We had a wonderful evening in the restaurant. Our starters were excellent and the steaks were top notch! Before the first course, a greeting from the kitchen was served, which I thought was really great. The location is second to none! I'll be back!

We were in Elbers for the first time on December 27th, 2019. We are 4 friends. 3 of them are chefs and one has worked in the food industry for 25 years. Whether it's about the service or the cuisine - full marks. For example, I had the chef give me a recommendation. Where does it ever happen that the boss personally comes to the table and recommends?!! The meat was spot on, the sides were outstanding and the dessert was perfect. We definitely weren't there for the last time. Thank you for a great culinary experience!!!

We spontaneously went to Elbers800 yesterday and were thrilled as always. From the service to the food, it's just very good and tasty. Unfortunately the EM Burger was no longer available, it was really really good! But you can always find what you're looking for on the map! The greeting from the kitchen is always a great taste experience. We had the cheeseburger with fries and dessert. The food was just great! Price-performance is absolutely fulfilled for me. For me it is the best restaurant in Hagen! We will be back!

The food (steak) was nothing special.. unfortunately disappointed.. Dessert non-existent..eating under time pressure.. Waiter's comment that the kitchen is closing soon..eating took place on the terrace..not recommended.. Certainly interesting indoors but not Worth 200€😄but it was free because companies eat.

The evening was a bit of a disaster: the multi-course dinner (Le petit chef) was unfortunately a failure and not worth the high price. Although the restaurant gives the impression of being knowledgeable about roasting meat, our beef tenderloin was a blackened, chewy shoe sole. The next table with 6-8 people decided not to eat the main course and was offered espressos as “compensation”. Since we didn't feel like having discussions and such embarrassments, we let the uneaten plates speak for themselves. After clearing the last course we asked for the bill. Unfortunately, the service staff then disappeared, which is why we handed over the counted invoice amount in cash in the open kitchen. We ended up leaving the restaurant using a second set of stairs because the other set of stairs was covered in vomit from top to bottom. We felt sorry for the employee who had to clean up the disaster alone - she would certainly have liked to know why her colleagues had disappeared so suddenly. The fact that the path to the parking lot in an old factory building was dimly lit and didn't give the impression of being safe added a little thrill to this really bizarre evening.

An experience in a class of its own! The food was overwhelmingly good and the service was great! This is what you want in fine dining!

Meat absolutely outstanding. Rarely eaten so well. Service was also very nice, courteous and helpful. Ambience wasn't really my thing, but that's a matter of taste

All around everything is just TOP! Great ambience. Food really, really good. But what really stands out is the service and the staff. Friendly, attentive and very child-friendly. We felt extremely comfortable and enjoyed the evening. We will come back and definitely recommend. Thanks to the whole team

Very tasty burgers, great ambience and an excellent service team. We recommend. We will be back. April 2024: The Grand Station cocktail bar right next to it is also a real eye-catcher and mixes great cocktails at really good prices.

Recommended for anyone who loves steak, although the burgers are also great. Price performance totally okay. We love this store

I have been an absolute fan of this restaurant so far. Unfortunately, on my last visit on April 12, 2024, I was disappointed for the first time. Unfortunately, the quality of the meat (I had the beef fillet menu off the menu) has declined since the takeover. My companion had the cheeseburger from the menu. The burger was really good - but unfortunately the fries were in there for too long and were therefore inedible. The bright spot of the evening was Mr. Stein from the service department - that's how you really enjoy being served: super trained, very nice and polite. Also always on the ball when it came to new drinks. Unfortunately, one star was deducted for the poor quality of the meat and the bad fries. I hope they get this under control again. The ambience and service are top - I hope it stays that way.

An outstanding meat quality that is second to none. The side dishes and sauces are unique and of absolute top quality. The Dry Aged Porterhouse Steak literally explodes in your mouth. I've tested a few things but nothing comes close to this steak. The atmosphere is very elegant with very relaxed service. It's really very rare to find such top quality. Top shelf of all

Splendid! Very tasty food in a great ambience wrapped in beautiful stories! We had a lot of fun with the presentations, but somehow it was over too quickly... Despite 4 courses and enough time in between. I expressly recommend the accompanying wines, their presentation alone was a pleasure in itself, and of course the taste experience too! All in all, a really wonderful package, a wonderful experience for anyone who is looking for something special.

Hallo liebes Elbers Team, wir waren gestern Abend für das Diner le Petit chef bei euch. Das Essen war sehr gut aber für den Preis war es noch ausbaufähig. Am schlimmsten fanden wir, dass es schon einer Massenabfertigung gleich kam. Nach Beendigung des Essens (ca. nach 1. 1/2 Stunden) wurde dann die Rechnung auf den Tisch gelegt und gesagt, dass wenn wir etwas trinken möchten, sollten wir uns doch an die Bar setzen. Wir finden bei einem Preis von fast 500,-€ (für vier Personen), nicht okay.

The location alone is worth a visit. Plenty of parking spaces right next door. All around successful evening with perfect food & service. It's a shame that this restaurant isn't based in Hamburg!

Extremely stylish. Friendly, courteous service staff. Meat and side dishes recommended and delicious. Due to a traffic jam on the highway, I called to let them know that we would be late. The lady was extremely unfriendly and wanted to set a fixed time, like when you're stuck in a traffic jam?! The restaurant wasn't fully booked that evening, otherwise I would have been more understanding. Would visit the restaurant again.

Wir waren hier zu „Le petit Chef“. Positiv: Die Location - TOP. Gut in Szene gesetzt, tolles Ambiente mit Blick in die Küche. Negativ: Beim Betreten des Eingangs, ein Geruch wie auf dem Bahnhofsklo - Hilfe! Man muss in den ersten Stock gehen, aber der Geruch ist dann in der Nase. Oben angekommen, die klasse Location! Dann vergisst man den Geruch und freut sich. Als es los geht: Kurzes Filmchen auf dem Tisch - SUPER! Man freut sich auf das, was man gerade gesehen hat - und dann kommt was anderes … ein Hauch von … So zieht es sich durch jeden Gang. Schon keinen Spaß mehr gemacht ab Gang 2 Der Hauptgang … ein Rumpsteak. Ich sag mal so - etwas mehr als gräulich mit ein paar braunen Streifen. HALLO ?! Ich dachte 800 Grad ! Wo ist das knusper, wo die Farbe und wo der knack? Einfach traurig. Da habe ich andere 800 Grad Läden betreten die weitaus besser sind!!! Ein kleines Schälchen frittierte kartoffelstreifen mit Rosmarin und Parmesam war auch noch mit dabei. Nachtisch: Crème brûlée Aber sowas von. Sehr lecker - aber eine Portion … wo man denkt: „mach ma viel, dann denkt niemand an das davor“ Ja, macht satt, dann vermisst man auch nichts mehr … schön ist aber anders Für 2 Personen dann 225€ … dafür zu viel! Geh essen in ein tolles Restaurant a la Cart … hast dann mehr von

Great ambience. Really nice location both bar and restaurant. Service is ok. Staff not well trained with one exception (but that's a problem elsewhere too). The food tastes good, but the doneness of the 300g fillet is unfortunately not that good. But it was still ok. Went to the bar afterwards. But unfortunately that was nothing. The standard cocktails were ok. Old Fashioned was a disaster, with orange juice mixed in. The Negroni afterwards was...drinkable. But unfortunately not at all appropriate to the location. But they didn't cost anything :-) So there is plenty of room for improvement. Especially in the bar. Otherwise the location is great

Very high quality and good cuisine! Super friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The bar next door is also stylishly decorated and you can order exceptional cocktails there :) My personal favorite, the apple strudel cocktail.

Was here for the Petit Chef performance. A dream especially the wine recommendation.

Food and ambience are great! Not to beat! The service is good, but sometimes I would have liked a little more presence and a little more "peace and patience" at the table, especially since the restaurant was anything but fully booked when we were there. But as I said, no big criticism, the service was good, there's just a bit of room for improvement.

Das ELBERS 800 Grad bietet ein wirklich außergewöhnliches Ambiente mit einer exzellenten Küche und einem perfektem Service . Alle Speisen sahen optisch super aus und haben vorzüglich geschmeckt . Der Service war sehr kompetent und freundlich und ist auf jede unserer Fragen ausführlich eingegangen . Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend und werden Sie bald wieder besuchen . Nach langer Zeit ein Restaurant, welches wir wärmstens empfehlen können .

Es ist einfach herrlich. Ein super Ambiente, super freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter und ein himmlisches Essen. Das war mit Sicherheit nicht mein letzter Besuch im Elbers.

Tolle Location, sehr netter Service, sehr gute Küche. Preislich trotz genialer Qualität zu teuer, aber für die Ausstattung auch der wunderschönen Bar fast angemessen.

Alles bestens... ich wurde nach der Garstufe gefragt und diese dann on point bekommen. Was wünschenwert wäre, eine größere Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten. Ansonsten, alles top... Gibt nichts zu meckern!

Wir haben Le Petit Chef gebucht und waren mit der Umsetzung im Restaurant mehr als zufrieden. Das Ambiente ist der Hammer, der Service war hervorragend, das Essen hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen und die Weinbegleitung war perfekt getroffen. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Als wir da waren, war es ein bisschen leer und deswegen die Stimmung nicht so wie erhoft allerdings war das Essen sehr lecker!

Mein Mann hat mich zu unserem 10 jährigen Hochzeitstag in das Elbers 800 Grad ausgeführt. Es war eine Überraschung, die ihm mit Hilfe des Personals sehr gut gelungen ist. Das Essen unbeschreiblich lecker. Von der Begrüßung bis hin zur Verabschiedung war es einfach ein toller Abend. Danke dafür 😊

Wer für sich oder seine Gäste ein außergewöhnliches Speiseerlebnis sucht, der sollte im "Elbers 800 Grad" in Hagen einkehren. Hier findest Du ein Ambiente und kreative Speisen, welche Du in Hagen kein zweites Mal findest. Ich hoffe die kürzlich angekündigte Übernahme durch die "Foodlover Group" wird daran nichts ändern. Ist es doch der "künstlerischen Freiheit" der Küche, die mit vielen Fleischsorten sowie Kreativität für Vor- und Nachspeisen, immer wieder auf neue Ideen kommt oder dem Service, der sowohl persönlich, als auch professionell seine Gäste zu Speisen und Weinen berät, zu verdanken, dass das Elbers 800 so viele Stammgäste hat. Ich drücke Euch sämtliche Daumen und wünsche dem "Elbers 800 Grad" Team eine grandiose Zukunft.

Einfach super!!! Das Steak, das Ambiente und auch der Nachtisch. Ganz große Klasse. Das Personal super kompetent und freundlich. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Rotwein Soße war… „besser als bei Großmutter“. Einfach genial alles!!!!

Ganz klar, Service und unser Essen waren gut. Nur Schade, das die Räumlichkeiten seit langer Zeit nicht richtig genutzt waren. Der Aufgang zum Restaurant war schon sehr staubig und als wir oben angekommen waren, konnten wir an vielen Ecken Spinnweben sehen. Die Fenster im Gebäude wurden sehr sehr lange nicht mehr geputzt. Ich finde für einen guten Eindruck zählt auch ein schönes Ambiente. Wenn etwas nur im Dunkeln gut aussieht, schade für diese tolle Lokation! Der Service war sehr gut und zuvorkommend! Dies möchte ich hiermit nochmal deutlich hervorheben!

War gestern mit meiner Frau zum ersten mal dort Essen und ich muss sagen das unsere Erwartungen übertroffen wurden☺️ die Tischreservierung unkompliziert und schnell (online) . Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm und entspannt ( macht Spaß auch etwas länger Dort zu verweilen) der Service absolut super die Cocktails richtig lecker und das Essen war der absolute Hammer ( das Fleisch war Punktgenau gegart saftig und zart die Gemüsebeilagen super lecker und ansprechend serviert) . Die Speisekarte ist sehr übersichtlich und klein gehalten ( was sich dann auch auf die Qualität des Essens Auswirkt ) . Die Preise werden dem Essen so wie dem Service voll und ganz gerecht ) . Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen 😉😁 Danke für die schöne Zeit die wir bei euch verbringen durften ☺️

Ein schönes Restaurant nur etwas dunkel und irgendwie anders im Innenbereich. Muss einem gefallen.

Essen ist um auf den Punkt zu kommen gut. Sehr freundliches Service Team Wir waren zufrieden.

In diesem Laden werden die besten Cocktails der Stadt gezaubert und das Personal ist freundlich und Aufmerksam. Das Ambiente ist modern und gehoben. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sauber und stilvoll. Lediglich die Lage der Außenterrasse ist unvorteilhaft, was allerdings in keinem Sternabzug mündet. Insgesamt kann man hier sehr gut trinken gehen.

Schön eingerichtete Lokalität. Personal freundlich, aufmerksam und bemüht. Ich wollte gerne auf die Terrasse, da wurde mir entgegnet es würde zu schnell kalt draußen, dies habe ich so stehen lassen. Vorweg gab es Brot mit einem Dip und Thunfischtatar in einer Austernschale auf einem Mangospiegel. Als Vorspeise hatte ich die Tuna Tataki Experience (Thunfisch in Sesam mit verschiedenen Saucen, Algensalat und Kaviar, leider nicht mein Geschmack), meine Frau hatte das Beef Tatar sehr lecker. Als Hauptgang hatte ich das Special G.O.B. Rinderfilet (medium rare sehr lecker) mit grünem Spargel, Kartoffelpürre (zuviel Salz und zu wenig Muskat) und eine Rotwein-Butter-Jus (sehr lecker) . Meine Frau hatte das G.O.B Ripeye (sehr lecker) mit Golden French Fries (mit Rosmarin und Parmesan) mit Trüffel-Mayonnaise mega lecker (beste Fritten ever). Getrunken habe ich Weißbier und Wasser, meine Frau hatte zweimal den Lugana und einen Espresso. Mit Trinkgeld haben wir 200€ gegeben.,

Wir haben unsere Hochzeitsfeier in Elbers ausgerichtet. Vom Empfang über das Essen bis hin zur Hochzeitstorte ein perfekter Service und ein perfektes Ambiente. Danke an die Crew des Elbers 800 Grad. Das Essen genügt höchsten Ansprüchen und hör auf den Punkt zubereitet. Uns wurde ein perfekter Tag bereitet. Vielen Dank dafür.

Das war nix. Wir hatten le petit Chef gebucht. Wir hatten das vor einem Jahr schon einmal und da hat es uns gefallen, aber heute war das nix. Es fing eigentlich ganz gut an. Meine Freundin ist laktoseintolerant und das hatte ich auch vorher (1 Woche) angegeben. Ich hatte mir vorher auch die Karte angesehen, alle Gerichte wären problemlos mit lactosefreier Sahne zuzubereiten gewesen. Als ersten Gang gab es Tomatensalat. Bei meiner Freundin wurde dann wegen der Lactose der Käse weggelassen. Okay kann man machen. Als zweiten Gang gab es Nudel in Trüffel Sahnesauce. Bei meiner Freundin keine Trüffel und eine einfache Parmesanschmelze. Moment mal auf dem Tomatensalat lässt man den Käse weg um,Ihn dann für die Nudeln zu Sauce zu verarbeiten. Und dann auch kein Trüffel? Das war schon mal nicht so toll, das hätte man anders lösen müssen, es ist nun wirklich kein Problem lactosefreie Sahne zu verwenden. Als Hauptgericht gab es Rumpsteak mit Pommes einer Mini Grilltomate und einen Klecks Sauche Bernaise. Meine Freundin hat eine Barbeque Sauce bekommen. Das gleiche wie beim Gang vorher, warum keine lactosefreie Sauce Bernaise? Das Steak war gut gegrillt aber langweilig gewürzt, der ganze Gang war langweilig und lieblos wie nur irgendwas. Das einzige was dann wirklich gut war, war der Nachtisch, hier hatte der Koch ein Schoko sorbet für meinemFreundin gezaubert, ich habe einen sehr leckere creme Brulee mit Mancha bekommen. Dazu gab es Mangosorbet und diversen crossen Kleinkram. Die Show mit dem Petit Chef war diesmal leider auch nichts besonderes, sehr uninspiriert und eigentlich total langweilig. Mehr als ein Lückenfüller war das diesmal nicht. Das ganze für 99€ + Getränke hat einfach nicht gepasst. 60€ wären für das gebotene fair gewesen, 99€ Nein wirklich nicht. Die Krone hat das ganze noch aufgesetzt, das wir ewig auf unsere Rechnung warten mussten, das hat die ganze Laune noch mal mächtig nach unten gezogen und den Ausschlag gegeben, wir gehen da nicht mehr hin.

Came here to see Le petit chef and celebrate a birthday. What can I say, great show, we had a lovely time and enjoyed it tremendously. The food was top notch, no complaints what so ever. Very efficient and courteous staff. Convenient and affordable parking. Perfect evening.

First of all i need to mention that the situation is completely different from normal right now. The restaurants were allowed to open a week ago and sure thing it’ll take them some time to figure out a way to ‘business as usual’. Nonetheless when we had a chance we booked a table for Friday evening for 4. Only every second table can be used and it wasn’t, so it wasn’t crowded at all. We were greeted well ok but not appropriate for the level of the restaurant and brought to our table. The menus were brought promptly, but no wine menu and no question if we wanted one. I had to wait for the service to come and take our orders to ask about that. More waiting. We ordered drinks which came pretty prompt i have to admit but then had to wait 15 minutes to order food. Now the menu is not that different to the previous owner, just a bit smaller. After ordering the food it took yet another 15 minutes to get complimentary bread and amuse bouche. Since we actually ordered only main courses all together it took almost an hour to get them. And then some of the sides were forgotten. So you had to wait for service again, ask them about sides only getting a question: oh, were they forgotten??? I was a bit annoyed actually. Considering the restaurant was almost empty it wasn’t the level i was expecting. Can’t even imagine what would have been happening if the place was full. Now the meat was as good as always, the sides (the same as before) were not nearly as good as they used to be. So all in all i was very much disappointed and not sure i’ll give the place another chance. And frankly when i pay 100€ per peson i still expect service to address me with ‘Sie’ and not ‘du’...
