Nice restaurant, unfortunately with a very sleepy waiter. Regardless of whether you want to order something or pay, you have to call the waiter at least two or three times so that he comes. Too bad! He doesn't see empty glasses or plates anyway!

Unfortunately everything was very slow before, during and after ordering. Very little attentive waiter, otherwise OK. Still no reason to come here again. The food was good, but seemed stale - probably because of the slow cellar. It's a shame actually, the chef's effort was probably in vain.

Spaghetti ice cream with no taste at all. Small portion. Little strawberry sauce. We asked for a little more sauce and had to pay a euro more for still very little sauce. Staff slow, seem unmotivated.

We ate very well there. And the innkeeper was very attentive and friendly.

Yes, it's well framed on the side of the street, lots of parasols, there wasn't any food because of the time, but a small waffle menu helps if you're hungry every now and then, the innkeepers are quite nice, and the cappuccino was very tasty. I would like to go back and order from the small menu (they were quite attractive dishes with fair prices) so then I'll go...🙂🍰☕🍦🍽🍷

Best pizza and ice cream in the area. We come over regularly for a cozy dinner and/or dessert because it always works out. Loving flair, the operators are a nice family - that just fits 👍🏻

I think this restaurant needs to think about its service. I've been here three times already and every time the same problem. You have to wait 40 minutes for your order. And requests such as bringing additional equipment are simply not fulfilled. A good place with a wonderful terrace and delicious food, but a large gap in the service called into question the desire to return here.

The pizzas were really good & the ingredients for the toppings also seemed very high quality, will definitely be back. The price of the pizzas was also very fair.

I'm sorry, but I unfortunately have to rate the service as poor. We were given the wrong pizza, so I went back with pizza. I was given the correct replacement, but that was it. The wrong pizza “they would just eat themselves” I don't feel valued as a customer. At least a little attention would have been appropriate for the new journey

We wanted to eat ice cream in the evening after the beer garden and came across this ice cream parlor. In addition to the restaurant, you can also get ice cream from the hall and to sit down. So we sat down and waited. After a while the waiter came and we told him we wanted ice cream. He then brought an ice cream menu. The card said: Card payment only from €15, which is actually bad. We then ordered 2 sundaes and 1 bottle of water. A strawberry cup (9€), a spaghetti chocolate (7.60€) and 1 large bottle of sparkling water (6.90€). After another while of waiting, the order arrived correctly. We ate and then waited again. It was slowly getting dark as we had already been there for over an hour! We then said we wanted to pay with a card, also because we wanted to make our way home when the light was fairly bright! But again it took a long time, the waiter saw several times that we were giving him signals again! At some point I looked for him to set a deadline without success! I then found a waitress and set a deadline of 5 minutes, after which we would have left! After almost exactly 5 minutes the waiter came with a wallet and no card machine and then had to go in with us. I then paid €24.90 and asked for the invoice, even because I didn't have the prices in mind. Comparing it with the menu, which I also had to ask for separately, I noticed that a more expensive strawberry spaghetti was charged for €9! So I had to go to the waiter again to explain the mistake. The waiter then acted as if it was only a small difference (€1.10, the correct figure is €1.40) and gave me €1.50 in change with a gesture as if he would now give me a lot more money back ... I really can't recommend the service at all, especially since the error was not acknowledged and there was no trace of an apology! It could be that there was a lot going on that day, but actually only the tables outside were occupied, I didn't see any guests inside (but I could have missed some, I didn't look explicitly), but then you could do it when the ice cream was brought -Say card and otherwise at least mention it when paying and apologize! So it was just a very unpleasant experience and I won't be recommending the restaurant or coming back any time soon!

The scoop of Amarena ice cream on hand was very tasty. Service was very friendly despite the crowds. But don't take a credit card.

At first we thought that the ice cream coffee was great... and then we discovered the excellent restaurant. Absolute recommendation.

Very nice restaurant with great pizzas. As a topping, the boss brought pots of olive oil he had created himself with garlic and chili to sprinkle over himself. Delicious. I can only recommend

If it weren't for the good pizzas, we wouldn't go there anymore. Pasta leaves a lot to be desired. E.g. lasagne without bechamel sauce, not gratinated with cheese. Pasta with salmon was more pasta with onions. It doesn't work at all. The service still has a lot of room for improvement!!!! Price/performance doesn't fit at all. As I said, pizza is good and sitting in the garden is very nice.

The good reviews must have been from the predecessor. The waiter (owner?) made a somewhat haphazard impression. We waited 45 minutes for the starter plate. Then another 20 minutes for our main courses. Other guests who arrived after us were served their food more quickly. 2 people in the kitchen, 2 in service and 10 guests in the restaurant. I can expect more.

I have been regularly visiting the Eiscafé & Ristorantino Galleria on Heiglhofstrasse for many years and have always felt comfortable there. What I couldn't imagine was that my positive feeling could increase. And yet this is the case! The new owners, the Rocca family, spread a good, family atmosphere. When I'm there alone or with friends, whether for breakfast, the most delicious ice cream sundaes, afternoon coffee or dinner, I enjoy the always delicious and visually appealing offering. I'm really happy and grateful that the Galleria and the Rocca family are near me!

The landlord was very friendly, but slightly overwhelmed and stressed as he served the entire, well-staffed restaurant alone. We promptly ordered a good bottle of red wine with the thought that it would be opened straight away, even if it wasn't served until later, so that it could breathe. Unfortunately it was only opened when it was served at the table, so the wine took a long time to get its full taste. The tagliatelle with prawns and asparagus was a complete disappointment! Bland taste, careless presentation, small, dry "shrimps", the asparagus was strange in color and you had to look for it. No trace of delicious Italian olive oil and herbs, not even the pasta itself was tasty. The "bruschette" were on bland, barely toasted "normal" bread, also tasteless and seasonless. A pity. The atmosphere was very nice and cozy.

Tastiest pizza in Munich and great service!

The Eiscafe & Ristorantino has had new management since March 2023. The new landlord seems a bit stressed to me. The waiting times are sometimes very long. The pizza 🍕 tastes good. The iced coffee 🍦☕️ is good. The new service employees are very friendly. Unfortunately, Leo ceased operations on February 28, 2023. 😥😥😥 I wish him and his family all the best in their home country of Brazil! 🇧🇷🇧🇷 A pity! A pity! Family-run ice cream parlor, you can sit in the courtyard or in the restaurant. Every year the innkeeper surprises me with at least one new flavor of ice cream. You can order or pick up various small things to eat. The pizza 🍕 🍕 is freshly baked and is so big that I often take half of it home with me. I really enjoy going to Leo and his sister Renata because I have the feeling that they are interested in me and don't just see me as a paying guest. You meet a lot of regular guests. I also thought it was very good that the landlord adhered exactly to the applicable Corona rules. In autumn it is very cozy and homely at Leo's, you should definitely try the Frankfurter Kranz 👍 👍.

In the past, everything wasn't always better. But here with the new tenant I have to say: you wait for ages - even a cappucchino takes up to 20 minutes. Pay? Gladly if you have 15-20 minutes. Eat? Well - average. Ergo: not here anymore.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. Sie haben sich um jedes Detail gekümmert und dafür gesorgt, dass mein Aufenthalt entspannt und angenehm war. Das Essen war ein wahres Geschmackserlebnis. Die Vielfalt und Qualität der Speisen haben mich beeindruckt. Jeder Bissen war köstlich und meisterhaft zubereitet. Die Präsentation der Gerichte war ebenfalls beeindruckend. Die Atmosphäre des Restaurants war charmant und einladend. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll, und es herrschte eine angenehme Stimmung. Es war der perfekte Ort, um dort essen zu gehen. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist definitiv ein Ort, den man erleben muss. Ich freue mich schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen und mehr von den kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten zu probieren!

Meine Lieblingseisdiele. Das Eis schmeckt hervorragend die Pizza schmeckt unglaublich gut! Ein Punkt Abzug gibt es nur aufgrund der Dauer der Bestellungen. Mein Lieblingseis ist der Copa Italia Eisbecher, allerdings könnte etwas mehr Sahne und etwas mehr Früchte auf den Eisbecher. Ansonsten schmeckt alles hervorragend.

Kleiner überteuerter Eisbecher mit uralten Waffeln. 9,20€ der Spass. Nicht zu empfehlen.

I would like to start by saying the service and attention to detail were beyond astounding. I started with the Caesar Salad, the lettuce was among some of the freshest I’ve ever had. It was truly an experience. I then had the pasta carbonara, truly amazing. You won’t find better carbonara anywhere else in Munich and arguably the world. The owner and his wife are such beautiful people, for being my first time in Munich they gifted me a sundae and it came out so quickly. The icecream is completely homemade and tasted wonderfully. I will definitely return here. You won’t find better Italian food and icecream anywhere else.

Sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant, mit schönem Garten zum draußen sitzen. Essen war sehr gut, das Eis ist auch hervorragend. Gut es dauert manchmal etwas lange, aber das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wenn man Zeit hat ist es auch Problem. Wir waren zufrieden und die Preise sind für die Gegend direkt günstig.

A very nice recently opened "Ristorantino & Eiscafé" with a large outdoor seating area and friendly, welcoming owners, Angelo and Palmina. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, including a huge variety of very delicious ice-creams. I really enjoyed the Tagliatelle Salmone & Zucchini as well as Pizza and I already have many ideas for future visits! The service was good, supported by delightful family members. Overall highly recommendable!

Perfekt für Familien mit kleinem Spielplatz. Essen war sehr gut und Service ausgesprochen freundlich.

Nach Neueröffnung heut getestet. Hab Spaghettieis bestellt und eine Kinderportion bekommen, was mich nicht störte. Beim Zahlen wurde das korrigiert, ohne das ich was gesagt hatte. Freundlicher Kellner, sehr gutes Eis und günstig. Bleibt meine Eisdiele!

Wow noch nie so gutes Eis gegessen wirklich könnte ich würde ich 10 Sterne dafür geben. Und die Pizza , knusprig von außen und super weich von innen. Ich habe schon viele solcher Cafés/Restaurants ausprobiert und noch keine war so lecker und die Nudeln waren cremig und auf den perfekten Punkt gekocht . Doch nicht nur das Essen ist hier super sondern auch das Personal, mega netter Chef immer freundlich zu allen Kunden. Solche Mitarbeiter versüßen einem den Tag sofort. Bis jetzt das beste Restaurant und Eiscafé. Immer wieder gerne und unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Eis und Cafe sehr gut Personal freundlich und nett, nur die Organisation und Schnelligkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Egal wie voll oder leer die Eisdiele ist, man wartet ewig. Schade.
