The pizza tasted awful and was badly cut, making it impossible to share a slice. The service was slow, and there were flies buzzing around the restaurant.

The atmosphere is beautiful, the food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the prices are quite reasonable for the setting. What more could you ask for? It's one of those rare places you can visit with your family.

I've been a regular customer for a year or two. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the food is very good and a great representation of Turkish dishes, with a really wide selection. The Turkish desserts are also very good, and the baklava is of the highest possible quality. I enjoy eating at this restaurant, and the restroom in the basement is clean. The food isn't what it used to be; it's simply overpriced and tasteless. The employee selling kebabs at the register was very rude and should attend training courses. The other waiter was nice. Too expensive for the quality offered.

I pre-ordered from Ess Point via Lieferando for my lunch break to ensure my food arrived on time. Unfortunately, despite pre-ordering, the order arrived over an hour late. Only after calling after the estimated delivery time had passed was I told they were "about to start." The chicken doner tasted okay, but the veal doner had a lot of gristle, which really spoiled my appetite. Overall, the food was a mixed bag, and combined with the long wait, it wasn't a good experience.

I gave this restaurant three chances, but unfortunately, the result was always the same: the food arrived ice-cold. Apparently, this has become the norm here. Even the soup was cold – absolutely unacceptable. The service is indifferent; no one seems to care about serving the food warm. Running a restaurant involves more than just cooking food – a little care and professionalism would be appropriate. My third visit was definitely my last. Not recommended.

Super nice people and very accommodating. We hosted a wedding dinner there, and the owners and crew were happy to accommodate all our requests. The kebab and the food in general were truly delicious and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

So, first the good stuff. The doner kebabs are generously tossed and have quite a bit of meat on them. Everything is fresh, too. Now for what we didn't like so much. The veal doner kebabs are quite expensive at €10 each, which, considering the toppings and if they were real, would be reasonable, but it is. The doner kebabs are cold after just five minutes. The meat is rather tough for veal, and the bread is too soggy. As for the spiciness, the spicy doner I ordered was really disappointing. It's rather mild, and the spice is poorly distributed anyway. In short, too expensive for what you get; I've had better food elsewhere for less. I won't be going there again.

1. The staff are very, very friendly. 2. The food is good quality, but the veal has a strong flavor of its own. 3. The lentil soup is coarse and not creamy as usual, and it was very spicy. That's my only criticism. The soup was intended for the children, and they didn't eat it because of the spiciness. As a tip, mention it when ordering or leave out the spicy flavor. Customers can add their own if they want it. Overall, nice service and definitely recommended.

Diesen EssPoint Standort kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Wir haben eine Pide mit Pastirma bestellt, jedoch waren nur fünf kleine Stücke Pastirma darauf, und auch beim Käse wurde deutlich gespart – trotz sehr hoher Preise. Auf Nachfrage erklärte der Kellner, dies sei schon seit Jahren die übliche Menge, was aber schlicht nicht der Realität entspricht. Statt auf die Beschwerde einzugehen und im Sinne der Kundenzufriedenheit eine neue Pide zuzubereiten, wurde die Situation heruntergespielt und so dargestellt, als sei alles korrekt gewesen. The only thing I can't recommend is this restaurant. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. We ordered pastrami pide, but it only had five small pieces of pastrami, and the amount of cheese was quite inadequate. Despite this, the prices are quite high. The waiter said the same amount has been used for years, but this is not true. A new pide could have been made for customer satisfaction, but no such solution was offered. Instead, they simply dismissed the issue by claiming the product was made correctly. This approach is not consistent with the service expected of a good restaurant.

Somehow, I didn't feel comfortable there. I didn't really feel warmly welcomed there (as a German). The taste could be improved a lot. The prices are a bit high, but in my opinion, that doesn't reflect the quality. I don't really understand the good reviews. Good luck – perhaps the Turkish guests see things differently. In short, nothing special. If you walk a few minutes north, you can find better food, and the people there are friendly and welcoming.

Disappointing Experience – Neither Taste nor Price Justified Our visit to Esspoint was unfortunately a huge disappointment. Every dish we ordered had significant flaws, both in terms of taste and preparation. Mixed Cheese (Pide with Cheese): The cheese tasted bland and had an unnaturally pressed, rubbery consistency. Instead of being creamy or aromatic, it seemed cheap and carelessly made. Meat Plate: A complete disaster. The salad was completely acidic – the dressing consisted almost entirely of vinegar, making it inedible. The rice was cold and tasteless, as if it had been left standing for hours. The Adana kebab lacked any spices or typical flavor, and the kofte were dry and tasteless. Value for Money: The prices are completely unreasonable for the poor quality and poor preparation. You feel like you're paying for convenience foods from the freezer. Conclusion: We feel cheated – neither fresh ingredients nor loving preparation. You don't have to put yourself through that. Never again!

I haven't had the courage to write this comment for a year, I don't want to play with anyone's bread, but it still saddens me to be treated like a fool. We had my daughter's engagement ceremony there, I can't say anything about the food and service. My advice to you is that if you make such a big program and leave the food to the waiters, you will get a bill you never expected. Please don't believe them about the bill..

Unfortunately a disappointment. Ordered 5 takeaway meals. 30 minutes waiting time. Two dishes were missing. I noticed one in the restaurant (it was then added, of course) and the second unfortunately only happened at home (bad luck). Addendum: The answer from the owner is very funny. I didn't have any fries at all. The 75 cm pide that I got in the restaurant when I asked was forgotten and when I got home I noticed that the salad was missing. And I didn't change any order but ordered some rice pudding while I was waiting.

Bread completely long and ice cold, I understand that it is too difficult to heat it for a few seconds longer, the arm could fall off. Then they advertise with the sign Döner To Go for €4.90 and then simply charge €7.50 from my card for a disgusting kebab. Music is way too loud, very helpful if they can barely speak German anyway. I ordered a Dürüm with steak meat - and to be honest I was disappointed. The meat was completely tasteless, simply boring and without any seasoning. I expect juicy, aromatic slices from steak - here it tasted like “nothing at all”. The chili sauce was far too intense and dominated the entire taste, but unfortunately not in a good way. And the whole thing for 10 euros? Absolutely overpriced for what was offered. Not a highlight in terms of taste, but rather cheeky in terms of price. There are much better shops for less money.
