Es war recht kalt im Restaurant und vom Gerâuschpegel zu laut. Das Essen war Durchschnitt, der Cocktail mega, die Bedienungen super lieb und sehr serviceorientiert.

Good food in a pleasant atmosphere.

I really loved this place. It was a pure surprise in the middle of Ausburg, which we have been exploring recently. To start with, it’s huge and well decorated, with cool furniture and fantastic lights, which make the ambiance very nice. Then, the food is listless, with fresh ingredients and a varied combination of plates, of great quality and well presented. It’s a pleasure for the eyes. But the cherry on the top of the cake is the service. I can’t praise enough how efficient, friendly and professional all staff is. Top!

Alles war perfekt, man soll aber im Voraus reservieren, sonst wird schwierig einen Platz zu finden. Alles was ich bestellte schmeckte auch.

After we liked it so much last year, we came here again this year for our birthday. Unfortunately this time was our last time. The food was definitely not to our liking. The enchiladas were covered in way too much cheese which took away all the flavor. It was like mac and cheese, after 3 bites you got sick of it. The portion of fries, for which they outrageously charge 4.4 euros, was small (the size of a Happy Meal), and then they were limp fries. The drinks were good though.

Die Churros waren leicht verbrannt was eigentlich nicht so schlimm war, wie der Geschmack. Es hat extrem nach verbrannt geschmeckt, hatte sonst gar keinen Geschmack. Finde ich echt schade zu letzt im Juni hatte ich die gegessen waren echt lecker und jetzt sowas. Richtige Enttäuschung.

We were here today and had the steak fajitas and they were perfect. Steaks were super tender and service was very attentive. Any time!

It was a wonderful place to have Mexican food, food was great. But people were extremely nice and friendly. Loved it.

Super loud & extremely stuffy. Were a group of about 14 people. Drinks came ONE ONE after 1.5 hours… Food came individually after a 2.5 hour wait. The taste was okay but definitely not worth visiting.

Es ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis dort. Seit neuestem haben sie ihre Karte mit Speisen erweitert und ich hatte einen Burger Double cheese mit bacon und der war sowas von lecker. Wow 🤩

Always nice to be here. The waitresses are super nice and the food, even though it was late in the evening and we only had food on the late night menu, was just great.

Die Musik könnte leiser sein, man kann sich dann einfacher unterhalten. Sonst war alles in Ordnung, die Preise und Getränke waren sehr gut.

The service is super friendly and helpful, unfortunately the food is rather so-so, the wings are a disaster, really sloppy, but the Mexican plate is also not recommended. The atmosphere and service are perfect, everyone is super friendly, maybe it's better to just have a drink there.

The new smash tacos at Enchilada Augsburg are incredibly delicious! I would especially like to mention Doreen – super friendly and attentive. The entire team is very nice, you feel really comfortable in the relaxed atmosphere. Absolutely recommended!

It was our first time eating Mexican food and it was exactly how we imagined it. Reception was great We were brought to the table and immediately explained to us about the menu etc Drinks also came relatively quickly and the food was at the table in a reasonable time. We had starter and main course. They also came at a good distance. For the main course, we explained what exactly was on the plate and how it was best eaten. Service was great. What we thought was a bit of a shame, the music was rather mixed, which would be nice with more Mexican/Latino music. But everything was great and we were super satisfied 😍

Nachdem ich anderes gewohnt bin muss ich sagen, es ist wahrscheinlich so in einer Location wo eher jüngere Leute sich aufhalten. Es hat an sich alles gepasst nur schade das man sich fast anschreihen musste da der Geräuschpegel extrem war. Das war aber auch alles was mich gestört hat, der Rest hat gepasst.

Ich komme immer sehr gerne ins Enchilada! Am besten gefällt mir, dass es schon um 17 Uhr geöffnet hat. Das Essen, die Getränke und der Service sind einfach spitzenklasse! Gerade für mich als Vegetarierin gibt es eine sehr große Auswahl. Bis zum nächsten Mal und liebe Grüße

It's been a long time since I've eaten here again. The advantage was that the restaurant opened at 5 p.m. The staff was extremely friendly and was able to give good food tips (if you have a pepper allergy) and drink recommendations. Unfortunately, the menu can only be accessed via QR code, so you have to click a lot to grasp the abundance of food and drinks. At 5:30pm during the week we were the only customers, so everything was brought to our table very quickly. It tasted very good (chicken salad, enchiladas vegetarianas) and the portions were large. We'll be back.

I always love coming to Enchilada! What I like best is that it opens at 5 p.m. The food, drinks and service are simply top notch! There is a very large selection, especially for me as a vegetarian. Until next time and best regards

Es war ein toller Geburtstag in einer toller gemütlichen location. Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Als Highlight hat das Geburtstagskind den Cocktail mit einer Wunderkerze serviert bekommen 🎉🥳

Etwas auf den Service warten müssen. Und die Portionen waren auch schon mal größer. Aber ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

Super Essen, sehr gut Bedienung, alles in allem ein tolles Restaurant.

Sehr nette Bedienung! Essen war schnell da und hat uns äußerst gut geschmeckt. Wir hatten die Quesada pollo und den Burrito Chimichurri *planted (sehr gschmachig😋) und danach noch alkoholfreie cocktails (caipi ginger & coconut kiss). Waren schon vor 2 Jahren da und kommen gern wieder!

I'm a picky eater and my best friend and I went for Mexican food for the first time. Really sweet service, really friendly, always gave us advice as soon as we needed something. Food was really tasty, carne tacos are highly recommended. All in all great

Baaaaaaaad churros, I don't recommend it at all. The dough is everything but churros. It was saltyyyyyy.

Popped in on a spontaneous Saturday evening and everyone was already occupied except for the place at the bar. But we had - unexpectedly - the best place. Delicious food, we decided on a burger and a quesadilla and didn't end up eating it because the portions were huge, plus delicious cocktails. Watched the bartenders at work and had a really nice chat with Matt and Damian! Super nice staff! Absolutely recommended!

Das mexikanische Restaurant hat mich absolut begeistert! Das Essen war unglaublich lecker, und die große Auswahl an Gerichten ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, was das gesamte Erlebnis perfekt abgerundet hat. Besonders beeindruckend war auch die umfangreiche Cocktailkarte. Ich kann diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen!

We celebrated and everything was great

There were three of us and we ordered fajitas (really large portion), mini burritos and a Texas platter. We were all totally impressed by the fresh and particularly delicious food! We also hardly know any restaurants that offer delicious frozen magaritas 💯. The service was also super friendly and we were really excited about the innovative service cubes. Here we just have to press the button and someone will come to serve us or bill us. Definitely coming by again 👌

I had a double cheeseburger burger with sweet potatoes here. Unfortunately the meat was very tasteless and dry and the bacon was burnt. The sour cream sauce was very watery and also tasteless. Unfortunately the price quality doesn't suit me here. Otherwise nice outdoor area and nice service.

The service was very nice and accommodating, so I can't really say anything about that. Unfortunately the food isn't good at all. The fries were burnt and hard. As if they were made in the oven. It used to be so good I loved it. Unfortunately I won't be going there anymore. Too bad...

It used to be much better. Enchilada Pollo drowned in cheese. Salsa verde is not spicy. Happy hour is good.

Mega friendly service staff, great ambience (especially in the beautiful garden, which you can hardly see from the outside), huge selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes and super delicious drinks!! The happy hour is especially worth it - I don't know where else in the city you can get such delicious and cheap cocktails. All in all, highly recommended, I really enjoy coming to Enchi again and again 🤗

Great atmosphere. Price performance is impressive, especially in happy hour. I've seen a larger variety of cocktails with other enchiladas, but it's still good.

I got a different quesadilla than I ordered. And the one I got was dry. The meat was okay, the sauce was rather bland. Especially given the high price, it was a rather negative experience.

Used to be the best Mexican restaurant. Toilet a scandal! First of all, the menu...no one wants to read a menu on their phone... Food is clearly too expensive....especially ready-made products....at least it tastes good. Food wasn't good. It used to be my favorite restaurant... today was almost certainly the last time. It's not for nothing that the restaurant was empty compared to before. Not recommended. Service very friendly and very committed.

Were there today with three adults and our kids. We were greeted very warmly and warmly and brought to our table. Above all, the service was super nice, very accommodating and suggested all the changes regarding omitting vegetables (for our kids). Food came very quickly. We'd love to come back. Really a great compliment to such a nice service. You don't always get something like that.

The alcohol in the cocktails was saved and you couldn't taste it. Food terrible, fajitas should be served hot, were lukewarm and tasted very bland. The only bright spot was the waitresses, very attentive, helpful and friendly. Won't go there anymore.

Sehr sympathisches Personal, schöne Atmosphäre. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend.

Essen war gut. Leider waren die Süßkartoffeln wieder nicht lang genug in der Fritteuse obwohl vorher extra darum gebeten. Bedingung wollte sie zwar nochmal mitnehmen aber das haben wir abgelehnt weil sonst hätte ja die Beilage beim Gericht gefehlt. Buritos waren sehr lecker. Außenbereich war auch sehr ruhig wenn nicht gerade der Mann einer Familie die ganze Zeit einen Schirm von einem leeren Tisch alle 10 min um hergeschoben hätte, was wircklich nervig war. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt und das Essen aber trotzdem gut und wir kommen wieder.

Wir hatten für draußen reserviert. Die Dame am „Empfang“ war sehr nett und hat uns zu unserem Tisch gebracht. Alle Servicekräfte wirklich super freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Essen und Getränke wurden schnell gebracht. Das Essen sehr lecker und ausreichend. Ambiente im Garten schön dezent. Alles in allem ein schöner Abend :-)

Very nice restaurant! You can also bring your dog! We would receive an incredibly warm welcome! The waiter was very, very nice and took good care of us, even special requests were fulfilled. The food was excellent and came super quickly. Great praise!

Klasse Restaurant, wir würden bestens bedient und jeder Wunsch würde erfüllt. Das Essen und die Getränke kamen sehr schnell und die Bedienung war unfassbar freundlich.

Leider keine Karte in Papierform. QR-Code auf dem Tisch fintionierte nicht und auch die gereichten tablets hatten immer wieder Verbindungsprobleme. Wie sollen Gäste ohne Smartphone hier noch etwas bestellen können?

So far I've only been here for dinner or to end the evening with small snacks and drinks. The atmosphere appeals to me personally, the food is good and the staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. The prices are within reason. I will definitely come back. Since the Königsplatz and also some parking garages are nearby, getting there is actually not a major hurdle.

We were in the beer garden in the evening. Looks nice and cozy there. Unfortunately there was no more food at 10:15 p.m., but we caught happy hour.

Excellent, both the chicken salad and the fajitas. And the buñuelo. And the service by a friendly young girl, who switched our table inside with a table in the garden. Which was nice, in spite of the company of two wasps. We certainly recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately, something seems to have changed for the worse recently. Dishes that we have eaten several times in the past are suddenly inedible. New chef or new recipes? As former regular customers, we will unfortunately have to avoid the enchilada in the future.

A very disappointing experience. We arrived at 20h00 at the restaurant. We ordered a starter (nacho chips and sides), a few drinks and main courses. It took 15 -20 mins to get the drinks, and we continued to wait for the starter. It took almost 45 mins for the chips to arrive from the time we had ordered it. Even if it was crowded and even if they were behind due to a sudden rainfall that seemingly had disrupted their schedule, it is no excuse to serve everything that is readymade ie chips and sides after almost 45’. After that we continued to wait. At 9pm we asked our server to bring the food asap as it was almost one hour by then. She again gave us the same reason and said it should take 15-20 mins more. By about 0930 when nothing had arrived , we asked her and she told us that it was still not ready, and more frustrating for us was that she did not know by when they would be able to serve us. This is totally unacceptable for a restaurant to say that after 1 hour and 40 mins of waiting, that you still are not sure how much more time it will take to bring the food. At this point, we were tired, hungry and disappointed. We had made reservations 3 weeks in advance based on the recommendation from Guide Michelin and were utterly and thoroughly disappointed with the service. We decided to leave without having dinner. The server was trying to maintain a positive disposition, but it wasn’t unfortunately enough to mask their unacceptable and unprofessional service. We left hungry and tired. Will definitely not recommend the restaurant to anyone. P.S.: the only item that they served ie the chips also seemed stale and not crunchy.

After waiting for 90 minutes, we were told that they were not sure when the food would arrive. While our server was pleasant, she offered us to cancel the food ordered. This was a bit of a bummer as we decided to leave & look out for a takeaway late in the night. This restaurant should not be in the hospitality business at all

Sooo my friends, were there for a birthday. But the tacos didn't taste good. The chilli cheese fries were actually relatively good. However, the food is only 2 stars because the cocktails were very unsatisfactory, because if I want non-alcoholic then that's what I order... Apart from that, the prices are a bit cheeky for the service provided. The waitresses were really nice, but unfortunately I had the feeling that they were a little overwhelmed and therefore didn't come by as often. I think the atmosphere is actually very nice. However, I won't be coming back again in the near future because the ambience unfortunately doesn't make the food any better.

The food was very tasty, the price was fair for the portions and the waitress was extremely nice and accommodating. My companion asked for a blanket and the lady took care of it immediately! We will be back :)

We were there on Friday evening without a reservation. The meal took a long time, but of course you can understand that it was busy and we didn't make a reservation. Besides, we didn't complain about anything, the waitress still apologized a lot and was very nice too. But the main argument for our rating is the food. Even though we waited a long time, everything was REALLY delicious. You could really notice that everything was very fresh and just prepared very attentively. I wasn't expecting such delicious homemade taco tortillas. We've eaten a lot of Mexican food, but it was our first time in Germany. Good experience, I'm very impressed! 🇲🇽🌮🌯🫔

Essen war sehr gut, wenn es leider auch nicht mehr so geschmeckt hat „wie früher“. Die Speisenarte als QR-Code war supernervig und das Essen und die Getränke kamen versetzt. Ansonsten ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

The food is great, the atmosphere is very nice, especially in the beer garden. However, the service is sometimes completely overwhelmed and confused. I was constantly interrupted when ordering and my drink only came when I asked for it while I was already eating. Previously, the employee didn't know the drink I wanted to order, even though it was on the menu. The device did not work properly when paying.

Vorspeise für 2 Personen viel zu teuer und Speisen viel zu wenig für diesen Preis.

Gesagt, es war sehr gut man hat trotzdem mit vielen Leuten fast gleichzeitig essen .. die Servicekraft hat immer geschaut, wer neues dazugekommen ist hat gleich die Bestellung aufgenommen und das Essen war gut. Bei den alkoholischen Getränken war das manchmal sehr wenig Alkohol aber sonst im Großen und Ganzen war’s sehr zufrieden stellen . 

Matt at the bar was so so so nice he made us so many good drinks and was so incredibly nice. Definitely coming back for drinks!!! <3

Were there in a larger group from 8 p.m. Food was very tasty provided it came. We had to wait 2.5 hours for the food then the main course came, side dishes came 30 minutes later after we had already finished. The volume was very unpleasant, this was mainly due to the music being too loud so that you couldn't have a conversation. We were then allowed to wait another 1.5 hours until, after repeated inquiries, a waiter took pity on us and let us pay. All in all, there is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of service and ambience design with music.

Personal ist sehr freundlich. Sofort wird man über alle Angebote informiert. Getränke und Essen kam alles zügig. Mussten nicht lange warten. Essen war gut, allerdings etwas zu teuer. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend. Danke :)
