Absolute disaster!!!! I strongly advise against ordering. I placed an order via Lieferando today. After waiting for over an hour, I received a call that the products I ordered were not available. I asked for the order to be canceled as I was unable to initiate this process myself. A rude employee insisted that she didn't cancel the order, that the restaurant was closing tomorrow due to vacation and that I should take care of it myself. She then hung up and I was deducted €30 because the restaurant incorrectly confirmed that the food had been delivered. I understand if orders cannot be accepted, but such ignorant behavior on the part of the employees is an absolute disgrace! If you are looking for unfriendly and incompetent employees who, if in doubt, want to take your money out of your pocket, then you have come to the right place.

If the wrong food is delivered than what you ordered, it's not good, you should go to Dilli Grill

After all the other reviews of the last few weeks, I unfortunately have to agree. We've been regular customers for decades, even coming over from another part of the city in recent years, but today was the last time at Eck-Grill. The gratinated gyros dishes increased by €5, a pizza gyros €15.40!😱. The sauces were very bland, the fries were baked in old fat. Prices are not marked and there are no price lists. It's a shame, but after over 30 years it was the last time today. There would be understanding for necessary increases, but there is no justification for that. Very disappointed

Pure rip off!!!!! Ordered 2 Gyros Pita today and 1x fries without anything...Gyros Pita...€8.50 Fries without everything €3.00 New price increase...I've been a loyal customer for many years! But certainly not since today!!!! In my opinion, that's a pure rip-off!!!!! The portions have decreased more and more recently...So for me the Grill Eck issue has been resolved with immediate effect!!! I can only make a fool of myself! And the staff... I won't say anything about that... Grill Eck... no thanks!!!!!

Food was delicious, but unfortunately very outrageous prices. 65 € for 4 people. 2 x taxi plates, 1 x gyro plate and a portion of gyros with tzatziki. Once and never again...

We ordered schnitzel twice yesterday. You can't see the prices online. When our food was delivered we almost fell over our heads. The driver demanded 42 euros. The sauce was totally over-seasoned. We have been regular customers for many years, but will be ordering our food elsewhere soon. For that money you can have a good, traditional meal in a restaurant. It's a shame, but I think a lot of customers will leave.

We've been regular customers for 25 years, but I don't think we'll stay that way after tonight. When ordering by phone it wasn't even mentioned that the prices had been increased significantly. We ordered a Greco schnitzel (before: €10.50 now: €16.50 = 57% surcharge) and a large pizza calzone (before: €10 now €14.50 = 45% surcharge). What justifies such astronomical price increases? A menu with the new prices is not yet available.

An era comes to an end. We have ordered food from Eck-Grill almost every Friday for a large double-digit amount for 24 years. We always enjoyed the food, it usually arrived warm and the selection was perfect for our many different tastes. We also understand that there must be a price increase every now and then. But this summer, in our opinion, this is above average and far too high. In a short telephone conversation where we wanted to follow up after 24 years of regular ordering, we were briefly brushed off. We are probably no longer interesting as customers. So an era is coming to an end. There are plenty of and certainly other good delivery services in GE-Bismarck, so we'll test who delivers to us on Fridays in the future. Maybe someone has a good tip for us, here.

What's wrong with your prices? I pay that in a restaurant, but not for food delivered from a takeaway! When asked, the boss increased the prices. You can do it, but 1. not so drastic and 2. it would be nice if the website worked. You can see the prices via Lieferando... I generally don't order via Lieferando, because they also make money. Well, lost another regular customer...

The prices are now at restaurant level, so I can go out and eat straight away...

Just ordered as always (Hawaii special - schnitzel) for 11.50€, apart from the fact that I waited an hour and a half for it on Sunday, the driver wanted 16.50€, so 5€ more because they changed the prices - just not this one updated online - didn't accept it and still gave the driver €2.

The food was always very tasty and ready quickly, but since the price increase I can go straight to the restaurant.

The last time we ordered the gyros plate for us was my wife's gyros plate, which was good and you also got homemade mushroom cream sauce, but then you order a pita special without coleslaw because you have an allergy and it is delivered with 10 kilos of coleslaw then that's it the money was even smaller than my hand and the currywurst tasted like it had been made at 8 a.m. this morning and had just been reheated for the customer. He behaved really well towards his customers, but treat yourself to our money for your disgusting customer service. I really hope that there is no other one like that have to have bad experiences with you or you should change business if you can't even read a text of 5 words to satisfy customers

Sorry but for the mini portions it's just so expensive so I'd rather cook myself again next time. It's a disaster that doesn't deserve a star at all. I'd rather go to Pizza King if I order anything again. At least they're reasonable and it tastes good too

In itself it's ok, but I find almost 17 euros for a gratinated schnitzel without fries really hard

The meat tasted like nothing except fat, the service wasn't very nice, they gave 5€ back too little, the fries taste like fat and the food itself doesn't taste good

My girlfriend and I spontaneously went to the restaurant today to order two chef's plates to take away. It started with the order. We had to wait 40 minutes for two chef's plates. We weren't even asked if and what kind of side dishes we would like. For us it was simply decided, which I think is the worst thing. We then took the food home and when we ate the first piece of meat we looked at each other at the same time and immediately knew what was going on. The meat was overly salted and very tasteless. No one can call themselves Greek like that! Once and never again!!!

Swear it's all a disaster, never a waste of money again. No No No don't go there. pure construction site.

Leider musste ich meine Bewertung überarbeiten weil der Laden sich immer weiter verschlechtert. Heute hatte ich zum Abschluss Knochen mit auf der Gyrospizza. Der Laden hat sich für uns jetzt definitiv erledigt 🤮

Haben dort Essen bestellt. Es wurde wie angekündigt zeitnah geliefert, war heiß und sehr lecker.

Sehr lecker, frisch und schön angerichtet endlich bei lieferando zu finden. Solange die Qualität so bleibt ist es ok aber kann mir vorstellen das jetzt seeehr viel zutun ist .Super netter Chef und sehr zuvorkommend.

Lecker ist es zwar bestelle da schon jahre aber heute war letztemal das ich da was bestellt habe!!! Ich bestelle immer das gleiche dort und habe sonst19. 80 bezahlt aber heute 28.50 das sind. 70 mehr wie sonst also das nenn ich Abzug und die Portionen sind auch nicht mehr die die sieal waren!!!! Also für mich war es heute letztemal

Eine kleine aber feine , sehr leckere Pommesbude. Man kann auch bei schönem Wetter seine Speisen draussen geniessen. Die Speisekarte hat einiges zu bieten, da ist für jeden etwas dabei und alles bisher super lecker ! Das Personal ist zudem auch sehr freundlich .

Einfach Top. Es schmeckt einfach alles. Einer der besten Imbisse in Gelsenkirchen . Nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Die Pizzen sind sehr gut. Schön saftig und weich. Ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert

Great choices for a particular occasion, a lot of options on the menu and every thing tasted of the best quality. Acquired some beverages while we waited, great ambiance here. Do not frequently eat out nevertheless if we do, this is the best place for very good food at sensible prices. Great staff, often take care of us like family not simply a customer. Wonderful affordability And wonderful food too! Hardly ever disappointed with the meals And for the level of quality the costs are fantastic as well.
