Nachdem wir unseren gratis Cookie nach dem 10 mal nicht mehr bekammen, bestellten wir Zwei ofenfrische Chocolate Chip Cookies, daraufhin beleidigte uns der Onkel der dort arbeitet als deppen. Am 2. April, als alles zusammenkam, überkam mich der Hunger mit voller Wucht. Ich dachte mir: „Hey, ich hol mir ne Pizza, ich bin total ausgehungert.“ Ich bestellte eine superleckere Pizza mit Aioli. Der Fahrer kam – ein echt cooler Typ, muss ich sagen. Er hatte die Aioli nicht vom Restaurant bekommen. Mir sank das Herz. Ich brauchte die Aioli sofort, um meine Depression zu vertreiben. Ich fing an, die Pizza mit Tränen in den Augen zu essen.

Schnelle Lieferung, freundlicher Service und die Pizza war frisch und lecker. Gute Auswahl und faire Preise – bestelle hier gerne wieder.

Pizza ok, Domino's halt. Leider war die Mitarbeiterin sehr unfreundlich, deswegen nur 2 * Overall.

Ich bin sehr lange kunde aber sowas geht garnicht Meine Frau bestellte heute 2 Pizzas. Pan Chicken Döner Pizza Basicsauce Tomate No Bassis sauce Döner Knoblauch . 1. Ging das mit dem 50 % Rabat nicht , 2 . Wollte ich Pizza in grösse 28 cm für 33.98 € . Und bekamen 2 x Pizza 25 cm für 30.98 € frechheit. Soetwqs geht garnet Pizza voll latschig und nicht geschmeckt , werde in zukunft überlegen ob ich oder meine Frau noch bestellen ist nicht das erste mal frechheit. Der chef kann sich gerne melden . Die unfreundlich und schlecht gelaunte Mitarbeiterin, die uns unsere Bestellung gegeben hat, hatte kein Respekt vor Kunden bzw. Menschen allgemein. Bei der Online Auswahl der Gerichte konnte man kein extra Besteck auswählen, weshalb wir dann gefragt hatten und nur eine patzige Antwort kam : ,,Das Holzbesteck kostet etwas“. Dadurch, dass ich freiheitlicher Aktivität davor nachgegangen bin, hatte ich kein Portmonee dabei und somit nur mein Handy mit der Karte. Dementsprechend, blieb mir keine andere Wahl als die 30 Cent mit Karte zu bezahlen. Als ich gefragt habe ob das auch mit Karte okay ist, hat sie uns gar ausgelacht und sich vor dem ganzen Laden und den anderen Kunden uns fertig gemacht. Obwohl das Zahlen mit Karte nicht mehr Arbeit ,vielleicht sogar wenig als bei der Barzahlung, gemacht hat sie uns vor allen bloß gestellt und despektierlich behandelt. Zudem muss man sagen dass die von Anfang an unfreundlich zu uns war. Essen war okay.

Ich möchte mich mit der Rezension bei euch bedanken! Super geile Aktion… eine Freundin liegt in Würzburg im Krankenhaus. Ich selbst bin in Düsseldorf gebunden… Aber ihr habe es geschafft die Pizza für sie und das Pflegepersonal quasi auf Zimmer zu liefern! Wie geil ist das denn bitte?!🙏🏽

Nach langer Zeit mal wieder probiert. Früher megalecker. Irgendwann immer weniger kross gebacken, trotz mehrmaligem feedback geben. Mittlerweile auch geschmacklich nur noch mäßiges Mittelfeld. So böse es sich leider anhört, da sind einge Tiefkühlpizzen deutlich besser. Sehr schade.

Sehr schade, dass ich keine Vegane Pizza mehr bestellen konnte. Bescheuert ist natürlich, dass ich mir für die Lieferung keine Andere Filiale auswählen konnte, denn die anderen Filialen in Würzburg führen anscheinend noch vegane Pizza

Wir kommen aus Ulm und kennen von dort die Pizzen und sind von diesen auch begeistert gewesen. Hier in Würzburg war das Personal sehr freundlich aber die Pizzen sind leider nicht mit denen in Ulm zu vergleichen. Sie waren aber okay.

Die schlechteste Pizza der Welt. Absolut widerlich. Das kann man nicht mal Pizza nennen.

Was für ein Mist Laden. Habe jahrelang regelmäßig bei dieser Pizzakette bestellt und liefern lassen. Jetzt auf einmal sind wir nicht mehr im Liefergebiet, obwohl wir Luftlinie höchstens 2 km weit entfernt wohnen. Ein großes Lob an die Zentrale, für diese spitzen Sparmaßnahme. Für mich und mein Familie hat sich Dominos erledigt.Behandelt gute Kunden nur weiter so! Vielen Dank auch.

Nach meiner Erfahrung ist dieser Laden ein Paradebeispiel dafür, wie man Kund*innen vergrault. Eine versehentlich aufgegebene Bestellung habe ich sofort telefonisch storniert – angeblich ohne Problem. Mein Geld habe ich trotzdem nie wieder gesehen. Stattdessen wird mir erzählt, die Bestellung sei „abgeholt“ worden. Komisch, denn ich war es sicher nicht. Für mich wirkt das wie eine billige Ausrede, um sich nicht um eine Rückerstattung kümmern zu müssen. Absolut unprofessionell, kundenfeindlich und schlicht respektlos. Wenn man für nichts 30 Euro kassiert, sagt das alles über den Service aus. Ich kann nach dieser Erfahrung nur dringend abraten.

Habe relativ spät abends zum ersten mal hier bestellt,eine Pizza Caprese und eine Pizza Funghi. Lieferung kam recht schnell, nur leider zwei falsche Pizzen. Ein davon mit Salami, bisschen doof als Vegetarier. Edit: Hatte im Nachgang sehr freundlichen Kontakt zum Kundenservice und habe einen Coupon über die unpassende Pizza bekommen. Damit kann ich leben👍

Unter aller Sau!!! Erstens sind die Pizzen mehr als ekelhaft und noch dazu keine Alternativen wenn man allergisch auf eine der Zutaten hat statt dessen gibt es Pizza Brot mit Salami obwohl es eine Salami Pizza sein sollte. 3-4 Käse Sorten zur Auswahl aber keine wenn man gegen morzarella allergisch ist!!!! Drecks laden zurück mit Domino’s wo es her kam!!!!

We stopped in at short notice to grab a bite to eat. Service was okay. The food was delicious.

When hiring, delivery drivers should first be taught the difference between service and customer service. The driver is simply rude and disrespectful. Do the e-scooters already have a flashing blue light that overrides traffic regulations? (Scooter parked in front of an elevator, made a rude and provocative remark when asked to do so.) Greetings to the driver who delivered to the hospital on August 25th at 6:30 p.m.

Domino's Courier Mocks Deaf Resident The Incident: A Brief Moment with a Big Impact A deaf man was trying to walk home when a Domino's courier stood in his way. The delivery vehicle blocked the entrance to the house. The man tried to politely and calmly explain, using gestures and accompanying speech, that he had to pass. But the courier didn't just ignore the request – he reacted maliciously. Instead of pulling over or offering help, the driver began to mimic the deaf man's speech. He pointedly twisted his mouth, mimicking slurred sounds, and thus mimicking the articulation common to many deaf people. Passersby observed the scene – the deaf man was visibly shocked and felt exposed. The situation wasn't just embarrassing for him – it was discriminatory, hurtful, and degrading. Many deaf people experience exactly such scenes on a regular basis. Therefore, this case is not an isolated incident, but a symptom of a deeper social problem.

We always order our pizza here. They advertise 60 points for a free pizza. During the checkout process, I'm always told I get 10 points. I just don't know where I get them. My account always says "You're 60 points away from your free pizza!" Otherwise, the pizza is delicious, but it depends on the driver whether it's hot or cold. Unfortunately, we've had that happen before, and it doesn't taste good either.

I ordered one supreme cheese crust pizza and they overcooked it. The cheese became so hard that they could not even do proper pieces and it was hard to separate them and chew. The pizza itself was not soft at all. I would never recommend :(

I ordered three pizzas: 2x salami and 1x BBQ chicken The delivery came quite quickly and the driver was also very friendly. Unfortunately, when I got to the apartment I discovered that the BBQ was still raw, i.e. the dough had hardly risen at all, let alone the pizza had any color at all. When I called, I was offered a subsequent delivery with the information that the pizza would simply be baked longer this time. As proof, I also offered to give the pizza to the driver so that another inspection could take place on site. So far so good. After waiting for a while, the same driver came back. This time I inspected the pizza right at the door. At first glance everything was fine, but unfortunately this wasn't fully baked either: the dough didn't rise again towards the middle - in other words, raw dough appeared under the lush topping. So I called them again. However, I wasn't really believed. You have to check this on site first. Okay, no problem. So I gave the driver both pizzas to return. A call soon came, but unfortunately it contained more justification and excuses instead of offering customer-oriented solutions. When I asked him to simply refund the money for this pizza, he said he couldn't decide. So he probably described the case in writing to his superior. Unfortunately, he was apparently no longer available, so at my insistence (reluctantly - at least that was my perception) the operations manager was informed, from whom he was given approval for a refund. It's a shame how my complaint was responded to and of course that the pizza (even if it was subsequently delivered) was apparently not checked before delivery in order to avoid such an annoyance (certainly for both sides). However, I still hope that my well-intentioned advice to discuss the baking time at the next team meeting will actually be taken into account. And maybe a little refresher on how to deal with complaints would be good too. Update: I'm still waiting for the refund that was promised to me over the phone and that I'm legally entitled to.

Dominos in Würzburg is just a disappointment. The costs are constantly being increased, offers are being removed, and the minimum order is getting higher and higher. It's a joke that you now have to spend €15 to order.

Unfortunately, you cannot unsubscribe from ingredients online (on the website or in the Dominos app), which is particularly problematic for allergy sufferers. Additionally, the notes you add via Wolt are magically ignored and you still get the food with the unwanted ingredients.

I ordered a pizza with cherry tomatoes, I received a pizza without cherry tomatoes. The courier went to the wrong address and said I had given the wrong one, I checked again, I had given the right one, that's why the delivery took a long time even though I was only 200m from the store. But the courier was friendly. The price was okay. Overall, I wouldn't order again.

expected something different; Stopped for a meal while passing through; Deductions: because there is no toilet on site, although you can eat on site; it doesn't work that way; Legally it may be ok because pick-up pizza makers but it is not beneficial for the people who eat on site (-2 points); Quality of the pizza: a mixture of dough that is close to a ready-made pizza from the frozen shelf at the discount store; There's no mention of tomato sauce (it tasted like ketchup); little to no cheese; Heaps of mainly sour and hot jalapenos on it; all in all very disappointing (-2 points); 1 point + is only given because the pizza was not greasy and the wraps were ok and the production was quick; Do the employees also try out what they can put together? Do people go to a real Italian restaurant every now and then and try a well-made pizza?

Ordered 8 peice chicken. After 35-40 mins of waiting, they finally started cooking the meal. Kind workers, horrible service. Chicken itself was good but definitely not worth the 45 mins I waited. I expected much better, especially for such a small order.

Advantage: Pizza is (usually) delivered very quickly There are many variations in taste that are not available anywhere else. I'm a fan of the kebab pizza. The standard pizzas are rather below average in taste. I can't recommend the hot dog pizza.
