Enchilada Halle in Halle (Saale)

Despite reservations there was no room for us. We were then squeezed into the bar, opposite the sink, where you get the occasional splash. We waited over 2 hours for our food. Something was only done after you complained. The portions are also rather small and not particularly warm. The service was generally friendly, but when the “criticism” was mentioned, no further response was given. Unfortunately, this was my last visit to this restaurant.

It's nice that the store is finally bankrupt. Memories of a few months ago.......,, ACCESS ONLY FOR VACCINATED " HA HA Have fun filling out the Hartz IV applications!!!!

Very bad service. Went there at 8 p.m. Order could only be taken after about 20 minutes. The drinks came 20 minutes later, around 8:40 p.m. and I don't even want to talk about the food. Ordered food around 8:30 p.m. and still not there at 9:30 p.m. Absolutely awful for a restaurant. I can't recommend this to anyone who wants to eat there.

10 p.m. and all the drinks you want to order are out. Kitchen closed and service more than inflexible! Pure disappointment!!

Unterirdische Entwicklung in jeglicher Hinsicht. Lange nicht mehr so unqualifizierten Service erlebt und dermaßen schlecht gegessen wie dort. Dauert ging dem Personal irgendwas zu bruch. Auf Wasser habe ich fast 30 min gewartet und es war auch noch das Falsche. Beim nächsten Getränk der gleiche Spaß. Das Essen hätte ich als Leihe definitiv besser hinbekommen. Dazu muss ich nicht ins Restaurant. Wir hatten sehr viel Negatives angesprochen und hätten hierzu irgendeune Art Entgegenkommen seitens des Restaurants gewünscht. Dies blieb leider aus. Ich war dort zuletzt vor zehn Jahren immer gerne dort. Seit letzten Wochenende, nie wieder. Dann lieber ins Espititas nach Bruckdorf.

Der Service ist sehr langsam und tollpatschig. Eh eine Bestellung aufgenommen wird, dauert es ewig. Auch bis die Getränke kommen, dauert es lange. Dann werden sie am Tisch verschüttet und man wartet wieder. Das Essen hat stark nachgelassen. Wenn man bedenkt, dass das Enchilada mal das „In-Restaurant“ war, dann taugt es heute nur noch für Möchtegerns, die sich mit einem Cocktail in der Hand auf Instagram ein paar likes erhaschen wollen. Wobei ich gestehen muss, dass der Cocktail zumindest geschmacklich das Beste an dem Besuch war.

Good and nice service. Drinks are delicious. The food is very carelessly prepared, every additional side dish costs extra. But you are even more disappointed when you are served an ice-cold corn on the cob. One can only conclude that it wasn't even freshly prepared. The meat was almost done instead of medium.

Zuerst einmal, die Verifizierung hier für eine Bewertung finde ich vollkommen überzogen! Ich war im laufe der Jahre schon öfter Gast im enchilada, doch gestern musste ich feststellen, dass das Angebot an Speisen und auch die Qualität nachgelassen haben. Es gibt Huhn, carne(also das Hack nach Chili con carne) und jede Menge vegetarische Speisen. Kann es sein, dass man sich zu sehr an der Zielgruppe Studenten orientiert… Ich würde sagen, Glass ist ziemlich blauäugig! Irgendwelche tacos, burritos oder ähnliches mit Rind zum Beispiel, Fehlanzeige! Ich bekam einen burrito mit nem Klecks irgendwas , kein Salatblatt oder einer ähnlichen Garnitur, nix. Für mich sehr einfallslos! Der Service war okay, nett, aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit. War, denke ich, mein letzter Besuch dort!

So the enchilada itself is a cool idea, even with HappyHour. But I found it far too loud, far too expensive, the service was rather mediocre (the poor waiters had far too much to do for so many guests) and although there were Mexican dishes, the taste was rather bland. I won't go there again.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war wie immer lecker. Der Salitos hätte ein wenig kühler sein können, aber mit Hilfe von Eiswürfeln ging auch das.

Overwhelmed and uncoordinated (but very nice) staff, sometimes long waiting times for drinks and food, the atmosphere is good, the food is average - in my opinion, you can get it at another, smaller snack bar in Halle, which tastes better (burritos, nachos, tacos) and is significantly cheaper ! Have eaten here several times. Unfortunately not a recommendation for me, it was always a sobering experience.

This was our first time at Enchilada. The ambience is okay, but what surprised us was that the restaurant was hardly crowded. The cards are beautifully designed and the service is friendly. The waiting time was completely reasonable. However, the price-performance ratio is not right at all. Portion very small and nothing garnished. Just meat on a plate... no lettuce leaf, nothing... I've never seen that anywhere before.

War wie immer ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Auf Wunsch wurden draußen noch Tische zusammengestellt, obwohl wir ca. 15 Personen waren. Super freundliches Personal und zumindest draußen war eine angenehme Lautstärke.

We have been to various enchiladas in Germany and the enchilada in Halle is by far the best!! :) The location is super nice and cozy and the food simply tastes better than in other shops! The staff is always friendly and accommodating - this time we received particularly warm service from Patricia & Friedrich. Thanks for that :)

When we arrived everything was still quite nice. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, no one liked the food and it only came to the table after 2 hours. One of us got our food when everyone was already finished. The toilet was my personal highlight. Three steps down the stairs and you're hit by an extreme smell.

I was here with my friends, we received a very friendly welcome and were immediately shown to our table. The cocktails are very tasty and we were also very impressed with the food. The service was always friendly. The only thing I really didn't like was that the toilets smell like a train station toilet 🤢 Really very disgusting and at a later hour there was almost no toilet paper to be found in any of the toilets... Otherwise, highly recommended 😊

On Friday, February 16th, we were in this store with a total of 12 people. The mood wasn't really there. Only the back of the store was filled. It took a long time for the order to be taken, which is bearable on a Friday evening. Then my drink didn't come with the first delivery. When asked, it came quite quickly. Then I ordered 4 x 2cl tequila, at a price of €4 per glass. That's what it said on the map. Of course I didn't check whether it was 2cl. Then comes the shock when it comes to billing. 4cl was booked and apparently also brought. In my opinion, it is not my job as a guest to check whether even 2cl was brought. First the waitress said that I should pay the 4cl in full, which I resisted. It is then down to 2 × 2cl and 2 x 4cl. I then agreed to this so that I didn't have to discuss it any further. I have rarely experienced such poor service, it should be clear that the person who made the mistake will be responsible for the costs. In this case the waitress. Really sad and definitely not a recommendation for the store from me.

Really nice shop, they do Mexican food very, very well! Unfortunately, the order came a little late because there was a mistake in the kitchen. But that didn't ruin our evening as we had dessert on the house. Cocktails were good and we still had money in our pockets after the visit.

One star deducted because the parking location is unfortunately very poor! If you're unlucky, you'll have to park very far away and search around forever! There's nothing at all to complain about about the restaurant itself

We went to Enchi for a cocktail “rolling the dice” on Monday. It always turns into a lovely evening together with friends. It's also worth it because when you roll your cocktail price, you end up not paying as much as you would if you normally go out for cocktails. We can only recommend it and were very lucky with our waitress Lucy. Unfortunately it takes a little longer to get your drinks, but that can be overlooked as everyone is very busy.

Today I had dinner with a few friends and Samina's condition was great, she is super friendly and she explained everything to us, the cocktails that she recommended to us were super delicious. Keep it up…

Essen war gut, Preis Leistung stimmt. Das Ambiente ist in Ordnung, kann etwas laut werden, wenn es sehr voll ist, da die Räumlichkeiten recht groß sind. Unsere Kellnerin Isabel war super lieb und höflich, wir wurden schnell bedient, Service daher top. Insgesamt macht man mit dem Enchilada nichts falsch, gerne wieder.

Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß beim Würfeln der Cocktail Preise an diesem Montag, es war eine entspannte Stimmung, wozu auch unsere Kellnerin Isabel beigetragen hat 😊 das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet lecker und die Cocktails durch das Würfeln auch angenehm zu bezahlen. Immer wieder gerne!

Das Ambiente ist schlecht oder auch Geschmackssache. Riesige kalte, laute Halle. Ich mags nicht. Das Essen war scharf,aber lecker. Cocktails wie immer gut. Die Bedienung war super nett,aber langsam, wir mussten ewig auf unsere Getränke warten obwohl es nicht voll war.

Wir waren heute in einer Geburtstags feiern die Kellnerin mit dem Namen. Samina war sehr freundlich mit uns 10/10 Danke für die nette Bedienung☺️

Schönes Ambiente, Cocktails mit und ohne Alkohol waren beide sehr gut, unsere Kellnerin Lucy war freundlich und höflich. Das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet, für jeden etwas dabei, allerdings waren die Speisekarten etwas unübersichtlich und die Preise sehr klein geschrieben ohne Währung. Trotz dessen kommen wir wieder

Lars und Marie sind klasse! Man kann sich mit den beiden super unterhalten, vorallem mit Lars an der Bar. Kommen gerne wieder!

Ich war an einem Samstagabend da und es war leider eine echte Katastrophe. Wir haben ewig auf das Essen gewartet und unsere Getränke wurden vergessen. Leider haben uns die Burritos auch gar nicht geschmeckt. Würde ich nicht wieder besuchen. Schade.

Sehr leckeres Essen (vegane Januar-Aktion). Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Meckern auf hohem Niveau: sie haben meinen Cappuccino nicht zum Dessert (sehr lecker, war die 3-er-Kombination) sondern eher gebracht obwohl ich darum gebeten habe, war dann kalt. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Das Ambiente wirkt insgesamt cool, da es wohl ein altes Bankgebäude ist (große Halle, im Keller großer Tresorraum), an einigen Stellen etwas altbackene Deko. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren am Abend vor Weihnachten da und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Insbesondere der Service von Anna war super, sehr freundlich und total flexibel mit all unseren Wünschen! 😉

Leider ist das Enchilada hier nicht mehr das was es früher einmal war. Wir hatten uns als mittelgroße Gruppe vorab einen Tisch reserviert. Am Abend waren jedoch nur maximal 10 Tische belegt. Da alle belegte Tische natürlich so gut wie nebeneinander lagen kam direkt Bahnhofshallen Ambiente auf. Das Objekt könnte so gut genutzt werden - wurde es früher (vor 10 Jahren) ja auch. Der Service an unserem Abend war unterirdisch. Zwei Personen an unserem Tisch kamen etwas später, sie mussten dann 30min warten um eine Bestellung aufzugeben obwohl mehrfach beim Personal angesprochen wurde das gerne noch Bestellungen gemacht werden wollen. Die Wartezeit zwischen Bestellung und Lieferung der Getränke war zum Teil kurz und dann gab es aber auch Getränke auf die eine weitere halbe Stunde gewartet werden musste. Die bestellten Speisen kamen ähnlich unregelmäßig so dass 2 Personen bereits aufgegessen hatten bevor eine letzte Peron unserer Gruppe dann endlich ihr Essen erhielt. Schade, wirklich sehr schade, hier sollte in den Abläufen definitiv etwas geändert werden.
