Europagrill in Niederkassel

I was there last night, October 5th, after a long absence, and was looking forward to a delicious gyro. The food wasn't well made. The young employee fried the fries for the second time; the meat was dry and extremely crispy, and the fries were dry. They also used pre-cut gyro that had been kept warm. It's usually good there, but yesterday the food was bad. After an hour at home, everything came out again. Maybe I was just having a bad day; maybe the young employees should pay more attention to the processes, because they were more concerned with themselves. What a shame.

We've ordered food twice in the last few weeks, and we noticed that the quality of the gyro was generally better in the past. Unfortunately, the taste of the food we ordered has deteriorated considerably.

Portion too small for the price. And the taste is only okay, too bad! It's deteriorated considerably over the years.

The food delivered was perfect. However, the wait of more than 1.5 hours for delivery was unacceptable. If we had been honestly told this when we ordered over the phone, we would have skipped yesterday's delivery. P.S.: The question about the "ambience" in the evaluation for a delivery request is irrelevant.

We ordered for the first time today and were not disappointed. The gyro and pita were incredibly delicious. Delivery was within the stated timeframe. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

Today we treated ourselves to something again at the Euro Grill and it was again super tasty. 😋 the fries are crispy and the gyros are a real treat for the palate 😁 The staff is always super nice and the boss is a great guy. Keep it up, I'd love to come back again and again

We were hungry on the way home. After an 18 KM hike. So we looked at what was nearby. When we arrived it was already really full, but the staff kept calm and took our order. We sat down and a short time later the pizzas (Europe and Prosciutto) were brought to the table. They were really tasty! We were really lucky because a short time later the shop was really full (it was the men's evening for carnival :-) ) and it was getting crowded. We made some nice acquaintances and got an ouzo. If we're ever in the area again, we'd love to come back. By the way, the prices were absolutely ok!

A very friendly family business with delicious gyros. I've been very satisfied for years. The chef takes great pleasure in placing the schnitzels on the gyros skewer himself. No factory-made stuff!

It's okay if the others have a rest day

I've been ordering or going there for over 20 years. It was and is my number 1 when I'm hungry on Sundays. The prices are completely okay. The portions are reasonable and always delivered hot. Always my pleasure. Keep it up.

Ordered gyros pizza, received onion pizza. Very, very fatty and hardly any meat. Clear case of once and never again

The fries are okay, but I didn't like the shish kebab at all, unfortunately the sauce had nothing to do with a real shish kebab sauce. I can't judge the other dishes. The service was friendly.

We have been a customer of Europagrill for many years. Whenever we order or eat locally, great quality and great service. Our favorite Greek. The old woman.

Unfortunately, this was a failure. Turkey Gyros Complete. It was just turkey schnitzel with fries, nothing else.

It was quick but too expensive and not enough for the money!

I clearly noticed that not only the quantity decreased, but also the quality and taste decreased. At the same time, the price has gone up. It would be nice if a balanced relationship could be re-established.

Ordered gyros via delivery service, could have been a little hotter, but gyros, fries and salad were very tasty! Tzatziki top, gyros good quality! Gladly again!

Heute bleibt die Küche still, wir gehen zum Europagrill. Maßstab seit 35 Jahren! Auch unter dem neuen Besitzer schmeckt es super! Tiptop!

Sehr guter Imbiss mit persönlich äußerst angenehmen Service, zivilen Preisen und guter Auswahl. Essen vor Ort, Lieferservice oder telefonische Vorbestellung ist alles möglich. Sehr leckerer Gyros, Currywurst oder Pizza ist hier zu haben. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Lokal. Ich bewerte mit viel Imbisserfahrung mit fünf Sternen!!

Leider schon wieder drauf reingefallen, so selten wir dort auch hingehen. Bestellungen werden falsch verstanden und zu Hause stellt man fest, dass man nicht das bestellte erhalten hat. Da gehe ich lieber zu den anderen, die einem noch die volle Aufmerksamkeit schenke.

Empfehlenswerter griechischer Imbiss in Niederkassel-Rheidt. Sehr sauber mit ausreichend Sitzplätzen drinnen und draußen. Typische Auswahl an griechischen Gerichten - für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wir hatten Gyros Metaxa mit Gurkensalat und einen gemischten Salat mit Gyros und Schafskäse. Sehr lecker, gute Portionen und moderate Preise. Die Bedienung erfolgte zügig, sehr nett und sehr aufmerksam. 🅿️ Direkt vor der Tür Gerne wieder, deshalb fünf Sterne ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sehr leckeres Essen und der Service ist auch gut. Der Chef kann ab und zu etwas ruppiger rüberkommen ist aber absolut nett. Ambiente ist nicht so optimal.

Die Bedienung und der Service ist der Hammer. Und das Essen ist sehr gut und empfehlenswert. Alles in allem top

So ziemlich der beste, wenn nicht DER beste Gyros der Gegend. Gyros Pita ist ultragut. Der einzige Wermutstropfen bis jetzt ist die Bratwurst. Die ist nicht schlecht aber geschmacklich eher Durchschnitt. Das Personal ist so was von saugut. Freundlich, aufmerksam u.s.w. Ich gehe gerne hin. Den Lieferservice kann ich nicht beurteilen weil ich mich aus ökologischen Gründen selber hinrichten müsste, da der Europagrill nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt ist. Ich liebe den Laden. Geht hin und geniesst....

Die Qualität lässt in letzter Zeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wahrscheinlich liegt es am nicht immer frischen Fett. Zudem finde ich die Behandlung in den Stoßzeiten äußerst unfreundlich. Man hat wohl nichts mehr nötig nachdem Corona einem ein besseres Geschäft beschert hat. Wenn man mal wenig bestellt hält man es nicht mehr für nötig zu liefern, selbst wenn man großzügig Trinkgeld gibt

Ich wohne direkt gegenüber vom Europa Grill und ich gehe mindestens einmal pro Woche dort hin, warum kann man sich ja bestimmt denken, das Essen insbesondere der Gyros ist sehr lecker aber alles andere ist auch vorzüglich der Salat, die Pizzen und und und!!!!!
