Wir haben drei Gerichte mit Hähnchen vom Spieß bestellt – ein Menü mit Reis und zwei mit Pommes. Positiv war, dass die Portionen großzügig waren. Leider war das Essen jedoch kalt, als es serviert wurde. Das Hähnchen wirkte zudem nicht frisch, sondern eher so, als wäre es bereits vom Vortag gewesen. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Löffel und Gabeln mussten wir selbst nachfordern, und deren Zustand war nicht besonders sauber. Ehrlich gesagt bin ich aufgrund der Empfehlung eines Freundes gekommen, aber leider hat mich der Besuch enttäuscht. Für mich war diese Erfahrung nicht zufriedenstellend und ich werde das Restaurant wahrscheinlich nicht noch einmal besuchen.

Die Behandlung war sehr schlecht.

Der schlimmste Laden überhaupt! Ich wollte ein Sandwich mit Fleischfüllung essen, und es war so schwarz, dass mir übel wurde. Ich dachte, es wären Reste vom gestrigen Schawarma. Heute habe ich telefonisch bestellt, und mir wurde gesagt, es wäre in 20 Minuten fertig. Als ich hinfuhr, hatten sie noch nicht mal damit angefangen. Es hat mir überhaupt nicht geschmeckt.

Besuch war wert. Top Auswahl und wirklich empfehlenswertes Essen!!

Der Fleisch-Himmel in der Donaustauferstraße! Wer die beste Osmanische Wundertüte (Döner) in Regensburg sucht, muss zu Elias Grill. Hier gibt es keine Massenware, sondern echte Handwerkskunst. Qualität statt „Hack“: Der Hähnchenspieß besteht aus echten Fleischstücken. Die Würzung ist einzigartig eine wahre „Osmanische Wundertüte“! Perfekte Balance: Das Brot ist knusprig, das Fleisch saftig und nicht überwürzt. Hier schmeckt man noch, was man isst. Highlight: Die Lammspieße (meist am Wochenende) sind legendär. Mein Vater und ich sind süchtig! Die Jungs sind super freundlich und das Essen ist durch die Bank verdammt gut. Wer hier vorbeifährt, begeht kulinarische Fahrerflucht! Geheimtipp: Die Knoblauch Zitronensoße die sie anbieten.. Wow 20/10 Sterne mit suchtpotential. Passt übrigens zu allem was sie anbieten genau wie die Humussoße die nicht zu Bitter/Herb ist

Der Service war sehr mangelhaft. Ich musste mehrmals wiederholen, was ich wollte, und trotzdem war es nicht vollständig. Das Fleisch war sehr grob geschnitten und teilweise roh. Der Geschmack war auch seltsam, als wäre statt Salz Zucker verwendet worden. Außerdem war ein Haar in meinem Essen. Das war mein erstes und letztes Mal – ich werde nie wieder hingehen.

Die Qualität ist sehr unterschiedlich. Obwohl gestern viel los war, waren beim Teller die Pommes leider kalt nicht frisch und haben schlecht geschmeckt. Das Fleisch war sehr trocken und ohne die Sosse nicht runterzukriegen. Die Shawarama Rolle war bisher fast immer gut.

Wir waren jetzt zum ersten Mal da und war wirklich positiv überrascht. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Leider mussten wir 30 Minuten auf unser Essen warten, aber das wurde uns bei der Bestellung schon gesagt, also auch kein Problem. Absolut lecker. Wir kommen wieder

Ich bin aus Passau gekommen, um in diesem Restaurant zu essen, weil das Essen hier sehr lecker ist und die Preise akzeptabel sind, aber was mir nicht gefallen hat, war der Tischservice, den man übersehen kann, weil das Essen so lecker ist Der Koch hier ist sehr nett, sein Essen ist köstlich.

Ich bin regelmäßig dort und immer sehr zufrieden. Hatte auch noch nie Probleme mit dem Service.

Eine wirklich schlechte Erfahrung; ich kann nur sagen, dass sie nichts mit Grillen zu tun haben.

Das Grillgericht entsprach überhaupt nicht dem, was der Name Mishari verspricht. Der Service war schlecht und der Reis schmeckte kalt, als wäre er schon ein oder zwei Tage alt. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Essen kam bereits kalt an. Das Fleisch war nicht nur kalt, sondern auch extrem trocken und geschmacklos , wirklich schwer zu genießen. Die Pommes haben gewirkt, als wären sie billige Tiefkühlware (gefühlt wie von Aldi) und hatten ebenfalls kaum Geschmack. Was das Ganze noch schlimmer macht: Mir geht es seitdem nicht gut, ich habe Bauchschmerzen bekommen. Insgesamt leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Für den Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr Qualität und Frische erwartet. Ich werde definitiv nicht nochmal kommen.

Hat das Catering bei unserem Event gemacht , waren sehr zufrieden!

Leider war mein Besuch sehr enttäuschend. Die Wartezeit betrug über eine Stunde das ist einfach nicht akzeptabel und wirkt völlig unorganisiert. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass offenbar Bekannte bevorzugt bedient werden, während normale Kunden extrem lange warten müssen. So etwas geht gar nicht und hinterlässt einen sehr schlechten Eindruck. Der Dürüm selbst war auch nicht überzeugend: Er ist komplett auseinandergefallen, sodass man ihn kaum essen konnte. Zudem war viel zu viel Sauce drin, die überall herausgelaufen ist. Geschmacklich war es in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Insgesamt stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und der Service leider überhaupt nicht. So macht ein Besuch keinen Spaß.

Der dürüm für 4 euro war nicht zu genießen

Wir haben es gesagt und es wurde noch einmal auf den Grill gelegt, aber danach hat es leider komisch geschmeckt. Außerdem war die Wartezeit sehr lang und der Umgang des Kochs war leider unfreundlich. Deshalb war es für uns keine gute Erfahrung.“

Positives: The reception is friendly. The ambiance is very good for a snack bar. The seating and food service are also top-notch. Cons: We ordered a shawarma plate/Arabic shawarma plate and fries. It took a long time to prepare, and people who arrived after us were served earlier than us (even though they arrived later). The fries we ordered separately arrived after we had finished our dishes... the doner meat was very dry and heavily spiced with cinnamon, which simply didn't taste good (for our personal taste!)... Furthermore, instead of salad (which is included in the menu), we were served pickled vegetables, which unfortunately didn't taste good either, or rather, you wouldn't expect it to... So, unfortunately, only 2 🌟. I had hoped for more.

I'd love to eat there more often but they got my order repeatedly wrong which seems to be on purpose given how often they happened. They gave me what i ordered vaguely but not correctly. I am not sure but i suspect they only want to serve people from the Middle East, everybody else will be discouraged from ordering there; at least if you're german or from anywhere from Europe. There might be exceptions but that's how i experienced it. Sad really, i love their food culture. They would make more money serving everybody, not just their own. Ah well there are other food services in Regensburg so 🤷🏾‍♂️

I ordered, looking forward to a delicious shawarma durum with everything to go. After one customer after another received their food, I was already tired of standing around stupidly at the checkout. When I was asked again whether I had already ordered, I simply got fed up and snuck out. If you're not used to the rather harsh tone there, you can stand on your feet and not even be offered a seat, or even have no place to sit at the checkout.

We've been to Elias Grill countless times since then. It remains the same: delicious food and friendly, hard-working staff; even the "boss" always has a kind word for us!

Absolutely lovely place with the freshest of food and perfectly barbecued meat (beef, lamb, chicken) at very reasonable prices. Service is fast and extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place. Consider this over KFC in the area if you want to feel fit and healthy after eating.

First impressions count. You walk in and see the greasy tables. Since we were hungry, we ordered anyway. Afterward, we wanted to wash our hands. A bit messy, but okay. I dampened a cloth and wiped the greasy table with it. It was really unhygienic, and I don't understand why they allow such behavior. Instead of cleaning the tables, they were busy dancing behind the counter. The kebab was okay. The crispy chicken had a strange smell and taste. There was a strange aftertaste left at the end. In summary, I felt the hygiene, quality of the dishes, and taste were lacking. That's why I don't recommend it. For me, the place is no longer an option.

Unfortunately, the staff was very unhygienic. The cashier was constantly fiddling with his fingers in his mouth while cashing and taking food from his mouth. The employee who prepared the Arabic dish was not wearing gloves. And the employee at the spit was cleaning his nose and smearing it on his lark and his pants. Unfortunately, this takes away your appetite for hygiene. There's still work to be done on hygiene.

Really delicious kebab. Very good and generously topped. You can taste the fresh parsley. In my opinion, it tastes much better than other "standard kebabs." The staff was friendly, and everything was clean and tidy. I don't understand the bad reviews.

The treatment with the customers is very bad. Worst restaurant experience ever! I really can't recommend anyone to visit this restaurant. As soon as you walk in you are ignored - a friendly “Hello” from me went completely unanswered, even though the employees clearly heard it. No trace of politeness: no “please”, no “pretty please”, just nothing. One of the employees mentioned that he was sick. Even when I politely wished him “get well soon,” he didn’t even respond – complete disinterest in the guests. The service overall is just subpar. The service seems completely annoyed, unprofessional and disrespectful. You feel absolutely unwelcome and are guaranteed to leave in a bad mood. Stay away from this store - I've rarely had such a bad experience!

we went to this restaurant yesterday and ordered 9 shawarma with fries, but they weren't fries, they were like bubble gum and not crispy. We asked the price before ordering and they told us it was 5.50 euros per piece. We had two drinks. In the end we paid 60 euros for everything, but when we did the math the price was 56.50 euros. The mayonnaise and pickles were on the house, like they told us. So how does it come to 60 euros? This is fraud and price gaming. I will never go there again.

Very bad treatment from one of the workers, as if we were going to eat food for free and at his expense. He also has no bathrooms or sinks. His food is good, but we wish the treatment was other than this.

The meat of the kebab was cold, the sauce wasn't good and the bread broke into 10 pieces when touched and the staff was unfriendly and unhygienic. I won't come back a second time.
