Bei einer Radtour entdeckt & für folgenden Tag einen Tisch reserviert. Wir waren zu viert & jeder war mit seiner Wahl des Hauptgerichtes glücklich! 2x Angus-Burger, 1x gegrillter Lachs, 1x BBQ-Salat. Service gut & nicht aufdringlich. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Wir hatten am Wochenende ein Catering von Antekoje für unsere Gartenparty.Es passte einfach alles. Das Essen war super und reichlich, alle Gäste waren zufrieden, die Auswahl perfekt. Wir können es absolut empfehlen! Danke nochmal :)

Richtig gutes Restaurant mit bekannten Gerichten in neuen Variationen und Kombinationen

Für meinen 60. Geburtstag habe ich das Catering von Antekoje gebucht – und es war die beste Entscheidung! Essen und Service waren einfach hervorragend, und auch meine Gäste waren absolut begeistert. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an die Küche und die Jungs vor Ort, die das Buffet perfekt aufgebaut und uns fantastisch begrillt haben. Gerne wieder!

Wir waren Samstagabend zu sechst mit vorheriger Reservierung vor Ort. Nach kurzer Frage konnten wir ganz unkompliziert auf der ungenutzten, überdachten Terasse, draussen Platz nehmen. Sehr gutes Essen, bei gutem Service und sehr schöne Location schön dekoriert. Nur die ziemlich lange und nicht erklärte Wartezeit bis wir essen konnten, gab uns einen Dämpfer. Jedoch hatten wir dennoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Antekoje, was hundertprozentig dem Service geschuldet war. Die Saison- sowie die Standartkarte sind sehr empfehlenswert und ihr Geld wert.

Super Service, nettes Ambiente und mal eine etwas andere Speicherkarte, welche wirklich gute Highlights hat.

Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe da und zugegeben, das Restaurant war voll. Aber der durchweg sehr gute Eindruck vom guten und vielfältigem Essen und dem schönen Ambiente wurde durch Missmanagement im Servicebereich getrübt. Ein Gast der Gruppe bestellte neben 1 Vorspeise eine (1) weitere Vorspeise mit der Bitte, diese zweite Vorspeise zum Hauptgang der anderen Gäste zu bringen. Was kam zuerst? Die zweite Vorspeise, direkt im Anschluss die erste Vorspeise. Darauf den Kellner, der die Bestellung aufgenommen hatte, angesprochen, machte er achselzuckend das Bestellprogramm verantwortlich, dass den Vorgang wohl nicht richtig aufgenommen / verarbeitet hatte. Euer Ernst??? Dann kam für die anderen Gäste der Hauptgang. Und nach einer gewissen Zeit auch das Besteck. Das hätte man locker schon eine Viertelstunde vorher an den Tisch bringen können, z.B. bei der zweiten Getränkerunde. Ob dadurch die Nudeln zum Cordon Bleu bei zwei Gästen kalt oder einfach nur noch kälter wurden, bleibt ungewiss. Es war echt lecker - auch die Burger und Salate der anderen Gruppengäste - aber halt nicht (mehr) warm. Schade, wenn am Ende der Bestell-/Servicekette solche Dinge passieren. Da konnte auch die andere Kellnerin nicht mehr viel erklären und retten. Es tat mir echt für die Küche leid, die bestimmt ihr Bestes unter Hochdruck geleistet hat.

Wieder einmal top, gehen immer gerne dort hin. Super lecker gegessen. Macht weiter so.!!!!

Wir waren gestern spontan in der Antekoje. Bereits bei der spontanen Reservierung war eine super freundliche Dame am Telefon. Diese hat uns dann auch in Empfang genommen und zu unserem Tisch gebracht. Super freundlich und herzlich! So geht Gastfreundschaft! Das Essen war richtig gut, tolle Auswahl und sehr kreative Karte. Das Ambiente hat uns auch gefallen. Für den Service müsste ich eigentlich einen Stern abziehen, da wir sehr lange warten mussten. Aber es hat sich gelohnt. Und wegen der freundlichen Begrüßung bleibt es bei 5 Sternen.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr, sehr gut – frisch, lecker und einfach auf den Punkt! Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Qualität gearbeitet wird. Die Bedienung war ebenfalls super: freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Auch der Service insgesamt hat absolut überzeugt. Preis-Leistung passt hier auf jeden Fall, man bekommt wirklich etwas für sein Geld. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Besuch – ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen

Wir waren Sonntags zum Essen dort. Die Karte ist sehr spannend. Wir waren vom Essen begeistert. Der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant ist sehr beliebt und es lohnt sich zu reservieren. Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind teilweise anspruchsvoll.

Reservierung war in Ordnung, Sitzplatz viel zu eng! Auf die Karte mussten wir lange warten, obwohl es nicht voll war! Dann haben wir eine extra Tagesangebot Karte vekommen! Essen ausgesucht! Als die Bedienung kam sagte Sie uns dann, dass sie vor 2 Minuten erst erfahren hat, dass es die Tageskarte nicht mehr gibt!Hm... sonit zwei Gerichte wieder umdenken! Dann sehr lange auf das bestellte Essen gewartet! 5 Essen bekommen aber ein Essen leider vergessen! Da mussten wir dann hinterher fragen!Leider war jedes Essen viel zu trocken und kalt! Ich habe echt mehr erwartet auch für die Preise!!

Sehr gutes Essen. Abwechslungsreiche, große Auswahl. Der Wunsch nach einem Gruppentisch am Rand wurde zugesagt, aber leider nicht eingehalten.

Immer einen Besuch wert! Wer auf raffinierte, kreative und kulinarisch ausgefeilte Gerichte steht, ist hier genau richtig. Egal ob Surf & Turf, Mediterran, Italienisch, Burger, Fisch, Steak, Vegetarisches oder Vegan hier entdeckt man jedes Mal etwas neues, leckeres. Der Service ist immer sehr nett, zuvorkommend und bemüht, sodass man sich immer willkommen fühlt. Ein weiteres Plus ist außerdem die geräumige Außenterasse im Sommer.

Es war sehr voll und sehr laut. Sehr junge, wenig ausgebildete Servicekräfte, die sich aber durchweg bemüht haben. Die Portionen waren reichlich, aber die Mahlzeiten waren nicht so hochwertig, wie die ambitioniert formulierte Speisekarte hätte erwarten lassen. Alles in Allem war das Speiseerlebnis vollkommen in Ordnung.

Wir waren heute Abend in dem Restaurant, haben gegessen und getrunken und können so gar nicht die Kritiken von Leuten verstehen. In den Rezensionen wurde behauptet, dass die Speisen kalt waren, dies war aber bei unseren Essen nicht der Fall. Des Weiteren wurde dem Personal Unfreundlichkeit nachgesagt, auch diesem Aspekt müssen wir leider widersprechen. Alle Angestellten waren freundlich und höchst zuvorkommend.

Selten so lecker gegessen! Obschon es sehr voll war, kam das Essen schnell und auch der Geräuschpegel hielt sich in Grenzen. Der Service aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich. Unbedingt einen Tisch reservieren!

I rarely write reviews, but this time I really felt compelled to. My wife and I felt very welcome at this restaurant from the moment we arrived. The entire team is exceptionally friendly and attentive, and their interactions are so harmonious – you can immediately tell that they work with heart. The food is simply stunning. What arrives on the plates is far superior to the ordinary and operates on a completely different level. It's rare to find a menu like this: incredibly creative, prepared with meticulous attention to detail, and executed with the highest level of skill. You can immediately tell that these are people with great passion and in-depth expertise. We were particularly impressed by the harmonious blend of traditional and modern cuisine – refined, balanced, yet authentic. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant and highly recommend it to everyone. If you haven't been here yet, you absolutely must try it – afterward, you'll understand exactly why we're so enthusiastic.

Excellent food. My burger was outstanding; the combination of sauces and other ingredients was perfectly balanced. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Despite the restaurant being quite full, everything ran smoothly and quickly. We'll definitely be back.

Antekoje is shining in new splendor <3 The renovation was absolutely fantastic – it's even cozier than before. Super creative cuisine, very friendly staff, and a brilliant atmosphere – a vacation feeling guaranteed!

There were four of us on a Saturday evening, and we had of course made a reservation beforehand. The menu was modern, with something for everyone. The food was brilliantly prepared and beautifully presented on the plate. The restaurant appeals to both the younger and older generations – I definitely belong to the latter group ;-). So, the clientele really does represent all age groups. The young, friendly staff knew their job well. In short: We were completely satisfied and had a wonderful evening.

I was a guest at a wedding in May 2025 and inquired about the caterer. I had my own buffet tray, as I was the only one with celiac disease. I was very pleased that they were taking care of me. For the appetizer, there was a small plate with a few bites (including mozzarella sticks and breaded, deep-fried chicken pieces), as you can see in the photo. The buffet tray contained salmon, mozzarella schnitzel, and other dishes that I couldn't identify or taste—a label would have been helpful. A few hours later, it turned out that this was my worst gluten-related experience. I had terrible stomach pains all night, which suggests that something was definitely contaminated. Perhaps it was the breading on the chicken sticks or the mozzarella steaks, which might not have been gluten-free at all? Or perhaps everything was cooked together in the same fryer. If gluten-free options are offered, I strongly recommend looking into them!

The food was beautifully presented, but unfortunately, the taste was disappointing. Based on the pictures, I had high expectations, but when the food arrived, we were very disappointed. Almost exclusively frozen food was beautifully presented, and it tasted just as it did. Perhaps it was the dish itself, and others are better, but I can't comment on that. There's fur on the chairs, unfortunately not all of them, and without it, the chairs are very uncomfortable. Service took a little longer, but it was also quite busy, so it was okay—the staff was friendly every time. The place looks good at first glance, but upon closer inspection, a few things become apparent, such as dust and cobwebs on the walls and ceiling, dangling cables, and flowers that have seen better days. All in all, we were disappointed based on the pictures and reviews.

If even the pickiest eater has nothing to complain about, the food must have been fantastic! We had Antekoje cater for our wedding, and it couldn't have been better. From the preparation and the super friendly contact to the professional service and the fantastic food, everything was top-notch! All of the wedding guests gave us only positive feedback; one guest even said, "I've never eaten so well at a wedding." Highly recommended!

The stars really say it all. Very friendly staff. The food was unusual and very tasty. A bit of everything. Vegan options too. The ambiance is very nice. A bit loud, but it was also quite busy. We will definitely come back. Thanks for the small additional request, which was granted.

We had a wonderful evening with our friends. There were five of us: drinks, appetizers, main courses, and dessert. Everything arrived promptly – and at the same time for all of us, at the perfect temperature, and incredibly delicious. The Angus Burger is highly recommended, but the chicken with cress and mashed potatoes is already legendary. We will definitely be back.

Wow, wow, wow! We celebrated our wedding at Thies42, where we had food from Antekoje, and it was outstanding. Our guests were all blown away, and so were we; we've never eaten so well. Highly recommended. High quality, great presentation, simply fantastic! 10 stars 🌟

My husband and I had Antekoje cater our wedding, and it was simply unbelievably delicious! We had mostly vegan food and received consistently positive feedback from all of our guests! The quantity was perfect (nothing was thrown away; we distributed the leftovers the next day and ate them ourselves). The collaboration with the event location Thies42 worked wonderfully, and I would definitely book them again!

We were there for the first time yesterday. We spontaneously got a seat on the beautiful terrace. We received a very warm welcome – thank you, dear Nina.

**Conclusion first:** A respectable place where taste and hospitality go hand in hand – almost like two paladins on a quest through Münsterland. **The travelogue of a hungry adventurer:** After a long wandering through Rheine and its taverns, we ended up at Antekoje – a stylishly decorated tavern that oscillates between modernity and coziness like a bard with mood swings. The food? Strongly seasoned, well-portioned, and full of character – as if a dwarf chef had personally wielded the spoon. The meat in particular (if you chose meat) was boldly presented, lightly seared, but tender inside like the heart of a healing wizard. The service? Friendly, attentive, almost magically fast – but at times it seemed as if the organization's magic potion was only half-brewed. No drama, but no masterpiece of logistics either. Ambience? Warm, inviting, a place to linger while the dragon wind whistles outside (or the city bus passes by). **Why not a fifth star?** A small deduction for the lack of refinement in some dishes—as if the kitchen alchemist hesitated over the last hint of nutmeg. But never mind: whoever stops here will be full, satisfied—and perhaps a little wiser. A place for heroes, traders, and hungry halflings alike.

The food was very good. However, we were seated between two groups, which made us feel unwelcome. We were asked exactly once during our meal what we wanted to eat and drink. Not once again after that. Strangely, the tables next to us were asked.

We used the catering service for our silver wedding anniversary. We and all of our guests were thrilled by the variety and taste of the food.

The food was a real treat from the starter to the dessert! The service and tips regarding the choice of food were also very good. We'll definitely be back!

There have always been inns at crossroads that invited travelers to a pleasant, sociable time in a cozy atmosphere with tasty food and cool drinks. In my opinion, the Antjekoje is a place where you can stop and take a break. You won't regret it.

Unfortunately I have to change my original review. I have been a regular customer at this restaurant while on holiday for years. Last time I was deeply disappointed. We were there with my 80 year old in-laws...it was very crowded. We were offered a table with bar stools on which older people find it difficult to sit. When we asked whether a table in the next room would be possible, which was completely empty, this was refused...there were not enough staff. That doesn't work at all!!! We are not talking about an additional mileage of walking. In addition, the five of us would have wasted 250 euros. Unfortunately, the food was also a disappointment. Schnitzel dry, sirloin steak not fried well, fries warmed up and too salty. Since I always ordered the same food, I can judge this. More than half of the drinks were ice...it wasn't hot outside. This way you can also save. Now we have looked for a new local restaurant. Too bad! Hats off to those who can still afford this in restaurants today.

Very tasty food, service could be improved. Food: The food is really great, the burger meat is really medium. Well prepared. Good portions. 5 stars. Drinks: The beers were not filled to the calibration mark on several occasions, even when advised. The white wine spritzer contained too many ice cubes and too little wine - when asked, it was changed to a better ratio. The Cola Zero 0.2l (€2.90) contained a lot of ice cubes. The Cola Zero 0.5l, which is offered on the menu for €5.90, is not available; two 0.2l bottles are poured together and sold for €5.90. Danger! 0.4l is also stored in the cash register system with €5.90. So it's better to order a small Coke twice - otherwise you'll be cheated out of your money. Even when I asked, there was no insight at the bar - I was laughed at as a customer and not taken seriously at all. You have to accept "price errors" in the menu - I don't want to talk about fraudulent deception or rip-off (in relation to the wrong prices, the glasses not filled to the mark and the disproportionate number of ice cubes), but it's strange! Ambiance: We had to look for the entrance first, but once we got into the restaurant it was very nice. At 5:30 p.m. it was still fresh at the beginning, but with each additional guest it became pleasantly warmer. The chairs could deserve a cushion, but if you want you can use lambskin. The menus are very worn. For the price segment this restaurant is in, you would think there would be regular pressure. Unfortunately, based on my experience with the service, I don't recommend the restaurant at all - unless you can ignore the bad service and concentrate on the food.

As “repeat offenders” we were once again thrilled last night (February 22, 2025). The food was super tasty. The staff (thanks to Nina and Malina) were courteous, committed and helpful… the wine recommendation was spot on and after this evening we once again wanted to come back as soon as possible.

We were there on a Saturday evening and the noise was like that of the festival tent at the Oktoberfest. Even when a group started singing loudly, no one from the staff intervened. The female waiter rolled her eyes with every order and was generally rather unfriendly. The food was ok, but the rest was subpar, unfortunately.

Had a great evening there. Food and drinks were great, service was very accommodating.

We came from further away because we were given a voucher. Overall it was worth it and we ate deliciously. Price/performance not quite in line when you look at the overall package. Located in the middle of nowhere, quite a simple building, outdated sanitary facilities. But there is parking in front of the door. It was very crowded when we were there…that probably speaks for itself. Overall impression for me is 4 stars!

The Ante Koje team made a table possible for us at very short notice in the run-up to Christmas! The food was, as always, incredibly delicious. Here you don't get run-of-the-mill dishes, but rather well-thought-out and coordinated dishes. The service was very nice and quick despite the full house.

The menu reads great but since I don't eat cheese it was difficult for me to find a dish. Even though there was a lot of staff, ordering drinks was difficult. The restaurant is stylishly decorated, but the wooden chairs are very uncomfortable

The food and presentation are exceptionally good, the daily menu in particular is more than appealing and vegetarians/vegans also have more than the usual two or three dishes to choose from. The drinks are appealing and tasty, especially the meat and desserts are top class. The atmosphere is very nice, cozy and yet quite modern. The service is sometimes a bit inexperienced, but there were always experienced staff in the background, so that everything went smoothly (and everyone has to learn at some point), and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the friendliness. A gem of a restaurant that I didn't expect!

Clean, tidy restaurant with good service and excellent food

We really like going there because it's a cozy atmosphere and the food there is always really tasty and always something to look at. The meat hits the spot, whether steak or hamburger. We also recommend this restaurant to all our guests from the Haddorfer Seen Camping Park and so far we have only received positive feedback from this site. Top, very rich and top service.

Overall, I can recommend the pub/restaurant. We were allowed to bring our dog, the service was nice and quick. The toilet can be used without any problems, everything was neat and clean. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was also very pleasant, we sat well and the surrounding panels with banners (boxes, cocktails, etc.) were nice to look at. The colored lights outside brought a good warm atmosphere. Overall the food was very good, I can't complain about anything. The burger was freshly prepared, not fried to death and still had a lot of color in it. The side dishes are also good. Actually a 5 star rating, but still 1 point deducted. When we were there at lunchtime to reserve the table for the evening, everything looked pretty bleak. We couldn't find the entrance to the restaurant and walked around the building several times. There were old tables in front of the entrance and a piece of construction fencing was attached with screw hooks so that no visitors could come in. Outdoor cultivation (glass patio roof) is great in summer, but should also be kept clean in non-summer times (leaves on the ground, can be swept and a bit tidy). It looked a bit bleak during the day, but we would be pleasantly surprised in the evenings and indoors. The fact that we managed to get a table there in the evening was due to the fact that my wife reached someone on the phone (we were standing in the parking lot directly in front of the restaurant) and was able to reserve the table by phone. We didn't expect it to be so crowded in the evening, but in fact word got around about the good quality of the food and the influx of guests was immense. All in all positive and therefore recommended.

Very creative menu; very good and "well-considered" offer in a great location (nature/edge of the forest)

Absolutely worth a visit! The burgers are very well prepared and very varied. Everything is handmade and very enjoyable. The fries, curlies or wedges are really good and don't get sticky if left for a while. The Las Vegas Burger (with waffles - great idea) is a tip because the bottom waffle doesn't get soggy. If you're slightly hungry, I recommend the sweet potato gnocchi. Also visually nice! Since the restaurant is always full, it is advisable to make a reservation, at least on weekends. Since Antekoje also runs a catering service, please ask on weekends whether it is open. We'll be back, it's worth it!

An oasis of well-being. Super beautifully decorated! Creative cuisine! Great dishes, even on the special menu. The parmesan soup, so delicious! Antekoje, always a pleasure!

You can't speak of ambience, every centimeter is used with seats. Accordingly, it is crowded and loud everywhere. Service was average, some knowledge gaps about what was on offer when asked. But friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. The oven vegetables, which make up a large part of the Mediterranean burger, were not freshly prepared but had been standing for some time and were cold. The “caramelized” onions were soaked in some indefinable liquid but were not caramelized. The burger patty was good and goat cheese was ok. However, the entire burger was very dry as it was only served with a hint of sauce. Curly fries were delicious. The coleslaw was subpar. Soaked and bad in taste. The whole thing with mayo (additional cost of I mean €1.40 or €1.80) and 0.2 Coke for €2.90. However, if I put 6 ice cubes in a 0.2 glass and pour Cola on it, I probably won't fit 0.2 l of Coke anymore. Total price approx. €24! For me it bears no relation to the quality and taste that I was served. For me it was the last visit.
