Tastes great so we regularly have kebabs and we only get them there 🤌🏻 Unfortunately, there are deductions in the ambience

After a bad review on my part, they started doing better; the person at the checkout is always nice, but the one who makes the pizza is not a very nice person... maybe it's my prejudice!

Full marks 🙏🏻 Great service - everyone is super friendly - the boss is always especially nice :) . The food is always top-notch. I have nothing negative to complain about. Keep it up! And to everyone else writing about poor hygiene, etc.! PLEASE DON'T TALK CRAP AND GIVE THE OWNERS A BAD REPUTATION! I go there every day (because Netto is there too) and all I can say about these negative comments is - it's absolutely NOT true! SHAME ON YOURSELF!

My girlfriend ordered for us today. The delivery time was okay, but the Chinese noodles with crispy duck weren't that tasty at all. The duck wasn't crispy at all; quite the opposite; it was completely wobbly and had quite a few fatty rinds on it. The duck didn't taste good this time either. I have to say, we've ordered from there several times before, and it's always been delicious. If we get such wobbly duck next time, it will be the last time, and you'll have one less family ordering from you. I don't want diarrhea, because the food ended up straight back in the toilet from my intestines, unfortunately. And I've never gotten diarrhea from your food. Best wishes.

This review is quite old but was suddenly blocked by Google... Ordered through Lieferando. Overall, it was OK, but nothing special and not worth repeating. The meat was OK, but just not great, as were the sauces. The portion size could have been larger for my taste. Furthermore, the fries seemed to have some grease on them. However, the salad and krupuk were fresh, which is something you'd expect from the latter.

Absolutely terrible ordering through Lieferando, and the dip is missing. They then called me and accused me of being a liar. After that, my delivery was suddenly canceled with a refund, and Lieferando said I should get my money back, but I paid in cash and haven't received a response from Lieferando or Epis. I can only recommend staying away and ordering from somewhere else.

I just ordered a custom pizza from Epis. As a note, I specifically wrote that instead of the tomato sauce, I would like a hollandaise sauce. In the end, I got the complete opposite. 😵‍💫😵‍💫🤷‍♂️🖕🏻

We have ordered several times. Reasonable quantities, good quality, and acceptable delivery times.

Doner kebab = boring... although the herb sauce with mint is more of a standout. But: if you order Wiener schnitzel with fries, you'll get (as my partner said) pork!!! Brilliant, not that stupid turkey mush. 2 schnitzels with a side of salad and fries (perfectly seasoned, crispy, yet soft in the middle) for €9.90. Even the oven-baked schnitzel with cheese and mushroom sauce (mushrooms really fresh) was pleasantly tasty and satisfying. Asian dishes: European-style delicious! Fresh ingredients and vegetables NOT hard. The duck is incredibly good. The sauces are simply delicious. I'll definitely be back! P.S.: Ate everything there.

A great shop in itself. My girlfriend and I like ordering from here. The food is always delicious. Unfortunately, a delivery instruction was ignored for the second time. This was probably the last time we order.

We ordered there three times today and had to wait almost two hours for our order, only to discover that half the meat in our chicken doner was raw and therefore uneatable. The last time we ordered, we also got a regular doner instead of a chicken doner.

I've been a regular customer at your place for a while now, and I remember times when a doner kebab cost €3.50. The fact that prices have risen since then, partly due to inflation and higher energy costs, isn't a problem. If the quality was right for €6.00, it wouldn't be a problem. But it's unacceptable that you buy a doner kebab from you and don't give the meat time to brown, so you end up with light brown, gray meat on your doner. That's not nice, it's disgusting! There are a few kebab shops nearby that manage to do the same and wait until the meat is brown before cutting it. If it happens a few more times, that's it for me with Epis; I'd rather take the trip and go to Mehrower Allee to buy my doner kebab.

We ordered from Lieferando, and the pasta was actually quite tasty. My portion of currywurst and fries was not tasty at all. The fries were far too soggy, and the currywurst was completely unpalatable by Berlin standards. It's a shame, because you can't really go wrong with currywurst.

Completely unbaked bread that falls apart when eaten. You can't eat it like that at all.

Otherwise the food was always very good, today unfortunately a disaster - noodle soup with a disgusting sauce and the same sauce in the wonton soup. A no go.

First time ordering there and probably the last time too. 30 to 55 minutes was indicated, after 1 hour 36 minutes a call was made. The statement was that the driver is on the way and you can't tell me how long it will take. It would have been a 6-minute drive and I got the food after 1 hour and 52 minutes. The food itself was “okay” but nothing more than that. Very unfortunate...

Prices are correct on the board ;) but if you have to pay a whopping €5 extra for a large portion of pasta, that's pretty bad!!

It's a shame that the cream schnitzel doesn't say that it has mushrooms, so I couldn't eat it after it was delivered. Information about this in the menu would be very helpful

It can get worse! No matter when I order it comes at least an hour later It would be ok if I got what I paid for, but that's not the case!!!! I am very dissatisfied! But that doesn't matter, nothing changes!!!!

juten evening, The first time we ordered there and we went straight to the jenuss, we had to wait 1 hour 35 minutes for our lukewarm, stuffy food... very nice... when we asked, they said the driver was just leaving... of course... I could have thought that... hehe So we won't be ordering there again...!!! It may be that you have a lot to do there, but then you should be honest with the actual arrival time of the order or hire more drivers...!!! 2 stars because the portions were pleasantly large, otherwise only 1 star... 1. They make the best doner sauce. Super delicious. 2. It's been my regular doner kebab shop since they opened, but recently they've drastically increased their prices. They now charge €4.80 for a doner kebab. Simply too expensive for a doner kebab. Too bad, but it's not meant to be :) Thanks for the reply. Of course, costs have increased, but then they'd rather accept the lack of customers. But if that's still acceptable for you, then everything's fine :) A customer who buys for €4 generates more revenue than a customer who doesn't buy at all for €4.80. Unfortunately, we're now the second. UPDATE 3 YEARS LATER. We'd almost gotten used to €5.60 for a doner kebab, and now it shoots up to €6. What a shame. Especially since some of the colleagues there serve really light and not very filling.

When ordering via Lieferando there was a 45 minute waiting time, but that quickly turned into + another 1 hour 15 minutes. After about 1.5 hours I asked what it looked like, and they just said it wasn't far to deliver and the driver was on the way... but the driver can't do anything about it if something goes wrong with the organization. I will refrain from ordering there in the future.

We ordered through Lieferando and the delivery took over 2 hours. We had to call twice and ask where our food was. We won't order again.

The lasagnas that were delivered not only looked very soupy, they also only tasted like broth and water, and the noodles were totally soft. One bite and into the trash, waste of money. The service on the phone was also totally disinterested. I won't buy there anymore

All I can say is that you can eat well here. Sometimes you have to bring some time. But overall there is something for everyone here.

This time very dissatisfied. Lasagna a dollop and a lot of tomato sauce and also burnt at the bottom, schnitzel with fries + salad a touch of a dollop. Just not worth the money. Because we ordered normally at normal prices, and not directly on the "Epis" site where 10% is offered. So very, very little was delivered and the quality this time left something to be desired 😡. I did a review 3 years ago and everything was great. I just deleted these. Food is still great. I always order 1 a week to collect myself and that has become a disaster. They say it's ready in 20 minutes and you're there and still waiting forever. You get stupid answers and excuses from the staff, the food doesn't start until you've been standing there for a while, that's not the point of picking it up yourself with a time limit. There was nothing going on there, more than enough staff just standing around. And then you get answers like the ones I got when I was upset. Sorry, but the service has been a disaster lately and I think it's getting worse every week.

I ordered a Dürum with extra meat. There were a lot of small pieces that were completely raw, several cartilage and some pieces burned, I had to puke. Burger is ok there.

Unfortunately the kebabs today were a disappointment. I ordered 3 kebabs for my husband and I. I wanted my kebab with herb sauce and extra herb sauce. So double. After all, it costs an extra €1. Unfortunately the extra was missing. So you earned €1 on top. The meat wasn't that great this time either. Not juicy at all, but already fried to death, dry and burnt. That's a shame at a price of €8.50. In the past we have always been very satisfied. Only this time whoever prepares the kebab must have been on vacation. Next time you'll try harder.

We ordered today at 12:50 p.m. We then called at 2:15 p.m. and asked in a really friendly manner where the food was. We were told the driver was on the way and should be there in 2-3 minutes. We ordered through Liferando. 1. We waited almost 1 1/2 hours 2. The kebab was delivered incorrectly After calling (they were very friendly on the phone) a new kebab was delivered but only after almost 1 1/2 hours.

Been a loyal customer for a long time. Unfortunately you have now lost me due to rudeness, incompetence and lack of customer service. Order regularly and always the same thing. ALWAYS order for delivery in the Order Smart app. I am familiar with the operation. Unfortunately - probably due to an IT problem, which was confirmed to me by the restaurant over the phone - it was transferred "for collection". However, I only found out about this later. I called 1 hour after the requested delivery time and was told that there was the computer problem in question, but that my food was on the way. 30 minutes later I was called by the same person telling me when I wanted to pick up my food, it would have been here for an hour. When I asked for the food to be delivered to me - as I had ordered - I was told in a snippy and unfriendly manner that I would only get the old, cold food delivered - for a new meal I would have to place a new order and pay accordingly. That's customer service you love. If you order, you should only use cash if possible - the app's service provider will also let you down. In the end, you will have problems getting your money back. Such a huge snot!!! My daughter ordered for us directly via Lieferando, after waiting for over an hour, she called epis again: they said the order was already out (so we had to wait again), after another 30 minutes of waiting, things got too busy for us - -> called again and said the order hadn't come through. What a rip off!!!

Delivery time extremely long, 90 minutes. 40 minutes were given. There was hardly any meat on the kebabs and the driver demanded more money than was on the bill. Meat quality poor, food cold. Never again!

My family and I have been going here for years and are always very satisfied. Colleagues are all super friendly (especially the boss). I don't know what it's like when you order because we always get our food locally, but from my experience I can only recommend Landen.

On Sunday at 1:40 p.m. ordered kebab and Turkish pizza with baklava. After 1.5 hours the food arrived. Cold, of course. In addition, baklava was forgotten. Had to call and it was delivered. Baklava is not homemade or something similar, but also a pre-packaged one, and no pistachios but something colored green. In our opinion, not recommended.

Doner tastes good, nothing special. Prices are fair. Fries and currywurst okay too. I would like the currywurst to be more spicy.

Dirty, disgusting shop, don't even wash your hands before touching your food, let alone when you blow your nose, you wash your hands in the normal case. I'm amazed that the health department didn't say anything, ugh And on top of that, they think they can be kidding. 3 days ago they said that a peanut sauce cost me €2, now suddenly it costs €3, that's why I wanted my money back. They speak in their own language, and be honest with their customers Because of a few euros they are fooling every customer!!!!!!

I've known the shop since 1993, this is my childhood kebab and it will always be the best. Toppings and sauces are standard Berlin equipment - workers' kebab 🤙🏾

Heute Doenner bestellt, kam super schnell und lecker, gern wieder, ein Tip, vielleicht Servietten mit in die Bestellung legen

Rot Curry / 3x Doppel Big Burger / 2x Chickenburger / 2x Doppel Cheeseburger / 2x Cheeseburger /Chickenwings und einen Brokkoliauflauf bestellt. Es dauerte !!! keine !!! 30 Minuten. Das Essen war Super Lecker!!! Alles Super Frisch !!! Es war alles sehr heiß, was bei vielen Lieferdiensten ja nicht der Fall ist. Personal super freundlich. Wir haben schon oft dort bestellt und werden auch weiterhin dort bestellen. Wir können Epis nur wärmstens empfehlen. Und mein Favorit der Doppel Big Burger ist der Hammer. Auch das Schnitzel in Pilzrahmsauce ist der Hammer. Also bis jetzt hatten wir noch nie etwas auszusetzen und jeder Extrawunsch wurde exakt beachtet und auch richtig abgearbeitet. Macht weiter so !!!! Wir würden mehr wie 5 🌟 geben.

Habe eine falsche Bestellung erhalten gehabt, daraufhin habe ich bei Epis Angerufen und sie kamen innerhalb von 10 Min mit dem Essen was ich bestellt habe. Mega nette Mitarbeiter und sehr Leckeres Essen, nur zum weiterempfehlen!

Chinapfanne bestellt. Es war sehr lecker! Stern Abzug weil ich quasi Nachbar bin und ich so genervt bin von den Partys die ab und an unter der Woche stattfinden und ich schlafen will! ..... will mich aber nicht mit den Russen anlegen... Ansonsten Personal sehr nett :)

Essen geht so ,Pizza ist ne 3 - und Chicken burger 5. Ihr müsst was ändern wird immer schlechter das essen !

Das Essen ist preislich wirklich noch am passabelsten. Genau das ist auch der Grund, warum ich jetzt nur noch da bestelle. Man hat eine Vielfalt und eine gute Auswahl. Wünsche zur Verbesserung: Geschmacklich dürfte es noch mit mehr Raffinesse gewürzt sein und gerne auch mal eine türkische Linsensuppe oder eben Türkische Gerichte wie Adana Döner anbieten.

Also von 10 Bestellungen 8 zu verhauen ist schon ne starke Nummer. Entweder werden Zutaten ,die ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen werden (Allergie) dennoch mit reingemacht, oder es kommen Toppics,die bezahlt worden einfach nicht an. Wenn es nicht (meistens) so gut schmecken würde, würde ich hier keinen Cent mehr lassen. Die Lieferzeiten sind utopisch, bei Abholung kann man nur den Kopf schütteln -->> Pizza wird bereits rausgegeben ,bevor der Rest der Bestellung überhaupt angefangen wurde herzustellen... Die Arbeitsmoral scheint allgemein nicht sehr hoch zu sein ( 5 Männer stehen und machen Späße während nur einer arbeitet und 1h Wartezeit bei Lieferung..irgendwas läuft da falsch) Wäre toll,wenn die Herren das in Zukunft besser hinbekommen würden,denn irgendwann ist auch meine Toleranzgrenze überschritten.

Heute nen Döner und ne Chinapfanne geholt....mir war schon von weniger schlecht.Döner fast kalt,Chinapfanne sehr geschmacklos.War mal nen guter Laden,aber das Geld heut, hätte ich mir sparen können.

Döner heute ungenießbar. Scharfe sosse falsch dosiert. Fleisch verbrannt. Rotkraut gekippt (d. H. schlecht). In Auslage mehrere tote fliegen.

Essen ist eigentlich ganz ok… lieferzeit und Bedienung eher nicht Schade hatte eigentlich Potenzial gehabt ein gutes Restaurant zu sein Unfreundlich und teils nicht kompetente Arbeit am Telefon macht das noch schwerer Wer ganz gutes Essen aber schwachen Service haben will ist hier genau richtig Ps: macht lieber keine extra wünsche

Qualität schwankt merklich! Leider, manchmal in Ordnung manchmal wirklich mangelhaft, Luft nach oben ist auf jeden Fall,zumal man mal überlegen sollte ob man bei den heftigen Preisen nicht mehr darauf achtet das alles stimmt!

Bestellen sehr häufig hier oder holen es auch mal vor Ort ab. Der Döner ist immer frisch und lecker.

Es ist ein Imbiss. Die Speisen sind ganz ordentlich, eben Imbiss.

Leider wird es immer schlechter. Wir bestellen schon seit Jahren regelmäßig und merken den Abstieg langsam aber sicher. Dieses mal haben wir 110min gewartet. Pizza war gut aber das Ei auf der Pizza halb roh. Suppe vergessen... Türkische Pizza ging so... Manchmal funktioniert es bei epis ist aber selten geworden und deshalb habe ich beschlossen mein Geld wo ander Auszugeben. Ihr müsst was ändern das ist sicher irgend wo ist der Wurm drin bei euch.

Durchschnittlicher Imbiss aber freundliche Bedienung

Bestelle sehr sehr oft hier, sehr lecker egal ob Pasta, Döner oder, Asia. Essen ist noch sehr heiß und Lieferzeit stimmt auch, nur ab und anmal kommt es zu lange warten Zeiten, meistens Sonntags, dies ist aber Normal. Updates: Auch hier hat die Preiserhöhung keinen Halt gemacht, werde natürlich weiter hier bestellen ;). Da Epis auch von etwas Leben muss!. Ich hoffe sie explodieren nicht weiter, dies war für mich immer einer der Gründe nur bei Epi's zu bestellen!.

Also wir bestellen oft hier, eigentlich immer gut gewesen. In letzter Zeit kommt das Essen nicht wie gewohnt an, der Belag der Pizza (Siehe Foto) war nicht auf der Pizza sondern daneben, wir mussten es dann selber wieder richten. Dann, wenn man 3x Chinesisch bestellt mit Cashewkernen in der Soße, und 3x keine Nüsse drin sind, frag ich mich, wieso die das so anbieten. Schon etwas ärgerlich. Ansonsten werden Wünsche mal berücksichtigt und mal nicht. Falsches Essen kam auch schon öfter an. An sich ist es dort meistens immer heiß und schmeckt gut. Aber man sollte mehr auf die Bestellungswünsche eingehen, wenn kein Gemüse oder Pilze in der Soße sein sollen, dann bitte das auch umsetzen. Wenn Erdnusssoße bestellt wird, dann keine braune Soße liefern.

Macht sehr lecker Döner. Aber die Organisation ist nicht ganz so gut. Man kann schon mal einige Zeit warten auf seine Bestellung. Deswegen gibt es von mir 4⭐.
