Staff very friendly, but the food was way too expensive, not much choice, and not particularly good quality. We sat right at the end of the treadmill and it was very well chosen. There isn't much choice for vegetarians. 2-year-olds also pay €8.

I've never had a meal like this before, I had a tuna bowl with rice. My rice was cold and the tuna didn't taste very good. My brother had a noodle box with spring rolls that was also completely cold. After we complained, our food was warmed up in the microwave, which made everything soggy. After complaining again, the employees became unfriendly. We still had to pay for one of the dishes, of course the more expensive one and the drinks. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Simply disgusting

The concept is simply brilliant. The small portion size means you can try a lot of different dishes. Hot food is on top, cold food is on the bottom. Unfortunately, it doesn't say anywhere what's in there; So the contents are often a surprise but always delicious, even the unexpected plantain. Probably quite stressful for vegetarians, but perfectly fine as a flexitarian. I recommend reading the fine print on the menu: on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays you cannot eat for 1 hour, but only for 35 minutes. Outside of these days, the 1 hour rate is extremely inexpensive if you have a big appetite.

We were there for dinner yesterday. My daughter got food poisoning from the Jell-O! Unfortunately, it was only after she said that it didn't taste good that I tried it and realized that it had already fermented. After we mentioned it, the rest of the food was still not taken out and we were told that we shouldn't say loudly that the food was bad so that the other guests wouldn't hear it!

18.90€ per person and 35 minutes of time... The food was good at the beginning but it has deteriorated considerably, it is filled up as you please and you spend most of the time waiting. For the price we'd rather go somewhere else. We will definitely not be coming back again.

Rather sadly, some types of food circle around until someone takes pity. The selection of sushi is limited, a lot of the other things look like they were taken from the chest into the deep fryer. The 45 minute thing is also a lie, I was there yesterday. Still a full hour of running sushi. As of December 21: Don't know what the last reviewers have here, was there again yesterday and the service was stressed but friendly, and even though I was alone I had the best seat and was able to indulge in the most excessive gluttony for an hour for 15 euros. High-quality nigiri and maki (except gunkan) pass by, but also numerous other things such as shrimp, baked chicken, meat skewers, krupuk, wontons and other fried things as well as desserts. The service rushes through every 5 minutes, clears away the empty plates and even helps you save money by forgetting the drinks you ordered. What's nice is that there is no Coke, but Afri.

My girlfriend is often in the City Galerie and often walks past the store. The Afghan employee always gives my girlfriend a look. Once she was eating with friends and then she was hit on! She got a drink for her friends at Feneberg and the Afghan employee said to my friend with a grin on his face: "Where's my drink?" That doesn't work at all!! Have your employees under control.

When we are near the Citygalerie, we like to go here. We have already been here with our grandchild and also our 90-year-old father. So far we have always received nice and friendly service. Nobody forced anything on us. We have always been satisfied so far and have never had to go to extremes despite the crowds. Cutlery and spoons were easily brought for father upon request, as he cannot eat with chopsticks. The fact that there are people who simply take part of the dish and put the bowl back in is absurd and is not the fault of the restaurant. I took these out and put them away.

We visit the restaurant regularly because our daughter really likes this kind of food. Until today we had no problem sitting and eating with her, but today the waiter wouldn't allow it and was extremely rude. The point is that only she eats and we sit until she finishes. The daughter cried and you are not really worthy of her tears!!! R3store wasn't as crowded as usual, there was space. We have never stayed for half an hour because a 9 year old child gets full very quickly.

There was always enough there, staff very friendly. Used dishes were cleaned up throughout. Agreed the noodles were a bit dry. Otherwise great. Gladly again.

I got there at 3:40pm but was told that instead of the discounted rate from 10:00am to 4:00pm I would be charged the rate after 4:00pm. For 10 minutes I tried to explain that it was until 4pm, but they didn't understand. It was an embarrassing and ridiculous situation. I didn't know about a discount, I only saw it there and I didn't really care. But it was very disgusting how they tried to increase the price in front of me, so I left. 20 minutes later it turned out that the discount was ending, so they tried, but it was a very embarrassing situation. It was a place I have visited several times but now I won't go again after seeing her behavior.

I was visiting this restaurant really a lot, and never complained at all. Was always ordering the same thing, soba noodles with curry sauce. Today, it was extremely salty, like they cooked both noodles and sauce with sea water. It was not possible to eat it. I called the waiter over, that woman was not approachable, she couldn’t take the critic nor did she offer another dish. I told her that i always order the same dish, and that it’s impossible to eat it right now. She just waved her hand annoyed and turned her back to me. It was unprofessional and disrespectful. Had to pay for that terrible meal and service as well. But ok, some people are simply that money thirsty hahaha this was the last time i went to that hole.

Really great idea for running food... but the quality is mediocre for 17 euros per person and 35 minutes... food tasted like leftovers, rice was hard and old and the shrimp was cold, generally not good quality... I got better quality expected

The quality has deteriorated significantly, some things seem to go in circles for several hours. The selection is rather small. It's constantly being cleared away.

We ordered the G2 and G5 boxes to take away. Unfortunately, we only got the G5 duck on dry rice and without sauce, not on egg rice, as we had hoped for at a price of €9.90. The egg noodles with the baked chicken had a strong vegetable broth flavor and were therefore inedible.

We were there at lunchtime today. As expected, there was of course a lot going on, but we got our turn quickly and were allowed to sit down. Only 35 minutes are reserved for each guest and these are strictly adhered to. Fine for a quick lunch, but next time it's better not to eat on the assembly line. Quality was okay, plates were cleared quickly (sometimes as soon as you had the last bite in your mouth). The staff was friendly, but for the price of around €16 I might prefer to eat somewhere else.

I came yesterday with my friend and the waiter started yelling at us because we took a plate and put it back. He could just explain to us how this restaurant works. He was definitely in a bad mood. My friend said that he is probably tired and we stayed. Then, he came to us and said that he already took plates from our table and wanted to overcharge us. My friend politely said that he did not take any plates from our table. However, he was very rude and unwelcomed. It was an Asian young guy. The whole time he was very rude and we felt that we should leave.

Hardly any choice, chicken was half raw, sushi was dry, employees scream in your ear, you are chased out after half an hour even though you just wanted to finish your drink for the last 5 minutes.

Went to Running Sushi again today. The sushi was dry, partly shattered, not tasty and there was hardly any higher quality sushi such as salmon. You literally had to look for it. The warm dishes also no longer corresponded to the quality that we actually know from this restaurant... What a shame. There has been hardly any choice for a long time. We have been missing our favorite dish, the red pea puree balls, since our last visit. Some of the flaps that can be opened are torn and stuck or are defective. So no emphasis is placed on innovations here. Today the staff was really hectic and you felt like you were at the train station. It was very uncomfortable. I can't say whether it was because of the holiday instinct or whether it's standard practice. But unfortunately I can no longer recommend it for the now very expensive price. We won't test it a fourth time because unfortunately it gets worse each time. :(

Rarely have I experienced something so unfriendly!! If you put a small plate of running sushi away because it doesn't taste good, the employees will immediately tell you that this isn't possible and you'll be thrown out straight away. Unfortunately there wasn't that much choice and the quality of the food wasn't the best either. The vegetable kebabs had the onion peel on them, you couldn't pick up the summer roll because it had already completely fallen apart and the pudding had probably been on the production line since 10 a.m. Plus, you could hardly take anything out without knocking over everything else. There was hardly anything going on and yet the waitresses hardly cared about the guests. But the food itself was delicious. However, for the price I wouldn't go there again.

The food itself is ok, but the service is subpar. We have a! I didn't eat the item because it smelled bad and were told in a very strict and aggressive tone to eat the sushi immediately. We still didn't want to eat it because, as we said, it smelled bad, but the waiter got angry and asked why we ate the other things, but not just this one thing, and said we should pay an extra €5. We said, we'll just pay for it, but we don't want to eat it. We all come from the catering industry ourselves and have never experienced anything like this. If at an all you can eat buffet you don't want people to just take something out without eating it, that's more than understandable, but making such a fuss and reacting aggressively over something that smelled bad is neither professional nor appropriate. People like that don't belong in the service! The waiter's aggression towards us was evident even as we were leaving, all in all we felt very harassed! We clearly cannot recommend this restaurant because of the service!!!

The food was very good until I got home in the evening, it tasted good. BUT, when I was home in the evening I got a terrible headache and had to throw up. And I've currently been on sick leave for over 2 weeks due to food poisoning.

A ruined evening - nervous waiters who rush customers to order drinks, low-quality food (collapsed sushi), prices for drinks on the receipt do not correspond to the prices on the menu. I went there for lunch with my family for lunch, now for the second time. Luckily we got space pretty quickly. The sushi on the conveyor belt is good and delicious. There could be a little more choice. But good and fine. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the warm dishes. There was only chicken nuggets, chicken wings and chicken strips of meat. So everything is fried... Otherwise, shrimp chips and occasionally fried squid rings and fried banana. Then it stopped, there is no more choice. No pork, no beef, no fish... It's a shame. I think there is a lot of savings here. Really a shame. I've been to other Running Sushi... There were always other small Chinese or Mongolian warm delicacies. There is room for improvement! Half an hour to eat is just fine. 10 minutes more would be nice, but I can understand the operators. Eat quickly, make room, next...

Hab dort schon etliche Male gegessen und war immer meeeega zufrieden da. Dochan diesem Tag war ich es nicht. Unter dem Deckmantel der "Schulferien" wird man gezwungen, nur 35 Minuten zu bleiben... Das 35 Minuten-Modell ist im Vergleich zum 60 Minuten Modell VIEL teurer! 35 Minuten 16 €, 60 Minuten - also ganze 25 Minuten mehr, nur 3 € teurer! Dass man zum 35 Mibuten-Ding gezwungen wird und in den Schulferien nicht selbst entscheiden darf, ist einfach nur Abzocke und rotzefrech!

Sehr enttäuschend und ultra ultra frech.... einfach eine unverschämtheit!!!! 7min bevor unsere Zeit abgelaufen wäre, kam die servicekraft und fragte, ob er unseren Tisch schon abräumen kann..... dann wurden wir ständig darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass unsere zeit vorbei wäre, obwohl immernoch ca 3min übrig waren. Schließlich hat er 1min vorher meinen teller unter dem Essen weggenommen und unsere vollen Getränke abgeräumt, die wir eigentlich noch trinken wollten (1-2min waren noch übrig) So etwas hab ich noch nie erlebt.... sind früher öfter gewesen, jetzt DEFINITIV nicht mehr!!!!! Leckeres Essen und sehr freundliches Personal!

Gutes Essen mit gute Ideen. Getränke muss man am besten gleich mehr bestellen, an sonsten lange Wartezeit.

Heute wurde ich leider sehr enttäuscht. Ich hatte mich auf leckeres Sushi mit meiner Familie gefreut. Wir wollten, wie gewohnt, eine Stunde gemütlich essen. Leider waren aufgrund des hohen Besucheraufkommens nur 35 Minuten möglich. Somit war das Essen nicht mehr gemütlich, sondern einfach nur stressig. Dazu kommt, dass ich extra darauf bestanden habe, nach 16 Uhr essen zu gehen, da es ab da normalerweise die richtig guten Sachen gibt. Davon war heute aber gar nichts zu sehen. Richtig langweiliges Sushi, wenig bis gar keine Avocado usw.... Das hat mich sehr, sehr geärgert, und ich denke, so bald werde ich nicht wieder mein Glück versuchen. Schade!!!

Update leider einmal getestet dachten es hat sich verbessert aber nein eine Frechheit was man hier abliefert und 2 mal gefragt werden ob man fertig ist, nein mein Getränk ist noch nicht leer und ich habe noch über 10 Minuten. Sushi war gequetscht und war sehr unappetitlich jeder Euro Zuviel. Cola wird schon voreingeschenkt und ist lasch. Leider unhöfliches Personal. Mir wurde einfach mein 1/4 volles glaß abgeräumt hab es erst nicht mitbekommen da ich mir in der Zeit etwas rausgeholt habe. Und als ich was sagte, war die Antwort es war schon leer. Das Sushi wird nicht ordentlich geschnitten und sieht manchmal aus wie von einem Kleinkind zubereitet und echt unappetitlich. Eigentlich wollte ich auch eine Stunde aber das wurde mir verwehrt obwohl es unter der Woche war und nicht in den Ferien. Ich habe es jetzt öfters probiert manchmal gut manchmal nicht aber diesmal war es das letzte mal

Für all-u-can-eat fans das richtige. Manchmal erwischt man etwas trockene sachen. Im großen und ganzen ist es ok.

Ich liebe Sushi. Hier kann man seine kulinarische Liebe ausleben.

Habe dort bestellt über Uber. Vor-Ort war ich auch ein paar Mal, aber fand die Qualität immer maximal okay - preislich in Ordnung. Aber das grade war einfach nur frech, ich habe wie gesagt über Uber bestellt, 16 Alaska Rolls für insgesamt 15,80, mit lachs, gurke und avocado, und diesem roten Topping, Tobiko. Bekommen habe ich 8 Rolls mit Sesam außen und innen ausschließlich gurke und lachs - kein großes Ding, das passiert halt mal - dachte ich, doch als ich anrief und meine falsche und fehlende Bestellung erklärte, wurde ich nach ein paar sekunden weggedrückt, woraufhin ich nochmal anrief und direkt aufgelegt wurde. Die Qualität des Sushi war außerdem nur Mittelmaß. Ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen. Übrigens das erste Mal, dass ich mich gezwungen fühle eine Rezension auf google zu schreiben.

Ja naja, das All you can eat Running Sushi kann man schon essen, aber die Gerichte sind entsprechend kostenoptimiert gestaltet, muss man selbst wissen, ob einem das 13,90 Euro für 35 Minuten wert ist. Getränke sind auch ganz ordentlich bepreist. Satt wird man aber sicherlich, wenn man es drauf anlegt.

35 Minuten ist zu schnell. Werden nächstes Mal unter der Woche kommen.

Erfüllt die Erwartungen die man an ein 17€ all you can eat Sushi stellt. Motto:kann man essen. Wer hier extravagantes Sushi erwartet ist fehl am Platz. Wer satt werden möchte ist hier richtig. Bei der Abrechnung wird gerne mal geschummelt

Ich liebe das Essen bei Ebisu. Man kann essen was man will, ob warm oder kalt, scharf oder süß... selbst unser 3jähriger geht hier am Liebsten essen. Ob Sushi oder Chicken Nuggets hier findet jeder was, was ihm schmeckt. Ein Besuch in der City Galerie ohne dort was zu essen ist wie Strand ohne Meer 😅

35 Minuten Stressessen, sonst wird es noch teurer. Unmögliches und unfreundliches Service Personal. Können den Rachen wohl nicht voll bekommen. Reinste Abfertigung.

Als wir bereits unsere Bestellung aufgeben wollten bekamen wir die Info, dass sich der Preis ab heute erhöht hat. Das war nicht so schön. Der Service war allerdings freundlich. Das Essen war lecker und es gab eine gute und ausreichende Auswahl. Schade, dass es auch hier immer teurer wird. Die Zeit ist begrenzt, man zahlt je nach Dauer wie lange man essen möchte.

Gutes Sushi für ein Schnellrestaurant

Überraschend gut. Wir waren vor vielen Jahren hier, und wollten nie wieder hier essen. Unser kleiner Sohn wollte jedoch unbedingt also haben wir es gewagt. Und wurden positiv überrascht, alles sehr frisch und lecker.

Ist ein Running Sushi im ersten Stock der City Galerie in der Mitte der Passage. Heute (Sept 23) als 1 Erwachsener für 13,90€ gegessen - 15,90€, wenn man länger als 35min möchte. Abends natürlich auch teurer. Die Auswahl und Qualität sind durchschnittlich. Nicht super frisch und geschmackvoll wie in teureren Restaurants, aber man kann sich gut satt essen. Das Personal ist recht freundlich.

Zwischen den Einkäufen kurz eine Pause einlegen und etwas essen, ok. Da darf man vom Ambiente nicht viel erwarten. Zweckmäßig eben. Service war freundlich, das benutze Geschirr wird regelmäßig abgeräumt. 30 Minuten reichen völlig aus. Von Obst, frittiertem Gemüse, Riesengarnelen, Reis mit unterschiedlichen Beilagen, bis hin zum Sushi in vielfältigen Variationen und Salat läuft alles am Fließband vorbei und jeder kann sich bedienen. Sterne da die Zeit einfach zu kurz ist!

Wir mussten einige Zeit warten bis ein Platz frei wurde und es wurde dann gleich der Preis für Abends berechnet obwohl wir noch vor 16 Uhr einen Platz erhalten haben. 25 Minuten später hat man schon abgeräumt obwohl wir noch gegessen hatten. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier nicht ganz. Ein Shrimp war wirklich in sehr viel Fett gebraten und man konnte es nicht essen, da hat man vom Kellner gleich einen bösen Blick und blöden Spruch kassiert.

Geht.... Ist halt ein Schnellimbiss. Hat mir persönlich nicht so gut gefallen. Bin mehr der Typ ruhige Lage und entspanntes essen. Wenns gefällt. Ich hab da auch immer so meine bedenken mit dem Essen.

Unser Lieblings-Sushi Restaurant. Das Running Sushi ist für Kinder ein Highlight. Essen ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich also auch für Nicht-Sushi Esser. Leider sitzt man nicht so schön, der Innenbereich ist aber super. Service freundlich, Parken kostengünstig möglich.

Total laut, total hektisch, man wird nach dem Essen sofort weggeschickt, da hat man das Essen im Mund noch nicht mal fertiggekaut. Zudem viel zu teuer und das Essen wird auch immer schlechter. Der frühere Besitzer hat sas besser und mit mehr Liebe gemacht. Wir kommen nicht mehr.

Das Running Sushi befriedigt einen auf jeden Fall, wenn man Lust auf Sushi hat. Deren Lieferdienst finde ich sogar besser.

Essen für ein Running Sushi ganz okay. Man Zahlt für die Zeit die man sitzt wer länger sitzt zahlt Aufpreis. Getränke wie üblich nicht im Preis dabei. Soweit ganz gut, waren zufrieden.

Sehr schlechte Qualität, den Preis nicht wert

Das Running Sushi ist mitten in der Shopping Mall.. geöffnet nur bis 20h. Vom Prinzip kann nan entweder all you can eat für eine bestimmte Zeit 30 /60 Minuten auswählen oder Anzahl der Schalen. So kann jeder selbst entscheiden. Alles ist sauber, man darf nur keine sog. Highlights erwarten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Essen ist schon gut aber die Hektik ist zu anstrengend und in 35 Minuten Essen ist sowas von ungesund vor allem für Kleinkinder. Weil viele Leute im Hektik essen gibts auch wenig Auswahl.

Der Service ist großartig, Personal ist nett aber das essen kann ich leider nicht mehr empfehlen. Ich weiß nicht ob es an den Tag lag oder insgesamt.

War heute mit meinerFrau am frühen Nachmittag vor Ort und haben das Running Sushi genossen. Der Abräumservice war schnell und freundlich. Geschmeckt hat fast alles. Allerdings kommen wir beide nicht mehr vom Klo runter und haben uns auf der Rückfahrt bereits übergeben. Deshalb leider deutlichen Abzug.

Hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Ich mag das Konzept Running Sushi sehr und hier wurde das gut umgesetzt.
