2025 I have to review this restaurant again 🤩 It's always great here. I got a table without a reservation before the big rush—around 5:30 pm. Very nice people who are very attentive. The food was delicious, as always. A lovely place to stop by 👍🏼👌🏼👍🏼 The decor has been like this for years, and I think it's great just the way it is… it has atmosphere 😍 You can also take good care of old things 🤗 2018 Very good antipasti platter... Friendly service... Beautiful location on the Innerste River... Good selection of dishes and acceptable prices... The outdoor area could use a bit of a makeover... Overall, though, highly recommended 👍👍👍

My favorite Greek restaurant in Hildesheim for years! A wide variety of authentic dishes. The salad buffet is a bit old-fashioned but always fresh. Individual requests are happily accommodated. And to finish, of course, the obligatory ouzo. Yamas!

Nice atmosphere, attentive and friendly service, and reasonable prices. A pleasant visit! Points deducted for the gyros, which were a bit dry and underseasoned...but that might be a matter of taste. Everything else was great! We'll be back!

Place worth visiting! Authentic greek food, very tasty in huge portions, good wine as well. Service is exceptionally warm and welcoming. Surrounding is pleasant and quiet. If you are looking for peaceful place with good food this is a big recommendation.

Sad, I was out there for the first time yesterday. We waited 15 minutes, then someone came to tell us to change tables. No sooner said than done, then another 15 minutes of waiting and finally the menu, unfortunately, that was it. We got up and left.

It's worth getting off the motorway - there's a lovely place to rest, have a delicious meal, a drink and then take a walk across the road to the sports park.

The dishes are delicious, and the salad is from the buffet. What's unusual for a Greek restaurant, however, is that the tzatziki must be ordered separately.

We had a great meal there with five people, and everyone enjoyed their meal. The menu is large enough that everyone is sure to find something they like. The service was very friendly. We finished off with a delicious ouzo on the house. You can also sit outside if you prefer. If there are no parking spaces directly around the restaurant, there is also the option of parking on the other side of the Innerste River at the sports fields.

The Eleon Restaurant fully deserves its five stars. In 1969, I first discovered these premises as Studio 21 (a disco) and proposed to my girlfriend at the time. This was my second visit to this restaurant with my wife; times have changed. We like the ambiance; the food is finely balanced; the service is friendly and welcoming. What more could you want? Parking is available in front of the restaurant – you won't find anything like that in Hanover. We'll be back.

We've been there three times already, and everything was great. Fresh salad, delicious meat/fish, hot fries, and friendly staff. It's worth the 45-minute drive—it's definitely worth it!

Since we ordered for pickup, I can't say much about the restaurant directly. When we picked up, we were offered an ouzo to pass the time, but it wasn't necessary, as the food was ready on time. Very friendly staff and incredibly delicious food. We'd be happy to go back.

Pure disappointment! The grilled platter consisted mostly of unsalted fries. The meat was very dry. A total of 3 small pieces of pork fillet... apparently it was supposed to be one piece 🤷🏻‍♀️ And what does the meat look like? We're used to it differently. Plus 1 small bifteki. Very sparingly prepared compared to other Greek restaurants. Too bad... Once and never again....

Nice Greek restaurant. Very friendly service. Self-service salad buffet - great! The ambiance is dusty and in need of renovation. The food is delicious, but the portions are small and unloving. Tzatziki??? Not available!!! You have to order it separately. That's a no-go! It's like serving a pizza without cheese. Really weak! Ouzo before you start? Not a chance! Conclusion: The food is delicious, but paying extra for tzatziki? No way! I'm considering returning. It's a shame; the food is tasty and the quality is acceptable, even though the service (the plate) is unloving.

The food was extremely delicious. Because it was Father's Day, it was a bit noisy on the terrace, but that's an exception! Always worth a visit!

We were there today spontaneously for the first time. I recommend it with all my heart, the service is very nice and has a great approach to the customer. The food is first class, the zaziki are delicious. We will definitely come back and if anyone has any doubts, I recommend it. It's really worth it ❤️❤️❤️

An absolutely disappointing visit. There were six of us there today, we sat outside and had to wait a long time for service. After we ordered drinks, ice cream and two meals, we were rudely informed that this was a restaurant and not an ice cream parlor. Another waitress complained about our seating position instead of simply asking politely. This is definitely not how you as a guest imagine a visit to a restaurant. The first and last time for us.

The food was, as always, very tasty. The portions are decent. If you like liver, you have to come here, it has the best liver in the city. To the point, not too dry and yet well done. The best Greek restaurant in town. Always my pleasure.

Went there for lunch today with 10 people. Nice courteous service and welcome. The food is really excellent and fresh. Everything tasted very good and we all had the food at the same time despite being full. Be sure to order tzatziki :-) Restaurant is a 10 out of 10. Small point of criticism: The toilet facilities could be modernized a little.

Eleon is a fantastic Greek restaurant that we highly recommend! As soon as you enter you feel welcome thanks to the extremely friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting – perfect for a cozy evening. The food is a real treat! Fresh, authentic and prepared with a lot of love. Every meal was simply delicious and exceeded our expectations. A place we will definitely visit again.

We had to wait over an hour for our food. It can happen sometimes, but then you at least accommodate the guests or apologize for it. During the entire time we were there we weren't even asked if everything was OK or if we wanted something more to drink. So in my opinion not good service. The food was neither good nor bad. So I wouldn't recommend the store.

Online ordering. To be on the safe side (indication before ordering: 15 preparation time) called directly. To be on the safe side, the order was taken again and handed over on time at the requested time (30 minutes). There was also the obligatory ouzo👌. Food was delicious, all 5 people were full. Maybe we'll eat there next time.

The food there is very good, especially the dishes with Metaxa sauce. So the price/performance ratio is great. The service is also super nice. On the weekends you should make a reservation if you want to go out for dinner in the evening.

The Greek-style garlic bread, the feta cheese in puff pastry with sesame and honey and the gyros were heavenly. The main course was served with a salad from the salad bar. Also very tasty. Very bright, friendly atmosphere, pleasantly air-conditioned inside, staff very attentive but not intrusive. The menu has something delicious for every taste, the food is super tasty, portions are not overly large, the meat is crispy on the outside but still nice and juicy on the inside, nice, clean and varied salad bar. All dishes are not overly seasoned, you have the option at the table You can add additional seasoning yourself if necessary. High-quality products that you can taste straight away. It was our first time here and we would definitely like to come back

We've eaten here many times but we'll probably look elsewhere. The fries were soggy, the rice on the gyro plate was a tiny blob...that was different. The sanitary facilities have been in urgent need of renovation for a long time, but clean is also something else. Of the 2 women's toilets, the door in one of them doesn't work anymore...can no longer be closed. We won't be coming back for a while...maybe at some point to see if anything has happened

Dear Eleon Team, you have a great team. Everyone was very nice and on point. I was sitting outside and there was a lot of traffic, which bothered me a bit. But we could have changed that ourselves by putting our minds to it. What really annoyed me was the food. If I go to a Greek restaurant for dinner, I want to be full. I left hungry after eating. I ordered the 112th liver with seasonal vegetables and tzatziki. The dish cost EUR 18.50. There were three very thin "pieces" of liver that were completely cooked through and close to the sole of the shoe. Cut each piece of liver with a knife once and the liver was gone. The vegetables were ok, but weren't filling either. I wasn't served anything else with the dish. If anything, it was a small appetizer plate, but it falls short of the main courses and is far too expensive for EUR 18.50. Now my main point of criticism. On their menu at No. 45 is Sikoti, grilled beef liver with roasted onions, metaxa sauce, steak fries and tomato rice. The dish costs EUR 15.90. So, despite the filling side dishes, it's cheaper than my dish. Find the error. Unfortunately they lost me as a customer. But I will remember your kindness

Completely overwhelming the staff. But the guests also got rowdy. We waited 2.5 hours for our food. That was nothing. A pity.
