We're thrilled. Great food! The team behind the counter was super friendly and accommodating despite the packed place! Today will definitely NOT be our last visit! We've now ordered the grill plate, mmmm, so good! Everything was delicious, even the dessert (prepared by the wife) was amazing, garnished with almonds and pistachios... We've been to Elias Grill countless times since then. It remains the same: delicious food and friendly, hard-working staff; even the "boss" always has a kind word for us!

I ordered a whole chicken with appetizers and shawarma from Elias Grill today – and I'm absolutely thrilled! The food was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and truly delicious. The chicken, in particular, was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The portions were also generous, and the service was friendly and quick. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Absolutely lovely place with the freshest of food and perfectly barbecued meat (beef, lamb, chicken) at very reasonable prices. Service is fast and extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place. Consider this over KFC in the area if you want to feel fit and healthy after eating.

First impressions count. You walk in and see the greasy tables. Since we were hungry, we ordered anyway. Afterward, we wanted to wash our hands. A bit messy, but okay. I dampened a cloth and wiped the greasy table with it. It was really unhygienic, and I don't understand why they allow such behavior. Instead of cleaning the tables, they were busy dancing behind the counter. The kebab was okay. The crispy chicken had a strange smell and taste. There was a strange aftertaste left at the end. In summary, I felt the hygiene, quality of the dishes, and taste were lacking. That's why I don't recommend it. For me, the place is no longer an option.

Unfortunately, the staff was very unhygienic. The cashier was constantly fiddling with his fingers in his mouth while cashing and taking food from his mouth. The employee who prepared the Arabic dish was not wearing gloves. And the employee at the spit was cleaning his nose and smearing it on his lark and his pants. Unfortunately, this takes away your appetite for hygiene. There's still work to be done on hygiene.

Really delicious kebab. Very good and generously topped. You can taste the fresh parsley. In my opinion, it tastes much better than other "standard kebabs." The staff was friendly, and everything was clean and tidy. I don't understand the bad reviews.

Worst restaurant experience ever! I really can't recommend anyone to visit this restaurant. As soon as you walk in you are ignored - a friendly “Hello” from me went completely unanswered, even though the employees clearly heard it. No trace of politeness: no “please”, no “pretty please”, just nothing. One of the employees mentioned that he was sick. Even when I politely wished him “get well soon,” he didn’t even respond – complete disinterest in the guests. The service overall is just subpar. The service seems completely annoyed, unprofessional and disrespectful. You feel absolutely unwelcome and are guaranteed to leave in a bad mood. Stay away from this store - I've rarely had such a bad experience!

The treatment with the customers is very bad. The young men do not say hello, do not say hello, do not say hello, and in their entirety they talk to you as if you are eating at their expense, and this is not the first time. we went to this restaurant yesterday and ordered 9 shawarma with fries, but they weren't fries, they were like bubble gum and not crispy. We asked the price before ordering and they told us it was 5.50 euros per piece. We had two drinks. In the end we paid 60 euros for everything, but when we did the math the price was 56.50 euros. The mayonnaise and pickles were on the house, like they told us. So how does it come to 60 euros? This is fraud and price gaming. I will never go there again.

I have to honestly say, I've eaten at your place several times, including with my family, and I have to say I love it, the food is incredibly delicious, I have nothing to complain about, you feel totally comfortable and warmly welcomed, totally friendly! The meat of the kebab was cold, the sauce wasn't good and the bread broke into 10 pieces when touched and the staff was unfriendly and unhygienic. I won't come back a second time.

I went to Elias Grill for the first time last Tuesday based on a recommendation. The atmosphere is beautifully decorated, the staff is super friendly. You feel welcome and the seating is comfortable and invites you to stay longer. Since it was the first time in my life that I ate shawarma, I was initially overwhelmed as to what I should choose as the first dish. The owner is a kind-hearted person and welcomes everyone with open arms. So far I have ordered the dishes as he recommended and I have not regretted it. Everything is prepared very freshly, ingredients are all fresh, prices are more than reasonable for the portions. I am free to say that this small establishment is an asset to Regensburg and the surrounding area. Just try it guys, you have nothing to lose. The store is always very busy and not without reason. PS: the homemade garlic sauce is really tough 🙏🏼

Positive: Reception is friendly. Ambience is very good for a snack. Seating and food service is also top. Negative: Ordered shawarma plate/Arabic shawarma plate and fries. The preparation took a while and people who came after us were served earlier than us (not those picking up). The fries came very late after we had eaten our dishes... the kebab meat was very dry and spiced with cinnamon, which just doesn't taste good... Furthermore, instead of salad, pickled vegetables were served, which unfortunately didn't taste good or is not expected (not everyone's taste) So unfortunately only 2 🌟. I was hoping for more.

Something is different now. We always enjoyed getting food here and it always tasted very good. Yesterday we went back there after a few months and were very disappointed. The chicken in the kebab was incredibly dry. A good portion of fatty sauce was poured over it, which made the whole kebab bread soggy. In terms of taste, the kebab couldn't match what it used to be. What happened here?? New owners? It's a shame, it's a shame.

The service is friendly. I ordered the grilled meat and kabab; the kabab was ok, say average (3/5); but, I did not like the grilled meat (1/5). The shawarma looks tasty; but, I have never tried it! I think, the most interesting part of this restaurant is the diversity; you have several grill options: grilled meat; grille kabab, grilled taouk (seasoned, and chopped chicken breasts), meat shawarma, chicken shawarma, and grilled chicken (full or half chicken.) 2 tables are available inside and some tables outside; however, the location is relatively small, and you do not feel comfortable if you want to dine in. The restaurant is also not very clean, so is the way they prepare the food; even though they wear gloves; however, you would expect them to serve raw meat on a stick (to be grilled) then serve a sandwich, without changing gloves!

Penetranter Zimgtgeschmack. Essiggurken auf einem Döner… fraglich. Bitterer Salat. 2 Stunden Lieferzeit… Denke das Fleisch wurde vor Weihnachten eingefroren und wieder aufgetaut. Ach ja keiner hat aufgegessen. Lieber verhungere ich als das ich mir das nochmal antue. Morgen 8 Leute Durchfall danke euch… schreibe eigentlich keine Bewertungen aber das war ein chemischer Angriff auf meinen Magen-Darm Trakt

Geschmacklich kann das Schawarma zu 100% überzeugen. Auch die Preise sind super. Bestimmt eine der Top Adressen in Regensburg was Geheimtipps betrifft. Der Service ist in Ordnung, nettes Personal, allerdings teilweise etwas längere Wartezeiten. Das Ambiente ist so leid es mir tut furchtbar. Dafür kann der Geschmack überzeugen.

Innen und außen schmutzig. Klebrige Tische. Gemüse ist nicht frisch. Das Fleisch war lecker, aber in diesem Chaos war es unangenehm zu essen.
