Ellipse Lounge in Berlin

Nice bar-restaurant inside the Berlin Sheraton Esplanade. Food is nice and service is very kind and gentle. I had a nice Moussaka. The light is too limited.

Posto all'interno dello Sheraton Berlin Grande Esplanade, è un ristorante molto elegante con una ottima offerta enogastronomica. Ho cenato qui diverse sere, quando ero troppo stanca per andare fuori a cercare un ristorante. In particolare segnalo l'ottimo curry wok di verdure con riso, a cui si possono aggiungere gamberi, pollo o tofu, e la Wiener Schnitzel con insalata di patate. Conto assolutamente congruo.

Lage sehr angenehm, Sitzkomfort okay, sehr guter Service. Der Ceasar Salat jedoch war nicht das gelbe vom Ei. Präsentation vollkommen uninspiriert, wie von einem Lehrling. Keine Anchovis....

Estábamos demasiado cansados última noche para salir, así que comimos en el bar salón del hotel. No es barato, pero nos dieron dos bebidas gratis, lo cual fue un bonito detalle. Hamburguesas estaban bien, pero nada excepcional.

Die Lounge bietet tagsüber alkoholfreie gekühlte Getränke und Bier und einen guten Kaffeeautomaten mit allem was man sich wünscht. Abends gibt es zusätzlich noch Weine. Die Kleinigkeiten zum Essen sind ok.

The restaurant has very nice and different food, no matter what kind you are looking for. I stayed there for 6 nights so I almost tried it all, so if you don’t want the same to many days after each other good. It’s a perfect restaurant for fast business people.

The Ellipse Lounge is located both inside the main lobby and outside at the front of the Sheraton Hotel Grand Esplanade, Berlin. As well as a full bar service there is a limited but varied selection of bar food on offer covering burger, club sandwich, and two two/three traditional German options (Pork knuckle for example), pasta dishes, pizza, salads, and Thai dishes (essentially the room service menu). Service is friendly and very quick. Overall very good although can be a little samey if you eat here several times on your visit (and you may be forced to if you are pushed for time as there are no other restaurants in the immediate vicinity).

Located in the lobby of the hotel. Good people watching. Had my first vodka and lemon tonic. Good food. Great service.

Bellissimo ristorante con una buona selezione di piatti. Il cibo è molto buono e presentato in maniera eccellente. Una pecca è che il menù è corto e con una piccola selezione di cibo. Ma in ogni caso tutto era buonissimo.

Posto all'interno dello Sheraton Esplanade, l'Ellipse offre un punto di ristoro ben servito dove si possono gustare piatti veloci. Scelta limitata con qualche défaillance.
