Bar stools uncomfortable. Toilets were blocked and it smelled extremely. And the smell isn't the first negative review. Something must and should be done urgently here.

I had dinner with a few colleagues in the evening, the service was very helpful and friendly, our food was appetizing and everyone enjoyed it, we would come back. I think the online booking system for table reservations is great.

I'm sorry to have to say it so clearly: The burrito ("Burrito original") was the worst I've ever had: small, with dry, tough dough, totally baked, indefinable filling, strange taste (at least I couldn't taste chicken). No side dishes, no guacamole, no sauces (I might have ordered them but the service didn't ask or offer anything). The whole thing actually should have gone back, but I didn't want to subject the group I was there with to that. In addition, the entire service was very slow and uncoordinated/sporadic. Wouldn't go there again myself.

Service personnel were friendly but it takes a long time to bring the items and Pommes was not fresh and hard to eat. The quality of the food do not match the price.

The enchilada was dry and the fajita polo wasn't a taste experience either. Too much cumin, chicken dry, vegetables still raw. It's a shame...I know better

They have a lot of options in food including vegetarian and vegan both, but the taste was not as good as one would expect.... On the other hand, they do have good cocktail options as well as a cozy atmosphere!

A very good and nice restaurant, although the noise is a little unpleasant, but that's not a bad thing!:). That's why I give it 4/5 because I'm generally very happy with the drinks there and especially the food. I'm happy to come over on Mondays to throw cocktails ^^

Very nice cocktails. Super tasty and very inexpensive, especially at happy hour. Some of the food is not recommended. Great little burgers. Chicken schnitzel is a disgrace how small and little it is. The 3 small burritos are super tasty and a good portion. So I'd love to come back to drink.

Tacos were good, and the atmosphere was lively

Good day! I was there on September 23rd. with you to roll the cocktail dice. I was a little hungry and wanted to eat something that wasn't so expensive. Then I noticed “Enchilicious Allstars” for 12.90: Quesedilla Pollo, sweet potato fries and crunchy corn on the cob. See photos When the bill came I was shocked that it cost €10.40 more than stated. All three are listed on the menu online for €12.90. Only below were all three prices listed separately. I feel ripped off. Normally I like to come to your shop and enjoy it and spend a lot of money (justifiably) but what is deducted with the price deception on this food is not okay. You can't list all three for €12.90 and then expect completely different prices further down the menu. This is unfair competition. I am considering taking action with my lawyer and reporting the brazen behavior in this store to the consumer advice center. If I don't receive any feedback , we'll solve this through the lawyer. I demand back the €10.40 I paid too much. Best regards Arian B.

Very satisfying Mexican soul food. Great variety with a lot of vegetarian and vegan options as well. Must try drink selection. The staff was brilliant and attended really well. Ambience is very welcoming, and the outdoor seating is cosy as well.

We had the meal after our civil wedding at Enchilada. It was absolutely great, the food was delicious as always with lots of choice. Drinks were well mixed and also super tasty. The atmosphere outside was very nice and cozy. Above all, we were extremely pleased with the service. Dear Caro traveled a lot for us and more than fulfilled all of our wishes. Always friendly and quick, despite the fact that it was quite full. Absolutely top value for money! We were totally thrilled and would like to heartily recommend the enchilada in Darmstadt! :)

Very nice restaurant although not in the center is very nice and has a beer garden. Staff very competent and accommodating. I can't tolerate garlic. That wasn't a problem, it was prepared especially for me.

I find the menu absolutely misleading (menu on mobile). I ordered the Modern Fiesta. In the description, as can be seen in the picture, the Modern Fiesta includes 3x tacos, Mexican fries and chipotle cream. The price is also shown right next to it - €13.90 (picture number 1). However, if you click on the menu, a second page opens (image number 2). This page now states that the €13.90 is only for the tacos. The Mexican Fries cost another €6.50 and the Chipotle Cream €2. Apart from the fact that the tacos didn't really taste convincing and the fries and chipotle cream were a joke for the price, it is absolutely misleading for the customer not to be shown the entire price straight away. You expect to pay €13.90 for the menu shown and described, but in the end you end up with €22.40. How are you supposed to know that you won't find out the full price until you click on the menu again? Something like that doesn't seem transparent at all and is deceptive.

Food at best mediocre. Monday Dice Day is definitely worth it, amount of alcohol and taste are just right.

2 hours for a drink that never came. 2 hours for food and also never came. And they wanted to charge me drinks I never had. Not the first time it happends... Too loud, you can t have a normal conversation...

Most days it's perfect but a few times we have sat there after talking to the waiter for 30 minutes just for one drink. The food is really good. Not very authentic Mexican food and very germanized, but very delicious. The fried taquitos are amazing and their nachos are too. If it wasn't overpriced I'd go more often. If they could make it actually authentic mexican, I'd understand the price. But they use common ingredients found here so it shouldn't cost as much as it does. Overall very tasty though. Nice inside as well.

Hello, I order 1-2 times a week because I'm usually very happy with the food. But recently the orders I receive are often wrong, something is forgotten or the food was prepared incorrectly (e.g.: Taquitos con pollo are baked with cheese and tomato sauce after being fried and therefore simply become soggy) but I didn't find it Bad because a solution was always found with a phone call and nice service, so that I could either pick up new food or it was brought to me by Lieferando or an employee. Despite the circumstances, I was rewarded with a good tip because I know how stressful it can be in the catering industry. Now I ordered steak fajitas today and when the food came I noticed that it was a vegan product, which was not edible for my taste (my own opinion)... so I called and asked if it would be possible for me to have one I could order a replacement product, which of course I would pay for because it was my mistake. After consulting with the kitchen, I was told that it was simply not possible... although the restaurant would still be open for over 3 hours. Now I'm sitting with a dish that costs €26 and I can't eat it because it only consists of salad and wrap. So that's what I call really bad handling of customers' problems.

This Mexican restaurant located in the general central area of Darmstadt is a very good choice for a good Mexican dinner and a nice drink. Dinner can be enjoyed on their cozy patio on a good weather day or in their spacious and well-kept dining room if the weather is not conducive to eating outside. The dining room is kept rather dark, which is not necessarily bad, and it seems quite comfortable. But I opted for outside. The location for this place was convenient based on where I was staying by the train station. It was closer than anything in the core center city area and was about a 10 -15 minute walk for me. It was reasonably easy to find. I visited on a Sunday night and found it not to be too busy. Hence, it was not diificult to find a seat on the patio on that lovely summer evening and it also set the stage for the service to be rather good since the server was not overwhelmed. I like getting ethnic fare in different places as it is interesting to compare, in this case, the German take on Mexican versus the US take on Mexican. One would expect, for proximity reasons, the US take to be more authentic, and it usually is based on my experience. But this place had a definite TexMex bent, enough so to make it enjoyable. They definitely seemed to focus a bigger effort in making their drinks authentic relative to the food dishes, but the taste of the food was good and that is the main point when all is said and done. I wanted to eat lighter as I am in the midst of an effort to reduce weight (successful efforts so far, didn't want to mess that up) and there were a couple of things that were quite in line with my needs. The one I chose was the Chicken Bowl and it was a great choice indeed. Coming with grilled chicken strips, avocado, baby spinach, mexican rice & quinoa, refried beans, red cabbage, coconut yoghurt, pickled onions, radishes and roasted corn, it was rather tasty. I paired that with a very good Tempranillo red and was quite satisfied with my dining experience. With food, wine, a large sparkling water and a small tip, the bill came to 34 euros. This was not bad considering the quality and quantity of the fare. I was happy with this value and would not hesitate to return if in Darmstadt again.

Essen geschmacklich super, Personal sehr freundlich war ein sehr schönes Essen, leider stehen auf der Karte nicht bei allen Gerichten alle Zutaten dabei und konnten deshalb nicht genau wissen ob wir etwas nicht vertragen. Für Menschen mit Unverträglichkeiten ist deshalb zu empfehlen beim Personal genauestens nach zu fragen was im Gericht enthalten ist. Sonst gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Coolly decorated restaurant and very nice staff. Courteous service. The drinks are great, my favorite drink is the espresso martini. I always think food is good and I'm always full afterwards. One star deducted because it is always very loud. If you want to talk to your friends there, you sometimes have to talk very loudly. The music could be a little quieter, especially in the early evening.

An sich hatten wir wie immer einen sehr schönen Abend, leckeres Essen und gute Getränke. Leider war eine unerträgliche Hitze da drin, es hängen zwar mehrere Ventilatoren an der Decke aber keine Ahnung ob sie überhaupt funktionieren. An sich gehe ich sehr gerne hierher aber an warmen Tagen werde ich in Zukunft wo anders hingehen.

I was there on Sunday with my friends. I made a reservation beforehand. Everything worked out very well. The Mara served us. A smiling person. Very friendly and helpful. Since we were there first. We were very undecided about our decision. Mara explained everything to us very well and gave us tips on which dishes tasted very good here. Overall, the food was delicious and we were all full and satisfied. Every restaurant needs such a nice waitress.

A little unpleasant, we asked to take away the food and they brought us the containers and we had to put the food away ourselves. That was unexpected.

Food and cocktails-dice was good. The sweet potato fries are way overpriced for the quantity. You think you're getting a larger portion, but it's just a scam because there's a ball of baking paper crumpled up under the fries, which falsely makes the portion look much larger than it is. I find something like that unsympathetic.

The food was good and tasty. Unfortunately you had to wait a long time for your drinks. And when one of the group mentioned this to the waiter, he became very angry and complained about our employer and made us feel really unwanted. Conclusion: Not again.

Very nice atmosphere with delicious food.

The food was quite tasty and also of a reasonable size. I still only give one star because the waitress was asked by a colleague about very long waiting times (we were invited to eat there with >10 people by our employer and sometimes had to stare at our empty glasses for 20 minutes before we ordered something new could) like a defiant child was brought up against our employer. The fact that it took longer could certainly have been concealed with a charming apology, but to insult the guests' employer as a defiant reaction is beyond disrespectful.

First the good. The citizens are highly recommended. Unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired. You wait up to 30 minutes for your drink and when you ask the waiter about this fact, we are insulted by the guest's employer in a defiant manner. Something like that is simply not appropriate.

It was very loud and it was hard to have a conversation, probably because of the high ceilings. But the food and cocktails were excellent.

I went here to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and loved both the interior design and the food. The restaurant was very busy, so we had to wait a long time for our food and cocktails. The condition apologized for this, so I assume this is not the norm in the restaurant.

Loud, just loud. There's no chance of even having a conversation without screaming, which just makes the whole thing louder. This has nothing to do with Mexico but with behavior.

Be sure to reserve a table, especially on Mondays. Cocktails can be rolled there, which means you roll the price of the selected cocktail. Unfortunately, long waiting times and sometimes inattentive service. Large groups don't seem to be welcome despite free tables. Therefore, be sure to reserve.

I was there with you on Thursday March 14th, 2024 with a companion and I really have to say the food was very good and really tasty and the service was very friendly My highlight were your churros, which were very tasty But it would also be nice if you offered them with vanilla cream filling and would be willing to pay €1 more for it, but overall the visit was really wonderful

Mitten in der Nacht an einem Freitag zufälligerweise noch auf einen Drink an die Bar gekommen. Das Lokal besticht durch das engagierte Personal und dem Styling des Restaurants. Es blieb nicht bei 1 Drink und war ein sehr gutes Erlebnis auf der Durchreise.

Preisleistung passt hier gar nicht mehr zusammen. Jedes bisschen muss man extra dazu bestellen. So kommt bei einem Burger mit Pommes und einem Getränk schnell 25€ pro Person zusammen. Wobei der Burger sehr klein ist und die Pommes die billigsten aus dem Aldi sind. Bei gut 5€ die Portion Pommes sollte man schon mehr erwarten dürfen. Wir unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein.

Ich liebe das Essen und die Getränke, die Bedienung war auch sehr nett, es war nur ganz schön laut. Die Akustik in dem Raum ist nicht sehr vorteilhaft.

Wir besuchten das Lokal als Paar im Veganury und waren an den mexikanischen Redifine Meat Angeboten interessiert! Lokal war gut besucht! Wir konnten uns einen gemütlichen Tisch aussuchen! Service war sehr aufmerksam aber hatte gut zu tun, deswegen längere Wartezeit zwischen den Bestellungen… Wir wurden gut beraten allerdings eins der drei Veganury Gerichte (redifine flank steak) ausverkauft! Sehr schade wenn man gerade damit wirbt! Somit gab es palmherzen in einer Salsa! Sehr gut abgeschmeckt. Quessedilla mit Redifine Hackfleisch. Leider absolut geschmacksneutral und vom Hack nichts zu finden. Wiederum das Petti vom sperrlich belegten Redifine Bruger richtig lecker und empfehlenswert! Im großen und ganzen ganz ok, aber leider kein Grund das Lokal nochmal auf zu suchen.

Food, ambience and service - everything is good at Enchilada’s. The portion sizes are BIG so start by ordering a few items. Drink options are also good with cocktails, mocktails and beer available. “Starter Platter für 2” is a recommendation for you if you want a bit of everything.. and then ofcourse try the Enchiladas. One serving of Enchiladas was enough for two of us. There is outdoor and indoor seating here.. indoor seating is much more lively with the music and mood lighting. All in all, a good place to satisfy your Mexican food cravings.
