Enzos Pizza Abhol- und Lieferservice in Würzburg

Ordered 2 pizzas on Monday evening. According to Lieferando, delivery time is 20-45 minutes. The pizzas arrived after 1 hour 40 (!) Unfortunately it was also the worst pizza I've had in a long time and of course it was cold. There was no sign of the extra cheese that was ordered

After the third call because it still wasn't there, the food arrived cold after about 2 hours. The woman was on the phone twice and said it would take another 10 minutes. Both times it was a lie and nothing was received. The third time a man was on the phone and was extremely unfriendly and rude. If we ask, we should get a discount on the next order, but I don't want to order from this service again. At least the driver Mike was nice.

I've ordered here many times, the food was always delicious, the drinks were cold and everything arrived on time. The delivery person is also very friendly. I can particularly recommend the pizza Frutti di Mare/Tonno and Speciale. Everything's okay in terms of price, anyone who orders via the website also gets a small discount and ensures that the boys and girls at the pizzeria get the money and not some crappy delivery app.

The food came way too late. Given that it would take 20-45 minutes, we called for the first time after 75 minutes and was told the driver would be there shortly. The game was repeated three times. The promised free meal due to the delay turned into just a discount. Conclusion: Delivery 2-3 times longer than stated, Contact very unfriendly and annoyed, Delay tactics so that you always wait longer. In the end, food was probably okay but logically cold. We definitely won't be ordering any more.

I paid €17 for a pepperoni sausage pizza (small). What was forgotten was that the pizza was supposed to be big and that it also included a tiramisu... weak!

So the delivery service is absolutely unbelievable! Waited for over 2 hours because the driver was supposedly at a point where no one was. Then, according to the boss, 2 drivers would have been sent out. And what leaves you absolutely speechless: the boss had already tried to call my friend via Facebook 🤣🤣🤣 (he doesn't even have Facebook)! All the pizzas were warm, as if you were trying to find excuses just because you might. has difficulties (big crowd or something). Then you can just say that! So *shake head* really..... Ordered a special, the driver didn't even have it with him. Paid via Paypal and didn't get any 👌🏻 just "no thanks"!

I ordered there via Lieferando. So Pizza BBQ was sensational! Fresh salad and good portion. Driver super friendly. The only thing that annoyed me a little was that my two extras were missing from the pizza. Otherwise absolutely recommended

party pizza even specially said good by having a pizza whoever you can say pizza... all the fun for 30€ some people should really consider changing jobs

I ordered a large pizza special (32 cm) with garlic through Lieferando and shrimps in garlic butter as a starter. The delivery came earlier than announced, was warm like in a restaurant and everything tasted delicious. The driver handed over the food in a friendly and careful manner. I will definitely eat something from Enzo again

We've ordered pizza from Enzos several times and it's always been good, but today we ordered a party pizza and you'd think it would be quite soft, like most pizza delivery places, but quite the opposite... the pizza was just great and great baked through 👍🏼. Anytime again 👌🏼

I feel like the portions are continually getting smaller. My bowl of noodles was only half full. The pizza and trombini were burnt black. I am very disappointed and will not order from here again. Otherwise, the food always tasted very good, arrived quickly and hot, and was usually of the same, very good quality.

Everyone has their own taste when it comes to pizza and I don't like pizzas with a thin crust. But here we were surprised 👀 Really great pizza, super tasty and the base of the pizza was just right despite the thickness, where many others fail: slightly crispy on the outside (edge), soft and fluffy on the inside 👍 I just got the vegan 🌱 salami pizza🍕 just for myself and I think it's really cool 👌 and those who pick it up also get 15% off their order!

The pizza was excellent, the pizza sauce was very flavorful. The grilled vegetables were very tasty. The shrimp were fresh and good quality. The pizza for dessert with apples, sour cream and cinnamon was also very tasty, prepared with love. I can only recommend the shop, one of the best pizzas in a long time.

30€ for frozen pizza and a run-of-the-mill pasta sauce. The only good experience with Enzo was the very nice Lieferando driver. Unfortunately it didn't taste good.

Ordered 2 different pastas. Sauces were identical and tasted like they came from a canister. The salmon is certainly not fresh, but pre-prepared. The perfectly identical cuboids cannot be explained in any other way. Cocktail tomatoes were completely missing. Unfortunately, pizza is just below average. All in all, you get the impression from the taste that a lot of ready-made products are used here. Delivery itself was quick.

We love Enzo's pizza and have always eaten well despite ordering frequently. Apart from that, there is always a good atmosphere there when you come by to pick up. :-) If an error happened, it was fixed. We continue to order happily and regularly!

Order with a voucher from 2023 (birthday gift for the 83rd) originally worth 83 euros. It was issued by the previous owner and confirmed as still valid by previous employees. Delivery was delayed by 20 minutes, instead of 60 minutes it was 80 minutes. First the voucher was billed by a non-German speaking driver, then a call from the owner, the voucher was rejected. My mum, 76 years old with my dad 83 years old and in need of care was so overwhelmed and ultimately disappointed that she paid the amount and also took the voucher (evidence). ) that their property was given to the driver. Damage €62, remainder of the voucher. Pizzas were bad to mediocre, at least I got heartburn, which is a sign of bad ingredients. The pizzas from the previous owner were better. I can only guess whether it was because of the ingredients, the cook, or something else. It's reminiscent of mafia methods when you shamelessly exploit the helplessness of people of blessed age. Commercially a dishonor without a cure. Humanly abnormal. Unfortunately there are no minus stars, clear rejection and warning about this supplier.

Pizza delivered too early and now sits in the kitchen for 40 minutes to cool down. I explicitly mentioned the time for delivery twice on the phone. Mistakes happen, I didn't think it was a big deal. I then called again (the lady on the phone was very nice, the only positive experience). To compensate for my cold pizza, I was offered a free drink with my next order. Aside from the fact that there won't be a next order, there is a promotion where I got a free drink anyway. I mean, I don't get anything, really great. I was really happy. If he had just apologized, it wouldn't have been a problem. But offering this “compensation” cannot be surpassed in terms of audacity.

We have ordered from Enzo many times and have never been disappointed! The pizzas are really big, perfectly topped and so delicious that even my brother from the city often comes here to get pizzas here. I can highly recommend the vegetarian calzone, it even has fresh mushrooms in it - I've ordered it a few times and found it SOOO delicious every time! The boss is also really nice, funny and easy-going and the people behind the counter (especially the new young lady) are very friendly. We are really happy that we have such a good pizza maker in town and hope that Enzo stays here for a long time! :-) In any case, we will continue to order regularly!

Starter was prawns with olive bread, which was good. Unfortunately a little less shrimp, but generous with the bread. I also ordered pizza, unfortunately it was too greasy for my taste. Pizza box was soggy at the bottom and it was really shiny. Prices are ok I won't order again though...

Sehr leckere Pizza mit vielen veganen Optionen. Schneller und wirklich freundlicher Lieferdienst. Beliefert wird auch in einem sehr großen Radius in und um Würzburg. Preise sind dafür auch vollkommen ok.

Einer der besten Pizza Lieferdienste der Region. Super Pizza, klasse Pasta und zum Nachtisch eine Tiramisu zum Niederknien. Wir bestellen mehrmals die Woche dort, das spricht für sich selbst. Obendrein super freundlicher Service. Alles Topp.

Eigentlich immer sehr schnell und sehr lecker wäre nur echt cool wenn ihr die schneiden würdet aber ist kein Kritikpunkt da man es ja bei der Bestellung mit angeben kann. Also an sich immer alles top und auch immer gut belegt :)

Haben dort am 12.03.2023 bestellt und waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr gut für eine Lieferpizza und auch ein fairer Preis. Wirklich zu empfehlen. Macht weiter so! (Entschuldigung das die Bewertung erst jetzt kommt, hab schon mal geschrieben vor 2 ein halb Monaten geschrieben, hat aber anscheinend nicht geklappt.)

Wir hatten eine vegane Salami-Schinken-Pizza zum abholen bestellt. Durch ein Missverständnis haben wir die falsche Pizza bekommen - Die Reklamation war super unproblematisch, wir bekamen dann die richtige und die Pizza war sehr lecker :) wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach nur lecker, immer wieder gerne. Bin total begeistert gewesen und würde jederzeit wieder dort etwas bestellen👍😊

Leider haben bei meiner Bestellung gleich zwei Dinge gefehlt. Der Rucola auf der Pizza sowie der Dip zu den Trombinis. Geschmacklich war aber nichts zu beanstanden. Am 01.05.2023 das zweite Mal dort bestellt und leider wieder enttäuscht wurden. Das Essen kam 45 Minuten zur früh. Damit war die Essensplanung dahin. Glücklicherweise waren wir zu Hause. War wohl das letzte mal das wir dort bestellt haben. Der Chef hat sich persönlich bei mir entschuldigt. Was ich sehr zuvorkommend finde

Wir wollten den neuen Laden gleich mal ausprobieren. Also gesagt, getan. Angerufen und bestellt. Eine sehr nette Dame hat unsere Bestellung aufgenommen. Nach 20 min durften wir unser Essen holen. Als wir wieder zuhause waren, fiel uns leider auf, dass wir nur eine kleine Pizza bekommen hatten, haben allerdings die Große bestellt gehabt. Natürlich haben wir auch die große Pizza berechnet bekommen. Die Trombinis und die Nudeln waren lecker, es gab sogar zwei Dips für die Trombinis. Bei dem Tiramisu war ich ein bisschen enttäuscht, da hier sehr viel Creme verwendet wurde und man eigentlich nur Sahne geschmeckt hat. Alles in Allem ein guter Laden. Manche Dinge auf jeden Fall noch ausbaufähig. Preis - Leistung finde ich stimmt nicht ganz. Im Vergleich zu anderen italienischen Restaurants, zu teuer, dafür das es „nur“ ein Abhol- und Lieferservice ist.

Der Wahnsinn so geht Pizza und Pasta heute. Die Pizza ist heiss, knusprig und lecker, die Nudeln sind auf den Punkt gekocht und man schmeckt die frischen Zutaten. Ich war total von der Super Qualität der Speisen überrascht. In Würzburg versucht man vergeblich so einen richtig guten Lieferservice! Weiter so!

Haben Pizza bestellt. Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht. Das Telefonat war sehr freundlich. Die Pizza kam zur vereinbarten Zeit und hat wirklich sehr lecker geschmeckt! Jeder Zeit gerne wieder!

War jetzt 2 mal bei Enzos einmal Nudel und einmal Pizza abgeholt beides sehr Lecker. Nur zu empfehlen.
