It sucks!!!! I had the worst meatballs and misars I have ever eaten in my life, I was disgraced, I would not recommend it to anyone.

EssPoint Pide & Grill in Munich is a real treat! The food is excellently prepared – fresh, tasty and authentic. The pide in particular is a highlight: crispy, juicy and simply delicious. The grilled dishes also impress with their quality and great aroma. The restaurant is clean, modern and invitingly furnished. The atmosphere is pleasant and the friendly staff make you feel at home straight away. The service is fast, attentive and warm - making eating out fun. The only small point: the prices are a little higher than usual, but absolutely reasonable for the quality offered. Conclusion: An excellent place for everyone who wants to enjoy fresh Turkish cuisine at a high level. We'll definitely be back!

By far the tastiest pide I've ever eaten. Whenever I'm in Munich, I come by here. It's never too crowded and the staff have always been nice. I would definitely recommend this to everyone!

I haven't had the courage to write this comment for a year, I don't want to play with anyone's bread, but it still saddens me to be treated like a fool. We had my daughter's engagement ceremony there, I can't say anything about the food and service. My advice to you is that if you make such a big program and leave the food to the waiters, you will get a bill you never expected. Please don't believe them about the bill..

Unfortunately a disappointment. Ordered 5 takeaway meals. 30 minutes waiting time. Two dishes were missing. I noticed one in the restaurant (it was then added, of course) and the second unfortunately only happened at home (bad luck). Addendum: The answer from the owner is very funny. I didn't have any fries at all. The 75 cm pide that I got in the restaurant when I asked was forgotten and when I got home I noticed that the salad was missing. And I didn't change any order but ordered some rice pudding while I was waiting.

Bread completely long and ice cold, I understand that it is too difficult to heat it for a few seconds longer, the arm could fall off. Then they advertise with the sign Döner To Go for €4.90 and then simply charge €7.50 from my card for a disgusting kebab. Music is way too loud, very helpful if they can barely speak German anyway. Wasted money

I ordered a Dürüm with steak meat - and to be honest I was disappointed. The meat was completely tasteless, simply boring and without any seasoning. I expect juicy, aromatic slices from steak - here it tasted like “nothing at all”. The chili sauce was far too intense and dominated the entire taste, but unfortunately not in a good way. And the whole thing for 10 euros? Absolutely overpriced for what was offered. Not a highlight in terms of taste, but rather cheeky in terms of price. There are much better shops for less money.

I recently visited EssPoint Pide & Grill in Munich and would like to share my experiences. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very welcoming and the staff was friendly and attentive. The quality of the food is particularly positive. The food was fresh, delicious and perfectly seasoned – definitely a highlight! The portions were also generous and offered good value for money.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5 stars) I ordered a kebab box - just meat, no sauce, no anything. Unfortunately the meat tasted like absolutely nothing. No spice, no aroma, just boring. For the price (9€) I would have expected much more. Unfortunately not recommended.

As a result, there were almost 50 of us and we are very satisfied, the staff was very friendly and very willing to provide quick service. We would like to thank you for the great dinner and will always celebrate there again.

Breakfast: Disastrous!!!! The Menemen has nothing to do with Menemen, orange juice tasted like a cheap multivitamin!!! The service is friendly, so it's a shame for the poor product…

I normally like to visit Esspoint, but I wouldn't visit the Esspoint in Hasenbergl again. The employees were very nice, but one person I had to discuss with was a slightly older gentleman who served us, I asked if I could pray in a room for a moment First of all, it's not possible and it doesn't work and they don't have room for me. After I insisted, it was made possible for me and not by the employee but by the customer who sat there and suggested the office to me. My meal was very good yummy. The older gentleman can be a bit friendlier, he was very unpleasant to me. Do you have to have a discussion for it to work?

Very friendly staff. The 10th of us spontaneously went out for dinner on Sunday, it was really busy but the staff made room for us straight away. Food was tasty, but would recommend pide here the most.

We spontaneously went to celebrate a birthday with about 15 people. That wasn't a problem for the staff. We received a very friendly welcome, the food came quickly and was very tasty. We were also allowed to listen to music and decorate something. The staff was very nice and helpful. 100% recommendation 😍😍

I can't understand these reviews at all. I would even give it one star, but the staff was very friendly, so I gave it 2. The kebab was prepared at a snail's pace. The bread went into the toaster for 2 seconds, which could actually be saved. The kebab only tasted like sauce. You could hardly taste the salad given the poor quality. I still had problems from the kebab afterwards... I can't recommend it at all.

The food tastes really good. I personally think the chicken nuggets are better than at McDonald’s. The toilets are clean and the store is also very tidy and clean. I would recommend it to anyone. If there were, I would also give 10 stars.

didn’t think it was possible to mess up a doner sandwich yet here we are. dry meat w what tasted like 1000 island dressing which I’ve never had on doner before and do not want again. Olives had pits in them I nearly broke a tooth trying to chew my food. Service was good and quick so it’s two stars for that, but food is overpriced and not tasty sorry. Also salad had no kebab meat even tho I asked for it w meat.

It was sooo little for €8.90 Nuggets with fries is a shame. Never again..

We had a late lunch here today. My friend had number 306 and I was allowed to try it and it was very tasty. I ordered farmers salad with falafel. Pretty dry affair luckily Small plastic bowls with yoghurt? there was that. I missed tomatoes and feta in the salad. Was grated cheese on it instead. And the service is extremely relaxed and slow. Unfortunately I arrived with bad steam so things had to be done quickly. I asked several times for bread and didn't get any in advance. Even though I asked for it several times. Instead, pita bread came with the meal. I drank almost all of the cola to calm my upset stomach. Irritated by painkillers. If you have time and want to relax, sit in the shade on the busy street corner but today with a great warm breeze, it's perfect.

Great atmosphere - everything is very clean, modern furnishings and comfortable chairs. The kebab was freshly prepared, tasted very good and costs a fair price. There is a relatively extensive selection of dishes - there should be something for every taste 😊 I come here often when I'm in the area for work. So far I haven't been disappointed - keep it up 🤗

I ate pita with meat. My wife ate chicken with sauce and my daughter ate meatballs. The pita dough was very nice, but unfortunately the minced meat was undercooked. Despite that, the pita was good. I ordered via Lieferando. The cheesecake had MOLD on the surface!! It's a disgrace to play with customers' health. The piece of tiramisu was a chocolate cake with a bit of coffee flavor and you can see old RATINY yellow dried cream on the cut edge on the left of the picture. NOT worth the money at all. The only okay dessert was Sütlaç. My mom was there for dinner about 2 months ago and was given old, rotten, bad-smelling meat. After she pointed it out to the waiters, they hid the same meat under lettuce leaves and served it AGAIN on a new plate. The service is ridiculous and a health hazard. Update August 20th The employee called me on the same day of the review (number via Lieferando) and apologized, after all, people make mistakes. Offered me baklava and cake delivered straight away. But because I had no interest in it and just wanted my money. He said of course you get your money, I'll talk to Lieferando In return he wanted me to delete the pictures and the review because his job and reputation depended on it... I said I can't do that because this is a danger and they have to learn from the mistakes etc. And I will consider changing or adding something to the rezi (that you have made an effort to correct the error) I got the money from Lieferando. Esspoint has been calling me for 3 days, even with a private WA number, via WA (so he must have saved my number) I was called 6 times within 2 days and once before that, so 7 times in total!! I answered the phone the 7th time and said what a right he had to call a private number. The employee then said he just wanted to know whether I had received the money and now had to delete the review since that was apparently what was agreed upon. When I said no, he insulted me as disrespectful and rude and that he hadn't sent me my money , if he knew how impudent I was (quote!!) In response I said that he was obliged to give me my money back if it was spoiled, he said: I don't have to do anything and I don't have to give the money. Esspoint should really consider what kind of work ethic they have... I wouldn't recommend ANYONE go there!!

I asked at the counter for a recommendation, but all I got in response was a stupid look. The waiter was an older man with a beard who was neither friendly nor good. I ordered a kebab with salad, sauce, meat and cheese, but they simply forgot the sauce and replaced it with tomatoes. In addition, the kebab was really not good. Very friendly welcome, menu was brought promptly.. upon request, the 120 cm pide with 2 different toppings was taken and appetizingly served after about 5 minutes.. It's a Turkish restaurant catering pide and a few Turkish kebab variety. Food was okay.

Unfortunately very disappointing. Ordered iskender and chicken curry. In the Iskender the meat was very dry, the sauce had no taste and the butter was missing. With the curry, the sauce also had no taste and the meat was dry. We had the impression that the waiter was alone and a bit overwhelmed. We usually always eat at the branch on Bodenseestr. Everything is always great there! Taste, quality and the staff. It's a shame that they don't manage to offer the same quality in all branches.

I went here for dinner with my family and will never come here again!!! Among other things, we ordered two cutlet plates. After paying, I noticed on the bill that each plate cost €2.00 more than the prices on the menu. When I spoke to the cashier shortly afterwards, he said that they didn't have time to change the prices on the menu. I asked why I wasn't informed about this. The cashier then asked the waiter, who said something annoyed in a foreign language and then walked away. The cashier said it was only a few euros and if I wanted he would give it back to me. I gave up and left the store never to be seen again.
