Ich liebe diese Lokation, das Essen schmeckt immer sehr gut, wird alles frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist super nett und das Preis- Leistungs Verhältnis ist auch ok. Immer wieder gerne.

Super freundlicher Service, Mega leckeres Essen und das Bier schmeckte auch endlich mal nach Bier.Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Waren auf ein kleines Mittagessen dort, war lecker, aber besonders gefreut hat uns die Freundlichkeit des Service.

Super nettes Personal, große ansprechende Frühstückskarte. Man kann dort wirklich toll frühstücken und auch schön draußen in der Sonne sitzen. Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral in der Innenstadt.

Sehr freundliches Personal, wir waren heute zu viert frühstücken. Wir sind hie öfters zu Gast und kommen immer wieder gerne. Wie schon geschrieben, das Personal ist freundich der Cheff ebenfalls. Aber das ist ja nicht alles was das Emotion ausmacht. Die Karte bietet für jeden Gaumen etwas an. Ich empfehle den selbst gebeizten Lachs mit der leckeren Sauce dazu. Heute war viel los, aber manche Gäste haben leider wenig Verständnis wenn viel los ist. Schade sage ich nur. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Sonne genossen. Wir kommen wieder, versprochen.

Ein nettes Café in dieser Gegend, man kann bequem sitzen, der Service ist sehr gut und die Kuchen sind auch lecker. Ich habe meine Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Sehr schönes Café mit erweiterter Karte. Tolles Speisen- und Getränkeangebot und wie ich finde, faire Preise. Die Jungs waren sehr freundlich, haben uns gut und schnell bedient. Gerne wieder.

Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen, ich denke, das kann man so sagen: Da ich selbst aus der Gastronomie komme, weiß ich gute Qualität und echte Gastfreundschaft sehr zu schätzen. Wenn ich in Emmendingen bin, führt für mich kein Weg vorbei – entweder zum Frühstück oder zum Schnitzelessen. Und auch heute wieder: einfach das beste Schnitzel in Emmendingen! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sowie die herzliche Art des Chefs persönlich. Man fühlt sich einfach willkommen. Ein gemütliches Café mit typisch deutscher Liebe zum Detail. Schon das Frühstück ist ein Genuss: ein fluffiges Omelett, ein knuspriges Brötchen und ein blättriges, buttriges Croissant. Der Cappuccino ist reichhaltig, mit samtigem Schaum und perfekt abgestimmtem Kaffee-Milch-Gemisch. Einfach, köstlich und wie zu Hause. Ein wunderbarer Start in den Tag!

Friendly service, good location, but food is overpriced

We spontaneously went for brunch and it was very delicious.

A bee fell into my coffee and the waitress refused to replace it; I ordered another one and they charged me for two.

Four of us went there for lunch today. Our various orders arrived quickly and all at the same time. The server was very friendly and attentive.

Weekday breakfast at a café is rather unusual for us. The ready-made breakfast options have a few extra rolls and not enough toppings. You have to order them separately. The eggs and omelette were good, as were the baked goods. It was a shame that the eggs and omelette took so long to arrive. The coffee was already cold by then.

What makes this cafe special is the nice location: smart looking inside and a large outside seating area in a quiet corner of Emmendingen. And that's it. The food is nothing special although the prices are very fair. The service is less-than-great. Emotion needs more wait staff to handle the morning crowd. You can wait a long time to be served and as long to pay. And even with the wait orders get mixed up. Try it for yourself and form your own opinion.

The cake and coffee are very tasty. My wife and I always enjoy coming here.

The sun was shining and since it was still a little cool, we asked if we could move the table a little so we could sit in the sun. This was vehemently rejected with the words: “Please don’t do that!!!” We ordered a breakfast of eggs and a coffee. The plate with the Weckle, a packaged butter and jam as well as the coffee (no decoration) arrived quite quickly after a few minutes. When we asked about the egg, we were told that it still needed to be cooked. So we took our time eating, but eventually got hungry and asked for the egg again halfway through. We were then told very clearly that we had to be patient, that they had a lot to do and whether we couldn't see it. When we had finished breakfast and actually wanted to pay, we dared to ask about the egg again and pointed out that we would actually have liked to have it for breakfast. We were offered that we could have another roll with the egg, which we then grudgingly agreed to. At this point I assumed this offer was to accommodate us for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I found out on the bill that the additional value had also been charged in full. Unfortunately, my birthday breakfast was not what I had imagined and I will no longer go to this location with its arrogant and unfriendly staff and therefore cannot recommend it to others.

Great place. Were there for breakfast. Mega friendly staff and the breakfast was simply fantastic. Beautifully prepared and very very much. So, be very hungry :)

Nice restaurant with consistently good food - great coffee and breakfast - always friendly and attentive service and a nice, bright and tidy atmosphere.

We arrived and were attracted by the cozy terrace despite the rain. After asking, we were even allowed to bring our dog inside. We were welcomed with a smile and helped well despite our poor German. We both had a Flamkuchen and it was really tasty.

Had a cappuccino + apple crumble with vanilla ice cream: excellent coffee, exquisite vanilla ice cream with real vanilla and excellent crumble. Plus friendly staff. Very satisfied

Overall it is overpriced, the waiter simply forgot several orders and the sauces for the finger food plate seemed cheap. On the other hand, the waiter was friendly and the food preparation was well done.

I can completely understand longer waiting times in a busy restaurant. But if everyone who came later gets something to eat and I'm constantly put off, it's slowly enough. My meal was then canceled without my knowledge and I was still waiting. Then he came to collect and then informed me. This isn't the kind of thing they'll never see me again.

Our order was completely forgotten. When we asked, we got a drink, but only 1/8 instead of 1/4 wine. The food was taken again. When we asked about half an hour where our food was, Keller came with the invoice and said we had canceled the food. I've never experienced anything like that.

Beautifully centrally located in Emmendigen. Even on Sunday lunchtime when it's 27 degrees, you can easily find a place outside, partially protected by parasols. We liked the food pictures on Google, which was the main reason for our visit. We ordered 2 large salads, without carrots due to allergies. The salads arrived about 15 minutes later to a party of about 10 guests. Unfortunately, the salads came with carrots, although this note was specially noted. It can happen, but it's annoying. The service lady seems to be alone and hardly comes out. We wanted to order dessert, but waiting 20 minutes after clearing up took away our desire for it. We'll get it at the ice cream parlor around the corner. In the meantime, four more guests arrived and complained at the counter after a short wait. The guest came out and said that the waitress was standing inside chatting and he wasn't surprised that no one came out. By the way, there was no guest inside. The salads themselves were good. Flammkuchen and castles also look good. The service still has a lot of potential here. If you value good service, Emotion is not necessarily the right location. (Empty drinks were not seen, despite the dessert menu in hand when the dishes were cleared, no questions were asked, new guests had to come in because the orders had not been taken. For an entrepreneur, this is damaging to his business, which otherwise obviously stands out for its good food ). But that can change in the short term, as reviews are obviously responded to. Tolles Restaurant mit Frühstück und Bar. Kinderfreundlich und Senioren freundlich. Preise sind moderat. Menschen mit Gehbehinderung können dich gut im Raum bewegen Toiletten 🚽 sind jedoch dir Treppe runter. Hier ist die Hilfe andrer gefragt. Parkplatz am Bahnhof, dieser ist Gebühren Pflicht.

Mein absolutes Lieblingscafé in Emmendingen! Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Chef, tolles Ambiente, super Service und leckeres Essen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das tolle Frühstück, der abwechslungsreiche Mittagstisch und der beste Cappuccino der Stadt.

Meine Freundin und ich waren zum Geburtstag Frühstück .Wir waren total zufrieden. Aufmerksam zuvorkommend witzig und sehr sehr lecker. Wir kommen auf jedem Fall wieder.

Nach vielen Jahren sind wir mal wieder ins Emotion zum Mittagessen. Nach vielen Jahren darum, weil beim letzten Besuch das Essen überhaupt nicht lecker war. Dieses Mal jedoch hat der Salat, wie auch der Burger gut geschmeckt. Die Menükarte von damals war nicht mehr existent. Obwohl der Burger ganz gut war, kommt er nicht ganz an die Qualität der Burger des Europa Park Rock Cafés ran (meine Meinung). Das "Gemüse Thai Curry" war ebenfalls ganz gut, hat aber mit thailändischem Geschmack nicht viel gemein. Da der Service und auch die Küche Recht flott agierten, muss ich dieses Mal hier meine Zufriedenheit ausdrücken.

Spontan dort eingekehrt. Sehr freundlicher Service. Auswahl an Speisen ist sehr gut. Viele Flammkuchen und Salate. Sowie eine Wochenkarte. Positiv überrascht hat mich der Rote Beete Salat im Beilagensalat. War sehr fein. Die Pommes beim Burger waren sehr gut. Nicht zu fettig, genau richtig. Der Bacon und der Patty waren etwas zu lang auf dem Grill, hatten einen schon recht knusprigen Look. Dadurch dass der Patty zu durch war, zerbröselte er regelrecht beim Essen. War etwas schade. Vielleicht wollt ihr das verbessern. Ansonsten lecker! Das Thaicurry macht dem Hinweis scharf alle Ehre- ist sehr pikant! Schön war viel verschiedenes Gemüse im Curry!Apfelcrumble zum Dessert war fein und eine große Portion im Dessertglas!
