We were here for Christmas brunch. You can either start brunch at 12:00 p.m. or eat at 1:00 p.m. and then eat for 2.5 hours. Unfortunately, the buffet wasn't released until around 12:30 p.m. and was refilled very slowly. Something was missing all the time and clearing it away took longer. Either you have to have more staff or you can't accept as many bookings. The food was very tasty, but it just took too long for us to get a refill.
