We had a great time sitting under the tree in the shade. As soon as the waitress came she told us what was possible and what wasn't. The cook was sick and there was only ice cream, which was enough for us. Each of our special requests was lovingly addressed and if there was no cream there was an extra scoop of ice cream. Thank you for this great experience, we'll be happy to come back. Axo The ice cream shop is right on the main street and you have a great view of what's going on

During our visit to Weißwasser we made a detour to eat ice cream. The service was great. Fast service with a short waiting time, very friendly and entertaining service, reasonable prices. Since we only ate ice cream, I can't say anything about warm meals. But I will try this when the temperatures are cooler and on my next visit. Always my pleasure.

Yesterday afternoon we spontaneously went to Venezia for a few drinks and a bite to eat. We really liked it and the waiter was very, very friendly and nice to us. Always my pleasure!

We stopped by the Venezia yesterday for a detour. We were again greeted in a friendly and courteous manner by the young gentleman and served promptly. Despite the fact that we once again had special requests, they were implemented without complaint. Everything tasted excellent again and the staff, in the kitchen and in service, know their job. One more thing... since the "NEW" waiter has been working in the business for about 1 1/2 years, we have been happy to come back to the Eiscafe Venezia. Both the atmosphere and the service are worth its 5 stars. I can only recommend stopping here and eating ice cream or a warm meal. Stay as you are. Simply great

Arrived at the ice cream parlor with great anticipation. Cafe was very busy. There were three of us including my 90 year old grandma. A table with one and a table with two chairs were still free, whereupon, after Grandma had sat down, I decided that I couldn't possibly move the single chair to our table. The waitress then immediately sat me down at a vacant table in a way I had never experienced before. Next, said service person turned to other guests to complain about us in a way we had never experienced before. This actually satisfied our hunger for ice cream. Nevertheless, the smarter one gave in and we looked at the menu and chose an ice cream. Before ordering, we wanted to at least ask again what we had actually done wrong. Apparently the waitress wasn't exactly covered in hair, but was so overwhelmed that apart from the words "I'll arrange the tables as I want" and then immediately running away and leaving us sitting there again, nothing came in response. All right, then eat your ice cream alone! Because if you don't know what friendliness means and treat your customers like that, you won't get my money and you'll end up with a recession. At this point I would actually wish you all the best. But I'll save it this time because that would be a lie.

Service staff that can't be surpassed in terms of unfriendliness... you'll lose your desire for ice cream

The ice cream and dishes at Venezia are really great. Good portions at a fair price. The ambience is well maintained. Unfortunately, some of the staff are so unfriendly that I often preferred to go to another less nice café. I've never seen an employee smile and it's been 1.5 years. Coupled with snarky answers, he seems like he has zero empathy. A pity. I work in a similar field. For me, his way of dealing with guests is a no go. Sorry.

Went there today with a friend and were looking forward to some delicious ice cream. We greeted the owner nicely. However, he complained that I took a shot from my water bottle in 30 degree temperatures before I even entered the store. He didn't like the fact that I was still holding the bottle in my hand and said this in an unfriendly manner without even greeting us. What's going on with customer friendliness? I am fully aware of how I should behave in a “restaurant”. If I had understood his reaction, I would have unpacked my picnic basket on the tables there. Apparently I'm also pregnant and I'll drink in the blazing sun whenever I want. Circulation is already messed up anyway. Similar to his hospitality. So it went to Bäcker30. They are happy when you drink delicious ice cream and fine iced chocolate there. Did we just leave our money somewhere else? Café Venezia seems to be bursting with customers if you can afford such disrespect. 😄

The ice cream 🍨 was delicious 😋. Unfortunately, the service was a bit overwhelmed. But perhaps this is also due to the lack of staff. Anyway, thank you very much for doing this.

Cozy and well maintained. A good offer at moderate prices is always worth a visit. Friendly and competent service rounds the whole thing off. Can only be recommended! 👍👍👍

Went there for ice cream. The ice cream was delicious. You can choose between ice cream scoops and soft ice cream. There was real whipped cream, not the spray cream. The iced coffee was also appealing.

Large selection of dishes, very tasty and portions that fit perfectly. Nice atmosphere and very, very friendly service. Very obliging! Gladly again ;)

Today we were at the Eis Café Venezia, as always everything was fine. Great food, which actually tasted really delicious. I think the prices are okay too. There is a playground where the children can play. We have been there several times and have never been disappointed. It's really worth visiting the café.

My loved ones and I wanted to enjoy a wonderful holiday (October 3rd) and go somewhere for a drink and a nice meal. We ended up here, in the café. Of course for such a holiday, full of guests. Luckily we were able to get seats. At first we were worried that the service would take a long time to serve us and that we would then have to wait forever for what we ordered... - but we were taught better (in the most positive way)!: The waitress didn't lose track of things even for a second , we were warmly welcomed and our orders were taken straight away. These also arrived quickly and the best and most important thing (apart from the fact that the child was more than 100% satisfied) that everything was just super delicious 🤩🤩🤩!!! For the entire café:- TOP SERVICE, TOP KITCHEN, simply TOP!

In diesem tollen Eiscafé, gibt es nicht nur super leckeres Eis... Sondern es gibt ein mega großes Essensangebot, was wirklich sehr lecker ist - das erwartet man einfach nicht und wir waren mehr als positiv überrascht. Die Bedienung, der Service, das Essen - alles perfekt.

Leider beim Service nur drei Sterne. Nicht persönlich an die Kellnerin gerichtet,denn diese macht ihren Job super. Allerdings ist das Personal seitens der Geschäftsführung schlecht geplant. Wenn man warme Speisen und Eis anbietet,dann wäre es sinnvoll zwei Arbeitskräfte zu beschäftigen (gerade in der Saison),dann wären die Wartezeiten nicht zu lang. So bleiben Angestellte sowie die Kunden entspannter. Essen ist Klasse und Ambiente sowieso...

Den 31.05.2023 nutzten wir für einen wunderbaren Freundinnenausflug zur Rakotzbrücke und fanden mit dem Eis Cafe Venezia den perfekten Abschluss. Eis und Kaffee waren total lecker, von der herzlichen Bedienung waren wir begeistert. Dankeschön, wir kommen gern wieder ! Viel Erfolg weiterhin🫶 . Maryla & Bianca

Diese Gaststätte ist vielseitig mit den Gerichten und es hat mir sehr gut gefallen das man auf das Essen nicht lange warten muss und das es auch noch schmeckt ich empfehle die Gaststätte weiter

Lecker wie immer. Ein großes Lob an alle Mitarbeiter des Kaffees. Besonders an die nette freundliche Kellnerin. Macht weiter so. 😉

Der Sekt war abgestanden und die Bedienung brachte die Bestellungen unvollständig. Eine Entschuldigung gab es trotzdem nicht, wenn man auf das Fehlen freundlich aufmerksam machte. Das Eis wiederum schmeckte gut, keine Beanstandungen. Aber am Service sollte definitiv noch gefeilt werden. Sonst wäre es schade, denn der Standort ist schön gelegen.

Bedienung leider sehr ungeduldig und wirkt daher sehr unfreundlich. Trinkgeld fiel entsprechend mau aus.

Das Essen war ok, preislich nicht günstig aber noch angemessen. Service recht gut, Ambiente nichts besonderes, aber ausreichend. Kann man machen.

Wir haben das schöne Wetter genutzt und sind hier zum Eisessen eingekehrt. Wir konnten noch einen Tisch draußen ergattern und schon kam die Bedienung. Nachdem wir bestellt hatten, konnten die Kinder sich auf dem Spielplatz austoben. Das Eis wurde schnell serviert und war sehr lecker, die Bedienung war aber auch total auf zack und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Ich habe bei Venecia ein Mittagessen für eine wichtige Konferenz in Weißwasser bestellt und war total begeistert. Das Essen war super lecker, hübsch angerichtet und pünktlich. Selbst nach Verlängerung unseres Workshops war das Essen noch heiß und knackig. Es war sehr viel, daher konnten wir sogar den Teilnehmer:innen etwas auf dem Heimweg mitgeben. Ich hab mich total gefreut, dass es so unkompliziert geklappt hat. Herzlichen Dank!!!

Qualität und Preis sind einfach unschlagbar wer es leid hat von Telepizza, Matzes und Ridwan verarscht zu werden sollte hier essen

Gutes Haus mit schneller und freundlicher Bedienung, angemessenen Preisen und einem Wirt, der sein Handwerk verinnerlicht hat. In diesem Haus weiß man immer sofort, was ich bestellen möchte. Eine Sache ist mir vor kurzem sehr positiv aufgefallen. Wollte ein Eis, aber das war noch nicht in der Auslage platziert. Was macht der Wirt? Kümmert sich um meinen Wunsch und sorgt persönlich dafür, dass ich mein Eis erhalte. Das ist Service vom feinstem! Immer wieder zu empfehlen dieses gute und freundliche Haus!

Gemütliches Café. Kuchen, Kaffee, Eis, alles prima. Man bekommt auch genug Auswahl an vollwertigen warmen Gerichten. Voll zufrieden.

Sehr leckeres und preiswertes Essen. Super Koch und mega nettes Personal. Ich würde jedem empfehlen hier mal vorbei zu schauen.

Auf Urlaubsreise im Eis Cafè Venezia eingekehrt und zu Abend gegessen. Es hat hervorragend geschmeckt und es gab auch eine schöne, grosse Portion.

Das Essen schmeckt gut, die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam und hat uns auch bei viel Trubel immer im Blick gehabt (Malbuch für unseren Kleinen angeboten und die Vorspeisen zügig gebracht damit wir nicht verhungern) und am Ende sind wir sehr satt und zufrieden gegangen. Sehr zu empfehlen. 👍🏻
