Erbschänke Wernsdorf in Glauchau

Wir waren mittlerweile schon mehrfach in der Erbschänke essen. Unglaublich was hier an Gastronomie geboten wird. Man kann das Essen schon als "Sterneküche" bezeichnen. Es nicht einfach nur Essen sondern ein geschmackliches Highlight !! Man kann nur hoffen, dass sich dieses kulinarische Kleinod noch möglichst lange hält. Super Leistung an das gesamte Team und wir freuen uns auf die Silvester Veranstaltung.

Tolle gehobene Gastronomie. In allen Belangen sehr gut. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr guter Gruß aus der Küche, der schon Lust auf mehr gemacht hat. Alles war sehr ansprechend zubereitet und optisch schön angerichtet. Sowohl die Suppe als auch die Hauptspeisen waren richtig lecker und geschmacklich top. Steak war on Point und die Pommes mit Parmesan ebenfalls sehr lecker. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder! Einzig das Ambiente ist nicht so schick und wirkt etwas einfach, aber das Essen macht das absolut wett. Absolut empfehlenswert! 👍

In großer Gruppe zum Mittagessen gewesen und die Bedienung hat super geklappt. Getränke kamen sehr schnell und das Essen für die Leute kam auch schnell nacheinander und war super angerichtet und lecker 😋 Tolle Leistung an Service und Küche.

Das Essen und der Service waren super.

wir waren heute zum ersten Mal in der Erbschänke zu Gast und absolut begeistert von dem super aufmerksamen Service sowie dem sensationellen Essen. Der Kellner hat steht’s überaus vorausschauend und zuvorkommend agiert und hat uns vor allem neben der Speiseauswahl der Karte zwei weitere vegetarische Gerichte vorgestellt, die wir für uns als Alternative wählten. Die Gerichte waren außerordentlich hübsch angerichtet und geschmacklich auf einem wirklich sehr hohen Niveau. Wir haben wirklich selten eine so tolle und freundliche Bewirtung erlebt, daher auch die super positive Bewertung. Wer einen gehobeneren Gaumenschmaus sucht, der ist hier an der richtigen Stelle. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Wir waren heute zum wiederholten mal zum Mittagessen in der Erbschänke. Wie immer, waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das ansprechende, stilvolle Ambiente, die sehr freundliche und niveauvolle Bedienung und natürlich vor allem das Essen tragen dazu bei. Die Speisekarte ist sehr abwechslungsreich, und es gibt immer wieder Speisen, die mich überraschen und überzeugen. Es schmeckt einfach immer wieder toll, hervorzuheben wäre auch die excellente Anrichteweise und die Liebe zum Detail. Dies hebt natürlich die Freude am Essen. Die stets sehr hochwertigen und ansprechenden amuse gueule tragen ebenso dazu bei,dass man sich hier als Gast willkommen fühlt. Man spürt in jeder Hinsicht, dass die Gastronomie für die Betreiber nicht nur ein Geschäft ist,sondern gelebt wird. Wir finden, dass die Preise fair und angemessen sind für das Gebotene. Daher eine 10 von 10 und unbedingte Empfehlung. Eine Reservierung sollte man nicht vergessen.

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant, was man auf jedenfall besuchen sollte wenn man in Glauchau ist. Wenn schönes Wetter ist, unbedingt auf der Terrasse das Essen und Trinken genießen. Ein mega Service sehr aufmerksam. Und die Küche, da fehlen mir die Worte um das Geschmackserlebnis zu beschreiben einfach sensationell. Die 5 Sterne auf jedenfall verdient. Haltet euren Stand was Essen, Service und Ambiente angeht echt hammer. Danke das wir das so genießen durften.

Essen ist gut, wenn man denn das bekommt was in der Karte steht und was man bestellt hat. Ansonsten finde ich die Preise für die Gerichte schon sehr überzogen und auch die Tischplatzierung war für mich nicht überzeugend wir saßen mitten drin und wurden von beiden Seiten ständig von anderen Gästen in ein Gespräch verwickelt. Was mich wirklich abgeholt hat war das Dessert aber der Rest tut mir leid da habe ich im Umland schon wesentlich besser gegessen

Leckeres Essen und abwechslungsreiche Karte. Es gibt eine sehr schöne Einrichtung und man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben👍

Wir waren zu Ostern hier. Wirklich hervorragend das Essen top und der Service Weltklasse. Kommen sehr gern wieder.

Wir haben zu Ostern einen Tisch gebucht und erst vor Ort bemerkt, das es nur das Ostermenü zu bestellen gibt. Wir haben uns entschieden nicht dort zu essen. Trotzdem war die Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Man kann das sehr leckere Essen im schönen Ambiente genießen, der neu gestaltete Außenbereich gefiel mir sehr.

Wir waren auf Empfehlung heute das erste Mal in der Erbschänke und es war ganz sicher nicht der letzte Besuch (haben gleich wieder reserviert). Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, familiär und sehr niveauvoll. Die Karte sowohl gut bürgerlich und gleichzeitig erlesen. Es macht schon Appetit, sich das Menu durchzulesen. Der Gruß aus der Küche unterstreicht das moderne, zeitgemäße Konzept. Die Gerichte werden toll angerichtet serviert, das Auge isst genauso mit. Hier merkt man, dass die Inhaberfamilie mit ❤️ Gastronomie lebt.

Eine wirklich schicke Gaststätte mit einem sehr angenehmen, stilvollen Ambiente. Man merkt sofort die Liebe zum Detail – von der Einrichtung bis zum Service. Das Essen war herausragend, ehrlich gesagt habe ich noch nie besser gegessen. Besonders positiv fällt das perfekt eingespielte Team zwischen Küche und Service auf, was den Abend rundum gelungen macht. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren zum wiederholten male hier essen und wissen auch aus eigener Erfahrung ( wie sauber und ordentlich es sich hinter den Kulissen abspielt und wie mit den Angestellten umgegangen wird .) Das essen war wieder mal eine 10/10 man findet immer was auch als Vegetarier wird sich immer etwas gutes überlegt . Der Service den das Team dort leistet ist immer wieder toll. Ein Dank gilt auch an den Koch der sich immer wieder etwas überlegt um die Gaumen der Gäste zu verwöhnen. Das Ambiente ist liebevoll gestaltet aber nicht überladen . Toiletten sind sauber und immer ordentlich . Parkplätze sind vor der Tür . Auf jedenfall immer wieder einen besucht wert wen man lecker und für einen guten Preis schöne Qualität haben möchte .

Besonders hervorzuheben sind die toll durchdachten und liebevoll angerichteten Speisen. Egal ob im Restaurant oder bei privaten Feiern – es hat immer alles hervorragend funktioniert. Als regelmäßige Gäste kennen wir die herausragende Küche und den exzellenten Service bereits. Gestern konnten wir ein 5-Gänge Silvestermenue mit Weinbegleitung und Mitternachtssekt genießen - allerhöchste Qualität aller Gänge, für gut 100 Personen zu servieren ist eine absolut außergewöhnliche Leistung. Kreative Küche, geschmackvoll auf dem Teller, und das alles während einem "Krimidinner for One" serviert. Auf jeden Fall in den Top-5 der Region Zwickau.

Service unfreundlich.Essen ist überteuert .Wenn man was nicht isst,bekommt man keine Alternative geboten,ich sahs ohne Essen dann da.Das schlechteste Restaurant wo mir je waren.Ich empfehle dieses keinen.Mir waren 5 Leute davon haben 4 gegessen und die Rechnung war bei 200€.

Das ist das schlechteste Restaurant in dem ich je war, essen hatte mir nicht gut geschmeckt aber das ist ja meine persönliche meinung. Dazu sind die mitarbeiter nicht gerade freundlich zu mir gewesen und das essen sieht auch nicht so aus wie auf den bildern. Kein gutes Restaurant ehrlich!!!! We discovered the cabinets while cycling today. More upscale atmosphere – we weren't dressed appropriately in cycling gear, but that didn't matter. We received warm service and had very good food. Very good value for money. We'll be back.

Star chef in no man's land, I almost wrote on the end of the world. Today we discovered a gastronomic gem by chance. Top-class craftsmanship with imagination and not the least bit aloof but rather familiar and you even get the kitchen secrets explained to you. World class, a treat that gives you goosebumps and the most beautiful sunset in the region as the icing on the cake.

We discovered the restaurant by accident! Anyone who eats here will be spoiled; it is a culinary highlight. No matter whether it's a starter, main course or dessert! It's "magic"! Let yourself be pampered and take a trip to the restaurant! Many thanks to the owners for the wonderful evening, we enjoyed it and wish you all the best for the future!

Definitely recommended - everything around was great for carnival, quick, friendly service, the spiced meat was great, cocktails were not hand-mixed, but they were prepared very quickly, the fish rolls and schnitzels were great

We were here for carnival. First of all, something about the event, it was just great, laughter and atmosphere the entire evening. A thank you to this great team. The evening was marred by the house rules lying around everywhere, even stuck on the toilet door. Absolutely cheeky, the minimum consumption of ice cream per person is €10.00, otherwise a flat rate for energy and heating costs will be charged. It's clear that you at least drink something at an event like this and the 10 euros can be reached in seconds given the prices for food and drinks. A bottle of sparkling wine costs €25 and the goulash soup as a main course costs €11.90, but now to the menu itself. The fact that it is reduced on such days is not an issue. But with 6 dishes on offer, the spiced meat should not be sold out before the event begins, completely incomprehensible. The boss herself is the unfriendly of all the staff. Its visual appearance wasn't a feast for the eyes either; the work vest is certainly available in your size. So the restaurant itself is definitely not worth a visit for me.

Were there for carnival. Hackepeter for 12.50 euros. Some of the staff were really unfriendly. The hall was hardly decorated.

Great recommendation! We spontaneously ordered a table and were really impressed. Unfortunately we didn't have that much time, otherwise we would have opted for the 5 course menu as it was really difficult for us to choose. Everything sounds very tasty. We had the coconut pumpkin soup and the carpaccio first and then zander fillet and round fillet as the main course. Extremely tasty and cooked to perfection. We'll definitely be back very soon.

We had reserved online. There was also a confirmation via email. However, we were told on site that today is only reserved for private parties. After the waiter saw our confirmation, he noticed that there was probably a technical problem. After a short consultation with the kitchen, we still got our place. Although there were two large parties there, the service was fairly structured and very hospitable. The waiter apologized several times for the oversight and, despite the situation, was always friendly, personable and kept an overview. The food was very tasty and individual requests were well taken into account. The ingredients were very fresh and of good quality. This means the price is absolutely justified. We will definitely come back, especially because of the good service.

We had dinner with seven people. Were received very warmly. The small and delicious touches from the kitchen were excellent and made us very happy. Our daughter celebrated the prom here with her class on June 15, 2024. What the team around the fahrer family has offered the students and their guests is indescribable. It's rare to see such a great buffet and the service was just great. The mood throughout the entire evening was accordingly exuberant.

At the invitation of my parents, we were guests at the Erbschänke for the first time today. Rarely have I been able to enjoy such an all-round perfect gastronomic experience. The atmosphere is cozy and invites you to linger. The service is absolutely friendly, courteous and attentive. The food (starter of Angus beef tartare and main course of asparagus with Wiener Schnitzel) were on point. Lovingly prepared and perfectly seasoned.
