We came here based on a recommendation. There was indeed a line, but it cleared quickly and efficiently. The place is bustling with activity. The service is very friendly, fast, and efficient, yet focused and attentive to every detail. The vegetables look beautiful, and the meat is beautifully cooked. The meat is not a ball, and each piece is carefully grilled. There are several seats inside, so families with children and people with disabilities can also find a place for themselves. I recommend it. Gemüse Döner - delicious. The bun is perfect.

A large selection of sauces, and the friendly staff are happy to advise on great combinations. I've been a customer for 15 years—even though I've moved away since then, I still love coming here every time.

The lavash they make with their own hands is perfect. A very skilled craftsman and a very skilled sales lady. Over and over again.

The best döner / yufka / dürüm in Freiburg. All the varieties are excellent, without exception, and at any time of day. Whether it's with or without meat (vegan or vegetarian), it doesn't matter; you'll always get a super-delicious product over the counter! I'd go so far as to say that the Euphrat döner is probably one of the best in all of Germany. I don't know how they manage it, but I've been coming here for years, and they manage to constantly improve and redefine themselves, even if only in very small steps. Sitting outside is great, and the inside area also has its charm. They also manage to keep the tables practically always clean, even during peak times. A clear recommendation, whether you're alone, with friends, family, or even with a toddler. Euphrat is döner for life ;)

Not your run-of-the-mill kebab, but a truly authentic taste experience 😍 Add to that the super friendly staff are warm, fast, and attentive. You immediately feel welcome. If you're in Freiburg and don't try this kebab, you're really missing out. For me, it's clearly the BEST kebab for miles around.

The flatbread today was completely dry, as was the meager veal. Apparently, the yufka must be unbeatable, which I unfortunately can't say about the kebab in the flatbread. For the price, there are much tastier kebabs in Freiburg. It's a shame, but I can't understand the hype about Euphrates.

The only positive thing I found was that the bread (both the yufka and the doner) was homemade and delicious. Otherwise, the portions were rather small for a very high price (€9.50 for a yufka?). When ordering, I was given a fait accompli (they put sauce on it, without asking which one, and one man in front of me even had hot sauce). All in all, I think it's one of the worse doner kebabs in Freiburg.

The fact that this is allowed in Germany and approved by the health department is a disgrace! The last bite tasted like a homeless person! I hope I don't have to go to the doctor because of this.

Definitely one of the best kebab shops in Freiburg! The portions are large, the meat is great, and the taste is really good. Despite the long queue, everything went really quickly - you don't have to wait forever. If you're in the mood for a really good kebab, you've come to the right place. Clear recommendation!

I really love this little place! The ingredients are really tasty and fresh, and the hosts are always friendly and customer-oriented despite the sometimes very high volume. I can highly recommend the Yufka with meat, grilled vegetables and bulgur. The fries and hummus are also great. We come regularly and look forward to it every time.

One of the best kebabs I have ever eaten in Germany. The staff works very quickly and is polite.

The Sabich bowl is very tasty I was skeptical at first because there is no side dish like bulgur or similar, but you don't miss anything, the grilled vegetables are slightly caramelized and the mango sauce Amba goes very well with it one of the cheapest on the map Nice and light, a good choice if you don't want a huge portion

I've been coming to Freiburg every year since I was little and the first thing I always eat is a Yufka by the Euphrates. The quality is absolutely amazing and the employees are always friendly and accommodating. I can only warmly recommend it to everyone!

The biggest flop kebab ever so either he cheated you and put chicken instead of veal or the veal is mixed with turkey or chicken. The bread was just doughy and tough, the prices were way too high, it was just a failure, and it wasn't good for the stomach either. Never eat here again, that's for sure!

The yufka was not done properly, the Teig Bread was uncooked, chewy, quantity of chicken 🐔 was also doubtful for a 9€ Döner, mostly Gemüse/ Cabbage 🥬. People are friendly, but food could be improved. Tables as well can be cleaned as well, I understand self service (cleaning table should not be part of it)

WOW! It’s probably the BEST falafel in town!!! We ordered Fallomi in Pita, it was super fresh and delicious with looots of vegetables and sauce, everything was great combination and the bread is churchy too! We were lucky to get a table outside so we ate with the lovely and lively vibe on this beautiful, cozy street :) so happy 😇 (only thing to point out is the current price is about 2 euros more than the menu pictures u see, but it’s still worth it!)

“Weak stomach refrain from returning”. Trusting the restaurant's good rating on Google, I came home and ordered a mixed Yuvka. However, I noticed that the preparer who cashed out the customers was also going to prepare the sandwiches without washing or disinfecting her hands and it was the same for her colleague. This disgusting and infectious behavior can cause serious infections and can land fragile stomachs in the hospital. So this restaurant should be avoided for those with fragile stomachs or bring a bottle of Jack Daniel's to disinfect yourself the stomach after the meal.

The queue for this was worth the wait, the döner was unlike anything I’ve had before, really smokey flavour! The white sauce was a bit sour like sour cream and the salad and bread were extremely fresh. The yufka wrap was the best I’ve had before. I think they make them from scratch there. The wraps are huge and good value for money!

Meat is very tasty. Generally the food is very good. The only sticking point is the service and staff. You're barely in the store before you're aggressively asked what you want to order. My chicken yufka for around 8€€€ wasn't hot and I didn't feel full either. There was a lot of dough but not much meat and a lot of salad.
