I don't like writing bad reviews, but I can't help it here. It's a very nice restaurant but the food isn't good at all. Waited 45 minutes for the food. Meat was cold, totally tasteless and burnt. Rice was just as cold and smelled sour, as if it had been there for a long time. Salads were simply thrown together somehow and were floating in what felt like 3 liters of pomegranate syrup, so you couldn't eat them either. Even the drinks were non-carbonated. Never again.

I eat here often. It is the best Turkish restaurant in the area. Price-performance is fair. The waitresses are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is attractively decorated and clean.

I haven't had such good service for a long time. Before we could even take a look at the menu, various dips and bread were put on the table. The drinks came quickly and the food arrived after we had finished the appetizer. The employees were very friendly and gave us a very good feeling. The portion sizes are above average. The evening was rounded off with tea. We'd love to come back!

Our favorite place to eat when we go to Germany. Literally the best Turkish meat restaurant in the area. Especially the “Paca corbasi” is perfect.

We went with my family for breakfast in the “serpme Kahvalti” style and ordered for 3 people. When breakfast arrived the first impression was ok, it looked like a classic Turkish breakfast. 2 bowls were filled with brown fried mushrooms. I picked up a fork and I honestly thought I was going to pass out from disgust. There was a !ball!!! on my fork! black hair, as if a woman brushed her hair and formed the hair that had fallen out into a ball. That mixed in the sauce with the mushrooms….. This was by far the most disgusting experience I have ever had in my life. After we called a waitress to show her, she seriously just offered to take the bowls to the back. Neither the service staff nor the payment at the checkout took what happened seriously. No discount at all - disgusting shop. I got herpes the next day because of the disgust... The public order office urgently needs to stop by. I strongly advise you not to eat there

I'll start with food. As an honest regular customer, I have to say the food is not the best but the best in the Duisburg area +20 km. Unfortunately, service is saved with Bulgarians or people who only speak broken German, so only 3 stars for service and that's for the love of the boss waiter, who is very friendly. The best thing comes last, of course: the ambience. The store is super clean! You feel very comfortable on the seats and tables. The toilets are also great. A fair and honest assessment from me in the overall package is a strong 4 *

The design of the interior is good. We placed two orders. Roasted lamb was good. But Alexander was not well. It was as if they had frozen the leftover doner kebabs and heated them after taking them out of the freezer, so the taste and quality were bad. I already told them. The tea they gave as treats was leaf tea.

A beautiful restaurant. You just can't say more. I ordered an Adana plate there and immediately wondered why it was so expensive. But after the first bite it was clear to me that some of it was made in-house. The own bread as a starter was perfect and then the lamb skewers were a delight. Definitely recommended if you want to eat well and quality food. However, for a quick and cheap round, it is not that highly recommended, so it is a restaurant and not a kebab shop. For an Adana kebab and a small cola it was €22.40

Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was a disappointing experience. First of all I have to say that the service here does not meet expectations. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive as we had to wait a long time to be served. The dishes looked promising but were overly seasoned. For me the visit was not satisfactory.

There were 6 of us there and the store wasn't particularly busy. The dishes all came one after the other, one dish only came 40 minutes later after I asked several times. With the exception of one waiter, the others couldn't speak German and so we had to communicate at great lengths. As compensation they brought us a small plate of sweets for 6 people, but that couldn't save the day

I absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews. We had dinner at ETiler for a company event and everyone was really excited. The location is very nice, the service is sooo nice and the food is really good, both in terms of quality and quantity. We didn't have to wait long for the food either. We have three more events there this year and are looking forward to them.

There were three of us eating and we each ordered something from the Ramadan menu: chicken, Adana kebap and Iskender kebab. Beforehand there was a small plate with Turkish sauces, a small salad and a soup. They were solid in that respect, and the soup was also really good. At the end there was a baklava. Regarding the main course, we have to say that we are disappointed. Not only were we the last to get the food (we were the first to order), but also that the price-performance ratio wasn't there and the food wasn't really outstanding either. But for us the shop is nothing more than a kebab house

There is a Ramadan menu that they impose by force. You can never go outside. There is no choice of dessert or soup. We called and asked beforehand if there was a suitable vegetarian meal, they said there was, but when we went they said we can't do it, you have to buy such a complete meat menu during Ramadan. There is no flavor pattern. The food and service were both very bad. We went on recommendation. What a waste! It was the first and the last time and I will never visit again.

I haven't eaten such a good kebab for a long time. There is nothing better in Duisburg! The meat was amazing and the service was at a high level, very very nice. We were treated to tea, we will definitely come back here more than once!

ET.iler is by far one of the best Turkish restaurants I know, very modern and with a great ambience. The food is sensationally delicious, especially the grilled dishes, the starters and much more. A big compliment to the waiters… The service is great, the waiters really cater to all of the guests' wishes. Absolutely recommended😊.

We were there for breakfast today. The organization was missing. Waited 1 hour despite reservation. The staff was very friendly and polite despite the stress they were under. Never again on a Sunday.

Bad service and steep prices. You have to wait an extremely long time until you get the order. You should always remind the waiter what you ordered. Breakfast buffet has a very small selection. The food was served cold except for bread and eggs! There were eight of us celebrating a birthday and it was a complete disaster. Not recommendable.

It was my first time there with six people and we were able to order relatively quickly. Service was OK, the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The menu was a bit narrow. I expected more. Drinks were in 0.2l bottles. 0.25 l to 0.33 l would be appropriate. 0.2 liters is very small. The menu could have been larger and served with more side dishes. Instead of onions, some lettuce, tomatoes, parsley or similar. (Turşu) Sour preserved vegetables such as peppers etc. Dana Lokum was nice and soft and tasty. I can recommend it. Free tea was served after the meal. We sat comfortably and the restaurant was full. There were people in the entrance area waiting for seats. A sign of satisfaction. Everything has become expensive. Everyone suffers from it. Many employees, rental costs, electricity costs, etc. Fixed costs are very high. That's why the prices are understandable. Thanks to the team. Gladly again.

Had dinner with the family last Friday. Food was average, it was way too warm in the restaurant. Some of the food took too long.

Breakfast (serpme) tasted okay, but we sat in the covered terrace area and the windows (broken) neither opened nor were there curtains. The sun was shining on our faces the whole time and the entire room felt like a sauna. When we asked whether we could open the door (emergency exit) or offer us another seat, we were rudely blocked and not helped. Even though everyone paid, 2 people were said to be open. The guy at the checkout counted how many people had paid and the total number had paid. However, we didn't want to argue and still paid more for 2. Never again!

Called last week and made a reservation for today, March 3rd, 24. Everything was confirmed in the presence of 5 employees and at 10:30 a.m. we were there with children, a total of 15 people who had driven from afar!!! what is not a reservation? The facility is great. Ah yes, back to food. It was excellent, stylishly prepared, cooked to perfection and tasty, very tasty. A successful evening. We would like to thank the ETiler team for this culinary delight. My wife and I will definitely come back. I recommend this location in Hamborn to everyone else.

Kebab of the finest, it was beautifully prepared and tasty, tasted wonderful. Always my pleasure... So the last two visits were disappointing. My friends had already eaten after 25 minutes and I was allowed to eat. Well, that's for the second visit. I wouldn't go there at short notice.

Well, the two of us were there on a Friday evening. Because it was relatively late, there weren't that many people there. Our food came quickly and very tasty (grill plate for 2). The meat was super juicy and everything else was also very tasty. It's been a long time since I've had such delicious Turkish food.

A mixed grill plate costs 25 euros and it won't fill you up. Half an Adana skewer, two pieces of chicken and lamb, a piece of köfte and a small lamb cutlet plus fries. You'd be better off eating somewhere else, you'll get at least twice as much and for less money.

So it's not the first time I've eaten steak outside, and the side dish was spinach and vegetables as well as baby potatoes. Of course there was no sign of it, the food was cold and lots of onions were added. Very disappointed!!!!!! Definitely not recommended. Of course the food was also sent back.

We were there today with three friends, The service was super nice, the atmosphere was very inviting and the food was a taste explosion. I will go there more often. The two of us waited exactly 70 minutes for breakfast. Everyone who came after us got their breakfast beforehand. When we asked, we were told it would only take a few minutes, which turned into another 20 minutes. Full shop and only 2 waiters!!!

The ambience in this restaurant is really very nice and corresponds to the pictures from the internet. The prices are slightly higher than in the restaurants in the surrounding area, but are within limits. As nice as the ambience is, I unfortunately have to deduct stars because of the food and service. I personally ordered Iskender and was very disappointed. The bread under the meat was simply cut into small pieces of cold flatbread (not crispy, no butter, etc.). The portion was huge, but unfortunately I didn't like it or like it that much. We were there with 8 people. We ordered a total of six different dishes and only two were satisfied (in terms of taste). But taste is debatable. :) We weren't that impressed with the service either. After it got emptier and we were more or less the last ones in the group, it took over half an hour before we could order our dessert. Clearing up also took far too long because the focus was on the tables that were already empty and not on the ones where customers were still sitting. Update: I've eaten here a lot more since the original comment. The food and service are great! Yes, my Iskender was also very tasty after the very first visit and the bread was toasted. 😉 Above all, the price-performance ratio is great!

Haben über einen sehr guten Freund dort einen Tisch reserviert bekommen. Personal war mega freundlich. Das Restaurant ist stilvoll eingerichtet, alles passt sehr gut zusammen Lokal war sehr voll , was wohl eine gute Qualität des Essens widerspiegelt. Das Essen war wirklich , das beste was ich seit langem gegessen habe. Vorspeise war selbstgemachtes Brot mit 3 verschiedenen Dips. Wir hatten mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern , einen Grillteller für 4 Personen. Es sind wirklich alle satt geworden , als wir dann an der Kuchentheke vorbeikommen sind , hat der Bauch noch nach einer Nachspeise geschriehen. Es war einfach ein super schöner Abend. Wir werden uns auf jeden Fall wiedersehen. Vielen lieben Dank für alles .

Ich war mit mein Freund dort essen hatte kaburga und mein Freund kıymalı pide , meze war nicht lecker vorallem es hatte bitterliche Nachgeschmack, Pommes war lauwarm , kaburga war grösstenteils nur aus Fett und wenig Fleisch, es wurde auch nicht schön Serviert auf dem Teller sah unappetitlich,Essen war einfach schlecht würden nicht mehr kommen muss aber sagen Kellner waren aufmerksam und nett.

Edit Das war unsere Erfahrung vor einer Woche: Das Essen war gut, nur der Service war nicht zufriedenstellend. Gestern waren wir nach 20 Uhr dort, und es war nicht so stark besucht. Bis wir erstmalig bedient wurden, vergingen 25 Minuten, und zu unserer großen Überraschung fehlte auch noch ein Gericht. Um Getränke mussten wir quasi betteln, damit ein Kellner uns wahrnimmt. Ich muss aber sagen, dass wir diese Woche wieder dort waren, und es kam so vor, als hätte sich der Laden um 300% verbessert. Der Service war super, das Essen war super, wir wurden super behandelt – sehr gastfreundlich. Die Atmosphäre war optimal, alles war perfekt. Vermutlich hatten wir beim ersten Besuch einfach einen schlechten Tag erwischt, und es sind eben auch nur Menschen, die vermutlich an ihre Grenzen gestoßen sind, besonders nach Silvester.

Sehr schönes Restaurant, schönes Ambiente und ein super Service!!! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen 😊 Das Essen ist hervorragend
