It was cold and it took a really long time, but the service was great and the food was tasty.

The food was very tasty, the menu was extensive and the food was also beautifully served. The location looks really cool and is well worth seeing. The waiters could be a bit more on the ball and a bit more service-oriented, but all in all it was really nice and tasty!

Me & my husband had dinner with a colleague of his last night . The food was delicious & the ambience was lit 🤩. Most of all the waiters were really sweet & friendly. 💕 Great service. Would highly recommend!! 😊

The ambience and service were again great. Since we were there for the buffet, we were able to try out many different dishes. The only small disadvantage, which is why it only gets 4 stars, was that most of it was almost cold. But it was still super tasty. 🤤

This is our first time at Espitas in Chemnitz. The location was beautiful and the service was friendly. We had to wait a little longer for our food (approx. 1 hour) because there was a lot going on in the restaurant. From a large selection of dishes, we chose a grill plate for two and shared it, which had plenty of meat on it. It tasted good, but I've had better spare ribs. The seasoning/marinade could have been more intense. Overall, I would always recommend a visit to Espitas!

Rather spontaneously, I looked for a restaurant with my girlfriend for the evening and reserved a table straight away. In the evening there was a buffet with a large selection of dishes, from steak to salad and a sumptuous dessert, there was everything to choose from from Mexican cuisine. The buffet was really great. The ambience in the restaurant was also very well designed, but it is not on the ground floor. We were accommodated in a room with 2 tables, where we also had some peace and quiet for ourselves. Unfortunately, the staff didn't find us straight away because we had to wait a little longer for our bill. But all in all it was a lovely evening in a great restaurant. Absolutely recommended!

It was extremely tasty. Unfortunately, the bench was placed so close to the table that we couldn't enjoy the evening. We were very uncomfortable and always stepped on the feet of those opposite us. It was always a struggle to get up to eat. We always enjoyed being there, but this time we couldn't enjoy the evening.

We were recently invited to Sunday brunch. The service was really great, always friendly and on point. The food didn't really blow you away. In my personal opinion, the brunch didn't have much to do with Mexican food. A lot of things are lukewarm. Scrambling didn't work at all. For the prices I wouldn't recommend it

We had the menu evening, which isn't a bad thing. The food was average, but tacos have to be fresh and not on the buffet (then they won't taste good) just like the fries. The salads were fresh and the meat was tender, but that doesn't justify the price alone. The waiter tried hard but couldn't manage the quantity, so that the used dishes didn't immediately disappear from the table (space problem). He dismissed a broken shaker where a quarter squirted while shaking with: "It's OK. It'll be thrown away, he'll pass it on..."😞. Conclusion: We tried it, but there are really better places. Changed to 4 stars due to the friendly response.

If you know and love authentic Mexican food from top-notch restaurants in major European cities, you will be disappointed here. Instead of fresh, authentic flavors, you can expect typical system catering with wholesale goods - including ready-made sauces.

We went here for the all you can eat buffet on a Friday evening. The food was really tasty, you hardly had to wait at the buffet and the service was also very friendly and brought the drinks within a few minutes. Absolute recommendation!

The effort has already been put into the ambience at the entrance, which continues inside! Unfortunately that evening there was only a buffet for €27 plus drinks per person. Unfortunately I won't eat it. The buffet is also not available. Unfortunately the selection is manageable. Too much for one plate and not enough for the second plate. Very unfortunate. This was my second time in this restaurant, unfortunately it's always like that. But you have to pay a compliment, we got a table for 6 people online at 7 p.m. for 8:45 p.m. at short notice! That's already rare!

Buffet sehr gut, sehr abwechslungsreich, Bedienung mehr als freundlich. Leider war zwischenzeitlich das Kassensystem kaputt und es wurden deswegen keine Getränkebestellungen aufgenommen. Alternative wäre hier schön gewesen.

Wir waren das erstemal zum Buffett, wir wurden ausgezeichnet von Sascha bedient und umsorgt. Es war immer jemand ansprechbereit. Es hat super geschmeckt, wir kommen wieder 👍🙂

We wanted to go out for Mexican food at the weekend, unfortunately on Fridays and Saturdays there is only food in buffet form, we tried it, I'll say we were full, nothing more, the quality of the food at a buffet just can't be the same as good as ordering from the menu and unfortunately intolerances cannot be accommodated, I understand that. Dear Espitas, a buffet evening on the weekend should actually be enough, the dishes on the menu are really good, maybe staffing problems are the reason that this buffet concept is offered, it's a shame!!!

Been to the restaurant exactly four times in the last 12 years. It remains great; the food tastes very good, the drinks are delicious and the atmosphere is nice too. Especially noticed today; the service is very nice, patient and careful. Even the younger colleagues were very committed. I can say I've always liked it here, thank you! Edit: Reply to the owner: I'll definitely come by, if only for the homemade lemonade, it'll definitely be a quick stop in the summer ;) Meanwhile, my family was also able to send me feedback; they bake it up like a backup, solid we have nothing to complain about, and we are German-Russians, We actually complain and curse a lot :D

Over 1:45 hours! waited for the food. Demand for 1:15 remained unanswered. At first the service was rather annoying in order to sell drinks, but later it was often deliberately blinded in both eyes for half an hour (past the table four times without a reaction). Ribs drowned in tons of ketchup and a loveless baked potato slapped on the side. For 23 EUR. There are probably 100 drinks, but how much a German beer costs or which one is available is nowhere on the menu! The open wooden table cracks still contain some of the food from the events. Rarely has food been eaten so poorly.

We like to eat at Espitas, it tastes very good, the waiters are friendly and attentive. The service was simply great, high praise. The buffet on Fridays and Saturdays is great - there is something for everyone. The point deduction is for the restaurant manager or whoever that was. Since I come from the industry, I look at the service with different eyes and it's not like shouting at his employees in front of the guests, running around the restaurant as if he does everything himself. Tip a team meeting before or after opening. Of course we would still be happy to come back.

Food was really good. However, the invoicing was incorrect. And be careful when choosing your drink - Rine Hefeweizen 0.5 is cheaper than the heavily diluted apple spritzer. Service seemed very scheduled and helpless.

We went for brunch on Sunday. Nice restaurant with good service (when the waiters changed shifts they were even informed that English-speaking guests were sitting at the table), decent selection at the buffet and it was regularly refilled.

How this restaurant can still have such good reviews is a mystery to me. The two of us stayed at Espitas on a Monday and had previously booked the birthday package. The birthday package alone was an absolute joke, there were a few balloons hanging on the wall and the words “Fiesta”. It looked so bland that you didn't even notice it and looked more like old standard decoration. As part of the package there was at least one muffin at the end, but there was no birthday wish from the waiter. You even have the audacity to charge an additional flat rate for this. Definitely don't believe the pictures on the website, it doesn't look nearly as decorated! In general the service was not there at all. As soon as we were greeted, we were left standing and it took a while to find the reservation in the system. The restaurant was almost empty, with only two small tables occupied. The waitress didn't think it was necessary to bring us the menu, after 10 minutes we finally received one when we asked. After more than 40 minutes we had our food, well you could have saved it. The chef didn't even manage to make simple chicken wings, instead there were charcoal briquettes. Big thank you or better 🤮 to Espitas for their full commitment to ruining the birthday dinner on every level imaginable. The place is a complete tragedy and is guaranteed to ruin you every evening. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Now we had a small company Christmas party at Espitas for the first time and were also very satisfied: the decoration was appropriate, the service from Sascha was personal and friendly. And the tacos – yum! Absolute recommendation :-)

Unfortunately, the service here is very subpar. The waiter comes every 20-30 minutes. Unfortunately that is also very average. Lots of frozen products. You get much better service for the price.

We had our company Christmas party today at Espitas Chemnitz and went to the holiday brunch. Despite the full house, the service was very attentive, friendly and fast. The buffet also left nothing to be desired. We liked it very much. What I also found really great, as an animal lover, was that 4-legged guests were also allowed access to the restaurant.

Great service - super friendly staff and the food was, as expected, a delight! We were a group of 19 and the reservation, as well as a short-term adjustment of the number of participants, was possible without any problems and special requests were taken into account on site to our complete satisfaction (and beyond). You can tell that the team at Espitas Chemnitz runs like a well-oiled machine and has fun at work. Top team, top location! The only drawback: As a stranger, I didn't see the signs to the parking lot. Well, it was dark - but even when I walked around the property I didn't notice any sign of the parking lot entrance. However, this in no way represents a reduction in the overall experience.

Went for the BBQ brunch I can only recommend, a very good and large selection of cold, warm and sweet dishes. It was always well refilled and everything tasted very good :-) All the waitresses and waiters were super nice and very, very attentive. So the service is very good. We went to an Espitas for the first time today. In any case, that wasn't the last time. The ambience is very harmonious, the service is super friendly. What was positive was that people took time for short conversations despite the stress. I can't say anything negative about the food. The BBQ buffet is plentiful and always freshly stocked. The chef prepares fresh meals upon request. We really liked it.

Very nice Mexican style restaurant. We were there for the evening buffet and had made a reservation. Everything went smoothly with the order and the table. Brief instructions from the friendly service staff take place at the table and a drink order can also be placed. The buffet and the live chef are great and it offers plenty of choice for all lovers of Tex Mex cuisine! There is also a section for dessert and typical dishes, as well as fresh fruit. The service is very good and strikes the perfect balance between caring and being annoying. :-) We'll definitely come back and go home with well-filled bellies. A tip for the parking lot is to be there in good time, as it quickly becomes overcrowded and then people park sideways everywhere.

We were there for the evening buffet. There was always enough of all the dishes, there was something suitable for everyone. Very large selection of sweets and fruit. Everything tasted very good. Drinks are a little more expensive. Staff very friendly, explained everything very well, but spoke quite quickly, so you sometimes had to ask. All in all a very nice restaurant.

Es war schön gemütlich und das Personal war Top. Die waren sooo super nett, dass man gerne Trinkgeld da gelassen hat! Es war aber meiner Meinung nach zu teuer ( Buffet für 2 Personen, Wasser und eine limo) wir haben knapp 70€ bezahlt. Das Buffet war gut, es gab von allem was, geschmacklich ging es aber es ist nicht 28 € pro Person wert. Trotzdem denke für den schönen Abend!
