One star is still far too many. We waited 30 minutes for tickets even though I had already told the waiter that we had already been waiting 15 minutes without tickets. The waiter then brought us ONE card for six people!!! Then we had to wait another 30 minutes without anyone coming to us. The waiters should look for other jobs. I have never seen such incompetent staff.

A really nice restaurant with an outdoor terrace right on the lake. Very good breakfast buffet at a fair price.
