Wir waren einfach nur restlos begeistert! Als wir die Karte aufgeschlagen haben und die extra vegane Seite entdeckt haben, war die Freude riesig. Das Angebot ist der absolute Hammer: Es gibt nicht nur die typischen Fruchtsorbets, sondern richtig geile Eisbecher! Wir hatten Kreationen mit veganem Waldmeister, Schoko und Maracuja-Eis – geschmacklich einfach eine Wucht. Das absolute Highlight war, dass es sogar vegane Sahne, viele verschiedene Saucen und ein richtig leckeres veganes Spaghetti-Eis gab. Hier wird wirklich an alle gedacht. Man schmeckt die Liebe zum Handwerk und die Qualität in jeder Kugel. Für Tierfreunde ist dieses Eiscafé ein absolutes Must-Visit! Wir kommen definitiv ganz bald wieder. 10 von 10 Punkten! 🍦✨

Sehr leckeres Essen. Aber riesige Mengenunterschiede , wer gerade das Eis macht. Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Bitte dran Arbeiten. Habe mich Abgezockt gefühlt.

Endlich haben wir ein Eiscafé gefunden, das auch an vegane Gäste denkt! 🌱 Es gab mehrere vegane Eissorten zur Auswahl – bei unserem Besuch Vanille, Waldmeister und Schokolade – und sogar vegane Sahne sowie Milchalternativen für Kaffee & Co. Das findet man leider immer noch viel zu selten. Alles war super lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich und wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Sehr gute Eisdiele mit schönem Standort. Alle Sorten sind super lecker und man merkt einfach, dass auf Qualität Wert gelegt wird. Immer einen Besuch wert. Das Limoncello ist einfach unfassbar lecker. Sehr nettes Personal.

Ich kann euch von Herzen weiterempfehlen – alles war wirklich hervorragend! Besonders das Pistazieneis ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Brioche mit Eis hat mich direkt nach Sizilien versetzt, und auch die Granita sind einfach ausgezeichnet. Dazu kommt ein wirklich sehr guter Espresso. Ein rundum stimmiges und authentisches Konzept – hier merkt man die Liebe zum Detail. Macht unbedingt weiter so! Viele Grüße (Bafa😜)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ Während des Mendener Mittelaltermaktes auf der Terrasse Platz gefunden. Obwohl es sehr voll war, wurde durch den Service unglaublich schnell und nett bedient. Die Erdbeerwaffel war der Hammer: hier wurde, damit die Brüsseler Waffel nicht durchweicht und das Eis und die Sahne nicht schmelzen, eine extra Eiswaffel dazwischen gelegt....das hatte ich noch nie! GRANDIOS!!!! BITTE WEITER SO UND VIELEN DANK!!!!!

Das ist das beste Eis in der Gegend. Die Eisbecher sind super lecker und die Sorten sind immer sehr abwechslungsreich. Im Außenbereich kann man schon sitzen und das Personal ist immer sehr nett und aufmerksam

Ich liebe die Eiskreationen bei Nino&Sarah. Immer mal etwas Neues und ansprechend gefüllte Becher. So ab und an eine Kugel genießen, vor allem neue Kreationen... Das muss sein.

Das Eis ist unglaublich lecker – wahrscheinlich das beste Eis, das ich je gegessen habe. Der Service ist auch super, alle sind sehr freundlich, besonders die Mitarbeiter draußen an den Tischen. Sehr zu empfehlen, ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Eine tolle Eisdiele. Die Bedienung eine junge Frau war sehr höflich und ausgesprochen Nett. Ich hatte ein Nuss Becher war gigantisch lecker und eine sehr gute Portion mit vielen Nüssen oben drauf. Preis war angemessen. Auf den Tischen standen Sprühflaschen mit den man die Vespen und Bienen weg sprühen (scheuchen )konnte eine sehr gute Idee. Sehr zu empfehlen

Super schöner Laden! Toller Service ! Und schön wie sie den Cappuccino servieren. Mit einem süßen kleinen Eis und Herzchen auf dem Milchschaum. Super Abwehr gegen Wespen hier und stellen Sprühflaschen zur Abwehr hin Es lässt sich nun mal leider im Sommer nicht vermeiden. Weiter so ☺️

Zugegeben ... ich fahre nicht extra nur wegen Sarah & Nino von Rietberg nach Menden (oder Menden 2), aber WENN ich dann in Menden bin, gehört der Besuch der Eismanufaktur fast zu einem Wellnesserlebnis in Menden. Meine No. 1 ist übrigens das Bubble-Waffel-Eis, egal mit welchen Soßen, Eissorten und sonstigen Toppings. Ohne Frage gehören aber auch die vielen Eissorten in Eigenkreation dazu, die sich sehr oft von anderen "Eisdielen" unterscheiden. Und diese Abgrenzung zu anderen Anbietern schmeckt man ... schmeckt man gewaltig! Für mich gibt es keine bessere Eismanufaktur weit und breit, weder rund um Menden noch in meiner zweiten Wahlheimat im Kreis Gütersloh. Also uneingeschränkt 5 Punkte von mir! Ach ... Nino ... eine Bitte noch: Versuch doch mal, auf Fotos auch mit den Augen zu lachen. Ich habe in all den Jahren nur ein einziges Foto entdeckt, wo nicht nur die Mundwinkel nach oben gezogen wurden, sondern auch die Augen mitlachen. Das würde Dich noch sympathischer machen!

Admittedly... I don't drive from Rietberg to Menden (or Menden 2) just for Sarah & Nino, but WHEN I'm in Menden, a visit to the ice cream factory is almost a wellness experience in Menden. My No. 1, by the way, is the bubble waffle ice cream, no matter what sauces, flavors, or other toppings. Without a doubt, the many in-house ice cream flavors are also part of the mix, which are often very different from other "ice cream parlors." And you can taste this distinction from other providers... you can taste it tremendously! For me, there is no better ice cream factory far and wide, neither around Menden nor in my second adopted home in the Gütersloh district. So, 5 stars from me without reservation! Oh... Nino... one more request: Try laughing with your eyes in photos. In all these years, I've only seen one photo where not only the corners of the mouth were turned up, but the eyes were also smiling. That would make you even more likeable!

Es ist schön, dass Menden wieder eine gute Eisdiele hat. Es gibt viele leckere und teils kreative Sorten. Positiv fällt die Verwendung von Bio-Milch auf.

Very, very, very delicious ice cream. In my opinion, the number 1 in North Rhine-Westphalia. The price is reasonable. All made with organic milk.

We arrived at 7:30 p.m. Unfortunately, we were refused a table because the tables had already been cleaned. Not being able to offer a table half an hour before closing time is more than unusual in the café industry. I usually enjoy coming here, but I've never encountered anything like this before. So, the visit was more than disappointing.

The best ice cream around! Every variety really tastes good here.

First of all, I only had a cappuccino and a stracciatella milkshake. I was very happy about the small, delicious vanilla ice cream portion that was given to me free of charge with my cappuccino. I also find it very positive that you get a small glass of water with your coffee, as in Italy. The service was friendly and attentive, even with a high number of visitors and a large crowd. I was able to cope with the fact that it took a little longer for the order to arrive. In my opinion, the condition of the wobbly and scratched tables and chairs could be improved. Likewise, the floors inside could be cleaner and the rubbish under the tables outside could be cleared away regularly.

Gluten free😀 I was very happy. Nino&Sarah serves gluten-free ice cream on cones. The boss prepared it separately, he knows his stuff very well here. I'm thrilled and would love to come back.

Well, to be honest, I'm pretty disappointed. Regardless of the fact that this was probably the most expensive ice cream parlor visit I've ever had, it was far from the best. The ice cream here is really exorbitantly expensive. A scoop of ice cream now costs €1.70 here. This is really too expensive. Then they advertise here that if you are under 1 meter tall, you can get the first ball, mind you only the first ball, for only €1.40. That had better be the standard price. Still too expensive, but acceptable. Then they advertise that they have ice cream for dogs. We're talking about an ice cream parlor and when you order ice cream for dogs, you get a packaged lump of ice cream that was bought from somewhere and stored at minus 40 degrees. Because when we finished our sundae, the ice cream for our dog was still a solid lump with lots of ice crystals on it. See pictures. I would have expected that the ice cream would also be made here. So I won't buy ice cream here again for myself, my dog ​​or anyone else. Far too expensive, only mediocre in taste and unfortunately not everything is homemade. Too bad.

This gelateria is a highlight in Menden and also in Sauerland. If you like good ice cream, you just have to come here. Personally, I love everything made with pistacchio, so I can recommend ice cream and cannoli here 😋, but also everything else. The only thing that sometimes irritates me here is the somewhat distant service, with a typical “German face” (not a given for everyone) 🙂

The best and tastiest ice cream, the best coffee, everything in the range is top notch. Most recently I had a mega delicious bubble waffle with Lübeck marzipan ice cream plus toppings, a dream, you can just tell there's so much love and passion in it. Bad service! Waitress didn't remember the ice cream flavors. This is not in the customer's interest. Some ice cream flavors were not available. A coffee from the menu as well. Once and never again! The conversation was then too stressful for me and I told the lady that I didn't want anything more.

After we had to wait an extremely long time for service, the unfriendly lady came to our table. There was almost no communication at all. Nothing was pointed out. Now I come to the fact that unfortunately the visit also had a negative impact. We received a bill when the ice cream was brought. When paying for the three sundaes, we were charged almost €2 more. Neither on the menu nor on the invoice provided nor by the waitress were we informed of anything beforehand! When we asked, we said it was because of the flavors of ice cream we chose. Unfortunately, green coconut doesn't taste good at all. (Like unripe banana or overripe peach) Otherwise good concept of the store. Addendum: Incapable of criticism and disrespectful. There's only one star for that. :) It wasn't just about one flavor of ice cream. The standard ice cream flavors weren't great either. But green coconut was inedible.

I was there with my children and everyone ordered ice cream. The Smurf ice cream had absolutely no taste, which made my little son sad. I tried it too, as did my daughter, and we didn't taste anything either! My sundae was delicious but it was definitely too small for the price! My daughter's ice cream sundae was good, but unfortunately it had too much chocolate sauce, so she couldn't taste the other ice cream flavors at all. Mineral water is made from the soda tree and is not sold in a glass for a lot of money. So I'll stick with my ice cream parlor

Das Eis ist hervorragend und nicht zuckersüß - man merkt, dass hier auf Qualität geachtet wird. Dafür ist man gerne bereit ein paar Cent mehr zu zahlen.

Habe ein Spaghettieis für 7,50 bestellt. Die Größe entsprach einer Kinderportion in unserem örtlichen Eiscafe. Geschmack war normal. Jede Bedienung lief mit einem Tablet durch die Reihen. Toilette war nicht sehr sauber. Habe ich dann einer Bedienung gesagt,aber nicht mehr nachgeschaut.

Es war sehr lecker... und die Bedienung auch Super freundlich... immer wieder gerne...

Wenn man in Menden sehr gutes selbst-gemachtes Eis essen möchte, sollte man definitiv hier her kommen. Die Pizzen sind so, wie sie man von einem Italiener erwartet. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich, vor allem auch zu kleinen Kindern. Im Sommer sind wir immer gerne hier.

Endlich schöne Außengastronomie

Normales Eiscafe in der Innenstadt von Menden. Das Eis hat gut geschmeckt, die Uaswahl war überschaubar, aber ausreichend. Die Bedienung schien etwas überfordert bei unseren bisherigen Besuchen, insbesondere beim Kopfrechnen. Die Lage ist gut und man bekommt die üblichen Eisbecher etc.

Wirklich sehr gutes Eis, ab und an ist der Service ein wenig überlastet, aber das Warten lohnt sich.
