No welcome worth mentioning, no table available despite a reservation, and we weren't allowed to sit in the unoccupied adjoining room. Because we didn't want to wait, the rude waiter gave us ironic farewell remarks. A misguided profession...

A great place for excellent food, and unlike many other restaurants, it's not expensive at all. Main courses with a side dish and salad average €16, which is amazing. We ate there several times, and the dishes were varied, all delicious. The staff is really friendly and extremely attentive. There's no long wait for food or drinks.

We've been there twice so far. The first time I had lamb chops, and yesterday I had sea bream with potato slices. Both were fantastic. The service is very friendly.

The staff was very attentive. The menu was varied and reasonably priced. It's chanterelle season right now. Pasta with chanterelle mushrooms and fillet for only €15.90. All four guests were very satisfied with their meals. The garlic soup was a dream. So delicious.

The food is always the same no matter what you order. The same sauce, sometimes with or without mushrooms or peppercorns or whatever. And... very, very loud, like in a hall. Cloths on the ceiling could help.

The food and service were impeccable. The only drawback was that you couldn't pay with an EC card.

The location is truly fantastic. A fantastic view over Braunschweig. If it's nice and calm, be sure to sit outside. There was a daily special with plenty of options. We'd be happy to go again.

I reserved a table for my son's confirmation three-quarters of a year in advance, and they confirmed it. Three weeks before, I received a call saying they were canceling because they'd rather give the table to a larger group that had just booked. Very disappointing, especially since we'd already been confirmed for the table three-quarters of a year ago! That's not how you treat people. The phone call was extremely rude, and the caller even hung up. When we placed the order, we specifically asked that it was a binding reservation and that we didn't need to follow up. Absolutely unacceptable!

Food was great, the service staff could have been a bit more accommodating. There is still room for improvement...

The selection is great and the quality is good. The service is always very nice and attentive. The rooms are bright and friendly, but it is very loud.

Beautifully furnished restaurant divided into 3 rooms. This means that great birthday parties and other things can take place there. The chef is top notch. The waitresses are always very friendly. The boss Renzo himself always helps and is very personable. You can also enjoy great food and drink good cocktails there. There is a bus stop right in front of the restaurant, so you don't have to drive yourself.

I went to your restaurant for brunch today – my first visit since you moved. Unfortunately it was a complete disappointment. The brunch offering was extremely meager and had little to do with Italian food culture. The selection seemed careless: simply presented sausage and cheese, scrambled eggs from the ready-made package. The so-called antipasti consisted of cooked mushrooms, beetroot and peppers - far from authentic Italian starter quality. Mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, salads or spreads? None. The lunch buffet was also not convincing. The selection was small and equally unimaginative. Even the pasta dishes were missing parmesan - an absolute must in Italian cuisine! The biggest shock was the coffee: carelessly served from a thermos flask, without any Italian flair. I am really disappointed and will not visit your restaurant again. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it to anyone. The visit was not worth the money - a mass processing without attention to detail.

As has often been the case, the four of us were able to enjoy the evening with good food. Every dish, whether fish or meat, was very tasteful. Everyone was enthusiastic and very satisfied. Well-being through the friendliness of the service and the attentiveness of the boss are guaranteed here. We'd love to come back. Sometimes a bit noisy due to larger groups. Oh well, there is one disadvantage, unfortunately the floor is not in our town....

Important: If you're planning on having more than four people, make sure you make a reservation. For two, you're always lucky to get a small table. Delicious food, great service, and very attentive staff. The owner is a veteran and has been known in the Schwyz area for decades. Always happy to come back.

The welcome, availability and kindness of Mr. Renzo are the real strengths of this beautiful place. Excellent restaurant with quality food. The choice is very wide and the portions are generous. The location is very well looked after and everything is clean and above all the prices are normal, Advised!

Brunch: Good selection of cold and warm dishes. Unfortunately scrambled eggs, ham and warm dishes were only lukewarm or even cold. It's a shame, because it tastes great. Unfortunately, Fettuccine “Floor 15” did not meet my expectations. Not seasoned and pasta drowned in the sauce and I looked for the porcini mushrooms and found a small one. The only tasty thing was the cocktail.

I can't share the good reviews. I get yelled at by the boss because I can't eat everything because of an allergy. Unfriendly demeanor when selling away from home. Why would I go to an Italian restaurant with my intolerance? If that was meant to be funny, sorry, I didn't find it funny. My salad with vinegar/oil was not good. The balsamic vinegar, which was far too acidic, ruined the otherwise well-put together salad. The pasta sauce seems to be a ready-made product, I wanted it without onions, but that wasn't possible. No recommendation!

Food and ambience great. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to make a reservation by telephone. Unfortunately, despite the line being free, you sometimes have to wait 20 minutes or longer until someone picks up the phone. Very unfortunate

Excellent food at amazingly affordable prices! Great service. The store is usually packed, so: 1. Reservations are recommended. 2. Long waiting times for the food to arrive. 3. Acoustics in the interior are difficult to tolerate - very loud.

The food is 95% very good and tasty. It is presented very attractively. Since moving to Lichtenberg, you can now also eat outside. The staff is mostly friendly and attentive. Exceptions prove the rule. Price/performance a little too high, but still within limits.

Ich war heute in größerer Gruppe zu Gast: Uns wurde ein großartiges Antipasti-Buffet und später eine sehr schmackhaftes Hauptmenü serviert. Die Nachspeise mit Tiramisu und Panna Cotta war ebenfalls super lecker. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen

Floor 15 (the name is a bit misleading, but for historical reasons) can now be found in the Lichtenberg Amtkrug - at ground level. Leider müssen wir diese schlechte Bewertung Saufgrund des unverschämten Besitzers hier abgeben. Noch nie wurden wir irgendwo so unfreundlich und frech empfangen! Dieses Restaurant werden wir alle nie wieder betreten obwohl das Essen nicht schlecht bwar!

Wir waren jetzt schon mehrmals hier in Lichtenberg und haben jedesmal hervorragend gespeist. Die Vorspeisenplatte ist grandios und die Hauptspeisen waren bei uns allen exzellent! Wir haben mittlerweile schon nehrere Geburtstage und mehrere Familientreffen hier gefeiert und es war jedes einzelne mal superschön. Von der Begrüßung über die Bedienung bis hin zur Verabschiedung haben wir alle uns " wie zuhause " und Willkommen gefühlt. Danke an Renzo und das ganze Team! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

My brother-in-law's 70th birthday, June 29th, 2024. about 50 guests. Starter, main course & dessert, plenty of drinks. It was simply divine, so so delicious. The way everything was prepared was simply brilliant. Felt like I was in Italy (the weather was therefore very warm)! This Italian is simply fantastic, its staff so friendly and quick and helpful. In my opinion a successful evening!! The remaining food could be taken with you, nicely packaged!! The price per person is simply brilliant. It's a shame we live so far away, we would be regular guests!!

I know floor 15 when it was still in Salzgitter Lebenstedt. Unfortunately, in my opinion, things have gotten worse. There is no longer a nice view (which inevitably happens because of the change of location). The food didn't really blow me away, I remembered it much better, although it wasn't bad. There are plenty of cocktails on the menu, but they only taste average. Parking spaces in front of the restaurant are very limited, so you have to look for somewhere nearby. I still give it 4 stars 🌟 because the service is super friendly and tries very hard to make the guests happy.

We had dinner here after moving. The outdoor area is not finished yet, but should soon offer seating. Inside, the place is nicely decorated and the service is friendly. The food was good and plentiful. The prices are very moderate. The brunch is also said to be very good.

Wir waren hier nach dem Umzug Essen. Der Aussenbereich ist noch nicht fertig, sollte aber auch bald Sitzplätze bieten. Drinnen ist das lokal nett hergerichtet und der Service freundlich. Das Essen war gut und reichlich. Die Preise sind sehr moderat. Der Brunch soll auch sehr gut sein.

We have been here in Lichtenberg several times and have had excellent meals each time. The appetizer platter is terrific and the main courses were excellent for all of us! We have already celebrated two birthdays here and it was really nice. From the greeting to the service to the farewell, we all felt “at home” and welcome. Thanks to Renzo and the whole team! We will come back in any case!

You have to look for a parking space. Oh well. Had our Christmas party there. The hut is filled to capacity. 3 people served. Well, we waited 1.5 hours for food. In between, no one came and asked if you would like something to drink. So short and sweet. Once and never again

Sehr Leckere Pasta Das Fleisch war mir ein wenig zu zäh aber im Großen und Ganzen ein gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Ich würde auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Die neuen Räumlichkeiten sind gut. Schönes Ambiente. Bedienung sehr freundlich und das Essen war Super :)

Leider sind die Bilder im Internet nicht aktuell, denn auf den Photos sieht es wesentlich schöner aus als in real. Die Etage 15 ist umgezogen und deshalb nicht mehr in der Etage 15. Ich habe nichts gegessen, darum kann ich das Essen nicht bewerten. Ansonsten war es okay

Wir wurden von professionellen superfreundlichen Mitarbeiter bewirtet, es war ein toller Abend mit sehr leckerem Essen! Ich empfehle sie sehr gerne weiter!

Wir waren gestern mit 6 Personen in der neuen Etage. Es war super. Lecker wie immer. Service super, auch wenn wir den verhexten Tisch hatten. War ein bisschen zu laut, lag aber daran, dass die Etage wirklich gut besucht war. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Viele Grüße Astrid

Wir waren jetzt das dritte Mal in 3 Wochen beim Renzo und Team .Wenn ich mehr als 5Sterne geben könnte ich würde es tun.Der Besuch dort ist immer wieder ein Highlight.Das Essen immer Bombe das Ambiente top und das Team.Fur uns gibt es nur noch Etage 15. Nächstes Jahr Muttis 80 ten und meinen 60 ten wo natürlich Etage 15

Auch nach dem aktuellen Umzug nach Lichtenberg in die Burgbergstraße 48 (ehemals Amtskrug) immer noch italienisch und lecker. Wiedererkennungswert in der Namensgebung der "Etage 15". Der Service ist immer sehr gut und das Ambiente und Gäste sind angenehm. Immer wieder gern.

Ich war dort bei einem 60. Geburtstag. Das Ambiente war toll, der Service super und vor allem das Essen war klasse und reichlich. Absolut zu empfehlen. Vielen Dann für den schönen Abend!
